Every time there’s food missing

buzzed my flat and kept food in downstairs entrance anymore could of took it.....

We ordered at 18:07 two happy meals as a treat for our kids. It arrived way past the kids' bedtime at 19:46! Food was cold, we had to microwave it. Waste of money and for 'Fast Food' it's been the slowest service ever.

Wouldn't waste your time. This place might as well put a mystery bag order on the menu because that's what you get. You're lucky if you actually get anything you order. Cold food flat drinks. Drive past and go to BK.

40 minutes late and cold when received

Food took 2 hours to arrive and was cold when it eventually arrived, and ice cream had fully melted. Would like a refund

Unfortunately a very long wait as it was busy, food was barely warm very disappointing, but, very friendly staff none the less .

Didn't even arrive but I hope whoever received it is enjoying my £15 worth of food

Unfortunately half of the menu was sold out. It was a long wait for the food which is fine but my coffee was quite cold by the time it got to me which was disappointing. The eating area is also a bit run down and looking a bit shabby

The original ETA kept changing every few minutes to add another 5 minutes on until it eventually told me that I wasn’t likely to receive the order until double the original ETA. The tracker told me that the courier was at the restaurant and they must have been there for at least half an hour before I received an alert to say they were on their way and would be with me by 17:39… they eventually arrived after 17:50. By the time I received the food, it was cold!

All dips were missing, and the fries were cold. Not the fault of the delivery guy

No ketchup was in the order and I ordered only one medium fries

I placed my order over 25 minutes ago, but nothing was delivered. I went to the counter to complain, and my order was taken again, with a promise that it would be delivered soon. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I’ve experienced such delays at this location. The long wait times for orders have become a recurring problem here.

paid for 2 large fries and they were both barely above half full. very poor.

Order on the app was easy to order, the food came out with 10 mins

bag of drinks soaked with spillage. I leave quite near so don't understand how it happens all the time. Coke replaced choc milkshake in written note on drinks bag. McDonald's getting complacent and just eat riders need to drive carefully to avoid spillages.

Poor services attitude on staff is poor and fir fast food waited 35 mind poor poor poor and the toilets are like a underground stay away from this McDonald's worse in the contray

The slowest McDonalds drive through I've been to. It's not a one off either has happened all three times over the years.

Unfortunately food was missing. Very disappointing

Each time I go here the store never remembers to put your sauce in the bag Example, I always get a 3 piece chicken select and because it's delivered to the car I have to go back in and ask for them to give me the sauce ordered Annoying when you're about to either sit in the car and eat or drive away when it is something so simple to get right.

Quickly served through the drive through and very polite young man served us who was friendly polite and professional credit to the store.👌

Food good! Forgot the orange juice but eh, it happens! Delivery was speedy, so thanks to the driver! I didn't see the option to tip and don't know how to add it :(

Went to the McDonald's in patchway bristol, and it was shocking service, long wait and the burgers were thrown together, fries were half a portion and cold, really poor tbh. Won't be going back to this branch

Food is so cold and food missing

I ordered two happy meals with fruit bags, double cheeseburger & 3 selects. Only received the drinks & fruit bags for the order and none of the actual food!

All food was cold and the chips were a medium not a large and there was no straws I’m hungry and not in the mood and I have to warm it all up and have no straws at home to drink the drink I’d like a full refund on all of it I’m not impressed by the order

all three drinks were spilt. all liquid came through the bag.

You didnt bring a extra hamburger

The food was delivered almost 2 hours from placing the order in which it was obviously sat around in the restaurant waiting for a driver as when the food was finally delivered it was literally stone cold that we didn't eat most of it. Absolutely fuming!!. Restaurants should state a wait time before ordering so the customer is aware of the likely delay resulting in a very poor standard of food quality.

We are one double sausage and egg muffin missing and a large larte coffe and hash browns as well

This morning, on our way back from hospital, I had the munchies that only hash browns can satisfy. Online it says a 24 hour maccies. However when I arrived, I read that they are only open from 6. Thankfully I turned up at 6:15, and was very ready to get my maccies on. Here the disappointment begins. The door was locked, but staff were inside. A fellow customer and I knocked on the door. They had seen us multiple times, but only after 10 minutes did they open the door. Opening the door itself was a fiasco. Thankfully, the staff member eventually worked it out and, with no word of apology, asked us if we were here for coffee. *Stomach gurgles* We both said we wanted breakfast. they informed us it would be another 30 minutes before food was ready. This meant that food would be ready only at 6:55. 55 mins after they are meant to be open. So keep that in mind if you want some early morning grub. 2 stars for atmosphere cause I enjoyed chatting to the other customer whilst waiting to be let in.

why is woring ordered food what is happening I sm not happen I need the right food or run the money

Delivery took AGES it kept getting delayed and then the delivery driver put on the app “ just left the restaurant “ and as soon as she put that somebody was knocking on my door so i didnt answer the door cus the app told me she was still at the restaurant and it woke everybody up

food was cold fries were topped upside down over the burger boxes there was no more than 4 seeds of lettuce in the chicken sandwich. the Hamburger was squashed and there was no dip as requested for the chicken nuggets. the big Mac again has less than half the lettuce required and was squashed and cold. the courier was rude over direct and very unfriendly. no please no thank you no expression just dumped Tue bag in my hand said "code" and left

Absolutely dire service. You can see your burger ready and waiting and the ‘wonks’ as someone else put it, just standing there. Food manky and dried out by the time it reaches you …. And it was ready all along. Total miss Oh, and this is on one of their quieter days. Forget it if it’s a school holiday day. Just don’t bother

Not ever do we have an order that's correct. it's constantly wrong absolutely 💯 never is ot correct.

To busy waiting around for over 30 mins app don't work when busy either so have to que for self service as noone serves at the tills

2 hours of waiting for the food the food is stone cold iv got 2 children under 5 haveing to wait over 2 hours for something to eat this is the third time this have happened and will not be using this service again

For some reason they cant read a receipt and put the right things in the bag 6/10 times you will be missing something or given the wrong item and then uber refuses to give a refund because it seems dodgy, if it didnt happen so often it wouldnt seem dodgy

Awfull service most of the food was missing

ordered 2 burgers, chips, cheese balls and a drink. all I received was the chips and cheese balls. maybe forgot a bag, but devastated

From ordering on the touch screen to getting our food was 24 minutes. Definitely not fast food and it was nearly cold as well 😡

Chicken selects were nice and still warmish. Chips cold, burger cold and tasted rank! And I didn’t get my Apple pies!!! Last time I order Mc D’s.

Always have to wait an age to get food here, definitely is not fast food. The staff here could not arrange a pissup in a brewery if they tried...

watched on app and courier went to falcon close at bs10 then back to patchway trying to say he had two orders.Food is stone cold so gone in bin and have a very upset 9 year old.Courier clearly didn't check adress

Our order was took 1hr30min late. The food was icy cold, chips were hard and stale as the order must have been hanging around for a while. After waiting for so long and really looking forward to our food, we were highly disappointed and couldn’t not eat it.

Very busy was told food would take up to 20 minutes, got food was cold and Chicken nuggets tasted off. Was out for the day in Bristol if I hadn't got back on the road to Exeter I would have taken my food back for a refund

The staff did everything they could to deal with a large amount of orders during the busy period on Friday evening.

I only ordered two things, a big tasty and some cheese bites. I literally only received the burger. It was two items, how could an order this simple be messed up? the burger is also cold. The refund doesn't even cut it completely ruined my dinner

Order was wrong sent 2 chicken nugget happy meals bur ordered one chicken nugget and one hamburger. chips were just thrown into the bag and were all over the bottom. Big Tasty was just thrown in ita box so was all over the place. Not happy

Usual mcdonalds experience. Only gave 3 stars for service as we used the self ordering. Food came out quickly and staff handing it over was pleasant and courteous.

Waiting for 25 for your food is not acceptable, it meant to be a fast food restaurant, priority seem to go to the drive-through very disappointed 😕
