Ordered, estimated delivery time kept being pushed back. Originally it was for half an hour when we ordered. Then didn’t arrive for another two hours. Stated it was delivered, called restaurant only to be told several different excuses on where the food was. Food finally arrived and was freezing cold and dry.

We were staying in a cottage about 20 minutes away, didnt realise quite how far we were until after id ordered. Delivery was very late, over 2 hours after we ordered when we were quoted 30-55 minutes. Perhaps they shouldn't offer delivery if we were too far. The food when it did arrive was however delicious. The meats had an almost Tandori flavour and the salad was fresh and tasty.

food was over an hour late so was cold by the time it reached us unfortunately disappointed as its 1 of our favourite places to order a kebab from.

Only thing was they forgot my drink

Just wanted to say how rude and disgusting the staff is on the phone. I ordered one app and phoned up to ask to add something else and instead I got shouted down the phone too saying they won’t add it on as it’s too late as it’s already on the system. Disgusting customer service

Beautiful Food As Usual.Great now the tubs are sorted out, no leakage. Best Kebab Pizza shop. Much tastier and better portions than local ones to us. All we need now is the Chicken Donner back on menu.

2 BURSA KEBABS VERY TASTY AS USUAL, BUT THE CARDBOARD CONTAINERS ARE NO GOOD. SAUCE LEAKS INTO CARRIER BAG AND DOES NOT KEEP FOOD HOT ENOUGH. FOIL WOULD BE BETTER, POTATO WEDGES LOVELY AS ALWAYS.

cheesy chips were cold and soggy. the pizzas were very undercooked (very doughy) plus more crust than there was toppings!

Amazing kebab with incredible options. The portion sizes are outstanding and the staff are polite and friendly. Any issues are quickly rectified, I refuse to go anywhere else.

I tried ordering a small 7" pizza and a small quarter pounder burger as was quoted the price of £23 , I'm not sure if I've been asleep for 20 years but at that was a price I was never going to pay & I'm sure nobody else should be wanting to pay. McDonald's is only 10 minutes away in a car & at McDonald's I doubt you could eat £23 of their food. I don't work for mc'ds but going there is a much better financial option

Pizza was fabulous, Kebab was good, but chips were rubbery (but hot?) and tough. Mozzarella sticks were also on the colder side. Not terrible but not fab, but waited an age for the delivery (came literally at the last minute of my allotted time despite being on the way well before).

Garlic bread was over cooked and burnt. Chips were hard and couldn’t be eaten. No sauce in the cheeseburger although asked for.

The portion sizes cannot be argued with, the food is yummy but in the short distance to get home, it was stone cold so it was served cold to start with. Other than that, a very good place to get alway night snack!

I have had problems in the past but last night's pizza was delicious. It was fresh, tasty and hot when it arrived. Perfect.

LOVELY BURSA KEBABS AS USUAL BUT FINELY DICED ONIONS AND FRESH MINT WOULD MAKE THEM PERFECT.- THE WEDGES ARE OUT OF THIS WORLD CRISPY LIGHTLY SPICED ROAST POTATOES NOT THE CHEAP FROZEN KIND. JUST GET MENUS SORTED PLEASE. THUMBS UP

Lush piping hot food. Amazing portions as always, not too greasey. Always use these for our takeaways unless it's Chinese. Never a problem either. If ya fancy it wrap ya lips round their food & you won't be disappointed 😎

My food was an hour late to be delivered had to call several times before being answered and when they did answer they was answering other calls while I was on the line, I had to call a second time because it still didn’t arrive in 15 extra minutes they said it would. considering I order here regularly it has been the worst experience I ever had from any takeaway!!!!

I use this take-away a lot and they are usually good but last night I ordered and paid for an extra topping on one of my pizzas but they forgot to put it on. They logged on Just Eat that my order was on its way then phoned me to say it wasn't, they'd made a mistake. It eventually arrived 45 mins late, which was 1.5 hours after I ordered it. The pizza itself was a bit tasteless, nowhere near as good as usual.

Prices shot up by £1.50 in a week the attitude of one member of staff was extremely rude this is not the first time he has been rude will not go back in there again hope it closes will use CHICKEN 2000 Now on SERVICE IS SHOTE COMPLETELY

Poor quality food, chicken was extremely dry and the chips were either to stodgy or too hard.

First time I used this take away as my local let me down. Wow was the food good. Tasty Fresh and Plenty of it. Crisp Wedges, lovely Bursa and the Chicken/Kofte was exceptional.This is now my regular would highly recommend..

I felt really uncomfortable in the shop, we weren't even acknowledged when we walked in and it was 10 minutes before any one spoke to us and took our order ( we were the only ones in the shop), we was in there 45 minutes before we got our food. They was really busy and it looks like they take most of there orders over the phone or via various food apps. The was was ok and at average price for the area, there is a lot to choose from

Spent alot of money with this place over time and last order was £25. Received order but missing a can of coke and sent small chips not large as paid for. Called and spoke to someone who apparently didn't understand or speak English. Was told to call back later to speak to manager which I did and was told he was refusing to send coke or extra chips and no refund! I wonder how many other people this place is ripping off a quid or two as it all add up huh! Reading reviews it seems I'm not the only one this has happened too!

Chicken kebab,truly awful . Rather than freshly cooked ,I believe it was precooked and reheated which resulted in it being thoroughly dry and virtually inedible . Service was good though.🫤
