Mcdonald's Restaurants in Basildon

Good fast food restaurant, food was hot and quick especially considering how busy it was. Only complaint was that we used the table service and had to go back and ask for sugar and milk for the tea as was not offered at the table. Also no milk shakes available.

This is a very hectic McDonald's. For it's location and how busy it gets, it just doesn't feel big enough. The car park is not big and the entrance to the drive-thru is the same road that is the entrance to the car park. So once the drive-thru gets busy, you can't even get access to the car park. It really needs addressing but obviously never will. I basically try to avoid this McDonald's most times just because it is so busy and hectic.

Food was OK. Place was too crowded car park ridiculous.

Food was fine but had to wait 15 minutes for my order and it seemed all drive thru customers had the same problem. Still, at least the milkshake machine was working.

It's just McDonald's but it could be better

The Mcrib was good, but not as good as I remember it. The bun is smaller than the rib steak and toppinings were mean - very little)

Items missing yet again from our order and it happens too many times for it to be an oversight its outright theft, how many people do they do this too.

absoulute micky take didnt get 20 mcnuggets and 5 drinks it was for my family but they messed up i dont recommed go to the one in mayflower or pitseap

Place packed drive-through packed as well got take away waited a fair while that's understandable Got in my car, started driving, my wife opened the food, and it was stone cold chips. The horrible nuggets were dry and horrible, plus they didn't put the dips in ! Dry nuggets, no dip, no thanks, never again at that branch.. Couldn't go back as we were on the A127 plus the place was packed waste of 23 quid

How does someone miss 8 nuggets in a 20 box? My 4 year old nephew can count to 20 with no issue. 1 or 2 is forgivable but 8 is a joke.

The food is good and fresh at this place, although there was a massive waiting time when I visited. Also, at a time of my visit, they run out of sauces. Hopefully I could review you again and next time put 5 stars, for now only 4 stars

Completely incapable of getting a delivery order right. Do not order delivery from here, there will be something missing.

Ordered 20 pounds worth of food and only had drinks arrive an hour later.

Driver apologised as McDonald’s messed up which is why it took so long food was missing, all 5 dips all missing McDonald’s need to sort it out 3rd time in a row now messing up just lazy workers at this point not the drivers fault as bags are all sealed by the workers either do your job right or work somewhere else I understand it’s “fast food” but 40 odd minutes late and missing stuff is a joke

We have never had an issue with this location is always an alternative active visit if any other locations are closed. Service has always been good and offers some very welcoming floor staff to the restaurant Car park is a tad on the small, but never fear, just a short pop over the Mimi roundabout and you have all the parking space you would need. Location has always been kept clean and tidy and well maintained

most of the food was missing, and what we did recieve was cold, mc donalds was no help, so most have the family have gone without food.

Delivery food is kept in extremely dangerous conditions. Sometimes the food will be on a shelf (not even heated) for up to 40 minutes at busy times. After 30 minutes the food is technically unfit for human consumption. Ordering delivery from this McDonalds is dangerous.

After spending 35 pound my delivery has been delayed to someone else

Absolutely disgusting food was cold and chips very much under cooked. Had mcdelivery they tried to blame u er eats but they delivery earlier than expected. Tried calling but no one answers call spent £37 never again at this venue been others locally and they been lovely but festival leisure Basildon McDonald’s is a no for me.

There is no food or something similar is just a field full of pumpkins but you can have some quality time with your kids :) we always loved it :)

Missing chips and missing dips

On numerous orders there are items missing, how hard can it be for the orders to be checked before the leave the premises. No care and attention!!!

Drink was spilled all over my food so could not eat anything as it was cold and wet.

Our food was cold when it delivered which it was delivered late and we had 3 portions of fries missing.

Missing Items, food was made wrong it also took 45mins for delivery. Ordered a bacon mayo and double cheese burger and was given a bacon mayo beef burger and other one was missing..... idk how this mistake was allowed by any management member.... very unhappy with this experience will be wanting refund/recompession.

I am an older customer and I enjoy taking advantage of table service rather than stand waiting, but why orphan why when you serve the food don’t you put a couple of napkins on the tray? Simple and small geasture.

delivery time kept being pushed back and when it did arrive it wasn't very hot and the order was wrong. They delivered a mineral water instead of a strawberry milkshake. The service from McDonalds in general is always poor, it takes too long to arrive and often large fries are substituted with medium fries. The courier often struggles to find the address because they follow the app instead of looking for the door number. I won't be using Just Eat in future as the order is always cold.

Food is always amazing at mcdonalds, some staff are great Grace who works in McDonald's on the A127 is incredible but some of the others are weird and sound like they don't have a soul when you place an order and usually get it wrong. Always check your bags when they give you your food!!!

I recently visited McDonald's and was quite frustrated by a recurring issue I've observed in multiple locations. The "Ready to Collect" screen, which is supposed to indicate that orders are ready, is completely innacurate and only seems to serve the staff for meeting their SLA targets. In reality, the collection desk is almost always empty, and the orders are rarely ready when the screen says they are. This has been an issue in every McDonald's I've visited, and it causes unnecessary confusion and frustration. It's particularly disheartening to stand by and watch customers, especially Uber drivers, grow increasingly impatient while waiting for their orders. Additionally, the large fries I ordered were barely a medium portion, which is another common problem. Another inefficiency I noticed was that one staff member appeared to have the sole responsibility of telling customers their orders were waiting on drinks. This role seemed redundant, and it would be far more effective to cross-train this employee to actually help make the drinks, speeding up the process. Overall, the current system just isn’t working and needs serious reconsideration.

Delivery as expected time wise, delivery person courteous and friendly. Food - chips were cold and other food luke warm, surprisingly had dip, this is always normally missing. Advised helpline of dissatisfaction, prompt reply and partial refund.

McDonalds do not care about their customers. If they did, they would have a way to contact them directly for screwed up orders. Today the only part of my order they managed to get right was my drinks. The food items were completely different from what I ordered and I ended up having to cook because there was not nearly enough to go round. Mistakes with orders can only be resolved via JustEat, which, for a massive company is utterly ridiculous! It would not be so bad if this was a one off!

Food was a bit cold, the drinks machine had broken so the drinks were flat and then had a rude employee called Zak tell me it was not their fault and refused to exchange the drinks.
