Burger King in Basildon

All good apart from the fries missing from my meal which was annoying

Nice burgers, well cooked with a real beefy taste recommended

was absolutely amazing with order very helpful even with my mistake

Driver was very polite the food was ok chips cold and no bacon in the bacon and cheese royale

did not get any drinks with my delivery

First time I've had a problem ordering from here, food was cold to the touch. Couldn't even manage the fries and after a few bites of the cold burger I lost my appetite. Basically just paid £15 for a milkshake.

Not impressed that the delivery driver would not give us our order without a code? The house was the delivery address but we had to give a code, which we did not know, gave the order number that wasn’t sufficient and showed him the email. Again that was suitable, it turned out to be the last 4 digits of the phone number.. Great update on your service, not!,

Missing items, delivery took ages an kept getting pushed back an the food was stone cold all of it!

Gave me 20 cheese bites instead of nuggets. I dont really like the cheese bites so half my order is ruined

Too small no sauce no salt no towel too expensive

I find Burger King very expensive but my granddaughter loves it we don't go there too often but the food is always good

I’ve avoided Burger King for years as a result of a first time visit to a branch in a motorway service station. Awful food bad chips which resembled corn sticks. But I used this Pipps Hill restaurant and the difference was amazing, piping hot and very tasty. More expensive than McD’s but well worth it.

My food has arrived cold soggy and I’m very dissapointed

The birthday surprise for my 8 year old granddaughter was shattered as the strawberry milkshake was omitted by the restaurant. Yes this has been refunded but not the point. The delivery driver took less than 10 minutes to get from the restaurant to the door in a car but the meal was only just warm at 42 degrees C well below the restaurant standard serving temperature, this points to the restaurant having the food waiting to be collected for a long period of time. Overall very disappointed.

The ordering machines are a pain and not very easy to use. When my food arrived it was thrown onto the tray so all the chips fell out. Terrible service. Only came in because it was raining. Next time I’ll stay wet

Lady at drive through is very rude

took nearly hour and a half since placing order, and wasn't a big order however food was 👍

Took an hour n ahalf for our food to come and it tasted like it had been sitting on the side that whole time. Absolutely rubbish

Went round the drive thru in a rush for work. Speed of service was shockingly fast, employees are very kind and welcoming, and food was hot and freshly cooked. Definitely recommend this place.

Come to pipps hill and get Frozen Fanta that we have they are so nice. now at the moment we have blue raspberry frozen Fanta so come and get one and now u can get one on our delivery too

My order never arrived despite saying delivered.

Very disappointing... burger was dry as a bone and tasteless, bun was like a stale dry lump of cardboard. Must be worst burger I have eaten for quite some time. improvement required or you are loosing a regular customer. Do better please!

Bacon xl was cold and chicken royal everyrhing else was hot not happy really considering the price of the meals

Had a delightful experience on my last visit. The food was freshly prepared and delicious. All the stuff are very polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend their Vegan Royale and newly added Frozen Fanta.

arrived quickly however I paid £35 to get two meals and they only sent one burger. Called them up and they told me to speak to just eat at they can't do anything. Definitely not worth the money when they can't even get the order right.

the Driver went to McDonald's and waited for another order for over 10 minutes. And then was rude at the door I said I'll make a complaint

Ordered a spicy mayo Royale and got in writhing 2 minutes. The place was somewhat lively around 8pm and was pleasantly surprised by the nice and quick service. The tables were clean well tended. Definetley recommend

Delivery and service charge too much

All my food came cold and in edible frozen drink had defrosted and everything was hard and cold.

food was tasty and hot i really enjoyed new Doritos chicken fries also steakhouse crispy chicken 👍👍, restaurant was clean and tidy,very polite and friendly staff i would highly recommend this Burger King 👑

Qued up at the counter gave the lady My order then she says Sorry cash only at the till we don't have a card reader on the tills . Your have to use the self service screen behind you No thanks not queuing up again bye won't be back that's bk off my list

Food was cold and the chips were half full

Buns were on the verge of going off as they just basically flaked into pieces plus chips were stone cold..whoppa with cheese is a whoppa with cheese if you know what I mean always decent ..but won't go there again with skanky buns and cold chips.

Prefer the food to other fast food chain but these guys were under pressure and it showed. There seemed to be one person doing the front counter and the other staff were trying to understand what was going on... Maybe some team training?

Not very crowded even though located close to a busy shopping area. Employees tend to be inexperienced (similar to other QSRs)

Said driver was at the restaurant foe almost a hour. All food arrived cold and stale. Absolute joke. You ahold have just cancelled the order I'd you foulest get it out, requesting refund.

Amazing service, good music and yummy food

Went in at lunch was really busy but the manager took the time to help me, I am autistic and have a speech impairment, she (Adina) was Very friendly, approachable and understanding, she helped me with my order, service was quick and food was fresh and flavourful would definitely come back again.

Frozen drinks are are available, just missing the ice cream now! Top notch

Opened drink and loads of disgusting stuff sat on the top of the can.

Very busy doing takeaway orders. My whopper was fine but the chips had so much salt on them I couldn’t eat them. I complained to a member of staff who couldn’t have cared less.

Item missing from the order. They've refused to do anything other than an in store credit. I've ordered this as lunch for my partner and myself and who I assume was a manager on the phone didn't seem all that bothered.

Ordered the £20 box I had a missing burger missing fries and a missing side, the fries that did come were stone cold and rock solid

It was OK. Missing one portion of hash browns. Breakfast hash browns are rubbish compared to how they used to be. Bacon is not crispy more wet.

Driver took way too long doesn't have a hot bag so walking around with the food in a paper bag that came from the restaurant which means it was freezing cold not happy

Went inside for some fast food. Had to get a refund after waiting more than 25 minutes and still no sign of our food.

Ir was a very noisy visit here. We enjoyed our meal but it was so noisy, we were glad to leave

Just had our meal at Burger King Pipps Hill and must say it was amazing prob best I've had food was piping hot and fresh was going to compliment the manager but looked very busy so thought I'd review instead well done to the team

Food was still hot, driver was extremely polite
