he delivered wrong food I'm hoping he will come back with my food , spend last money I had at work hungry

Not ever do we have an order that's correct. it's constantly wrong absolutely 💯 never is ot correct.

I ordered sauce but never turned up but apart from that all ok

2 hours of waiting for the food the food is stone cold iv got 2 children under 5 haveing to wait over 2 hours for something to eat this is the third time this have happened and will not be using this service again

For some reason they cant read a receipt and put the right things in the bag 6/10 times you will be missing something or given the wrong item and then uber refuses to give a refund because it seems dodgy, if it didnt happen so often it wouldnt seem dodgy

There was one coffee and no coke

Please don’t go here if you are in a rush the few times I’ve been here recently it’s been at least 15 mins wait for food it’s just to slow

From ordering on the touch screen to getting our food was 24 minutes. Definitely not fast food and it was nearly cold as well 😡

ordered 2 burgers, chips, cheese balls and a drink. all I received was the chips and cheese balls. maybe forgot a bag, but devastated

the food was cold. I had to reheat it all. The delivery time was long for such a local one.

Always have to wait an age to get food here, definitely is not fast food. The staff here could not arrange a pissup in a brewery if they tried...

freezing cold kids are not happy

Chicken selects were nice and still warmish. Chips cold, burger cold and tasted rank! And I didn’t get my Apple pies!!! Last time I order Mc D’s.

Waited a good 10 minutes for food. Arrived stone cold. Server not happy when we commented. Came back swearing. Would never come again disappointed and disgusted

watched on app and courier went to falcon close at bs10 then back to patchway trying to say he had two orders.Food is stone cold so gone in bin and have a very upset 9 year old.Courier clearly didn't check adress

Order was 3hrs. Originally said 30min delivery time when ordered

Our order was took 1hr30min late. The food was icy cold, chips were hard and stale as the order must have been hanging around for a while. After waiting for so long and really looking forward to our food, we were highly disappointed and couldn’t not eat it.

Longest wait ever. There was absolute chaos in the kitchen, orders were missing and a huge backlog.

Very busy was told food would take up to 20 minutes, got food was cold and Chicken nuggets tasted off. Was out for the day in Bristol if I hadn't got back on the road to Exeter I would have taken my food back for a refund

The staff did everything they could to deal with a large amount of orders during the busy period on Friday evening.

it was terrible missing my feed mum family for 4 sharer bundle so had some very unhappy kids

Order was wrong sent 2 chicken nugget happy meals bur ordered one chicken nugget and one hamburger. chips were just thrown into the bag and were all over the bottom. Big Tasty was just thrown in ita box so was all over the place. Not happy

The delivery was late, and the food was cold

I only ordered two things, a big tasty and some cheese bites. I literally only received the burger. It was two items, how could an order this simple be messed up? the burger is also cold. The refund doesn't even cut it completely ruined my dinner

Usual mcdonalds experience. Only gave 3 stars for service as we used the self ordering. Food came out quickly and staff handing it over was pleasant and courteous.

Waiting for 25 for your food is not acceptable, it meant to be a fast food restaurant, priority seem to go to the drive-through very disappointed 😕

Waited nearly 2 hours for delivery and then they hadn't sent us any of our fries so we just had burgers which were freezing cold. The quality of the burgers were disgraceful anyway. Would definitely not order again.

took ages and arrived stone cold

we asked for tomato ketchup, for the fries, it was put inside the chicken burger with the mayo. I had a banana milkshake and a chocolate one, could not even drink the chocolate milkshake, because it had banana milkshake in with it,and I hate banana. I ordered malteser Mcflurry, I had these chunks of chocolate that didn't even taste like maltesers. Such a disappointment 😞

A very pleasant visit, the staff were very friendly. The toilets were excellent clean and fresh.

They have a 3 foot long bog brush in the gents. Also card readers aren't behind a metal frame so it's easier to use contactless

Delivery driver was lovely. No issues with the delivery itself, but the service from the restaurant was very very slow. When we got our food, it was cold.

Disgusting toilet's (Nov 2nd 2024) Flooded with god knows what, still open and probably shouldn't have been. Kudos to the Dad that wouldn't take his daughter in them and used the ladies.

Great service food was fresh. The store was extremely clean considering it was packed in the restaurant. Helpful staff recently priced have been reduced. Disabled access is great My reason for the average score only on the atmosphere was it was so noisy due to the large amount of customers, so that is just my personal preference this now way reflects on the score of five ⭐ as it's truly deserved. Thank you McDonald's you get the quality spot on and the price is low. Great menu choice also and the ice-cream machine always seems to work here

It's always very slow in here. You can expect to wait at least 30 mins for your food. It's simply carnage inside. When you do get food it's cold. Drive through service is better but not significantly. I would suggest going to the McDonald's just up the road near asda

Wait times for the driver through are absolutely horrendous !! Even when it isn’t busy, you’re told to park up and in around 15 minutes you get your food. I don’t see the point of a drive thru if you then just have to park up and wait ages. There is just no system here, it’s just awful.

Of all the McDonald’s establishments that I’ve visited in the UK and Europe over the last ten years, this place is absolutely the worst. Does not even deserve 1 star. 20+ minute wait for eat in food, whilst drive thru and Deliveroo/Just Eat couriers are prioritised instead. The staff needed to be prompted to find my order, and then gave me attitude when I asked why I had been waiting so long. The food was then like warm at best. Food and ketchup all over the floor and not cleaned up. No napkins available in the dispenser. No soap in the gents toilets. Hand drier does not work in the gents toilet. How this place passes food standards is beyond me. Frankly the franchise should be removed. Absolutely hopeless.

Delivery drivers parked wherever they wanted. Paths / zebra crossings / disabled parking without blue badges. When it's busy the staff don't really pay attention to orders I ordered a strawberry lemonade drink and got a sprite I'm not confrontational so I just left.

Please turn back time to when you walked in, ordered your food and walked away with it, I'm all for progress but the current system is absolutely ridiculous, just eat riders etc seem to be prioritised Fast food ??? Loads of staff walking about but not sure what there doing as its not serving food. Utter joke.

Ok for a quick bite when quiet, staff not very attentive and could do with quicker cleaning when tables leave. Food mediocre at best.

Cold fries and spicy chicken burger served instead of a regular. Sauce only on one side of burger so realised too late to complain and it was so busy I didn't want to queue. There is an issue every time we go to MxDonalds with one of our 5 different orders.

Food was stone cold over two hours late had to contact the restaurant, they said it hadn’t gone through properly, but they didn’t even make new food it seems as was stone cold , 2hrs no apology no making sure I got warm food is ridiculous

I waited 2 hours for this order to be delivered and it arrived cold and with items missing , and a spilt drink.

What a horrible place to order a “fast food”. Clueless people just walking around and joking between them, seriously this is a fast food chain or just a bunch of clueless individuals that has no training or doesn’t have anyone to be in charge, and keep the things running. Lost my order, then took 45 mins to get a new one. Place was grubby, food was cold, then original food found, girl was seem chewing her nails whilst serving. Lots of cross customers

Chips came out cold. Wrap wasn't nice to eat either and had to wait around 25 minutes dke our order to come. Cleaning staff were very friendly. No crayons for the kids to colour.

The standard maccie d's but very busy with the staff not being able to keep. Food though was standard so can't complain.

Advertised as a 30-45 minute wait time, took 1 hour and 20 minutes for the food to arrive, with 2 of the items in the order also being wrong. Very disappointing experience overall.

Honestly, this place just twiddles their thumbs. JE lets them say food can be with you in 30 minutes, but don’t punish the restaurant for being miles over…. A said 25 minutes, more like an hr.

Very busy, all seating taken, 40people waiting for there orders,all self serve machines full and drive in backed upto roundabout. Totally the opposite today, this place was empty and staff hanging around the place chatting about plane flights to poland and doing nothing but orders were still taking 20mins for a coffee and large chips

Great service, excellent order, fast

This particular location was actually very good. Clean, bright seating area along with warm to hot food. Good stuff considering. Star taken off for the obvious priority to get delivery orders out while in restaurant customers are left standing around for a long time to collect their food.

31mins to complete order, it would have been longer had I not complained. 2 burgers ordered, both delivered cold, and cheeseburger had no cheese. No apology or acknowledgement of delay. My experience seemed widespread with others in the queue. Suggest you avoid at all costs unless you want a similar experience.

After half an hour waiting for my order I ask where is my food. They bring it to me cold, not complete and monopoly stickers was take out. Worst service ever

The place is pretty useless. Go to the other mcdonalds at cribbs where it sort of works

I had an app order and drive through to collect. Saturday afternoon is very busy. Waited 20 mins in the drive through and then still waiting for the food whilst there is not really any parking around? They will tell you to park on a side. Service is good in the morning whilst there’s no one as I tried. Avoid at peak time to avoid disappointment.
