The fish was not nice this is very unusual ! Very small and in 2 bits!

After receiving an estimated time of an hour for delivery (which is expected on a Friday) the order proceeded to go past that time by half an hour. Tried calling the restaurant and ask about my delivery and all I got was a confused person on the phone and then someone else who said they’ve just sent it out. As I started to complain and express my frustration the restaurant was very rude in response and hung up on me. I then tried calling back to ask for an explanation and they hung up again

I rang and was told it’s in its way still I waited 20 mins. Sad though I have never had a problem now I not sure where I go to now

had to call restaurant to see where order was got told "they were busy" , food was then sent , over cooked chips and Luke warm. going to find a new go to local chippy .

Over an hour late, rang twice second time they said the driver had just returned and questioned whether I had the food or not, but we still had no food. Not impressed.

Portion sizes were huge, particularly on kids meal. Fish was a bit overcooked and we were not keen on the chemical aftertaste of the oil used for frying. My daughter liked the bag they were delivered in.

We are in the area for a weekend break got told by my family no cooking read reviews for this fish and chip shop online they were all mainly good pulling up outside it looked empty one down the road was really busy so glad we went to this one best fish and chips and sausage and chips meal we have had for a long time we will be back when in the area

Lovely chips, not greasy, and fish cooked to perfection. The side dishes of curry sauce and beans were decent portions too, not your usual tiny sample pot size. So great food and friendly service.

Normally order from here and usually very satisfied. However tonight I was shocked at how bad quality the fish was. Considering how much money I spent on the order I would not expected to have putrid smelly fish with soggy batter. Genuinely couldn’t eat it. Very disappointed

Unfortunately the delivery arrived slightly late. But that did not diminish the great quality of the food. As always it was first class.....

As always the food was piping hot, exactly as ordered and most enjoyable. This really is the "GO TOO" fish & chip shop for the area. I'd never, ever, consider ordering from any other establishment. And I must say our Dog always looks forward to the delivery arriving as she loves the Sausages.

Best fish and chips I've had for ages will definitely have them again. Only down side was after paying realised voukd have got tge same meal on a deal for cheaper. Even though my own fault for not looking woukd have thought the staff would have made me aware of it especially as it wasn't busy at the time of serving

Ordered fish n chips in the shop last night, It took for ages as they was bissy with phone orders and I mean ages almost asked for my money back!!!!! I waited that long, in that time I was waiting with 5 staff not one of them said a word to me, was expecting won't be long sir, sorry about the wait sir, Salt n vinegar on yar meal didn't even get that. Took my money and that was that. Won't be returning.

Disgusting place £38 for 2 battered burgers a chicken and mushroom pie plus a portion of scampi! Called up about the order the man was really rude and put phone down on me ! Yep it was delivered if only I could upload a photo on here ! No stars from me at all , never use them again and would strongly recommend everyone avoids them !! Will be reporting them to trading standards now !!
