Missing free item, straw missing for milkshake, fries and mcChicken sandwich stone cold. Not happy waiting for a refund, didn’t look in bag before I gave the code for the delivery. Shocking , won’t be ordering from here again

I order from Festival Leisure McDonald’s because Basildon Kitchen always get it wrong or forget items. It didn’t pay off it was still wrong, an American turned up instead of a latte 😂

Love that it was early. Didn’t love that I ordered a bacon roll but got sausage, egg, bacon and cheese with no roll?

my order wasn't delivered at all

my chips were freezing my dog didn't even eat them! which I'm shocked at as my delivery driver was fast and on time no complaints about them at all! however I then noticed that. My small chips never came as well (not even cold)oh and to top it off they took out the mustard and onion in my hamburger leaving me with just burger bun ketchup and one pickle quite random of them to do? Especially when i have not asked for them to do so! Really would not recommend at this point

there was the smallest amount of brown sauce inside my breakfast wrap there was a tiny bit just at the top of it i’m very dissatisfied

The chips were cold and weren’t cooked enough

Ordered a double quarter pounder meal and only got a single. My other half had the same and was dry no sauce. Chips were cold and soggy. Not good at all!

The only thing delivered was 1 happy meal and an Oasis drink. Everything else was missing.

Received the wrong order. Ordered six hamburgers ketchup only, a mcChicken sandwich and fries, I received a happy meal, chicken selects and two medium fries.

The coffee had tipped over on transit a had ruined the food. No coffee less than half the food fit to eat not happy a lot of money for ruined food

Festival leisure is incompetent ordered 2 bacon roll meals got home both contained cheese. I'm severely allergic to cheese. Staff standing around and can never answer phone. Disgusting service

Nice burgers and whilst I was there I bummed into the window cleaner from SB window cleaning. He was doing an amazing job. He also does domestic cleaning too. Look him up if you need a cleaner.

burger and fries lovely but it's a shame the restaurants restaurant didn't make sure the drink was secure in the holder as most was was spilled in bottom of the bag it was delivered in. courier hadn't when noticed

it would seem that tipping your driver ensures you first delivery. food was hot for a change 😋... well worth the extra £2.

asked for burger without cheese, due to allergies, but they they sent burger with cheese.

probably longer then 30mins.. all food came cold.. had to reheat all in the airfryer literally a joke.. £16 and was late and cold just ridiculous.. I will claming a full refund..

Always a safe bet, mcdo has some great specials and tries new things. Clean and efficient and never crowded. The big arch was great.

According to McDonald's at Festival Leisure Park my order that was just delivered doesn't exist even though it's clearly their receipt! See photo They failed to delivery any fries or apple pies with our order and won't send them out to us as they say the order doesn't exist and they can't send out food anyway. I was being past between a man and a woman constantly and the woman who insisted she was the manager kept saying they had checked but the order doesn't exist but she was saying the wrong order number. I tried correcting her but she just said the wrong number repeatedly. In the end she hung up on me without resolving it. Very rude and unprofessional

Got delivered no chips, no sauce and a Big Mac missing, had to drive to McDonald’s and order all the missing food again resulting in the two Big Macs we did receive to go cold! Paid for delivery and then still had to go out and re order in case of missing items again. Just poor service

What is the point of placing an order of SPECIFIC items only to ignore what is on the list and send something different???? Why is it so hard to read an order and pack that EXACT order in the bag?????? Items missing AGAIN. Wrong food sent AGAIN!!!!!

When we first placed the order we were told delivery would be in 15-25 mins. This time gradually crept up and we finally got the food an hour later! Even when we were told the courier was on the way the time to go before delivery still kept raising. When the food arrived all of it was completely stone cold. Not an ounce of warmth in it. Because of this it was not at all enjoyable! Not impressed!

Waited a long time for food when it arrived it was stone cold. No straws to drink our milkshakes with and hey we’re spilt across the bag and other drinks upon arrival.

2 hours late for drop off, when on the website delivery was 35 minutes. Not great food and we were missing a Big Mac meal, quarter pounder with cheese, 2 large chips and a milk shake. After waiting 2 hrs you would think it would arrive with the correct order. The poor delivery driver had been at the restaurant for 1hr45 to be told that McDonald’s gave our order to someone else. Not impressed and this isn’t the first time it’s happened either!

Didn’t even come. Delivered in 10 minutes aparantly they can deliver in to the future now useless no refund nothing, thanks il starve!!!
