My mate was given food poisoning from your chicken balls. We know it is food posting as he has been ill non stop for several days.

Today 15/9/24 around 2.30pm we visited the cribs stores, my wife ordered 3 toppings with noodles, unfortunately the portions were very small compared to how it is normally, MO in black uniform went above and beyond for us, he topped the topping and also gave us hot water for our baby food, his customer skills are astounding, apologetic and sincere in the way handles issues. Thank you MO, hope management and the owner pass this on to you! We need more people like you everywhere.

Staff were just so awful and rude. We came in today at 14:45 on 03/09/2024. The lady that served us was wearing glasses and was horrible to me and my mum. I would not recommend coming back here. She slammed our food and drinks down, didn’t say thank you when we payed, gave us food we did not ask for and looked really grumpy. What a way to treat a customer? Shame on you for ruining our lunch.

The fried rice seemed undercooked. The rice even crunched in my teeth. The music is terribly loud. People come here to relax, but the loud music is really annoying. On the plus side, the staff is polite and all the food is hot.

Please stop counting how many tiny pieces of meat you put in! We know you only give 4 bite size pieces! This place used to be ok but they’ve upped their prices and got stingy on portions and for gods sake clean your tables they’re disgusting! Not worth £10 at all.

First time here , lots of choice and the service as i did not know was explained by the very helpfull and polite staff...oh and the food was AMAZING!!

For peak lunch time they’re quite efficient and place was kept tidy too.

Served by Percy, Cribbs Causeway. Bright and friendly service, ample choice of dishes. We know what we like so my wife loves the BBQ chicken with noodles, whereas I love the Teriyaki Beef.
