Great service and staff very helpful when ordering

HELLO THERE! today I ventured to Burger King for a light snack. I orders a whopper with 5 patties to lightly fill me up. Staff were super respectful about my small snack and reassured me that I wasn’t wasting their time. The tall handsome lad precious made sure the food was fresh and wet 🥳

amazing time with the family. kids had a lovely time amazing atmosphere and friendly staff. kids meals are conveniently priced too🤩🤩🤩

Was super fun !! The super young man called precious and young woman called Aron (best couple ever#total goals)were super quick and lovely when making the food. I asked for no lettuce in my royal and they’re super nice and didn’t put lettuce in. Olivia served me with a smile😊 food was yummy.

If the girls would move their hands like they move their mouth, I would've got my order way faster

Absolute tip and staff miserable as hell. Food and packaging left on tables and on the floor. Bins were overflowing, not one staff member making the effort to keep the place presentable. Won't be returning in a hurry.

Avoid its disgusting !! Soggy dorito chicken, torn seat coverings, half the tables filthy, food colder than the winter weather outside, overflowing bins and vile dirty toilets.

Placed an online order to collect. My order number was on the screen so I stood and waited. Then some rude girl behind the counter asked me what order number I was so told her, to be abruptly told they have a new 'broken' system and to next time tell them I'm there waiting as they would never know. My order was on the screen! To top it off the drinks machine wasn't working properly and so my drink was warm. And they refused to give me mayo! There won't be a next time hun.

Queues in Maccies have been horrendous so went to Burger King instead. Service was instant, served by Simran, who was really cheerful and nice to my kids. They were happy, and so was I.

Went through the drive through, food was hot and ready quickly. Went for the chicken royale meal for a change which was lovely and was served by Amelia who was very helpful and friendly.

I had a wonderful time at this resaurant with my family. Good was cheap and served hot, and fresh as it was quite busy. We preserved by Amelia who was very cheerful, helpful and had a happy go lucky attitude. We dined in, the restaurant was clean and uplifting, and the toilets seemed to be freshly stocked. Would highly recommend, thank you Amelia.

I visited burger king with my family and was pleasantly surprised. The restaurant was pretty busy but it was very clean, even the toilets. Although it was really busy all the staff were polite and smiley. I ordered a bacon XL meal. The meal was hot (which makes a change in a fast food restaurant. I was served by a young lady called Precious, she was super helpful and cheerful (maybe something in the water lol) All in all a great experience from start to end.

Went in to get a whopper, I am notoriously fussy. The lovely staff member Precious was very patient and my burger was perfect. It even looked exactly like it does on the promo picture. She was so lovely, made me feel nothing was too much trouble even though I asked for things to be added and things taken away. I could not have wished for a better server. Thanks Precious, see you again soon I'm sure, with all the Christmas shopping I need to do I will not be wanting to cook and you make perfect burgers.

11/12/24 17:45 Drive through: girl at window very polite £20 spent on stone cold fries & burgers Couldn't be bothered to queue to take it back as short on time that is why we used the convenience of a drive through. Consider ourselves fed as a job done rather than an enjoyable experience.

Lovely experience there such an incredible atmosphere! Food was life changing to be honest, my tastebuds felt like they were floating. Brilliant staff, however one particular woman there called Amelia by far outshines in the service department. She served me the most biblical whopper I’ve ever had with such grace and elegance. 5 stars to Amelia and the whopper ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Always my preferred place to grab some fast food. However, this is where it drops one star for me. The drive thru is soooo slow. And it's not a 'one off'. It's like it everytime I visit. The food is tasty and the onion/salad element of the burger always appears to be fresh

I took my three grandchildren for tea here after school and was greeted by very happy staff ,all very welcoming it was very refreshing. The food was cooked to order and was great

Always phone ahead to see if they are still serving in-store and not directing customers to the drive thru. Arrived several hours before closing to be told no in-store service and the website shows different opening hours for in-store and drive thru by the manager. BK website shows no different hours.

I don’t know what your management/team training is at this Burger King but someone needs to assess this and correct it ASAP. The staff looked absolutely miserable, not only were they slow on EVERY single order made but when they weren’t tending to necessary food orders I watched them stand in the drive thru window area cross armed like they were sick of the customers. There was not a single peep out of any staff the entire 45 mins my husband and I were in that restaurant, no communication from anyone including the manager. They had a constant line of delivery drivers blocking the ENTIRE counter waiting for the pathetically slow orders to come out. Whoever is managing this store has no leadership skills whatsoever and everyone else in there acts like emotionless drones. For the love of god it also doesn’t take much effort to clean the dining room. That was disgusting! If I’m gonna see staff standing around behind the counter with their arms crossed looking bored then I’m sure they could tidy up in the front area to fill their time. Saying as a fellow hospitality worker; if you find yourself with nothing to do then something is wrong…

Ordered through deliveroo..£35 order. Deliveroo only brought my drinks, no food. I rang burger king direct to be told it will be packed for delivery, waited an hour 2 calls later still no food now literally ignoring calls. Absolutely disgusting service. 3 children going without thanks to your error and lies. Tried blaming deliveroo.... they only deliver what you give them # fact

Wait forever to get a meal that tastes of cardboard and a drink that at best has a hint of the flavour it’s supposed to. Don’t waste your money on this trash.

You would have thought they would be ready for half term. Half the order screens didn’t work so caused excessive queues just to place an order. One of the drinks machines didn’t work so again another queue. Food cold. By the looks of it they didn’t have enough team working as the bins were overflowing and tables not being cleaned. Very poor experience for the price and the brand. Disappointed with the visit is an understatement.

After my shocking visit to MC Donald's this was well needed. Proper burgers ,fries and some serious flavours to tease my palette. Got through the drive through easy and went to pay. Took out finance for 3 months to pay for this meal and it got excepted 👍 . Fries were good, whopper was banging, Chicken Royale was tender and juicy. Nothing beats shooting your load while enjoying a good meaty burger or boyger if you're from the states. Will I come again. Hell yeah both here and in my pants! Just gonna wait until I've paid the finance off on this meal before I get another. 😁👍👍

A very depressing impression The burger buns were barely warm. Even though there were hardly any p eople inside, almost all the tables were dirty. The sofas were tattered and needed to be replaced or repaired. The trash cans were so full that I couldn't throw my trash away. The toilets were also dirty. 5 or 6 of the staff were standing in the kitchen area and no one was going to clean up.

Very quiet for 6pm was surprising. One of the drinks dispensers weren't working and turned out the other one had no syrup for mixing the drinks. No soap in the toilets, which after everything everyone has been through last couple of years is absolutely vile. Not one smile or one thing mentioned... number ___ left on countertop, then left it.

We had an amazing dinner at the venue Burger King. The staff were fantastic warm and welcoming. The food was impeccable, delicious and well presented. The music was fun and the atmosphere was convivial and inviting. Definitely going back and highly recommend the double whopper which is not only delicious but full of protein and nutrition.

Went in to order. Ordering machines didn't work. Ordered at counter. Explained alogies and modified order. Drove home to find order had not been modified. Was inedible. Tried phoning store for half an hour, no one answered. I now lost half an hour, £30 and still have nothing to eat. Waste of time, money and effort. Avoid.
