order wasn't completed properly asked for onions on one kebab only neither of them had onion🌰 ordered salad lots of lettuce and red cabbage only 1piece of cucumber 🥒 and one piece of tomato 🍅 not very impressed.

It doesn't even deserve 1 star.. the staff were horrible... one of them was cutting fish and at the same time touching bread and the kitchen surface with out washing his hands, the guy at the cash register was so rude that he was talking about Indian customers behind their back saying really racist and unnecessary comments just because they checked the menu and left( that's what I should have done as well). The same guy at the cash register making the food and taking money with the same gloves as if its a magical glove🤮. Don't waste ur money the food is not good, if you watch how they make it carefully you won't be able to eat it, plus they are so rude.. no kebab is worth It especially a bad one. It is to be treated bad, to pay them and to chuck the food. Plus they have five star for cleanliness I even asked if every one get five stars for participating 😅

Food is good as usual but why is there no option too choose NO sauce. With most items it is required to choose a sauce but there is no option for no sauce. If choice was available feedback would be 4 stars

good food but nearly £25 for a 4 item order seems pricey. chicken burger was also very dry. Cheesy chips and garlic bread is good as usual.

We ordered a pizza, chicken burger and some chips and all tasted lovely. It was all cooked properly and still hot when arrived. The staff are also very helpful and polite! Thank you 😊

After eating I realised my selected drink had not been delivered. No drink at all. ☹️

I asked for salad chilli and mayo on both. And both came without the salad.

Chips were soggy burger had been around for months very disappointing don’t say a time if you can’t make it !

Food was 100% fresh, really tasty! Chicken wings seemed to have a new coating but preferred them to the thicker coated ones. Mixed kebab with chilli sauce loaded and again fresh and really nicely spiced! Top job guys thank you :)

Only half the order arrived, took 2 hours for delivery when I was told 30 minutes. Called and spoke to the manager who was extremely rude. Told me that the delivery man must have stolen half the order and to take the whole thing up with the driver direct? Refused a refund or replacement and no apology either. This is the third chance we have given Kebab hut in the last few months after a poor quality fatty kebab, another order with an item missing and now this. Unfortunately we will not be returning until a change in ownership. Such a shame it’s gone downhill.

Waited so so long for the order, it arrived nearly 2 hours after ordering it and when it did it was stone cold, items missing and very poor quality. Such a shame as we’ve been here before and been happy. When it did arrive there were no apologies and the driver was very abrupt and rude. Sorry but we won’t be back again. Money is hard to earn nowadays and I won’t waste it on cold late incomplete rubbish delivered by a driver with no manners 🥲

Second order and late both times,first time 45 minutes late second time was 30 minutes late approx.

worst pizza ive had in norfolk a 9 inch was ordered with 4 topings 1 being extra cheese if i hadn't added extra there be none on it, also way too much tomato sauce was all i could taste nothing else and it arrived all floppy as base not cooked long enough never again, it use to be a good place no wounder only 3*s now on here wish i looked beforehand what a waste of £9.50. also the 2 burger meals mt friends say was not great they chucked there chips away as was so soggy said burgers was ok ish as they was hungry

No stuffed crust crust and food rather cold. Sooo gutted cos only ordered from you as other place don’t do stuffed crust. Waste of money this time and stupidly later than said..

Stopped in for a meal as staying in the marina, awful food, not sure if it was properly cooked… place didn’t look clean either. It’s a shame as it’s such a nice town, and there is no reason to serve such bad takeaway. Very pricey too

Quite possibly the worst chicken kebab and chips I've ever had! Not forgetting that I actually ordered a doner and chicken kebab! The chicken was in tiny pieces which tasted like deep fried cardboard. The chips looked and tasted like they had been left over from last night and reheated. The salad portion was absolutely pitiful. Safe to say we will not use again!

I ordered an XL kebab and wedges. I got a regular sized kebab and 4 "whole" large potatoes ( not cut into wedges) that looked like they had been dipped in oil 🤷🏼‍♀️ Not entirely sure why these were sent. Or why I bothered to pay extra for a larger size to just receive the smaller one anyway.

very very disappointed this time. have ordered from here many times without issues. tonight I ordered bbq base chicken stuffed crust pizza. seemed there was no bbq sauce on base and there pizza base was more like a pancake base than pizza dough.very disappointed

Food arrived on time. Took the delivery in realised we got half what we ordered and the rest was incorrect. Called up, after muttering amongst them selves he said he was too busy and would offer me a discount next time. Had previous issues here but always try and give another chance. £35 waste of money. Avoid if possible.

Waited for 2 kebabs and kids meals to turn up. Kebabs were completely wrong customer service not good enough and wasn't prepared to put it right as too busy.

We have used the Kebab Hut for several years, and in the past, have been happy with the food they provided. The last year or so the food has totally gone downhill to the extent that tonight we returned our food and requested a refund. You may not be able to work it out from the pictures, but one of these is a margarita and the other a Chicago town pizza. Needless to say we are finished ordering food from here. There are plenty of other takeaways who offer good service and quality food. For some reason the restaurant don’t acknowledge the feedback comments they are getting and always put the same generic reply.

Food was late when asked for an update was told it was already here??? And it was all stone cold and chips was over cooked and unbeatable.

Had a Chicken shish wrap delivered and the entire thing was dipped from top to bottom in orange grease. I took two bites out of it before feeling sick on the oily texture. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

All food was dripping in grease, especially the wraps. My friend couldn't eat his it was that bad. Doner meat was also partly burnt. Sadly wouldn't recommend.

It breaks my heart leaving this review as we always rated this the better of the two kebab places in hoveton (wroxham) We know if you order at a quiet time kebab meat may not be as good when busy but the last two takeaway meals we have had have been dreadful. The bread and salad ii fine but you keep on serving old tired lamb meat. Its curled up tight and black with moisture long gone. The southern chicken we had was dry as a bone having been kept warm far too long. Guys we love your previous food but one more like this and Royal get a shout You know us you deliver to us in horning Sort it or we are gone

Food was good. Lots of choice. But several items were missed from our order. Some of these were delivered later in the evening but then some were wrong.

Really looked forward to trying a new place but Unfortunately, my Donner meat, chicken and pita bread was extremely greasy and I was unable to eat it. I have taken images but unable to load them to this for your information. The delivery driver was really friendly and can’t fault this.

Great service friendly staff and you're able to see them cook what you ordered 9th Oct 23. My review above was 5 years ago, now the people that work there are different and the quality of food has declined so my opinion has changed.

Pre ordered at 17:20 for an 18:29 delivery. Nothing arrived by 18:50, so called them. They had forgotten the order, but would do it now. Still nothing by 19:30, 2 hours after placing the order and was told they were busy etc etc. and they would do it now. Absolutely shocking service and as it is now 19:45, we don’t know if it is coming and what it will be like🤬. Eventually had a phone call saying they were outside and please would I answer the door. They were at the wrong house!! When we did get the food, it looked like it had been thrown together and was barely warm enough to eat. Pretty bad for a place that is less than half a mile away😡 4 Oct 2023 and I have had a reply! A year after my review🤣🤣

I live in the local area and have been using these guys for several years for delivery. I found it strange that the price they said on the phone was different to what the delivery driver said. When I asked the delivery driver for the price today he gave me a different price to the order that was phoned though. I asked him why and he told me I had to pay for the delivery driver directly. I asked the driver why I had a texted stating the price I should pay at which point he chucked my food at my front door. The food from these guys was great and the staff in shop are always helpful. But watch out for the delivery drivers.

I will never, for as long as I live buy anything from this place again! Placed our order on justeat, they missed a kebab on the order, we called the place to ask for a refund or the missing food sent out. Every time they had no argument they claimed they didn’t understand and then told us it was impossible that the food wasnt there and called us liars! Absolutely horrendous service, food was stone cold, took 2 hours to be delivered and called a liar because they made a mistake. Dont even bother!

Took the money but did not deliver food

The food was absolutely delicious but unfortunately your driver was incredibly rude. I gave instructions as I did not want your driver to enter the man part of the garden as we have three big dogs. I listened out for him and met him at the gate for this reason but his attitude was awful complaining about the phone reception and where we had chosen to locate our bell??? Very strange. For this reason we won't be ordering from you again.

I won’t be reviewing the food as I decided to not order in the end due to the customer service. The person that gave me service was uninterested and unprofessional. They hadn’t took my order correctly and progressed to get annoyed at me after we tried to correct the order with them. We decided to leave after this.

They didn’t deliver my whole order. When I called to get this corrected, they were rude on the phone and said the would just “sort it next time”. When i said I wanted the items I ordered he said he was “too busy”. I insisted i get what I ordered and he said fine, it will be “half an hour”. We were never delivered the missing items

Late being delivered. Kebab was nice. The doner meat and chips were drowned in sauce. We didn't really want sauce but the app did not give the option for no sauce so if anyone reads this put in notes you don't want sauce on your doner meat and chips

We had the xlarge Mix Kebab to share. This was excellent, and the portion is huge! Adana and the doner were both really good and better than we expected. Chicken strips were overcooked, but the rest of the food made up for it
