Burger King in Basildon

Unfortunately chips are stone cold and hard as cardboard and my royale has cheese in it which I didn’t order

missing iteam which was my frozen drink

Slightly cold was being prepared a long time before driver was there

Got the order wrong h yet again wrong food and drinks

I’m not happy as my order the bag it’s in was sealed with cellotape not the correct labels so how do I know my items weren’t opened & resealed I can’t take that chance & eat it !!

Chocolate shake was missing and there was no option to claim

It said is being delivered, Still waiting

Delivery driver was rude. Didn’t listen to anything I was saying. Delivered multiple orders before mine, when he set off to mine he wasn’t coming from the restaurant. Food arrived cold, smashed up, really terrible service. Nothing to do with the restaurant but more so the driver. Really bad service

Ordered our takeaway this evening and it was absolutely delicious. Ready on the dot! No waiting and really well organised....

I had a great meal at Burger King. The Whopper was tasty. The staff were friendly, and the restaurant was clean. It’s always a reliable spot for a quick and satisfying meal. I’ll definitely be back!

food again cold. as facilities prepare food 40m8n before driver arrive. then time to delivery spot. basically food is cold.

Burger didn’t have any cheese so was very dry. And it took ages to get delivered. Over 30 minutes later than original time

Slow service when not busy terrible selection of drinks for kids meals and waited until paid to tell me the kids meal wouldn't have a toy for my child he was extremely disappointed this restaurant was always a good choice but its gone down hill badly. update its worse staff are too busy discussing their personal lives to deal with customers, one of which burnt his hand because he was too busy chatting and not paying attention to what he was doing

Absolutely delicious, looks great after the renovations. Food was even better!

You kept changing the times and then didn't deliver the whole order. Just-eat app had a tiny box to report things within, but none of the nuggets (at-all!) were delivered, one whopper burger meal, but I paid for 2, and I'm sure there were fries miss

Chips were cold, burgers were falling apart and the milkshake was on its side, Half of it was gone before I even had a chance to drink it. The only thing they got right was the bottled drink.

Absolutely horrible. Take almost 2,5 hours to be delivered and food is so cool.

Couldn't get accurate review as this particular little was closed for refurbishing works, but the food served via the drive through was up to usual Burger King standard , tasty, not as healthy as you should.... but why does life have to be sterile ALL the time 😃

Personally, I wouldn’t even give this place a 1 star. I have never had food poisoning in my life but received it from the new ceasar chicken burger about 2 months ago, I was violently sick for about a day. I phoned them and told them how bad it was they said they would check who worked the night before (not sure what that was suppose to mean) anyway Uber refunded me. I said I’d never use them again but last night I had 40% off so used them as my partner was ok thought it was the new burger maybe the sauce didn’t agreee with me I started questioning myself so I ordered what I usually have, a chicken royale. As soon as I have eaten it I feel the same feeling I had from before, hot cold sweats but I had severe pain this time round, ended up throwing up an hour after violently again. I haven’t even spoke to Uber or restaurant, I don’t care about the money I would just like you all to be aware of this specific restaurant. It obviously has a problem, I have never had a problem with Burger King anywhere else. I feel physically sick thinking about it and what caused my belly to feel the way it did both times. Place needs checking it’s vile I have also seen the filthy pictures on the reviews here, probably has something to do with it 😩😠

Honestly I don't get out much due to inflation but the atmosphere in this restaurant was amazing. Was greeting with a smile and respect. Restaurant was clean. Honestly nothing I could complain about. (Maybe fix one broken speaker lol). Really appreciated thank you.

Came by this branch while visiting a friend nearby. Food was served really fast and the service staff there is so kind. Felt like home and enjoy my time here.

I was very happy with this place such a great Burgers, very polite staff, place is tidy and clean.

The food was good, my burger didn't have suggy lettuce, nice and crisp, it was crunchy and fresh. Loved the fries, those are my favourite, I always will. The only problem that on the day they worked understaffed, and I know they tried their hardest to serve the food quicker but at times they looked like they running around needlessly, repeating what their colleague has just done. Some tables needed attention, but again I u derstand there was no enough staff to do all work. Thank you and keep it up

We have ordered from this BK twice, both times they forgot one item off the order and barely gave us any compensation. Today on the second order, we ordered the Family 2 item, which includes 2 burger what we can choose and one kids cheeseburger, fries and chilli cheese bites. I have NO CLUE what kind of people are working in there, but to forget to put A WHOPPER BURGER into the order when we ordered two of them is insane to me. Do they not see that there was supposed to be two whoppers in there? Do they just want to prank us? I don't know, but one thing I know is that I'm still hungry because they didnt put my Whopper in there:) Disappointing, never ordering nor going there EVER. If you want to save yourself trouble and the stress of getting a small compensation after THEIR mistake, then do not order from here.

First time I've had a problem ordering from here, food was cold to the touch. Couldn't even manage the fries and after a few bites of the cold burger I lost my appetite. Basically just paid £15 for a milkshake.

Not impressed that the delivery driver would not give us our order without a code? The house was the delivery address but we had to give a code, which we did not know, gave the order number that wasn’t sufficient and showed him the email. Again that was suitable, it turned out to be the last 4 digits of the phone number.. Great update on your service, not!,

Emolyees at this restaurant are very helpfull. Where as Westgate ones are useless.

Gave me 20 cheese bites instead of nuggets. I dont really like the cheese bites so half my order is ruined

I find Burger King very expensive but my granddaughter loves it we don't go there too often but the food is always good

I’ve avoided Burger King for years as a result of a first time visit to a branch in a motorway service station. Awful food bad chips which resembled corn sticks. But I used this Pipps Hill restaurant and the difference was amazing, piping hot and very tasty. More expensive than McD’s but well worth it.

Food wasn’t great but happy with everything else

The birthday surprise for my 8 year old granddaughter was shattered as the strawberry milkshake was omitted by the restaurant. Yes this has been refunded but not the point. The delivery driver took less than 10 minutes to get from the restaurant to the door in a car but the meal was only just warm at 42 degrees C well below the restaurant standard serving temperature, this points to the restaurant having the food waiting to be collected for a long period of time. Overall very disappointed.
