They said it would take 45 minutes but been waiting for 3 hours. They should be closed down.

Incredibly delicious chicken shish made with great ingredients. Fresh onions and tomatoes, succulent chicken - and crucially - homemade chilli and garlic sauce combine to deliver one of best , if simple chicken wraps you could ever hope for. Great value, wonderful quality and clearly well meaning staff make this the best kebab in North Walsham.

Shocking do not use I ordered a burger and chips meal, they delivered the wrong meal so I rang back and explained, they came back and took the other meal and eventually came back with mine, this meal had been to another customer who had already started eating my order. I pointed this out and the delivery driver said I’ll get I new one, she then came back with just a new boy of onion rings and said that was all that was touched the lady didn’t eat it 😡😡😡🤢🤢

The best Turkish kebab I’ve tasted ... not just in North Walsham, but anywhere. I've eaten hundreds of Turkish-style kebabs, all over the country, but this is by far the best. The chicken marinade is incredible and the meat is cooked to perfection. The salad is fresh, cool and comes with a wedge of lemon. Even the pitta bread has a light, springy texture to it. Or try the lamb shish kabab - melt in the mouth! Nuri, Fiko and the rest of the team are friendly and welcoming, but don’t expect them to engage in idle banter with you - they take their work very seriously and it’s the food that gets their primary attention. I keep returning evening after evening, and they never put a foot wrong. So if you’re thinking about having a kebab, wherever you are, get it here. And if you weren’t thinking about having a kebab, get one here anyway - you won’t be disappointed.

This was the nicest pizza I have eaten for a long time. I had the vegetarian pizza and added prawns and anchovies. Was delicious thank you and delivered promptly too.

The Special shish kebab I ordered was excellent, the most generous amount of Shish meat I have ever had and just how it should be. Tasted brilliant and cooked just right so a big thumbs up, thank you 👍.

Worst food I have ever tried, couldn’t eat it as was horrible and disgusting 🤮 I should be refunded for this disgusting meal

Only been hear few times , I got a burger and chips was dry and tasted horrible waste of money . Then thought I try it again last night 5 August 2024 ordered a lamb donner was disgusting waste of money !!! The lam was so crusted hard been left over cooking for hours tried to to ring up to explain nicely but obviously they don't care what food there serving would of tried to sort it out I wasn't being rude was just tryna let him no hut he shouted and said don't come back put the phone down soo good luck with you poor business. Shocking do not order from here. Ordered a burger meal and onion rings to be delivered. An hour later the wrong order turned up, rang and they said driver will come back, she came and collected the order drive off and then brought me mine. On checking half the onion rings were missing and i was unsure if the burger had been touched which I told her I wanted a new one, she said I’ll go and get you new order. She came back with just the onion rings and said the other lady had not touched the burger.😡😡😡 but she ate my onion rings, not happy in the least.

Easy to order food online, only had to wait a few minutes before it was ready. Payment can be made online. Friendly staff, good choice of food available, decent prices and good portion sizes. Doner kebabs and chips and chicken kebab with chips were all well cooked and really tasty. Enjoyed our food from here and would recommend.

Genuinely terrible food. Over herbed when it didn’t need it. Chips were soggy and sweaty. Pizza was cheddar cheese and rubbery. Expensive too with £5 delivery. Absolute joke. Would never eat here ever again. Save your money.

First time using this place,ordered pizza and chips to be delivered to where we were staying.Pizza was ok,but the chips were awful,rock hard you could snap them,my partner rang them,to be told by a very rude woman that they are not chip shop chips,was extremely off with us,didn’t care less,said we would write a bad review,her response was that’s fine we always get bad reviews,would totally not recommend,disgusting

Ordered pizza from here last night. Ended up eating a ham sandwich. So much cheese and grease on it it was inedible. Didn't even eat a whole slice. When I picked up the box the get rid of it, the box dissolved under the amount of grease coming off the pizza. Avoid.

This is a very very nice restaurant for food. All of the staff are extremely friendly and the food is excellent too. The delivery time is excellent. The food normally gets delivered quite quickly too. So excellent yes. All together then, excellent. The food is great. Thankyou.

OK quality food with, what I believe to be, high prices. The chips aren't very nice and the burgers are disappointing. Also sad to see they are still selling Coca-Cola. It's not somewhere I would visit again.

I have got tochange my review tonight unfortunately.food was 45mins late.the chips were cold.chicken strips are more like frozen birdseye now and cold too,not the same as before,they were more like chicken fillets aka proper chicken.donner meat was cold too. disappointed especially after paying £54 😞

I have heard very good feedbacks regarding the place and the way how the staff is dealing with everything, so I gave a go. Impressed with the quality and quantity of the portions, fresh pizzas and lovely taste. Overall, I can't say anything than "well done" and keep doing a cracking job!

Hands down the best kebab I've ever eaten. The website design is brilliant for ordering your kebab just how you like it. The portions are generous and perfectly cooked. Price is reasonable. The meat is proper quality. Can't speak highly enough of this place.

I was unsure of ordering from hear as I usually quite fussy and not confident in trying knew places got a kabab got it delivered and it was the best kabab I've ever had I got loads for my money chunky meat lovely juicy salad with flavour they had a lemon and pepper in there two they put it in a box with two compartments so it was separated it was well represented taste good and was quick so yh can't fault it definitely will go hear again if its like it everytime I will be a regular customer

About to order a delivery but at £6 to mundesley sorry no more orders . other business in North Walsham charges a lot less

Today I tried one of their new burgers and is the best burger I have ever eaten! I've tried also their kebabs and pizzas and highly recommend!!! You have to try the taste of always fresh and delicious food. Good job guys!!! You are very kind and friendly people!!!

Lots of kebab shops in town, but this one is the best. Tasty food with large portions and great prices. Staff are so lovely and friendly.

I am a very fussy eater and when I first come to the shop to order a pizza and kebab they made me feel very welcome and also catered for all my needs all the staff are very friendly. I will defo be returning to order again. Great food

Amazing pizzas made to cater for all and amended if u don’t like a certain topping all made by smiling chef and also kebabs are cooked to the liking u require and all freshly made and cooked from the chatty grill man and the boss is amazing to sort any problems which u have. We ordered our food and it was 30 minutes late, when the food arrived the chips was cold and they were really soggy, the chicken nuggets I got with my order was so dry because they had gone cold 😡

Got kicked out of the KA so went to charcoal grill for the munchies and left with diarrhoea and a very oddly shaped chicken nugget. Apart from that bossman was wearing an arsenal kit and local mp Bradley Coop made an Appearance and left with duck all

Really tasty Pizza when delivered! I even made some special requests for the second time and those where fulfilled perfectly. Ordered two different pizzas so far and really loved them both. No waiting time one the phone and fast delivery. Looking forward to the next pizza :)

Great food and great service! We have tried pretty much everything on their menu at one time or another, and haven't found anything we haven't enjoyed. Plus they are always polite, helpful and friendly.

Ordered again from these guys to give them a chance and inform them that our previous Order was literally a charcoaled offering, the mutton, the chicken, the veg on the special. Everything! So i went to collect our next order and to take this up with them and nothing. Wished i hadn't given them another chance. My fault. Took the new order home and no Pitta bread with kebabs. Brilliant! So we had to defrost a couple and use them .No point in phoning them and asking them to sort a couple of Pittas. Needless to say ,we will not return.

Ordered the charcoal grill special kebab, chips & chilli sauce. All arrived at best tepid. The chips were cold and like rubber and why is everything swimming in oil? What’s happened? This is not your usual standard. We are gutted, the vast majority of this meal is in the bin and once we recover will be having toast!

Food was delivered at the time specified when booking by phone. The order was complete and the food cooked thoroughly and hot. I wouldn't hesitate to use Charcoal Grill again in the future.

Extremely poor service and staff. Staff were extremely sarcastic throughout. Also was incapable of closing a tub of sauce with leaked everywhere!

I used to frequent this kebab shop often, as it was my local and it never let me down. After a recent visit I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!! The food quality was abysmal, everything was cold. My order was also missing items...I made the restaurant aware of this and was met with aggression (which I’m not used), there was no satisfactory resolution, I was told I could ‘request them the next time I ordered’. All in all a terrible experience and certainly not fast, fresh, or easy food. If you want a recommendation go to 7/11, you can order and pay online, there’s a bigger menu, the staff are friendly and the food is fresher and of a higher quality. They have certainly bought this once brilliant restaurant to its knees.

We have had pizzas from here many times, but tonight was exceptional. Piping hot and not soggy wedges. Really enjoyed our pizzas and wedges thankyou. Best home delivery we have had.

By far the best in town amazing food cooked quickly by friendly staff. The only thing to watch out for is the 50p service charge on the advertised free delivery.

Ordered food only for it to turn up 2 hrs late and freezing cold rang several times asked for my Money back as wasn't edible and was told they could not do it and offered me a free kebab next time I ordered witch I won't ever do don't eat here it is the worst take away I have ever ordered in my whole life of 38 years

The steak was great, cooked exactly how ordered. The service was very good, & the waiting staff very attentive.

Food took over 2 hours to be delivered and half the order was missing even when I paid full price, when I rang to tell them they refused to come back and used the excuse of being busy, food comes in a grease pool & the staff are extremely ruse! Wouldn't ever use again & wouldn't recommend!

Does nice size portions but very bad delivery service we order for delivery on quite a regular basis but sadly the last few orders has items missing but we still get charged for the full order. Dont bother ringing to complain as these people are very rude.

La gran kebabs de pollo son 2x el tamaño de kebabs de pollo por la carretera y básicamente la mitad de precio. Pedimos en la tienda y tenía las entregas con todo el personal muy educado en todas las ocasiones. Lo recomendaría!

Awful food served by rude people. We order shish kebabs for deliver regularly from this place. Apparently its now under new management. The meat was tougher than leather and the fries were like nails. When we telephoned and complained and asked for a refund as their food was inedible they were rude and unhelpful. There is a choice in North Walsham for the same cuisine with delivery. I know where we recommend everyone to go.
