GABBY… an absolute DARLING. Left her to pick my food. Great, very helpful and very friendly. Food was delicious.

Visiting this restaurant after 6 months, reduced food quality ratings from 3 Star to 1. Gone down. Please note we know how the noodles should be and looks like. Too elastic.

Sadaf was absolutely incredible helped me with my order and made me experience an absolute pleasure.

The food quality has deteriorated in the last 1 year, and a disproportionate increase in price doesn't make any sense. Some dishes on the counter looked unchanged since morning. The restaurant always looks busy due to slow throughput. I had Noodles and salt and pepper chicken, which I was told not spicy, but it definitely was spicy, and my child didn't eat it. I wouldn't trust this store if you are allergen. Staff needs training on how to handle such queries.

Pity where I live there isn’t one of these restaurants. I had the vegan options so the vegan noodles with vegan teriyaki no beef, breaded pumpkin in the katsu curry sauce. It was amazing. Definitely worth another visit. Staff quite hard to understand.

So I came to your restaurant yesterday i’ve had a meal, which I didn’t finish and then last night I had food poisoning uncontrollable shivers. I spent most of my night with my head in the toilet. I had the caramel chicken with the rice caramel chicken was slightly burnt. So now I have reason to believe that you cooked it twice. This review is in the hope that you will up your standards and this doesn’t happen to someone again

Ordered take away delivery home. After 1hr waiting recieved order with spilt sauce (which one costed extra)all over other meal boxes.Egg fried rice were soaked in soya sauce and didn't looked like normal fried rice. Salt and pepper potatoes were not fresh and burned.Chiken bites were not fresh and dark brown colour.We also didnt get prawn crackers.Used to be our favourite chinese and now never again. Very disappointing...wanted just a nice evening without cooking and nice meal with family and recieved bad looking and tasting meal.

Food is ok but not clear enough that they dont take cash no signs nothing. Another company that dont care about customers and stopped taking cash.

Was expecting a bit more chicken, only 3 pieces of each flavour (BBQ and Firecracker), feels like portion size keeps going down every time I order. Taste was great but for £9 a box you d expect more meat not just a massive amount of noodles:)) . Salt & pepper potatoes and churros were ok too, caramel sauce very sweet but it goes well with the churros. Firecracker flavour is quite spicyyy but nice !

The food is decent but they never have enough staff taking and serving the order, hence there is always a big queue. They need to get themselves better organised.

Will never eat here again. I understand it's cheap and that might be the appeal, but in terms of quality, portion sizes and customer service, it was awful. Plus their duck spring rolls were out of date and when I pointed this out I was ignored. So. I ordered a large, which is 4 portions. I ordered it with a noodle base, which was almost completely void of any moisture. The first selection I ordered caramel chicken and I got 4 pieces of chicken. Probably the size of a thumb tip each. Might as well have been chicken poppers. The second, sweet and sour, I received 4 again. Miniscule portions. The third, their spicy chicken, they had 2 remaining, so they topped it up with 1 caramel. The third was their red curry for which they gave me a single scoop and when I say scoop, I don't mean a ladel full. This thing was about the size of a table spoon. I got one spoon of this sauce and 2 pieces of chicken. I was stood there in disbelief at the audacity of the portion sizes, but I carried on. I also upgrade to get the duck spring rolls and a drink. The spring rolls, 2 of them were edible. Void of almost any kind of seasoning, mostly just creasy, but edible. The third tasted sour and almost fizzy. Like the meat had been sitting out for days. I had to spit it out and rinse my mouth out. The main meal. Dry, bland, basic. I asked for soya sauce to try and give the noodles some moisture and bare in mind that this restaurant is next door to a Yo Sushi that has pots of soya sauce on every table, free to use... Yet when I asked for soya sauce, they said they had to charge me for it. Like how much did they think I needed?? The food itself nearly made me choke. It was so rancid. I threw up in my mouth twice on the ride home and felt awful for days afterwards. The male staff couldn't have cared less when I mentioned that I thought the spring rolls had turned and continued serving them to unsuspecting diners and all the while when I was eating I was sat with a "come work for chopstix, it's a great place to work" billboard in front of me and I honestly could not think of a worse hell, than having to work here. Never again.

Long queue, prioritised deliveroo orders. 1 member of staff ignoring long queue. Food was dry, could have been better. Meal deal offered large drink but was given regular and they didn't change it when challenged. Upselling was relentless and they were out of the duck rolls we wanted.

Worst service I have had from there. I have seen more energy in an asmatic ant and more speed in a snail. Cashier just turned her back to me after paying without even a thank you.

Poor food and horrible service really disapointing

Great for a quick easy and super tasty bite to eat. We ordered easily, also there's an online website to preordained and collect. We ate in as it was not so busy. We had x4 small boxes and chose x4 different toppings, all were lovely and we used chop sticks to eat with which was novel for my two sons. We were offered extra spring rolls and advised to have a meal deal. This was a great idea. 👍 The staff were cooking the food infront of us and said beef would need to be cooked, so was not available...I had a chicken dish instead and was really happy with this too. It was delicious and the service was very polite and profesionally friendly. The seating choice is sitting on high stools on a bench or lower seating all with tables. There are tables outside too...all inside the mall and near other food outlets. The price reflected the quality and portions. We were full for a lunch but mum did not manage her portion. Toilets are close by as part of the mall so easy to go to but a short walk from the restaurant. All in all we enjoyed going back, this is our 2nd visit and we look forward to returning next time.

Really enjoyed our visit today at chopsticks, the gentleman that served us let me try their new flavour firecracker chicken before I picked it, so I can make sure I liked it which I found really helpful for someone who’s a really picky eater! Foods always nice and hot! Thanks guys

It was first time for me to try food at Chopstix of course friends made me to go and try it. As I was unsure what to have, very kind and polite young man called Mehedi served me with explaining what I can have - no rush, not being annoyed and extremely professional I left with vegi&chicken combination meal. The food was really good, for my taste maybe little bit to oily however absolutely delicious! I’ll definitely be back and I am highly recommend this place!

A visit to this out-of-town retail and leisure complex at Cribbs Causeway led to a ‘kill-time’ wander around the large shopping mall that is the centrepiece of this development. After a long wander around I felt I needed a quick and inexpensive snack lunch. I looked around the offerings in the food court and my heart sank! Yes, there are some pretty decent eateries, but not of the ‘quick-eats’ variety. I didn’t want, like or need fried chicken, or burgers, or sushi; but this noodle bar offered something that was obviously popular; as indicated by the large queue. I therefore decided to give this place a try and I am glad I did. Firstly you queue to reach the servery. You then choose the size of the meal you want: a small, medium or large ‘Box’. Then choose your ‘Base’ (the carb) from Egg Fried Rice, Vegetable Noodles, or Skinny Rice. Then you choose the number of ‘Toppings’ (proteins) from a selection of up to (availability dependent) 12 dishes. If you want a ‘Side’ you can add one or more from the 5 sides available. I chose the Egg Fried Rice, the Thai Red Chicken Curry plus a side of crispy Vegetable Spring Rolls, and a bottle of water. This qualified as a ‘meal deal’ and the whole cost was £8.45; a bargain I felt. It was all I wanted, and all I needed. I cannot in any-way criticise the food, it was all hot and fresh, and tender and tasty. The spring rolls were small but provided the texture change, the curry was not too hot and the rice was soft. A guide to where the disposable (wooden) cutlery could be found (it wasn’t at the end of the food servery) would have been useful, I had to ask.

Just received my egg rice with chicken. When opened box i felt funny smell, first i thought its okay when opening first time but even my partner smelled and tried the egg was disgusting taste and smell. Seems like it was cooked an old egg . Its very dangerous and can be very poisonous! Look what food You cooking please!

Josh was amazing. I could see the pressure he was under due to not only serving by himself, but cleaning and ensuring the line of customers were happy. Shame about the staff member doing the cooking at the back who seemed reluctant to be there! Well done Josh you deserve a pay rise.

This may be the last time I try this branch. It unfortunately seems they replace one terribly slow staff member with another. Wherever they are getting the young people from, it's not from anywhere that means they know what any level of customer service is. That or it's just Chopstix policy to pretty much disregard customers untill you come to pay. The food is normally decent. Fresh and tasty. But they are forever just leaving one staff member on to serve big queues. When this happens , someone else may be round the back or attending to something else but they don't seem worried about helping get the queue down either. So the young people move at a snails pace, seemingly not phased by people waiting ages. I mean they are not just dithering but physically moving slow. It's painful to watch. I'm talking 10-15 minutes to have a box of food plated up from a counter in front of you and a drink poured from a dispenser directly behind. This is currently in contrast to a local branch that has just opened up near me in Plymouth. I usually get a decent experience in there, in that is is quick and they are friendly.
