Mcdonald's Restaurants in Basildon

Best tasting burgers and fries. Unlike some other McDonalds, they put enough sauces etc. so the burger tastes really good. There were some nuisance teenagers around who were banned from entering by the security, but no other issues.

ASDA Hulme restaurant - super busy but surprisingly no delay in service

Probably the best McDonald's in the area. Staff are very friendly and helpful

Delivery was great. No issues. Happy meal had item missing so not so good. Will use another branch next time.

Good delivery time just wish all my delivery arrived. Not easy explaining to an autistic non verbal child why their breakfast hasnt arrived and why they now have to wait for me to re order or cook something elese at home. Very unhappy child not good.

The chips was thrown in the bag upside down chips was quite cold

really disappointed with my order tonight couldn't eat the fries they were very hard and cold and my burger bun was very cold! a waist of £30 👎

Every single time we order from here, they forget something. This time, they forgot the chips and dips, so half our dinner is missing.

Significant improvement since last visit. Food served to table with napkins. Staff member wholly focussed upon cleanliness very motivated and fixed upon cleaning. Well done to them. Food nice too.

Came in around 10pm... just finished work tired and spaced out, slow at ordering... but Tia was kind and patient... very approachable and welcoming

I’m always missing something from my order

Incorrect drinks, cheeseburger with no onion or gherkins, chips half full and burgers literally thrown together! Absolutely shocking.

The food was cold and my fries were missing. I didn’t recieve any refund and I ended up paying 15 pound.

driver was so rude!! called and said he was in Church Road, told him that wasn't my address, tried to say id ordered from Church Road, clearly states my address on delivery instructions, finally delivered continued to be rude kissed his teeth and tutted!!! sort your drivers out absolutely no need for attitude especially when they are in the wrong!!!

the quality of the food was good. but once again the order was wrong again. we ordered 20 chicken nuggets. which we received ok but we ordered a double cheese quarter pounder meal. and received a normal cheese quarter pounder meal. leaving us very dissatisfied again.

delivery driver was on his phone talking throughout the delivery....just poor around....especially when his was delivering cold food

I may have been the lucky one here, but no complaints from me with this order. The order arrived quickly and exactly as requested - including my burger being adjusted per order and the dips bought. Needed a quick zap in the microwave to heat up but otherwise all was great.

Always enjoy coming here, where I use the board to place my order, use table service, meal delivered to me within minutes and read my book. Absolutely bliss

Grimace shakes not delivered, replaced with bottles of water..... I have water in my taps why would I want bottles of it. :D

Cold chips half full, no point in ordering a large!

I placed my order at 4.20pm.....the delivery driver turned up at 7.30pm, food was cold, no call, message or email to say it would be late. I refused the order as it had taken 3 hours and would like a refund for this order please

My food took 1 and a half hours to get to my house so by the time it got here it was colder then the North Pole.

Food arrived quickly and was delivered to my table with napkins, almost a first. Well done It's great when a plan comes together...so to speak!

I placed order at 9.56am took along time to even say being prepared when it arrives everything is Cold. didn't receive tea or porridge. or even get the Jam for the toasted bun. I'm normally ok with everything but this has been a joke had to reward everything

This was rather disappointing, drinks spilt on route and the bag with the drinks was soaked, so I didn't have any drinks with my order. Sorry but will not be using this ap again.

I was waiting in traffic for forty minutes up to an hour, was contemplating to ring up and tell them it shouldn’t be taking this long for one meal!!! So disappointed. Unfortunately I will not be coming back here.

I only visit this McDonald's because parking is easy. Usually order hamburgers with onions but never seem to actually get any onions. The amount of french fries you get isn't very many, it's usually half to 3/4 full. And twice tried out the burger and fries offer for £2.99 that you get when you do a survey but in this branch there is always an error, then it says the voucher has already been used - only in this branch tho not others.

It was too late I ordered around 11:30pm but i got this order 12:30am its not good even the food was cold i waste my money please refund it
