Not good the service was slow but to be fair they was busy but the food bland and tasteless tried the donner and chicken kebab and both not nice. Buyer beware.

Food didn’t arrive at all, driver didn’t arrive and restaurant couldn’t contact driver, I would like a refund for the food I didn’t receive.

Ordered food and this is how it got delivered, I rang them and got told not to eat ANY of the food and that they will send me the WHOLE order again, I didn’t receive the whole order only one thing, I waited for the new food, while I still had to eat cold food due to not receiving the complete order like they said!!!!!!!! Don’t order from here

Absolutely rude. Staff is rude, especially the delivery driver team. Payment methods unclear, no communication. What a pathetic establishment. Best check your standards and don‘t support this place. I wouldn’t even pay with my bellybutton lint and a cockroach for this kind of service.

Food Quality: Disappointed. Regrettably, after numerous visits spanning over a year and a half, I find myself consistently let down by the food quality. Despite my hopes for improvement, the dishes have not met expectations. The kebap, in particular, often contains tough, inedible particles, suggesting the use of lower-grade meat. Additionally, it appears to be improperly thawed and undercooked. Doner Concerns: As for the doner, its overly salty taste overshadows the flavors one would anticipate from such a dish. The texture is also problematic; it lacks the desired crispiness or tenderness, resembling the chewiness of gum probably because bad storage conditions. Service Experience: On a positive note, the service provided is satisfactory. The staff is generally efficient and courteous, which made go back but not anymore.

The worst kebab meat I’ve ever had i left a lot of it only what I did was so hungry. Chips were ok but the kebab so greasy and meat poor quality pitta no way was that fresh the lady serving was polite enough but the food was awful

Ordered from here for games night, a friend ordered a 4piece fried chicken. Chicken wasn't even fried, it wasnt varied either (it was a 4 piece barbecue chicken wings instead), and it was burnt to a crisp to the point of being inedible. The Just Eat order progress was also not updated, and as of this review is STILL marked as undelivered. Overall, pretty disappointed. I've ordered here before and had no previous issues but I will not be ordering here again if this is the quality of food I am to expect. Would give a lower rating if I could.

not impressed at all. 4piece chicken was replaced with a barbeque chicken wings, which was burnt and inedible. pizza didn't taste fully cooked. won't be ordering here again, I'm shocked at how poor the state of the food has become.

My food arrived cold. I ordered cans of drink with it and instead of keeping them separate they put ice cold cans on top of my kebab so it made my kebab cold

I was given t the wrong pizza base I paid extra for chests bits and got a standard base

It was ok. Tomato sauce on the pizza is very bland. Spice it up a bit. Needed more cheese too. 👍🏻

The pizzas were wonderful! A good amount of toppings, clean crust, perfect stuffed crust cheese (it was nice and gooey). My only suggestion is a little bit more cheese on the pizzas. The cheesy chips were quite nice, a little oily but nothing you couldn’t get past. We will definitely order from here again.

Chicken looked undercooked unedable, chips were cold and soggy, everything was cold and greecy

Delivered on time however the pizza was cold and the chips. And the bread from the wrap and kebab was soaking and soggy from grease. Usually a lot better hopefully next time it will be better. Again .

Always quickly delivered, hot and fresh. Superb customer service. Item missing and driver went back to get it. Some of these larger companies should try doing the same instead of offering a refund in a week and forcing you to have to reorder and pay another delivery charge, or starve. Recommend Cosmos Basildon completely.

Cosmos used to one of the worst takeaways in Basildon, But I can now say I am positively pleased every time I visit there

I called the restaurant at 6.32 and the lady said the driver left which is 7 minute from my house but he arrived at 19.03 which is 31 minutes and when it arrive it was very dry and cold this is now the third time I’ve had problems it is a very poor service

Ordered a chicken kebab the chicken was over cooked so was the bread couldn’t even eat it was crunchy never had anything like it. Garlic sauce watery and tasteless.

Absolutely terrible, I paid £12 for a chicken doner and chips and they didn’t EVEN give me my chips, and the diner was no more than 6 measly slices of unseasoned, undercooked beef with a stone cold pitta bread. I want my money back NOW.

bought a pizza it was burnt was not even eatable shop is very dirty staff are very dirty hygiene is very bad should not be able to open with never go back there

We have ordered food from here about 3 or 4 different times now. I have pizza and my partner sometimes has kebabs and each time we've had it it hasn't been good. the food is cold and/or has a funny taste/smell and the kebabs are tasteless and you get a very small portion size even when ordering the largest size. also every time I've had the pizza I've had really bad diarrhoea the next day and I don't have this problem when I have pizza from other places. I continued to order from them after the first couple times I got sick because I wasn't 100% sure if it was their pizza that was causing it but after having about three or four of them and having diarrhea the following day after each one, I"m now pretty confident that it's their food that is causing it. Most of the staff on the phones are friendly except one guy in particular. I think he is the manager (not 100% sure on that) but he is extremely rude and refused to make the order how I requested it as he said it was too difficult even though I had ordered it previously and all the other staff members didn't have an issue making the order to my requirements. Im not going to bother ordering from here again

Restaurant called me twice, first to tell me they couldn’t substitute bbq wings for chips then again to tell me they don’t have bbq wings. Every time we order the pizza deal we never ever get bbq wings they send hot wings instead and we don’t like spicy food so we ask for them to give us chips which are cheaper than wings anyway so it doesn’t make sense. They rudely told me that they can’t sub items it goes against their policy yet the meal deal states bbq wings and we have never been given bbq

The donner meat in the combo kebab was below expectation, thin stringy parts rather than that you'd come to expect from a normal donner kebab, and seems to be attempted to compensate it with an abundance of chicken donner, which isn't much better. Should have used more Shish it's clearly the best part

Food was late rung the shop the lady said driver was one min away, which he was but he was outside my house for 28 minutes on his phone sat in his car? by time I received was stone cold and was soaked from condensation. but the lady on the phone was apologetic and sent a new order out and it arrive quick and very hot 😊

Waiting over two hours for food and when it got here it was the wrong pizza.

ORDER TOOK OVER AN HOUR TO GET HERE ARRIVED STONE COLD! Kebab was fantastic, but the pizza was not tasty at all. I wanted to try a different pizza this time, but did not work out as it was not nice at all.

Driver could not find my address despite my detailed instructions the restaurant said the driver couldn’t speak any English so I waited outside my house for 1/2 hour called them back then they hung up on me then refused to answer the phone afterwards.

I orderd food and when it came the food was a low quality as i knew some one who worked there i called to complain and when they was very rude and ignored phone calls because i was reporting to trading standards the owner saod he was calling police and saying i did not pay and was telling me to come to his shop

The drink was out of date but restaurant verry quickly fixed this (was a supplier issue) and the wrap was verry greasy not like normal

The two stars is for the nice delivery driver. Got shouted at by the man on the phone, attitude from another. Saying I didn't add extras to my pizza when I did. Got screen shot proof as well. Will not be returning

Food was terrible the chicken tasted of curry! And was horrible! We threw them kebabs away! Chips were cold and portion was very small not worth the money.
