Burger King in South Gloucestershire

Burger King Cribbs Causeway, Bristol.Walked in after going to Cinema, waited at counter for 10 mins, staff only concerned with serving drive through and Deliveroo drivers.Three people got bored and left queue.. finally caught the attention of one staff member after she stopped gushing over the delivery driver, I asked if the counter was open and was it only drive thru (given new Covid rules that happens a lot), all I got was eye rolling and sarcasm!Staff are rude, untrained, don’t care about sit in dining, we ended up going to kfc instead.. but that sh1t show is for another review.If you are at Cribbs Causeway in Bristol, avoid this BK, it really is that bad.

It would have been a good start if they had actually had any food! It was pouring down with rain so I got wet walking from the car to BK….only to find the “restaurant” doors locked. It wasn’t late, it was about 8pm on a Monday. A passer-by said they only do drive-thru so I dashed back to the car to get out of the rain.Went to the drive thru and every time I tried to order something, the response was “we haven’t got any”. After the third item I asked for wasn’t available I gave up and went elsewhere.

We went to Burger King Vue at Cribbs Causeway Bristol As I waited to order my food.I witnessed a man coming back in to complain about his order ( not wanting Chilli Cheese Bites) The girl took them off him and put them back on the to be served ( slots to be served ) Yuk he could have done anything to them As I wanted the same thing I watched to see what would happen to them. I ordered our food and to my horror she put the same packet of Chilli Bites in to MY FOOD ORDER ( the girl with the blue hair ) I said i didn’t want it and said what I had observed She then told me it would have been put in the binIt obviously wasn’t She then took the packet of them around the back and returned immediately.I asked for a refund on them as I didn’t want them she said I would have to wait for a supervisor as she couldn’t do a refund.I said ok I will waitMeanwhile I over heard a man asking for a table to be wiped down she said I will get to itSurely this should have been done immediately after the previous people had left. Especially in these times?I WILL NEVER EAT OR HAVE A TAKE OUT FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN I only gave it a one star so I could write a review.

So looking forward to lunch today 3/11/20. So called Manager had a major attitude problem when we told him our food was cold and wouldnt acknowledge us.

Visitamos Burger King hoy en el último día de Eat out para ayudar, todos los lugares estaban extremadamente ocupados. Este Burger King estuvo muy bien organizado con una cola socialmente distanciada, que se mantuvo a 2 metros. Gran espacio en el interior y un ambiente relajado dentro del restaurante. Si tan solo todos los restaurantes pudieran funcionar como este. ¡Muy bien gestionado y gran trabajo en equipo!

This is pretty new at the Mall and was very busy. Plenty of order yourself kiosks and a couple of face to face staff.On a very busy Saturday it took 15 minutes from ordering to receiving food.Quite a few tables.Food was good and reasonably priced if you download their app for voucher codes?Would recommend.

Visitamos el centro comercial en Cribbs y estábamos buscando una comida rápida a la hora del almuerzo. El comedor de los Malls estaba abarrotado, así que después de salir del Mall nos encontramos con Burger King al otro lado de la calle. Estaba medio lleno, limpio y mucho mejor que luchar para comer en el centro comercial. La comida estaba caliente y buena

¿Te gusta ser ignorado mientras el personal se mueve detrás del pase sin hacer nada?¿Como que te griten "Imran" en el oído cuando te cansas de esperar a ser notado y te atreves a preguntarle al gruñón miembro del personal adolescente si alguien atiende a los clientes mientras se ve perpleja por el batido rociado sobre el piso del restaurante?Es como irse en lugar de escuchar "¡Imran!" Ignorando a las chicas que lloran para atender a los clientes que ha estado ignorando durante los últimos 10 minutos a pesar de que nadie esperaba en el camino y aparentemente no hacía absolutamente nada.Como quejarse con Burger King sobre la experiencia de que se laven las manos porque es "operado y de propiedad independiente". . .Este es el Burger King para ti.

I don’t appreciate being made to feel like a criminal by ordering a double cheeseburger with bacon added rather than a more expensive bacon double cheeseburger with ketchup, mustard and a pickle added.If you have two ways of ordering the same thing then the price should be the same or you honour the cheaper price. Don’t accuse the customer of ordering a ‘sneaky’ bacon double cheeseburger.Guess I can’t have it my way!

My family had split our meals before going to the cinema. So kids went to McD’s first then after we went for hubby & I at BK. The difference were that BK was less busy, great you would think =fast food. Er No! But the shock to me was the entitled girl Vicky! Whilst waiting a long time to be served, despite being 2nd in line. She went on to state to the chap infront of me, when he accidentally asked for a large McD’s meal, that if he preferred he could go eat over there! But, she said the food was unhealthy as the staff in McD’s was unhygienic, unfriendly and rude! I was shocked that the best customer service was to slam the competition like that. Especially as I had just come from there & found them to live up to the rep being FAST food, clean (unlike the tables not clean in BK), polite & professional! After Vicky finished bawling to the customer, He apologised for getting wrong burger name! He tried to order & was told that the shakes machine had just crashed, his 2nd order for a meal, he was told that the kitchen had just crashed too! So basically everything She was trying to bad mouth McD’s for was what was wrong with this Burger King!! Anyone who has to talk utter nonsense to appeal to customers rather than trust in their ability & kitchen team, doesn’t make a great place to want to go & eat!!

Traté a mis hijos durante el semestre y esto nos ha llevado a los tres a ir a BK nuevamente. El servicio era muy lento y el servidor era miserable. Nuestra comida era muy grasosa y descuidada. El batido era aguado y los niños ni siquiera querían terminarlo, cuando estaban tan entusiasmados por conseguir una hamburguesa King, esto fue muy decepcionante e inesperado. No queremos ir a la hamburguesa King de nuevo.

Fuimos aquí dos veces durante nuestra estancia en Bristol todo buen servicio de comida caliente y rápido buen servicio no me gustaría ir por los viejos informes si era tan malo que ahora no lo intentes todo restaurante agradable y limpio muy educado usaría nuevamente fuimos en el zona

La comida estaba bien, pero la persona que nos servía (la tarjeta de identificación decía 'Callum') era horrible. Él fue increíblemente grosero con nosotros sin ningún motivo y claramente tuvo que asistir a la capacitación de servicio al cliente (o decidió que no se aplicaba a él). Su actitud y actitud realmente me molestaron y arruinaron la experiencia.

Despite previous reviews, I thought the restaurant was realtively clean but the staff were a little unenthusiastic and slow.

if this were an independent cafe it would be condemned and fined. revolting place extremely dirty cleaning of tables non existent. avoid if you value your health and peace of mind.

Algo está claro que lo que solían ser marcas de ofertas ahora se han orientado a ser lugares fríos y de apariencia barata. No hay nada que decir sobre la comida (es Burger King), pero aún así todo puede estar mal (frío, pequeña porción ...).

¡Qué horrible hamburguesa! ¡Fría y parecía como si hubiera sido arrojada en el rollo! Normalmente me gustaría quejarse, pero el personal parecía tan desinteresado que parece ser cualquier punto. ¡También el gerente de este Burger King debería ver a Mabey allí, ya que todos parecían no haber lavado durante una semana! Con uniformes sucios. Sé que esto es comida rápida conjunta y no buena comida, pero sin duda se deben mantener ciertos estándares.

Service was slow, food was not as hot as it could have been. Couldn't be bothered to complain, just like the staff couldn't be bothered about a customer. It wasn't busy either, it's just a burger after all.

Burger king está bajado. Servicio de empleados muy pobre, especialmente el de Cribbs Causeway y avonmeads. No me sorprende, siempre están vacías. Aparentemente no se tome más de una pedidos porque están ocupados pero no hay nadie en el restaurante. Broma. Así que no vayas si quieres grosero, servicio asqueroso.

Staff apparently too busy to serve or engage with waiting queue. Not helped by long casual conversation with previous customers.

Ridiculous. Took 10 mins for a bloody burger and drink! Great all the other times ive been here! Burger was nasty

Durante mis descansos para el almuerzo he probado todos los restaurantes de comida rápida en esta zona. Yo siempre volveré a Burger King @ Cribbs porque son mucho mejor que el resto.

Missing food AGAIN, people who work there can't seem to get orders right it's not rocket science. Expensive too wasn't even a busy time

Absolutely terrible. We were there after 10pm but that's no excuse for serving us cardboard tasting food. What a waste of money. Totally inedible!

Usual Burger King tasty fast food. Friendly helpful staff. Clever drinks machine, giving kids and adults alike loads of fun creating new flavours. A great place to eat only a few minutes from the very chaotic Cribbs Causeway Mall.

Not been for years but my son wanted to treat me first off my son asked for large meal employee started arguing saying he didn't . Even manager wouldn't come over to help sort matter out !!Then my burger cold very chewy and not nice , chips were hot I now realise why have not been to Burger King for years not likely to go back

Habíamos comprado y decidieron que era tiempo para comer algo y así que nos metimos en a Burger King y tenía una comida whopper cada uno y fueron muy sabroso en deed y estaban regados con coca-cola!

we have visited 3 times now and every time the chips had to be sent back as stone cold .. also the burger bread was soo dry. staff couldn't speak English except one who was a lovely chap shame he was just leaving.
