Treated kids. Luckily kids aren’t fussy. Stone cold. Burger buns dry. Tasteless. Slow service. Very disappointed. Won’t be returning to this restaurant. Better at airports and that’s saying something!

Never experienced a McDonald's this bad. Went for breakfast, large que of people waiting and orders piling up behind the counter. Fifteen minutes wait for food and bins overflowing with rubbish. Food poor.

Not good at all they put onions in my burger when i said no onicons very disappointed. Never ever happened at another mcdonals that i have been to im never coming back to this restaurant

Lunchtime visit for limp chips, soggy fish, watery peas They forgot the fishcake we ordered . Place could do with a deep clean as well. Will not be using again.

Say open till 10 but was closed at 9 . Shouldn't have opening time if not going to honor them. Not the best ...............

Shockingly slow service when very quiet . Waited 10 minutes for the food to be ready while some was sat in a bag getting stone cold whilst waiting to cook other items.

Every time I order from macdonalds and it's delivered it's always stone cold. I always thought it was the delivery person's fault for going to different places to drop food orders off. But I now know it's macdonalds. I was in macdonalds watching a girl today getting orders ready and putting them on a shelf rack and they were left sitting there for ages. I was waiting for my order and they were still there sitting on the side. The girl standing there in the picture I took today had been to the toilet and they where not her collection.

Burger and fries was ok but the milkshake was like dishwater absolutely disgusting the guy most have known And could have offered you a choice won’t be going back

Went through the driveway we got a triple bargain bucket not what we asked for but employee did not listen so we went with it. Waited 10 mins as chicken wasn't cooked. Got hone chips were freezing gravy cold and chicken over cooked . Never ate it so 25 quid spent on disgusting food . Never again !!

Zero stars if I could Went for dinner at KFC after work, zinger burger. After taking a few bites of the burger, I noticed the meat inside was pink with a decidedly pink centre. Not eating any more, I took the burger to the counter and complained it was not fully cooked but the man that the counter kept repeating “it’s fine it’s fine it’s fine” Two more people came out of the kitchen and had a look saying “it’s just the sauce it’s fine“ I queried then if they cut the chicken open and put the sauce in the middle? Obviously not but I was trying to make a point that the uncooked part (what they claimed was sauce) was in the very centre! They kept repeating “it is perfectly cooked, we check our ovens every morning” Ok so they check in the morning, this was 5 pm. Ovens can still go wrong during the day, and I seriously question thier stardards if thats the only time they check equipment!? The first man then got out plastic cutlery and started cutting up the chicken, not to show any pieces to myself or his colleagues and not cutting into the pink section for closer inspection. It looked more like he was trying to hide the evidence?  Not getting anywhere with these idiots, I walked out I question going here in future, and would recommend giving them a wide berth for a while FYI with the lighting in their restaurant, my picture does not show how pink it really was

Ordered a drink of coke from then at 08:00 on the click and serve 30 minutes and it still had not arrived I had to go in and get it myself ridiculous. It does not take 30 minutes to make a coke

Burger King Cribbs Causeway, Bristol.Walked in after going to Cinema, waited at counter for 10 mins, staff only concerned with serving drive through and Deliveroo drivers.Three people got bored and left queue.. finally caught the attention of one staff member after she stopped gushing over the delivery driver, I asked if the counter was open and was it only drive thru (given new Covid rules that happens a lot), all I got was eye rolling and sarcasm!Staff are rude, untrained, don’t care about sit in dining, we ended up going to kfc instead.. but that sh1t show is for another review.If you are at Cribbs Causeway in Bristol, avoid this BK, it really is that bad.

I put grim not because of the staff but because of the customers. Lazy peoples, not clearing their tables and dropping stuff all over. Kids said the food was ok and my vegan burger was nice. Staff did the best they could i guess
