Loverly food, quick delivery, friendly delivery guy

Food was lovely but delivered 20 mins early, will order again however as quality was amazing

Even tho the food was 30 minutes late it was still hot and very nice

First time had any food from mr chips Everything was lovely still hot when it arrived will definitely use again

Bit disappointed with order was looking forward to the Cod bites but when they turned up over cooked batter and dripping in grease not nice

food amazing as always, but the delivery time was poor (just under 1hr 45). not the first time either.

Really disappointed that this hour took over two hours to arrive for the expensive fees I paid too for delivery and food.

That has to be the worst kebab I’ve ever witnessed in my life!. The lamb was rock hard, you get more salad in a sandwich from Asda, no chilli sauce, the pitta breads must have been grilled for 2 weeks, couldn’t eat them let alone open them. Never seen anything like it and demand a refund. Who ever put this together and put in a bag for delivery should be ashamed of themselves . ABSOLUTELY FUMING.

Gave them another chance to see if they improved but not was late looked on app and it said enjoy your food so rang them and it was still there they replied waiting for the driver so had to wait another 30mins when arrived not very warm and got drink wrong aswell

The sausage and burger were nice. Chips were cold and dried up. The delivery man knocked on the wrong door to deliver our food. I saw him and opened my door to shout that we were here. He said the wrong number. No apologies just gave me my food and walked away. I’m pleased I did look out for him as he didn’t ask me for the delivery code which means if the other people did answer the door he would have just given them the food without asking for a code. I thought that’s what the code was for????

Lamb Donner is up there with the best in Lowestoft.

Chips here are never greasy, fish is nice and the kebabs are always really nice. Can get busy but definitely worth it

Beautiful kebab feast. If you've got the cash. We tried them out to see how they compared. Flavour was amazing. There one other local 5 star kebab shops where I will continue to go for my kebab feasts because you get more for your money. Mr Chips is the go-to for fish in Lowestoft. Fresh, cooked to perfection, and tasty.

On holiday here and We had 3 pensioner fish, chips and mushy peas. Absolutely delicious, crispy batter with moist haddock and freshly cooked chips. Happy, polite helpful staff. It didn’t break the bank either.

We went there with family , first of all everything is HALAL. The food is very delicious, we ordered large portions of skinless cod and 2 extra large chips 🍟 then my daughter saw the nice kebabs and ordered lamb doner. The owner is Ibrahim very welcoming and friendly. They have got place for outside to sit and eat. When you enter inside you can tell very hygienic place . Service is fast and the atmosphere is very warm. Price is very reasonable. Definitely recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Left till last of the night for food & never answered when i called, had no clue about it not being paid , so had to rummage for right change (in the end had to tip £4 for late cold food because they was so unorganised , never will I order again.!

One of the worst chicken kebabs I've had,chicken over cooked and the meat was dry,so disappointed as I use this place regularly.

Well worth the visit if local or on holiday..value for money and friendly family staff... Orders taken over phone and all foods freshly cooked to order.. great for kids too.. even the wrinklies are well catered too..

Came here for lunch following reviews and ordered 3 large cod and regular chips. Ibrahim served us and was very generous with the chips! The fish was absolutely delicious! Fresh, flaky, soft cod and with a crispy mouthwatering batter. The kids loved it too which was a bonus. Very friendly service and would highly recommend if you're around Lowestoft. Much better than the Little Fish & Chip Shop in Southwold in our opinion!

Mr chips is one of the best chippy in lowestoft. Nothing wrong with there food whatsoever but going to the chippy to find it close is a bit disappointing we miss the lunchtime trade why is Mr chips closed

The service is absolutely Awful, Appalling & the so called manager refusing to accept responsibility for an incorrect order expecting my family to eat cold food and go an collect missing items from the order, so not only were we paying for food we hadn't received but were being expected to spend more money in fuel to correct there mistake, my daughter also said that the wedges tasted like over cooked frozen roast potatoes it would be interesting to find out where there health & hygiene ratings come from.... cold reheated food being sent out, so £55+ and no food as it had to be binned. Totally UNACCEPTABLE 😡😡😡😡
