Lovely place to eat, food was great 👍 would recommend for sure 😁, probably one of the better stores been to , and to be honest staff wise are very friendly

No queue, hardly any cars in car park, not busy. Used drive in, ordered bucket of hot wings and a drink. Moved round to second window. After few minutes asked to wait in car park even though no cars behind me. Waited over twenty minutes, still no food. Went back into drive in and explained to young blond girl that I had waited twenty minutes, could wait no longer and asked for a refund. She went to get another girl to process the refund who, without even looking at me or facing me, said in a very aggressive voice "it was only six minutes and if I did not stop complaining (which I was not) she would not give me a refund". She processed my refund, almost threw the card at me then slammed the shutter closed so hard I thought it would break. Appalling service. I will not use again. My credit card statement which I used to pay, proves the timings.

Stopped off to grab a quick dinner for wife and son. Got my son a kids bucket but there was only 1 fillet and a sundae. No fries, they didn’t put his drink in either. Tried to call but as you can expect no answer.

Normally great, today, awful. Waited 20 minutes for food as they were prioritising outside orders rather than people stood infront of them and then just left our food sat on the side for more than 5 minutes going cold!

Lunchtime visit for limp chips, soggy fish, watery peas They forgot the fishcake we ordered . Place could do with a deep clean as well. Will not be using again.

Say open till 10 but was closed at 9 . Shouldn't have opening time if not going to honor them. Not the best ...............

Treated kids. Luckily kids aren’t fussy. Stone cold. Burger buns dry. Tasteless. Slow service. Very disappointed. Won’t be returning to this restaurant. Better at airports and that’s saying something!

Never experienced a McDonald's this bad. Went for breakfast, large que of people waiting and orders piling up behind the counter. Fifteen minutes wait for food and bins overflowing with rubbish. Food poor.

Shockingly slow service when very quiet . Waited 10 minutes for the food to be ready while some was sat in a bag getting stone cold whilst waiting to cook other items.

Burger King Cribbs Causeway, Bristol.Walked in after going to Cinema, waited at counter for 10 mins, staff only concerned with serving drive through and Deliveroo drivers.Three people got bored and left queue.. finally caught the attention of one staff member after she stopped gushing over the delivery driver, I asked if the counter was open and was it only drive thru (given new Covid rules that happens a lot), all I got was eye rolling and sarcasm!Staff are rude, untrained, don’t care about sit in dining, we ended up going to kfc instead.. but that sh1t show is for another review.If you are at Cribbs Causeway in Bristol, avoid this BK, it really is that bad.

There was a time that Bromley common was the worst McDonald’s around, WELLLL congratulations Orpington! You are officially the worst McDonald’s locally. Your staff are so incompetent it’s actually laughable now. Time and time again your staff are too stupid to follow an order and pack the correct items. How on earth you managed to hire this many people that are abysmal at their jobs is award worthy. My 2 year old could pack an order better than the fools in the highstreet store. In fact you’ve messed up SO many times just eat won’t even refund 9/10 times. It’s embarrassing tbh the management clearly have no structure or control over what their staff are doing.

Went through the driveway we got a triple bargain bucket not what we asked for but employee did not listen so we went with it. Waited 10 mins as chicken wasn't cooked. Got hone chips were freezing gravy cold and chicken over cooked . Never ate it so 25 quid spent on disgusting food . Never again !!

Bring disabled and having to use sticks or a mobility scooter I was shocked to find that the door wouldn't open even after my wife keeper on pressing the button Also the car parking is terrible .ppl were parking on the cross hatched areas which is no parking as it's the ramp for prams and ppl that have disability .
