Hello and yes I have ordered from you quite a lot of times and every time I have had my food from you it’s been absolutely amazing and also the delivery has been on time and the delivery I had today by the young lady was on time and very helpful and understanding so if anyone out there wants to order a pink shaker kebab or anything from this company, I highly recommend them as it is top-notch and the delivery is always on time

Only slightly late and food was lovely.

Pizza was absolutely delicious (better than the famous chains), and prices were very reasonable. Delivery was very quick and food arrived hot. Would definitely reccommend!

According to delivery they have deliver my order. Well I can assure you I haven’t had my order. So that £30 out of pocket for me now . And i now will have to make my granddaughter something to eat as this was meant to be a treat for her. Not happy.

tonight it waa cold and delivered late. restaurant put me through to voicemail. shame as I've had better from here.

I’ve been waiting for over 15 minutes and not had a single update or a response to when I called them. Normally they have been good but today has been abysmal. Won’t be ordering for a white.

This was our first time using Farm Pizza, and we'll definitely be a regular from now on! We had a fairly large order for a birthday party and the food was delivered dead on the requested time, piping hot and everything on the order was absolutely delicious. Thank you all so much for contributing to my special day!

although they forgot an ice cream. they apologised and the driver came straight back with it. this is better than some just eat delivery drivers that say.. tough.. this is probably now my go to pizza suppliers. Very happy

Food was rancid, food poisoning risk, staff awful and abusive when trying to raise any issue please avoid for your health they also delivered some incorrect items which caused an allergic reaction due to no disclosure

Really upped their game. Lovely pizza with generous dips definitely order again soon. Service was right on time. Telephone order and collected myself.

I brought a medium pizza delivered with chicken and coke for £25 they sent me a 7 inch pizza when I called up he was very rude said he’s the manager he told me to bring the pizza back to him ? He then became very rude telling me to come down there then as if that a threat so I’ll be down there after work to see if his hands have the same energy his mouth does.

Delivery was good but pizza was cold and dry with hardly any base sauce

Lovely hot food as always! But disappointed that you have changed the cheese in the stuff crust, tasted like warm cream cheese was awful, go back to what you had!

Ordered a rack of ribs, seen more meat on a sparrow and charged 7 pounds messaged them, supposed to reply within 5 minutes, a hour later and still no response

Order came on time but was lukewarm. Toppings good but the pizza dough was tough and not cut very well. Also no need to add single use sauces if not ordered. Wouldn’t use again but hope this feedback helps!

Cannot recommend this place enough placed an order for a 20” cheesy bite. Amazing for the value and staff was so helpful

Terrible customer service from the actual owner not the staff!...called to order and asked for the deal on the actual website and was told they are not doing, that deal basically calling me a lair so I changed my order and the girl was having trouble with the tills and asked help from the manager SAM, he was so impatient and rude telling me am wasting time because I had to change my order because of the error on the website. The manager needs to take a course on how to deal with customer service! We as a family usually order regularly and the pizzas are decent. PLEASE AVOID ORDERING FROM THIS PLACE! POSSIBLE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN BASILDON. I ordered from a different place after the disappointing and appalling service from Sam!

I've been ordering pizza from here for years and never had a problem. My pizza and garlic bread had burnt bits on in so I called the store and said that it wasn't burnt and it had hair on the girl was so rude apparently I'm getting a refund let's see I won't be going back such rude staff

Told me it had been delivered on app a good 20mons before it arrived, food was therefore not as hot as it should have been

In my opinion, the pizza was a lovely quality! It had a good amount of cheese and sauce, was cooked properly and had a good proportion of toppings. The wedges I got with it were nice, and the garlic bread was okay. My only complaint is the soggy onion rings. But, for a £20 meal deal, not half bad. Would order a third time!

I ordered half and half pizza but its mixed and not much pepperoni and meet was there..and the pizza gets swagy and wet when I receive because of rain. Restaurant should responsible for that.

Ordered pizza for over £18. However, I received a phone call shortly afterwards saying that their oven was broken. They assured me that they would refund the money. 8 days later I have not received a penny so I will get Barclaycard to get the money back!

Tried ringing the restaurant to find out where the food was and no answer

Ordered 13" pizza hawwian with extra pineapple and mushroom, specifically asked in the comments for garlic dip.... it arrived quickly but I do live very near. I opened it immediately to find barbecue sauce, no garlic dip and 1 peice of pineapple on each slice of pizza! Certainly not extra pineapple as paid for! So phoned to ask where dip was and extra pineapple....? Received very unsatisfactory response! Basically tough luck! The person reading the order didn't bother to read my request for garlic dip and the chef will put on what he likes! And they wouldn't come back out to correct it even though I live 2 min drive away! She then put the phone down!!!I'm fuming!! So rude and order incorrect and missing extra addition of pineapple so basically not how I paid for it or like it, I hate barbecue sauce which I told her!

When I heard about farm pizza Basildon I have traveled from Birmingham to come amd try and it was amazing and worth the money. The best ever pizza in London Polite staff and great service Will be coming back

I’ve been buying food from Farm Pizza for ages but i was fairly disappointed this time. Their pizza is amazing, but i ordered their chicken strippers that were very spicy. I think they should have been labelled as spicy, as i bought them and only ate one. It was a waste of money and food, but their pizza is always incredible so I have no complaints there.

40 mins late, called store when 20 mins late. "Driver on way" arrives 15 mins later then spent 5 mins sitting in his car texting before bringing to my door.. Pizza lukewarm. Video of him texting mildly entertaining. AVOID.
