All food was not even luke warm

ordered at 17.30 App said delivered at 18.50 but no food. tried calling but they had took phone off. reported all items missing and had to go out to get dinner. then delivery driver turns up at 19.45 got turned away. used them a lot in past but never again now.

Have ordered from here plenty of times before. Food was good although one of the burger buns was very burnt on the bottom and so was the garlic bread which could be tasted whilst eating and spoilt the meal a little

everything is cold and the chicken isn’t cooked properly

Just moved and really liking the service and food from here, just one thing though, please have more sauce on them wraps and burgers 😭

I didn’t get my food i called the restaurant they said it got delivered and hour ago but I never did

Normally the food is lovely but a bit of a let down this time. Pizza cold on arrival and it and the chicken not nearly as nice as it usually is. First time it’s been like this though, normally spot on.

The bbq ribs had hardly any meat on them

Food had been sitting around for a while didn’t eat any of the chicken and it was very wet and soggy. Everything was cold need to work or getting orders out quicker or not cooking prior to delivery slot there’s a issue somewhere this is one of my favorite places I stop in regularly in person but will not be ordering through delivery again. Ribs are expensive but nice but this time they where just expensive as they where cold

I ordered meat and chips and I really wished I never because the meat was extremely dry it could stand upright without any help. It was un edible, I put on lots of lemon juice on and it still didn’t help. The chips were ok just cold. If just eat delivers food it should be delivered hot not cold

Decent burger, although website only allows to add one salad option or all, it would be good if you could select various items. Chips were on the cold side but chucked them in the air fryer for 4 mins to reheat. Delivery time over an hour and late hence rating

Used this place for many years. However last couple of times I've been left wondering why. Poorly presented food. Late deliveries and poor service.

The food is cheap and cheerful, if you don’t want it to get cold then just come and pick it up!

Enjoyed this more but I was missing chicken wings out the 9 i ordered and the burger was still a bit cold but I enjoyed

I had a problem with the burger I like this place and I hate to critique it bc I will order from it again bc in its day it provides good foot that I personally enjoy just sometimes my burger is delivered cold like the most recent time I order my burger was cold even though the delivery guy was early so I’d hope next time I’m able to get my food warm but regardless very good restaurant just need to work on how they can keep the food warm and keep the food more well kept

Found a bug in the cheese chips, was told would be refunded for the order, didn't want to go and pick the cash up so said would take the money off the next order- just called and they had a long discussion that it would just be refunded for the infected chips! Nothing else. Normally order from here but will avoid from now.

Disgusting! The omelette was the worst food i have ever had from a take away, not only did it look bad it wasnt cooked properly. I usually get 2 boxes of chips only got 1 and it was late. I will not use them again

When the food came it was stone cold and the kebab was so rubbery I couldn’t even eat it

First bad meal I've had from here. Pizza was burnt all around the edge,looks like it's yesterday's pizza warmed up. Dough very dense and stodgy.just six little circles of pepperoni on a 9 inch pizza.paid for a freshly cooked pizza but that's not what I received.

Great food,always piping hot and plenty of it. Never had a bad meal from here.

The meat was extremely dry and crusty the chips were nasty. I would have got better donner meat in the Sahara Desert. I ate about 3-4 bits of it and had to throw the rest away. It was totally disgusting

the chicken tikka wrap was terrible, it didn't taste anything like chicken tikka and the chicken was so chewy that I didn't eat it.

Had better kebab from here, before, salad was abit lacking, and the pita bread was uneven, soggy in places and hard in others.

Fried chicken great from this place. Do yourself a favour and get a kebab from anywhere else.

the chicken order was for 3 peace meal and only 2 were sent. very disappointed as we use your shop a lot. but recently our orders have been wrong 3 times. I dont normally complain. but it's becoming a regular thing now.

Great service as always from British Fried Chicken & Pizza. Food was piping hot and was delivered 15 minutes early which was a bonus. Delivery driver was friendly and professional.

either the driver was a bit peckish on his deliveries or the shop has changed owners again , the chips portion size has changed to a kids meal portion , and comments box wasnt read , oh and the chilli sauce was well watery , so many changes from usual deliveries i have , might have to find another gaff to use 0 stars tonight

Food is ways top notch and 9 times out of 10 it comes early, if there are any issues they are rectified by the restaurant straight away. Have been a customer for years and will continue being a loyal customer.

me and my partner always get our kebabs from here and yet again they did not disappoint absolutely amazing cooked to perfection wasn't dry or burnt it and huge portions was fantastic thank you guys for a superb service 5 star
