We’ve ordered this 3 times in the last month and all the food has been great every time. The cheesy chips are the best I’ve had!

Food was disgusting my partner ordered 3 kids meals as well as 3 lamb kebabs we was missing 2 kids meals the lady said she didn't understand partner but admitted to me she cooked the 3 kids meals but then saying she would have to charge me for the other 2 kids meals which I was not paying for she was rude and started to raise her voice at me down the phone this place has terrible attitude and disgusting food will NOT be ordering again from this place

Vile!!! Kebab was stone Cold! And when I rung she admitted she just got it out the freezer and cooked it! Disgusting

Awful pizza burnt bits and tasted just wrong save your money or buy a cheap frozen pizza it will be a lot better than this

It took 30 minutes more than it should but .. the worst part is to come ,my food was cold and burnt. I proudly wasted my £10 .

It was not cooked enough & it was the worst I've ever had. They won't refund my money. I will never go back. The cat & dog turned there noses up at it

The batter on the fish was barely cooked & was very chewy where it was not cooked enough. Chips were dried out & hard. The bbq chicken was tough, grisly & burnt

Brought a chicken burger with salad and a burger with salad and chips ended up with dried out chicken rock hard burger bun same with the beef burger no salad was put inside and the chips were so dry never ordering from there again

Ribs smelt awful and chewy, garlic bread pizza had zero flavour with no taste of garlic, chicken wrap was so crispy that we didn’t even try to bite it, it literally fell apart because the wrap was so crunchy and over cooked or stale. Only decent thing was the potato wedges and pizza

REVOLTING FOOD, EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF, COMPLETELY REFUSED TO REFUND OR REPLACE. NEVER AGAIN. SO BAD THE DOG WONT EAT EITHER

My son orderd via uber eats. Order was due 7.45pm ...still waiting. Cant get through, constantly engaged. Terrible.

This is suppose to be a gourmet burger 100% British beef which they charge £5.99 for.....pictures speak for themselves! Burger was no bigger than my thumb...I would feel ashamed serving if was my restaurant.

Never had an issue with this place but today they've delivered our food to a different address. Called the restaurant and they didn't want to know. They said it's our fault that it got delivered to a different address even though uber eats confirmed our address was correct. They said "we're not a bank, we don't do refunds. We just take money." They refused to deliver again. Never ordering from here again. Watch our people, if they decide to not deliver to you they will not refund.

Do not order the boneless chicken deal! £5.50 for soggy chips, and a paltry amount of soggy chicken. you get more in a kids meal!

Food took over an hour longer than it should have. This is not the experience of just one order either, this is the 3rd time I have used them. Every order made has been late. They have continually ignored order notes about meals. When I have spoken to them calmly just asking them the whereabouts of my already late order, they then begin to fire abuse down the phone moaning. Terrible and disgusting people. Ordered through Uber eats also and when asking for an update on there as food was over half an hour late, they then added another 1.5 hours onto the estimated time. So I phoned them again and got shouted at again. Never ordering again. Highly recommend everyone avoids them at all costs!

I ordered my food at 8:05 I didn’t get it till 9:45 the food is very greasy it’s disgusting really thank you bye PS won’t be buying off them ever again

Absolutely disgusting food cold soggy not correct just inedible slop. I called the restaurant and was told oh well when were busy like we are today food standards drop I agree your food is bad. Cannot collect and refund as I paid through uber. I WOULD NOT FEED THIS TO MY DOGS

Crazy burger pizza arrived better than expected witch is good anyway but no grease ,tasty and the few bits I left was still great cold will definitely order from here again

Didn't get what we ordered. When we rang to complain they had no record of our order. Will never use again. It is really rubbish

Ordered through Uber eats, fast delivery and I got the mixed kebab for £9.99. Loads of it, tasted pretty good as well but there was a lot of grease. I felt quite slimy afterwards (if that makes any sense at all to some😂). I'll order again to try other stuff but was happy with it over all. Just try to squeeze the grease out of your food before you eat it!

Disgusting food it was sour, phoned up told they won't do anything unless we buy a new meal.what a joke

Managed to forget the pitta breads, with the kebabs, a fairly basic component of any kebab... all food was cold and had leaked everywhere..the staff at the restaurant are very rude, needless to say I wont be ordering from here again. Managed to get a refund from justeat, be warned they will take your cash and promise to send the order back out but they never do

Cheaper than most places but it shows . Quality was poor, I received wrong food and was awful. Worst kebab I have ever eaten.

So I order my food and it arrives, but without dips, the only cost 50p and I got two, so not a big deal but apparently they ran out. I called because I think they should of told me instead of leaving it for me to call. Spoke to a Lady and I told her that it wouldve been nice to be contacted because they have no dips instead of sending nothing, because they're lazy. I then spoke to what I thought was a woman but then found out it was the owner who's name is saheed when I called back later. First, I ask for the name so I can address politely, he says I have no name, says I can just call him manager, apparently their not allowed to give out their name. I said I ordered two burger sauce dips and he argued with me saying no i didn't, I was adamant because I was reading off of the just eat receipt, anyway, he then yelled at me saying "what is your address" so he didnt even actually know whether or not I did, he said he was actually yelling at his employee because she gave him thr wrong ticket. Still shouting at me though, I ask him can you send me my pound please back just because at that point I was fuming, he then said yes and hangs up on me.

Food was alright in taste. However portion size is ridiculous. 6 bits of chicken for a large kebab is a joke, also the grease just poured out the bag. Won't order again. Not worth the money spent.

NEVER ORDER FROM HERE! Absolute shambles. Firstly, their promise of 12pm-12am is a lie half of the time because the useless owner has no delivery drivers. If you DO get your food, it will be late, freezing cold and inedible. If you get a flyer shoved through your door, don't be fooled - you will be wasting your time and money. The flyer will be the only thing they actually deliver to your door. I hope they go out of business, they don't deserve to have one.

The food arrived late and cold. Ordered chicken dinner kebabs and they were very dry, it was the worst kebab I have had. The chips where oily and soggy. Definitely not worth the money and will not be ordering again from this place

The food was really nice but the delivery was shocking. Was told an hour 15 mins. 1 hour 45 mins later and it hadnt turned up. In the end i drive to the unit ordered it fresh and collected it. As nice as food was i wouldnt order delivery again and then charged 50p to pay cash

I ordered a chicken and a mixed kebab. The meat was so dry i cant believe it was fresh that day. The worse kebab I have ever had and I won't be ordering from them again, I would rather have toast.

Well ordered a deep pan pizza came cold late and not what was ordered. So give it a miss Never again Do with out fin crust cold pizza And have to wait for it There plent of others to choose form but not this one Save your money

Ordered through just eat. Got most of order about from lumpy bumpy chocolate cake, Got in touch with just eat 2 mins after they have delivered the food. Told me they were going to deliver the cake within 10 mins. 2 hours later was still waiting, Got in touch with them again to be told it had already been delivered. What a bunch of liars, had 1 delivery and that was it won't be using them again will stay well clear.

Awful service have order a pizza and after 1 hour and half they've sayd it's on it's way. No apologies no nothing wouldn't recommend.

Waited over an hour and a half for food that was inedible and stone cold,asked what "I wanna do about it",needless to say I won't be returning. Steer well clear,woman manager is rude as hell. Would have given no stars but can't leave a review without it!!

I honestly can't believe the service we just received. My partner ordered a chicken dinner kebab which it was not nor was he satisfied with it anyway as it wasn't the usual meat he has. We ring up & he speaks very nicely to explain & the woman who was the MANAGER I might add, to question him & tell him he is wrong & that he needs to email his order over to them. I could hear how rude she was therefore took the phone to ask why it was such a problem to resend the right order. She did not care & blamed my partner for being rude?? Said she won't send out another, mocked us by saying "who ordered it then? God" was quite happy to hear we wouldn't be ordering from them again & it was his fault for putting the wrong order in. She was vile & extremely rude. Never ever order from this place if you expect good service & good quality of food. We order from many places & never are ones to complain but this woman should be put out of business through her rudeness! Absolutely disgusted!!!

Poor service and very slow to deliver mangement very unhelpful and don’t care about customer satisfaction STAY AWAY You have been warned

Ordered 2 large doner which showed chips with it , they we're not with order, plus I ordered bottle of lemonade which I also did not get, won't be going there again.

Ordered the other day and it expected it to take 2 hours, instead it just never came then they refused to give a refund because they claimed they delivered it. When I spoke to them myself as Just Eat contacted them before they said there was a mix up somehow, unorganized I guess. So then they said we can send it out again and it didn't come yet again and they still have my money. Unless you want to give away your money and wait around for nothing go somewhere else

Order over the internet and the delivery time was 50 minutes. After an hour had passed, I rung them to ask where my food was and they told me is was on its way. A nother half an hour passed and still no food even though i only live 5 minutes away. Phoned them again and the manager offered me a £1 discount and told me it was on its way. Another half an hour passed and still no food, again phoned them up to cancel the order and was told that the driver had been to my house but got no reply. I told the guy that it would help if they used the door bell, they might get an answer - steer well clear. Then to top it all off i received a phone asking if every thing was ok with my food

I ordered pizza on a Friday night as we had one from here before and it was nice. Ordered 6:19pm and told it would be an hour. After an hour twenty I rang again and they said it had just left the shop . I rang again at 2 hours to be told it should be with you any minute. I rang again at 3 hours, they rang the driver who was'3-4' minutes away. At 4 hours I rang again and they couldn't find my order on the system. Hardly surprising I guess so much later. Clearly 2-3 lied to me that night. Finally 5 hours later at 11:20, we got a pizza!!! Positive note, didnt pay for it.
