A great McDonalds with usual fast service, at a very busy site, at the edge of Basildon's Festival Liesure Centre. Normal food offering.

Well I couldn't be bother to cook, so we grabbed a cheeky burger.

Ordered two breakfast meals and pancakes. Get home to find the two meals are missing. How hard can it be? The items are listed on the receipt!!!

time kept moving so difficult to tell if it was on time.

ordered two meals which was correct but when it came to drinks. I ordered 1 medium banana milkshake and 1 large chocolate milkshake all I received was 1 medium Coke. I know it can be busy but customer care just isn't there. can't be that hard to workout how many two is and surely should know the difference between a fizzy drink to a milkshake 🤔

It’s McDonald’s. It’s great. But what I don’t understand is why items are always missing!? If you see 5 hashbrowns on the order - you put 5 in the bag!!!!!! Not 2!!!!!!

15 mins early which was good however items were either missing or wrong I know it's only mcdonalds but they clearly had time to check if they were that early

Burgers tasted very poor- they were all cold and felt like were made not recently but a while ago. Also, lack of sauces and ingredients. Moreover, fries were also cold, soggy. No tissues in the bag. Coke tasted like diluted with loads of water. I understand that ice possibly melted due to warm weather, but it should not be delivered like this.

Fries were cold. Cokes were flat. Did not enjoy. Delivered on a bicycle from a too long distance

food was stone cold. lucky my daughter went to bed.

Not open at 3am. Only drive thru ridiculous

Food was cold, due to the driver unable to read road signs and then decided to walk 5 minutes to me instead of riding over. Stop hiring non-native English drivers as they don't seem to understand road signs or how streets work. Driver didn't even apologise.

you didn't deliver the dips that come with the nuggets now my kids have to eat there nuggets dry with no dip. unacceptable

thoroughly disappointed, order wasn't correct, the food wasn't hot and the driver knocked at the wrong door. Poor neighbour as 11.30pm!

Shocking It said 25/30 min Waite but kept changing the time so ended up an hour and half then when my food finally arrived I was missing my drinks and my food was stone could this isn’t the first time this has happened as I am a regular user of this app but this is by far the worst not only am I short iteams I have had to throw away my food because it’s not edible and I’m now out of pocket thanks for nothing

courier got delivered the food in good time. but the restaurant had me waiting almost 2 1/2 hours for my food. courier stated he had been waiting in the restaurant for an hour just for my order!! won't be ordering for here again!

Waited nearly 2 hours for my order and when i arrived it was cold id like a refund

I waited over 3 hours for my food and when it was finally on its way it told me it was delivered and it never was.

It kept moving the delivery to a later time and the food was warm bordering on cold.

The delivery was over hour and half and food was freezing cold, never ordering from that mc Donald again

Delivery time was constantly changing, took over an hour and half for a McDonald’s 4 mins drive from home. Stone cold, dry and poor portion sizes, the chips weren’t even half full!!! No straws for the shakes either! Very poor

Order was 2.5 hours late. Missing all main food items. Dessert was dry and stale. Milkshake was warm and undrinkable. No explanation, no updates or means to cancel order. First attempt to order didn't arrive at all. Despicable "fast food" service.

Delivery originally 21:00, did change to 22:55, however delivered at 22:35, stone cold… not nice for myself nor my 10yo daughter…

We ordered this at 7:30pm it didn’t come until 9:45pm it said delivery was expected at 8pm - the kids had all gone to bed, the food went in the bin. Thanks

Some tables and door furniture seemed to be sticky and need a good wipe over. Some glasses were not clean. Good place to meet as it has a garden and lakeside setting.. A Greene King Hungry Horse pub with nearby Premier Inn.

McFlurry got delivered on its side with ice cream in the bottom of the bag and milkshake was melted and warm ALSO WHY DOES IS TASTE LIKE BANANA when its chocolate

worst service ever. I am both a simple buyer and a delivery driver working for deliveroo and just eat. there are hundreds of restaurants in basildon, there are five more McDonald's, but ONLY HERE the employees are rude, ignoring, angry. they pretend not to see anyone around, they treat the delivery drivers quite badly. drivers fight there for 10-15 minutes to get their orders which are already prepared and chilled on the shelves for a long time . in very rare cases it is possible to get it immediately. managers are not paying attention, employees are standing around talking to each other. YOU MAY NOT UNDERSTAND THAT YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE WAITING FOR AN ORDER at home and they waiting hot food. every second customer is upset because something is missing in the order. there was not once on my order too. the managers should be changed, because it's been the third year and the service is getting worse.(I have been taking orders from here for three years). especially one lady manager with a white shirt a red scarf. Very very very rude and abuses their duties. she forgot her duties at the restaurant and did not know that delivery drivers do not work for her and she has no right to apply her personal rules to them because drivers have rules set for them by, for example, just eat . we are not animals and we ask you to accept us with respect. it's your job, your business.

Normally never disappoints, the food is what you expect and so is the service, occasionally the drive thru service can be underwhelming.

The worst service, the worst food, fries not cooked, row, cheeseburgers without onions, I asked bic mac extra sauce, no 3xtra sauce, never ever coming back, fries is row, spend 30 pounds for nothing!!! Disgusted!!!

Took over an hour to be delivered stone cold. Went from delivery in 20 mins to an hour and 5. Was nor edible when arrived had to warm it all up and throw chips away

Did not receive any dips what so ever as USUAL and didn’t receive my free gift that came up when placing my order. Needless to say I will not be buying anything from McDonald’s again

Not happy, the driver went to 2 other deliveries further away first and then to us. All food was cold, drink toppled over and leaked every where.

Driver sat in next road for 10 minutes then when food was delivered half my order was missing.

food was cold,wrong dips sent,sent a message to just eat for a refund,no point calling McDonald's as there useless and uncaring .will not be useing this McDonald's in future and would not recommend

Food is freezing cold, I then sat and watched the delivery driver make multiple deliveries the opposite direction to where I live and then lied to my face and said he had to go back to the restaurant because he picked up the wrong order when I know full well he didn’t. Pathetic laughable service. Over an hour late and when it arrived, the cofee had been spilt all over the food, and was very soggy. The paper wouldn’t come off the hash browns it was so bad. Refund Refund please

Got breakfast delivery from here and it was very nice, they didn't have any milk so they gave me two large bottles of water and a note, thank you!

I was given a delivery time of 5.50 which was repeatedly changed and I could see the driver was waiting at the restaurant. The order then turned up at 6.20 and was cold, and I was refused compensation due to the fact I have made similar claims before; however, this does not make the company look good as it shows the same thing keeps happening.

Waste of money and time keep on forgetting items on the order I mean come on. This is a joke
