Food good quality, very filling, pity it was nearly cold.

Sent the wrong pizza, got the orders mixed up. I phoned and they were great and sent me the correct pizza, had to wait another half hour. The second pizza was dreadful. It was cold, the dough was dry and hard, tasted like it had been warmed up.

2.30 HOURS LATE AND COLD FOOD. ORDERED AT 6.30 ARRIVED AT 9PM. NO APOLOGY - NO OFFER OF COMPENSATION - HUSBAND IS DIABETIC AND IT MESSED HIS INJECTION TIMES UP. DO NOT THINK WE WILL BE USING THEM AGAIN

Fantastic large portion food . Great taste kebabs and served well presented and still Hot on delivery.

On ordering my food I didn’t receive what I ordered when I asked for what I ordered they just argued with me multiple times I then asked for a refund on my food and they continued to argue with me they then proceeded to swear abuse at me and hung up I ordered a chicken kebab and got shredded old chicken off the legs as meat was dark don’t even think a dog would have eaten it completely inedible and won’t be going back for more abuse

All food ordered was very dry. Chips were dark brown overcooked and stale.

order chicken supreme, got no onion or mushrooms or green peppers, just chicken and cheese, and my friend prder lamb done and chicken donner kebab, no lamb just chicken no salad nothing, absolutely bad performance from these guys

I’ve ordered from these guys for a year and every thing has been top class until the last 2 orders. the sides and other meals were great as usual however the pizzas have been so over done. the cheese is so overdone the chicken is sharp and scratched the inside of my mouth. There is no part where the cheese is soft and melted every bit of cheese is crispy. Not sure if it’s a new cheese mix or what but won’t be ordering pizza from them for a while

Food arrived a little later than the delivery window, so the food was warm at best. Despite this the food was good, this is my favourite kebab in my area so I’m rarely disappointed with the actual quality of the food. Chips were a bit soggy, but was to be expected sitting in a hot container for half an hour during the delivery window. They still tasted fine in the end.

Beccles Kebab from my experience is great, they are very friendly and great people. Their food never misses.

The chips were very cold and very crunchy and very stale

the chips and chicken poppers were a little oily, it looked as though they may have been fried in old oil as were very dark. asides from that fairly good. salad didn't seem too fresh but may have been due to delivery, would suggest packaging the salad separate go the hot kebab for deliveries in future.

Absolute dive, rude staff, waited 10 minutes before anyone come to the counter, muttering under there breath, avoid.

Pizzas were warm and the 9” was a thick crust, not thin. I’m not sure if I ordered the wrong crust type or not as the order details didn’t say. Twenty minutes late is quite a lot really especially as we pay extra for delivery.

I don't normally leave a feedback. but this was not good enough. food was wrong, phoned to request the correct food. then had to wait another 45 mins. the correct food was cold. you would think that if they made a mistake, they would want to sort it asap. obviously not. 👎

Kitchen listened to requests, great! Food wasn’t bad, but wasn’t great either. Think it’s expensive for the quality, but will try again.

Been coming here for years, great food served pretty fast. They are also on just eat an do delivery options. Very good value for the amount of food you get and would definitely recommend paying them a visit.

Order food whilst in the kebab shop, food was served to me and wasn’t what I ordered. Spoke to the staff who just laughed and refused to do anything. Awful staff

Sadly the takeaway,has slowly become take the p##s. Been using them for around 2 years, delivery not collection. Of recent,i have found we are being short changed. Mixed kebab is minus chicken now,same price though. And on top of delivery charge,there is a 20p bag charge,and 50p admin fee? Wtf Seriously! Do one people,no more business from me!

We ordered food for 6 people to be delivered, a mixture of kebabs, scampi, chicken and sides. It arrived hot and fresh and was very tasty. Good value for money too.

Doner was crusty and dry and burger was over cooked to the point I cannot eat. Not impressed at all. Would like a refund.

Staying in motorhome at Waveney River Centre, food delivered hot in half hour at reception, decent prices for top takeaway, will use again when holidaying in Beccles

What can I say about this place? Firstly don't be put off by the bad reviews (that's not saying that those reviews aren't true of their experiences) they must have caught them on a bad day. The service was spot on and the guy serving couldn't have been friendlier. The food was excellent definitely in the top 5 kebabs I've had in the whole country and I have a kebab wherever I go. I've only scored 3 stars for atmosphere cos.... its a kebab shop lol. Thankyou guys top holiday kebab!

Ordered, estimated delivery time kept being pushed back. Originally it was for half an hour when we ordered. Then didn’t arrive for another two hours. Stated it was delivered, called restaurant only to be told several different excuses on where the food was. Food finally arrived and was freezing cold and dry.

We were staying in a cottage about 20 minutes away, didnt realise quite how far we were until after id ordered. Delivery was very late, over 2 hours after we ordered when we were quoted 30-55 minutes. Perhaps they shouldn't offer delivery if we were too far. The food when it did arrive was however delicious. The meats had an almost Tandori flavour and the salad was fresh and tasty.

food was over an hour late so was cold by the time it reached us unfortunately disappointed as its 1 of our favourite places to order a kebab from.

Just wanted to say how rude and disgusting the staff is on the phone. I ordered one app and phoned up to ask to add something else and instead I got shouted down the phone too saying they won’t add it on as it’s too late as it’s already on the system. Disgusting customer service

Beautiful Food As Usual.Great now the tubs are sorted out, no leakage. Best Kebab Pizza shop. Much tastier and better portions than local ones to us. All we need now is the Chicken Donner back on menu.

2 BURSA KEBABS VERY TASTY AS USUAL, BUT THE CARDBOARD CONTAINERS ARE NO GOOD. SAUCE LEAKS INTO CARRIER BAG AND DOES NOT KEEP FOOD HOT ENOUGH. FOIL WOULD BE BETTER, POTATO WEDGES LOVELY AS ALWAYS.

cheesy chips were cold and soggy. the pizzas were very undercooked (very doughy) plus more crust than there was toppings!

Amazing kebab with incredible options. The portion sizes are outstanding and the staff are polite and friendly. Any issues are quickly rectified, I refuse to go anywhere else.

I tried ordering a small 7" pizza and a small quarter pounder burger as was quoted the price of £23 , I'm not sure if I've been asleep for 20 years but at that was a price I was never going to pay & I'm sure nobody else should be wanting to pay. McDonald's is only 10 minutes away in a car & at McDonald's I doubt you could eat £23 of their food. I don't work for mc'ds but going there is a much better financial option
