Subway in Babergh

Delivery took so long the food was absolutely stone cold, bread was not toasted a was so cold it felt like it was part defrosted, ended up in the bin. Impossible to contact anyone so an expensive waste of money

Always great food and service. Seating area is clean and tidy. Happy to recommend and will go again.

Lovely friendly staff. Just a bit too hot in the restaurant, so I asked if the air con could be turned on and said they have told they aren't allowed. The staff looked really hot a bothered as well. I really felt for them.

This subway is awesome, friendly and welcoming staff, really nice food, my lunchtime go to when I am in Sudbury.

Had one bad visit, but subsequently the place is spotless and the staff are generally friendly and helpful

A very good subway always friendly and polite

After a 'false review' reply by the owner, I thought I'd share a little about my experience - I have been a regular for a while now, and only chose to rate them today as I was prompted to by my Google maps app. I have them a 2 star rating overall due to having ordered the exact same thing on every visit but being regularly upcharged I order a subway melt but get charged for a turkey breast and ham + bacon which is more expensive, I assumed this was as the item was no longer available and they were trying to accommodate me. As my receipt shows from today as I was served by someone new I was charged for a subway melt which was cheaper than all my previous visits, I have personally watched the owner mix fresh and spoilt food in the same container instead of swapping them out as they are meant to. Hence the 2 star rating for you Andy, Sorry, but not a false review. Just a disappointed customer.

Great tasting cheesy toasted baguette, just the way you want it. Meal deals are great and eating it with a latte while looking out of the window and watching the cold shoppers rushing by, while you relax in the clean warm environment is a great way to enjoy a half hour break.

The worst subway by a long way. 1 person in front of me with 2 staff present. 20 mins to get 2 6" subs. One was more interested in letting the other do everything. Coffee was watery but too far away to turn around. Will not use subway again. Not the only outlet I've had bad luck with. Seriously need a rocket up them to get any performance out. Shame as I do enjoy a subway. Reply to subway. My words are the truth. They did take 20 mins to get through the customer before and his order and then do my order. Coffee machine obviously needed filling as very watery. I know my experience deserved this review.

I always order salads from there and other subways just don’t understand the difference in Portion sizes twice I got half of size I usually get I ordered spinach for example got 3 leaves of spinach as I said today I got again the half portion of salad as I usually get

Terrible. Ordered online this came 25 minutes late and then our order was wrong and when I try to call the phone no one answers. DOES ANYONE WORK THERE?!? do not go to this Subway.. Horrible people and terrible service

The meatless meatball marinara in this branch was rubbish! Dry, virtually no sauce and very little cheese. I've had this in other branches and it's been 100% better than this!

Not been in for some time and it seems to be under new management. Far better service, quick and efficient. Food was as expected.

Normal order came to £4 more than in any other subway, smallest 6 inch of any store I’ve been to and staff seemed incompetent and purposefully don’t put deals on the till. Completely dissatisfied

We use this subway on occasion, usually when we’re in s hurry and hungry. The young women serving today Saturday 10 November was sullen, uninterested, unhelpful and rude. If we see her serving the next time we think about going in, we’ll go to the cafe opposite. The man serving was very pleasant as was a lady during the week a little while ago.

Cash only sign on the door is annoying. I went in for a salad. They had no salad containers and were unable to fulfil my order.

Sólo he utilizado el metro una mano llena de veces antes, pero por desgracia para nosotros, esta visita fue un poco de una calamidad.Había una barbaridad que iba mal. El resultado de la visita fue que recibimos un orden incorrecto que también era incompleta y luego nos cobraron por el placer?Cuando los enfrentaron con respecto al pago, nos dijeron que no podían hacer nada ya que no tienen autorización y estaba sola, y a la izquierda con un recibo con una firma como prueba.El miembro del personal de turno estaba en su propio y claramente de su departamento Toda la experiencia fue incoherente y decepcionante. El personal de las Naciones Unidas formado y no pudimos no deben dejarse manejar un outlet si no tienen las habilidades de capacidad para hacerlo.No lo recomendaría, a menos que haya una hambruna de la nación. No volvería.
