McDonalds as you would expect, Staff ok quick service and the McDonalds taste and prices as usual. Clean as well.

Perfectly OK. In a god position for a day in the broads. We often visit Wroxham & this McDonald's is handy. In at least 20 years of visiting, we have never had a poor visit.

Ordered the food at the till. The lady said take the number and the number of your order and find a table, which we did 20min went by so i went to the counter and asked if they have forgotten about us. The manager said sorry for the delay and we can have one small drink for the inconvenience. To which I said 40 minutes ago I ordered our food, I didn't make you wait 40minutes to pay you. Crap service. Do not recommend

Rude service, just took a pot of tea from Roy's to sit with family in Macdonald's and told by woman member to sit in Roy's as can not sit there only Macdonald's food , i pointed out i was sitting with family on same table plus only about 6 people in there so no where near full and Roy's don't mind Macdonald's food over there if sitting with people who are eating Roy's food, she got snotty and raised her voice about cross contamination so i moved and said i shan't bother going to there anymore family moved to me and other people said that it was over the top from the lady,

Waited 35 mins for table service ,nothing came,so I went to counter and got it myself,was told sorry.....,If the restaurant can't do the table service,don't offer the service.(It was just 2 coffees and 2 breakfast muffins)

Fast food?? Slow food more like. Ordered at the touch screen menus and opted to wait at counter for food. Stood for approx 20 minutes to get out food. Customers that went to the counter and got served seemed to have got served and food before us. There were plenty of staff not that any of them smiled or looked like they wanted to be there. Coke was flat and the latte was bitter Certainly had better than this one and will certainly not visit again.

This McDonald's is usually five star but on arriving on the 21st of August at 3 p.m.was dirty I had to clean myself smeared with tomato sauce and other food items the floor had chips and cardboard packaging there were two girls there there that would normally clean the tables but they were continually talking when we left there wasn't a clean table to be seen so disappointing

I am disgusted. I had to wait 22 mins for my food !!! you call this fast food ? More like slow food I can’t even put into words how disappointed And let down we are . We will not be coming back and We was also not recommend this place. Kids crying chips left on the table I also got a happy meal had to wait ages for it let’s just say it wasn’t a happy meal I think you are advising your food wrong. This was a mcjoke

What is going on with McD’s, why are all the ones I’ve visited recently getting the orders wrong. Toys instead of books in the happy meals. Must say the new chicken Big Mac is disappointing!

If a McDonald’s wins awards for service then this one should get gold. The service is amazing the minute you walk in, we went twice and each time they were very friendly. The first time the man helped to move a chair so we could get a wheelchair close to the table. The food was excellent, a full menu which is not available where I live (Mcplant) and the restaurant spotless. I even complemented the manager.

So the staff are like super friendly happy to help as all that, the food tastes really nice and if you are in the area I would recommend you go there and after that go to all the Roys

Nice McDonalds. Busy, but clean and food was of a good quality. Really just the ticket for a quick snack when passing through on holiday.

Having kids I've visited a lot of McDonald's and I can't say that the service has ever stood out, but today there were 2 members of staff who stood out. I took one lady to be a supervisor, organising customers ordering and sorting out tables, while the gentleman was spending most of his time cleaning he still answered any questions and was happy to help as necessary. The food is as you'd expect and the layout of the food area is poor, but when you have people who go above and beyond you can forgive many sins. Definitely a nice change for fast food!

Made my day of a long week of exams. Martin, this guy needs a pay rise!! Honestly such a kind guy!!!

Amazing staff! Martian from customer care was beyond amazing with us, made sure to cater for our every needs. Me and some friends were out as had just finished our exams and he was congratulating us and as we left said “so lovely to have you girls” This man deserves a raise!! He was absolutely amazing with us and I felt like I was in a restaurant being catered for rather than a fast food chain! Petition to get Martian a raise ;)

It wasn't a very warm day but we thought we deserved a treat and a McFlurry fitted the bill. They come in cardboard containers nowadays and didn't seem quite so big. Good to have though.

When entering we got greeted by a staff member (carol) who was very happy to help us. She made sure we done the track and trace and very happy to show us to the table. Asked if we was ordered on screen or by counter. When food brought out to us the lady asked if we had everything. We need the food very warm and lovely. The only issue was the toffee latte could do with a bit more toffee. Social distance very good and the lobby host cleaning as soon as customer leaves. Happy to return here. If your passing though Wrexham I would say pop by.

Top marks for excellent organisation within the restaurant. Organised seating, plentiful staff to advise, social distancing in place with table service for completed orders. Regular and thorough cleaning observed whilst dining in. Staff were all pleasant, cheerful and very helpful.

This was the safest, most satisfactory meal or snack that my family had in this part of Norfolk, post 'lockdown'We were seated in a spotlessly clean, screened both, with clear instruction to follow. We were able to enter our contact details via a q code, and members of staff, who were all wearing masks, were on hand to help us if we failed! this was the only pub/restaurant/cafe or coffee shop that asked for any contact details.Nothing was too much for the cheerful staff (which is what I expect from every food outlet, but ALWAYS get a Maccy D's)

McDonald’s is McDonald’s, and this is one of them. Busy in school holidays, and you know what you are going to get. But where else can you hire a day boat before your McNuggets get cold!

This is probably the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to . Their order machines were filthy & they had only 1 type of smoothie available. Also they had only 1 iced coffee available which wasn’t very nice either . As A fan of McDonald’s coffee , I’m not impressed at all . Never again .

very good service in all areas and very clean in side but toilets not clean and long walk to them as they are in the use by all shoppers in store

no this place is not clean at all and the tables you have to use are part of roys shopping center and very un clean . had a coffee did not enjoy at all and to many load kids being very load.

Visit McDonald's occasionally, weekday afternoons after 3 pm cafe has school children sitting at tables not having food from McDonald's bringing in own food customers that are purchasing food then have nowhere to sit I have written to McDonald's but no reply is this a new policy?

All the new computer system crashed 2day. Everyone looked bewildered n lost. Then a lovely lady who was collecting trays at the time came forward & did things old skool pen n paper. Within minutes place was as smooth as normal. Lady deserves a promotion. Hope she was rewarded. New raspberry mcflurry is unbeatable

I went to Wroxham (with a friend), on Saturday (June 29th), we travelled on the Bure Valley Railway (Aylsham to Wroxham), got to Wroxham, about 12.15pm, we spent a very pleasant, eventful and packed afternoon, in Wroxham (very nice weather), our first port of call, was McDonald's, I ordered (for me and my friend) Tea and medium Chips, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the service was very fast, me and my friend, ate our Chips, and drank our Tea, while sat on a bench, near to the bridge (overlooking the Broads), I will definitely return to McDonald's (in Wroxham), one day.

Excellent service, food good and hot. Staff helpful at all times. Really friendly. Look forward to going again.

Worst McDonald’s ever. Cold, drinks and fruit bags missing from happy meals. Staff ridiculously slow and not well presented. All in all a bit grim.

popped in to try the new millionaires latte , was lovely , restaurant itself was nothing special , typical mcds , used for convenience whilst shopping in roys really.

After our Norfolk Broads holiday, decided to get a take away McDonald's breakfast as wanted to get home in time for football (first point, this is not a fast food Restaraunt, the staff only know how to go slow) Ordered 4 x Mc muffin meals and 2 x oatso simple porridge cost £21.05, (second issue strange as it is my daughter wanted a milkshake but milkshakes were not available, looking at some other reviews she had a lucky escape). So now the next kick, when we got back to the car with the food one of the Oatso simples was missing, so back to the Restaraunt we go and queue, for about 5 mins as there were 2 customers in front of us, remember i said these guys dont work at pace, something the customer in front of me commented on also, we were eventually directed to the manager who kindly offered to supply the missing porridge, but as I pointed out the rest of my order, mc muffins, hash browns and coffees were all cold as they were at this point 20 mins old, so could he replace the whole lot (not an unreasonable request surely?) to which he couldn't and suggested a refund and that we reorder through their very slow process again, how ridiculous. As I was not going to eat or have my family eat cold food I took the refund and ate elsewhere, much to the dissatisfaction of my daughter. This whole process then delayed my homeward journey by over an hour meaning I missed my football costing me £60 in ticket money.

Called here after Broadsds trip. Grandson enjoyed it. Was quite busy but food arrived in good time and was as good as McDonlads gets.

Stopped for a McFlurry after some chips at Ken’s in Wroxham and it was lovely and only 89p and we were served quickly but the wait for the ice cream itself took about 10 minutes honestly I assume as it was about 9pm on a Saturday night they did not have many staff working.

Exceptionally clean with well presented staff. Very good service and attitude. Only minor down point is the acoustics at the service area when you make a personal order rather than use the self-service menus, that makes the verbal exchange difficult. Back ground music kept low, something other branches should leaen from/

Cheap eat and high quality as you would expect from McDonalds, have to say the service here was very good and the staff very friendly.

One of the nicest McDonalds I’ve been in - all the staff were exceptionally friendly, it was very clean, there was waiter service (in a McDonald’s - who knew!). Overall, it was lovely

Who would have thought Uncle Roy would have built a McDonalds inside one of his many stores in Wroxham (Hoveton really!)? But there it is serving all the usual fare you'd expect at prices about normal. It now a yearly destination when on holiday.

Whilst on holiday in Norfolk we visited Mc Donalds situated in Roys of Wroxham and was very disappointed with the food the time waiting for our order and the dirty surroundings of the of the restaurant, We would not return if we are in this area.

Cold food. Had to wait for a long time. The new system which has recently been put in does not seem to be efficient at all, in fact the whole thing was ridiculous. The staff unfriendly. Definitely will not be returning.

I agree that Roys MacDonalds was not the best but it was very popular even so.....but today when I went to take my grand daughter for lunch, and it had disappeared!!!!! Just hoarding up where McDs used to be! No notices, inside of out, no McD sign outside on the wall... Nothing I asked Roys staff and even they said they were taken by surprise! I was ther last week and there were no notices no nothing then either. I am still baffled .... Will it return in a better state or is that it... The end?

Don't leave without tasting the milkshakes.

Visited this McDonalds while on holiday in Wroxham. This must be the worst one I've ever visited. Dirty floors and tables. Chips luke warm.

Food: Absolutely disgusting standard of food . Chips nearly cold , dry and tasted like they had been reheated . Soft drinks dispensed from filthy old fashioned self service dispensers with spillage inevitable.

Situated in the Roy's of Wroxham food hall so a slightly different experience to usual, otherwise food and pricing is the same and service quite fast. Very conveniently located in the centre of Hoveton.

Estábamos en Wroxham un domingo por la mañana y queríamos algo para comer, así que nos fuimos de aquí. Las dos tenían salchichas y huevos doble con un café y fue agradable, el restaurante estaba lleno de gente y estaba limpio y ordenado, sin comer aquí.

Was recommended Wroxham (ROYS !!!!) but not impressed so thought would grab a burgher here - big mistake - massive queue for sweet saggy buns

Took the grandkids for burger and ice cream, ordered three plain cheese burger happy meals for the young ones as they don't like the relish ( these had to be ordered ) plus three lots of cheese bites, one of the staff bought food over to the table saying only two bags of cheese bites the other will be along in a little while, ummm which child should we make wait.. didn't mater as all burgers had relish so we had to take them back, second batch all had relish again but no cheese , bloke on till didn't like that we took them back again as if it was us ....how hard can it be to miss out the relish on a burger , not worked there so may be it is hard... who knows, the chips had way to much salt, these are young children's meals..! they got it right 3rd time and gave us 3rd bag of bites , a least you can eat them all separately as the meal don't come as one you can pace yourself, the ice cream was ok as long as you don't want the advertised Christmas chocolate orange, there wasn't any.

went here for takeaway, literally 2 mins drive home, and the chips were cold, had to microwave them to warm them up. This is not the first time this has happened either. Get your act together.

Un salto en la mañana para el desayuno con mi hijo. Tener que esperar 10 minutos para la comida que me di cuenta de lo repugnante que era el lugar. Alrededor de la base de las mesas y asientos estaban muy sucias y había comida arraigados en el borde de mesa. Nos sentamos junto a la ventana y tan pronto como la comida llegamos, un miembro del personal comenzaron a limpiar el exterior de la ventana con lo que parecía un plato sucio de tela y un rollo de cocina. Sucio, sucio, sucio evita este McDonald's...

No estoy seguro de qué decir como hemos frecuentado esta rama muchas veces por conveniencia cuando he necesitado un rápido té en ruta. He notado que ha bajado lentamente en los últimos meses. En las últimas visitas las plantas y mesas de los clientes han sido sucias con restos de comida, etc. con ningún miembro de personal liquidación presente y limpieza. Que visite otros restaurantes de todo el país y siempre hay un miembro del personal dedicado a hacer esto y mucho más importante, con una agradable sonrisa en su cara. Esta noche realmente me desanime, había una pequeña presencia de moscas en la estación de autoservicio de bebidas y salsas. Ahora sé que no puedo ser atendido y las medidas preventivas pueden ser tomadas y que aún insisten en estar presentes, pero el hecho de que la zona estaba sucia era muy desagradable, por decir lo menos.

El servicio era muy pobre. Muchos empleados alrededor pero no la gestión. Tomando los pedidos pequeños para llegar fuimos dejando los mostradores las órdenes vacía. Además de todo este caos el café estaba muy caliente. Esto deja que ha ido aumentando a lo largo de los últimos seis meses. No era una época y no sólo grandes colas. Gestión y organización. El pobre café ha sido caliente por algún tiempo.

It's extremely busy, even on a normal weekday. The choice etc is identical to every other McDonald's you've ever been to. Staff were efficient though.

Oh my Days... this was like the most amazing ever ever ever chikan naggats iv ever eaten maate!! wowzers. and the chips! blimey mate.. Banging. have to say a big thank u to tha cashier bird as well she was well friendly innit!. gave me a free napkin and that. but honestly though you want nice naggats go dawn maccy d's in hoveton.. laaaave it xxxx

If you just want a quick burger just the place. Does get extremely busy weekends an school holidays. Always kept clean & tidy

Creo que es seguro decir que todos paran en McDonald's porque es rápido, barato y práctico. No tenemos muchas expectativas. Pero dicho esto ¿es muy difícil dejar el Mayo cuando I ' no mayo por favor especifique" en mi vegetariano envoltura? Ahora, esto no es una tendencia que he notado que en la sucursal de Wroxham.. El literalmente cada McDonald's que he estado Nationwide ha puesto siempre en mayo. A menudo, hasta habrá una etiqueta en el frente, que dice ser un no envoltura mayo también. Obviamente algún tipo de falla de comunicación en los pedidos de manera están impresas a través de la cocina?

Vinimos para una pareja de butties tocino el sábado por la mañana, pero nos dijeron que había dejado de servir el desayuno: 10.30 de la mañana del sábado! Prefiero butties de bacon hamburguesas a esa hora de la mañana, así que pedí de nuevo pero recibió un en blanco.

What a shame the photos that show a Big Mac is not what you get, like how it is in the states. The meat was just dry and I was so looking forward to it.

Usual McDonald's, not quite. Unusually opens directly onto Roys own coffee set up. So you have a choice. Both good.

as like most places this was no different to any other including my nearest one at home in exeter however as u all know tis cheap and to be fair when we went there staff very cheerful

A little confusing entrance and exit. Member of staff who served was very helpful. I would be happy to visit this place again in the future. The food is the same in all stores, so each to your all, overall good.

Double sausage and egg mc muffins x 3 all yum and filling. Coffee. Hot chocolate and a carton of milk so we can make our son a mocha. Lovin it

my wife and I took a day trip to Wroxham we love being on or besides the water and are looking for a little boat. I cannot eat wheat gluten or dairy and this town is not renown for its fine dining so rather than struggle to find something in the various hostelries we opted for a cheap and cheerful McDonald's because strange as it may sound , their burgers are GF.

Went for a meal here with my girlfriend on a Saturday evening, didn't bother to book and luckily we found a table with a view overlooking Wroxham.. fab! ! We both chose the large big mac meal and it didn't dissapoint, the beef was cooked to perfection and was juicy and tender.. accompanied with crisp fresh lettuce leaves and succulent gherkins, the sauce in the burger was revelation to the taste buds.. really bringing the flavours together the seeded bun was lightly toasted and tasted like it freshly baked that morning.. the French fries were hot and crunchy and fluffy in the middle quite an achievement by the chefs they were also perfectly seasoned a rarity with fries. . To follow we opted for the famous apple pie, this for me was the highlight of the evening crunchy pastry with a hot and flavourful apple filling hitting you with a hint if cinnamon. . Amazing. All in all a tremendous meal in a lovely setting.. we shall be back!
