My Partner and I have just visited your Coffee Shop in Tesco Store in Sudbury Suffolk and were served by a young lady by the name of Izi. She was a delight and the sort of person you need to keep. Made our day. Thank you

Shocking! Staff member who served me was petulant and rude. I ordered a seasonal drink which ought to have come with chocolate sauce and sprinkles. The drink I ordered was featured above her head. I asked if I had the right drink and if it could be corrected. She said no because the sauce was already 'inside' the drink. I pointed out the drink featured had chocolate sauce and sprinkles on the cream. She said rudely " Well I can put some on it if ya want." She then added some sauce but no sprinkles... pouting throughout and then bitching to her colleague as I walked off...

Usually I come here and the service is lovely staff are friendly. I arrived I have two girls with there mouths wide open looking at there phone. They eventually look up I order a drink they don't have that in stock. So I ordered a latte got given a dirty look and told not to be rude. I walked out im not paying for that "service" staff need an attitude adjustment.

Coffees are great place is cleaner this time around love coming here after shopping in Tesco the only thing that I wish they would change regularly are the types of cake it’s the same ones every day so it’s not a wide choice to choose from and different sandwiches would be nice as well staff very friendly and pleasant

Ordered 5x cakes as a gift for an office, delivered by Uber Eats. Turns out, two of the cakes they didn't have, so instead of substituting them for something else, they only sent 3. No notification that items were not available at the time I ordered, or shortly afterwards where I could have amended the order. Had to wait for the recipient to call me and tell me there's a note in the cakes saying to contact Uber for a refund for the two missing cakes. What a flipping let down and embarrassing. Useless!

Dreadful and wont be returning even if it is convenient after shopping. I asked for one of the seasonal drinks to be iced and was told that they cant. Despite a big advert behind them for customising your drinks, of which the first line said 'ask for your favourite coffee over ice'. The woman who initially served me had to check this with the person making the drinks and then decided she would move on to another job rather than continuing to serve me. So another server took over my order. Waited far too long really for two drinks considering there wasn't anyone ahead of me. Then one of the drinks was wrong but by that point i just wanted to leave so took what they had made. And they were both lukewarm. Cant even blame it on them being busy as there were four staff members and one was stood there looking aimless not doing much.

I placed an order with Uber eats for 4 items, a drink, piece of cake, hot toastie and a tiffin and when I received my order the toastie and piece of cake wasn’t in the bag like how can you mess up such a simple order, like how can you forget to put the sandwich that you just toasted into the bag, you only put 2 out of the 4 items into the bag, to order a meal and I don’t even get the main thing is crazy and now I don’t get my lunch to eat I only have a drink and a tiffin, to whoever made this mistake please be more careful because you might think your job ain’t that important but you can make or ruin people’s day and let me say you have ruined mine, the one nice thing I finally talked myself into doing for myself gets ruined.

I could forgive half empty fridge with no muffins available (well, 2 blueberry was there, no other though). I understand problem with delivery or other circumstances might happen.. but promoted items are not available, because they are getting ready for Christmas season. New offer shall come up in about 10 days, meaning 10 days promoting food and drinks they don't and won't have. Unless they plan come up with Christmas offer even before Halloween, then it will be shorter time. Well done Costa. I left empty handed as I came specifically for promoted items.

I had just finished shopping in Tesco it was 16.40 There were people sitting having their drinks and people at the collection point too. I could not get a takeaway coffee as the server said they were closed. The actual closing time is 5.00pm, so one would assume it would be possible to get a coffee to takeaway at 16.40!

Generally a happy customer from this store but went to get a coffee earlier today and massively disappointed! Staff were too busy on their phones talking about their Christmas hours, spoken to sharply, almost felt I was putting them out by just being there. Only 3/4 of a cup and didn't want to waste anymore of their time asking for another. Won't be in a hurry to go back

Use to have quick service in Tesco's Costa, Until they opened the Costa in Sudbury. Nobody seems to care at Tesco's Costa anymore, except Peter. He was so apologetic due to state of the shop today. But then how can you expect one person doing everything. Same yesterday, one person doing everything. I know employees moved to the Sudbury Costa, but please don't forget about Tesco's Costa shop. If not you are going to lose loyal customers who have been going there since it was opened.

Morrisons, please sort out out your silly food ordering system!! You've got a touchpad at the beginning to order which is fair enough. You get asked for a table number which doesn't exist. You get a ticket for the food you've ordered. Which I presume you take to the till to verify your order, like a lot of other cafes.... Nope....the cashier looks at me blank.... that's apparently not the way to do it. Thankfully the lady was helpful and points me the "correct" way to do it. This is different to the Diss branch, which seems to be more logical somehow. Why does Hadleigh have to do it differently?!.... Anyways, the food there is pretty good.... Just sorting out the ordering system.... Thanks...

We’ve been returning to this fantastic pub for our Christmas meal deal for three years in a row now, and it never disappoints! The home-cooked food is always top-notch, and the service is exceptional. Every year, we know we're in for a treat. One of the highlights is the clever touch of vouchers placed in the crackers, which are perfect for use in January and February. We’ll definitely be back soon. Highly recommended!

Booked the Chinese new year “banquet “ at a cost of £400+ drinks for a table of 12. Well where do I start ! There was probably £4O worth of food served to us. This included one frozen tempura prawn each, one piece of prawn toast each, one pork rib each… Followed by two small dishes of cold duck served with enough pancakes for two each!! I could go on but I can’t be bothered, it was truly dreadful. There were not any plates provided, we had to ask for some. There was no attempt at decorations, no music, no atmosphere. Never again, I have given this place the benefit of the doubt too many times, I’m done with it !
