Terrible nonchalant service. Cold food. Chicken was like rubber.

Food good but staff miserable and almost rude

You know what your getting..as good as expected

Called in with our son and granddaughter. Once ordered, service was slow, no communication. Hygiene is questionable. Once seated at the table the server announced we close in ten minutes! Maybe that should have been conveyed before the order was placed,oh no chance of that happening as we didn't even get a hello or good evening when we walked in.... A simple order, she still managed to mess that up. Drinks came, minus the cappuccino, when questioned she said, coffee machine is broken!!. I guess what she meant was it had been turned off!! Rude and unwelcoming, food was awful. Will definitely give this place a miss from now on

30mins wait for a double whopper and chips Not even right food was luke warm Staff at counter more interested in chatting with freinds than working. Was in a hot holder for long time Dinning room rubbish on the floor and on tables

Stopped off here for a bite to eat before going to see a film. Parked in a litter encrusted car park. Approached the counter to be told that it was "take out only!" This was at 8.30pm on a Saturday evening 🤷‍♀️ I questioned this to be told "we are closing soon" yet people were eating still at the tables.....my husband and I sat outside along side many cigarette butts & rubbish around us. 1 table was caked in bird excrement 🤢 We sat and ate our food yet still people coming in and leaving. This restaurant used to be lovely hence why we came here! No wonder McDonald's across the way was so busy as it seems staff are turning people away!!

Very slow going through the drive through. Only 3 cars ahead but took 20 minutes.

Not as good as Colchester BK but bloody banging! Great team aswell!!

With my meal I was given a warm drink because the ice machine was broken

Got food, fast service, and very polite employees.

Food looks so much better on the pics than it ever comes out and also no healthy options here. Seems lile they have dropped the grilled chicken salad

We ordered a Coke zero and a normal Coke along with our meal to take away. On arrival at home we discovered that there was no Ice in either drink and they were warm and flat. Very disappointed.

Very pleased witg experience. We have BK almost every week and although we've had issues with the delivery from this location before we had a good experience eating in store. Asst Manager Laura attended to our order, she was very patient while taking our orders. She was nice and friendly. I made a mistake with our order and felt so embarassed for forgetting to clarify that i needed a plant based burger and was prepared to pay for another one but Laura was very understanding and rectified the order and had another one cooked for us. She even delivered the burger to our table. Very pleased with the customer service received and will definitely be back to this locatiin again.

Went in at 8:30pm after a long drive expecting to sit in, but seating area was closed, if had known would of gone to McDonald's, had pre-ordered the food in advance via the app.

Tried ordering through the app, after a shopping trip at tesco, went as soon as I had ordered, and went through drive-thru to collect. Food was out really quickly and was still hot when got back to my hotel.

The team is spot on. The restaurant, spotless.

The food was OK .. The staff were closing down way too early. We could not sit inside, which was annoying. Floor cleaning and getting everything done was prioritised over customer comfort A group came to the door at 9:30 and the doors were already locked. They left without buying food.

Says 10pm close time turned up at 930pm doors were locked

Seating is forbidden at Burger king copdock!!! No one is allowed to sit down as that might mean tables need cleaning.

They've put bacon in my food and I asked for it to be removed. The service was so bad today, I got home and found something that made me sick in my burger, the whole thing had to go to the bin...and everyone knows that Burger King is expensive when it come to gourmet burgers. So there goes my money in the fricken bin!!!

Decided to stop at BK and the Angus burger was terrible - had to return the first one. Sadly the second was not much better. The food quality is definitely not as good as previous times I've eaten here.

After working late I went to burger King as it was the fastest drive through I was met with staff that said they were closed but they still has half hour until they had to close.

Great location and always consistently good food. Prices have massively increased to the point it's now only an occasional family treat. Spent £30 for 2 adults and 2 kids which was a big shock when it came to paying 😬

Just does the job as you'd expect from a chain restaurant. Clean and tidy on the whole and easy access from A14 and A12 junction at Copdock Mill

Toilets were so dirty and smelt really disgusting that I decided not to order food. You can normally judge an eatery on the cleanliness of the toilets. This a no go. Gross

We where getting ready to order at the till then get told we can not eat on at 8.pm pluss we have been told that multiple times

No full menu displayed, no self order screens.Cashier on her phone whilst ordering. 10 min wait for £60 order which I had to go back to the counter twice as it was wrong. No apology. Restaurant cold and dirty..and food cold.. alway come here but won’t be again..will stay in Colchester

I love the food and has really nice people and really nice and tasty food I definitely recommend people going to Burger King becuase they are really nice people and have many options for your orders and the people are kind when taking your order and pretty fast at doing it.

I've been so eager to have cheese burger and chips since before lockdown.

Ordered two whopper meals thro drive thro , burgers where cold no heat at all in them, fries had no salt. This has happened quite a few times . Avoid & go to Anglia park burger king up the road where they sell hot food !

One of the cleanest Burger kings I've visited. Tablets and floors clean, bins well maintained.

Got order wrong , food pretty good , over priced

Stopped for a cold drink and a rest on a hot day. Looks shabby and very uninviting from the outside, thanks to the fenced off wasteland at end (not too dissimilar from a small prison yard). This needs TLC. Only the disabled toilet had any toilet paper. Soap in only one dispenser. Urine all over (and I mean ALL over) the floor, evidently from a leaking urinal.

Server had said to accompanying friend, "I'll bring it over" then didn't - just called his number. Food was nice though 😀.

rubbish out side some tables inside not cleared . youngsters serving seamed uninterested . only ones in there so sure 1 of the 5 could clean

It's ok for a Burger King, but don't use for any of the BK bargain deals because you'll be told they don't do them there

Second time I have had Severe diarrhea and stomach pain at 3/4am after eating a Double cheese burger from this place!! Come on Burger King what is going on!!!!! I will not be returning.

Appalling service I have been going here for months spending £60 every week but lately we have seen the staff swearring as they empty the bin, messing around behind the counter and today we stood there for 20 minutes whilst the messed around at the drive thru hatch so we walked out and went elsewhere not going back there anymore.....

Appauling service miserable staff. People waiting 10-15 mins for food. Whilst eating my meal 3 seperate parties complained about the bad language and swearing from kitchen staff. Manager appeared and was laughing when asking staff to stop swearing. No wonder the place is virtually empty and people comlaining.

Colleagues were swearing and shouting at each other. Slow service manager told the people to stop swearing but had a smile on his face.

I was given an incorrect meal from the Anglia Retail back on my way back home where the Copdock branch is my local. They very kindly replaced the meal even though it was a separate franchise. Top marks to Kieron the manager who took the common sense approach.

I know from experience some of these outlets can be iffy...? But this was excellent 👍

The female who served us, appeared like she didn't want to work there, only able to give single word answers, grumpy is is putting it mildly, Top Tip, if you don't like people, don't worry front of house LOL

I thought I'd try if only to restore my like for BK after a bad just eat episode. Unfortunately I can't give this particular branch anything but dissatisfaction. The poor girl who took my order was polite,cheerful and approachable but that's as good as it got. Fries were dry and hard,burger bun was dry and salad non existent. The drink was wet n fizzy tho......

Was lunchtime but totally empty! Thought was closed. Had Angus cheese n bacon burger. Good. No milkshakes tho

Been here more than a few times it’s a big more expensive than a McDonald’s but the quality is much better

Good 5 star rated food hygiene. Very convenient as on the junction of A12/A14. Disabled toilet / baby change very small.

Lazy staff, stood around serving customers who arrived later than I did. Took absolutely ages to get our order and then no apology, just a vacant look from the server. Rubbish!

Great place to get a freshly cooked char grilled burger and chips. Had mine with a latte and totally enjoyed it. Large car park with outdoor seating. Toilets on site and also offer drive through and take away. Also accessible by the disabled 👍

The absence of cars queuing for the ordering point added to the number of people waiting to serve greatly outnumbering indoor customers may indicate the popularity of this establishment. Maybe it was simply the time of day! Whilst I have always preferred BK to other fast food burger outlets, I found the burger to be slightly under-cooked for my liking and not hot. Fries overcooked, but not hot. Probably of no consequence if taken with an ice-cold drink! Service acceptable. Does an empty restaurant have any atmosphere? Perhaps the prices could be adjusted downward to stimulate demand. Never mind, Hamster enjoyed his trip out and some scraps!

Been here multiple times but only now reviewing. Car park is always empty when I visit here, whatever time of day it is, so it's never busy. The food is also never hot. Several times I've visited this particular branch, and the food has always been lukewarm at best. I much prefer the branch at Ransomes Europark, as the food is ALWAYS fresh, and always busy because of this.

Woeful customer service. Used the drive, or tried to. Nobody on the intercom so drove round. "Can I order please" at the window, "drive around to the side". No napkins in the bag, what am I supposed to do after eating the sloppiest burger in history? Wipe myself on the car seat?

Sleeping staff... The woman was making 10 minutes of coffee for a customer. and she couldn't pick up another order at that time because she was holding a cup... Offended as I asked if she can accept the order... Two people in the queue empty and a problem with the sleeping attendant...

Sat outside and used app to order go to pick up food ordered and got told not this restaurant couldn't get a refund on app so had to drive 6 miles to the other Burger King

We usually have no issues with this Burger King, but tonight from our drive through we were given meat rather than the vegan item we ordered. I'm glad I spotted it before I ate it otherwise I would've been incredibly unwell rather than just incredibly hungry.

Terrible freezing cold, the little guy that was in charge on 9/12/22 got vey emotional about his sachets of mayonnaise, all very strange really.
