Chopstix Noodle Bar in South Gloucestershire

We went to Chopstix Cribbs Causeway on Friday at around 5pm - the menu still featured items that they no longer sell. We decided on alternatives to be told “we might not have that at this time” and the fountain drinks machine was also out of order. The food that was out looked crusty and dry, the counters weren’t particularly clean and they were flicking egg fried rice into everything. We abandoned our order and went to Itsu instead. Very disappointing as I’ve had 2 great experiences here but sadly won’t be returning

I only got 4 pieces of chicken and the server was in a mood and also gave me 4 chicken balls my friend then got 7 and 7 which is a DISGRACE

I recently visited with my Dad then again with my friend, and I was impressed with the quality of the food. The Chicken Katsu Curry & Caramel Drizzle with Chow Main was fresh and hot. Although the restaurant didn't have a vast array of base options, they offered a selection of toppings to choose from, which allowed me to customize my meal to my liking. The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who made sure I had everything I needed. Despite the bustling atmosphere of the surrounding area, the restaurant itself was clean and fairly quiet, making it a pleasant spot to enjoy a meal. Overall, I think the value for money was excellent. For £10, I got a drink and a satisfying meal that hit the spot. The combination of good food, friendly service, and clean ambiance made for a great dining experience

What a great experience! The food was amazing, the portions were generous, and the staff prompt, helpful, and professional. It was almost a disaster, though, when my contactless didn't want to go through. I had cash, but they couldn't accept it. However, the manager came to my rescue and comped my meal. I offered to come back and pay, but they wouldn't hear of it. Truly awesome staff and great people!! Couldn't be happier.

noodles arent as tasty and flavour boosters werent very nice but the new recipe for the salt&pepper chicken is very nice!!

Food turned up cold. Can of drink was warmer than the food. The rice was basically long grain and tasted as though it was brown rice. Wasn’t giving Asian cuisine at all.

We have been regular customers of this outlet and one in Cardiff mall. The one in Cardiff has excellent service and portion size but the Cribbs one has detiorated significantly recently. We went on Saturday and our boxes were only filled to about two thirds, with hardly any topping. As service was really slow, the queue was too long to bother complaining. Not impressed.

Me and my family really recommend Chopstix. It has got to be one of our favourites and when we attended today we were served with the best service from TAO.

Went here boxing day 2024 cus we had a great experience previously but omg boxing day the quality of food was awful, so gloopy saucy messy overly sweet with lumpy overcooked rice with too much hotsauce flavour on the spicy dishes. Awful noodles completely overcooked, soft and limp. So upset theres no consistency as the first time i went here it was amazing and this time its completely awful. Chefs need training on how to make the food same every time.

Awful. Staff are unpleasant or uninterested, not all toppings are available even at peak times, toppings themselves are gloopy and the tables are dirty. The main bin was overflowing, with litter placed next to bin. One member of staff walked past the rubbish and ignored it. They just don't care.

Hardly any food available, what they served was either overcooked or undercooked. Dirty tables covered in previous customers food and rubbish. Drinks machine not working, meal came with a can of pepsi instead. Would not recommend it

had the best experience with Wan! she was so kind and sweet and even explained to me how to get my 5 free spring rolls! I work in the Mall so seeing that others who work here are so kind is truly heartwarming

I would recommend chopstix! I had an XL box with firecracker chicken, chicken curry, salt and pepper chicken and sweet and sour chicken. Very tasty and great service

Today 15/9/24 around 2.30pm we visited the cribs stores, my wife ordered 3 toppings with noodles, unfortunately the portions were very small compared to how it is normally, MO in black uniform went above and beyond for us, he topped the topping and also gave us hot water for our baby food, his customer skills are astounding, apologetic and sincere in the way handles issues. Thank you MO, hope management and the owner pass this on to you! We need more people like you everywhere.

Staff were just so awful and rude. We came in today at 14:45 on 03/09/2024. The lady that served us was wearing glasses and was horrible to me and my mum. I would not recommend coming back here. She slammed our food and drinks down, didn’t say thank you when we payed, gave us food we did not ask for and looked really grumpy. What a way to treat a customer? Shame on you for ruining our lunch.
