Does Bristol not have even one decent burger king left? This one was utter madness, burger was not great at all, order was wrong, wasn't given a tray for dining in, wasn't a selection of juices at the machine and a sign that says you're not allowed to go back for a refill, even if you're dining in??? Never going back, was an absolute waste of money, they should be shut down

Probably the worst bk Iv ever been too. The management was absolutely awful. I ordered on the app,went to get my order,they refused to give me the order because there app was down,so I lost out on £6.00 and they still refused to refund me. I will be be taking this further,don’t go there.

went on friday had amazing ac kept us all cool as we enjoyed our hot food, didn’t have to wait too long as it was prepared quickly and the drinks were just icing on the cream as they were freshly carbonated and cooled us down

Absolutely diabolical! We ordered at 6pm on the 18th April 2024 ... Service was awful took 20mins to get 2 meals for the chips to have been sat waiting the whole time, stone cold by the time the order was done! Dining area was disgusting!! The customer service was terrible, no apologies, no update when waiting and when we finally sat down we were saying it was bad to eachother, the young boy who was putting the chairs up on the tables was rolling his eyes and giving filthy looks! The man cooking the food kept wiping his hands on his clothes the standards are appalling and if I could 0 I would!! Filthy, overpriced food and terrible service!!

Worst experience I had in a burger King, burger had barelly any sauce and only in the middle, they give no sauce for chips or onion rings bought as a meal and ask 30p for it, drink is tasteless and place was full or rubbish with only 2 tables cleaned. In France you get asked what sauce you want and they make sure the burger is worth the money.

I was served by a lad called kieran, his name badge said assistant manager. The most Kindest person I've meet was very patient, I came in Tuesday best service I've received in a long time food was fast hot and definitely worth the money

First time visiting this Burger King. I was very impressed with the layout. It's definitely a nice restaurant. Enjoy going to a Burger King as you get a decent meal for a fair price, especially the Whopper and Royale deals. The only thing that was a letdown was the toilets. They are very outdated!

Ordered food for the family, but when picked up told we had to que up again at the paypoint machine to order a 20p packet of mayonnaise for it, although ketchup packets are apparently free. Big wait on the pay machine again and not going to stand there and wait whilst our our food go cold so had to go without. Poor customer service when spending over £50 on food.

I came into the restaurant around 7:45 , the restaurant was filthy and i had to help david clean up trays as he looked to be the only one working and actually making an effort. Other female employees at the till were mocking him saying ( your doing a great job) sarcastically and giggling. I was disgusted in how they spoke to david. Not one clean table to sit on , and david was clearly trying his best to do it all alone , i could see other at the back of the kitchen talking as david is slaving away. This sort of behaviour is disgusting and i hope to not see this again.

i visited the restaurant at around 8 in the evening, ordered my food to eat in but was disguised in the state of the restaurant. The restaurant looked quiet only two or three tables with customers on. But there wasn’t one clean table to sit on!! Three staff members all stood talking behind the desk whilst they could’ve been cleaning. Tables filled with trays of rubbish that no one had cleaned and food and rubbish all over the floor throughout the entire restaurant! My boyfriend had to clean a table for us to sit at. One staff member David was the only one trying to clean the tables as customers came in. I overheard another staff member at the desk say to him ‘why should i help’ and mocking him saying ‘you’re doing amazing’ as she wiped some trays. As a customer this does not invite you to sit at the restaurant, and does not look good for buisness when mulitiple customers who walked in as we were eating said the same making comments about how dirty it was!

Arrived at this location tonight at 2130 with the aim to grab food and sit in with my disabled father (76). The seating area was completely cordoned off with the staff saying it's policy to close it at 2130 so they can clean. Granted I appreciate the need to mop and tidy but why can they not do what Tim Hortons or McDonald do and cordone off a section for cleaning. If I wanted to have eaten in my car then I duly would have gone through the drive through. Shall not visit here again and instead go to one closer to home next time. As a truck driver I have visited many burger kings and this is the first to completely close the seating area off.

The most Discousting restaurant I have ever visit. Not even a single table was clean even that the restaurant was quiet as IT WAS early lunch time with dirty floor that have never seen brush and mop loads of food under every single table and black dirt in corners visbale from a mile! Dirty toiletS stay away from this please I will definitely report this place.

Food is good, but waiting times tend to be ridiculously long. I don't recommend using BK app on your phone to make orders because this will make you wait even longer.

Just taken delivery, not happy at all 2 burgers and 1chips short. Effectively paid£32 for a box of chilli cheese bites 1 chips and 2 drinks. After complaining I'm offered a refund of £6for the service and delivery. This is an absolute joke. Robbing *****s

Arrived and not one clean table, had to ask for it to be wiped and he only moved the last people's rubbish on to another table then wiped down ours with cold water and left all the rubbish on the next table. They had no coffee, no tea, no mayanase. And the food wasn't very warm, after we had eaten they had staff come out and clear and clean tables. Won't be going back!

Really poor service is this place. Took some kids here after a bowling party. Kids were ignored. Stood at the counter for ages just trying to get an ice cream. I had to throw my toys out to get them to do anything. Also the place was full of mini chavs all sharing one coke and keep refilling it.

Appalling hygiene. Half of menu unavailable. 1 choice of drink available and it was flat. No alternative available.

Wish we went somewhere else.This place is filthy. Staff just standing around, not that busy and the place is a mess. Not a clean table in the whole place and the floor covered in rubbish. First food ok but the coke was tasteless, not one guy serving and the rest was just standing around doing nothing!!

Been waiting over 20 min now . The 20 deliveroo men are coming in and going out with their orders with 2 min . But not the case with the 10 people standing waiting for their food . Priorities all wrong here. !! The staff look like they are new and haven't got a clue . Not their fault but there's no boss around. Also the bins are full and tables are unclean . Got a refund and now eating a big mac with hot chips .

The last 3 times I've been here I've been sold cold pre prepared burgers which were absolutely disgusting. I even asked them to make aure they're are hot due to previous cold orders but they still arrive cold with buns that are basically stale. This place has really gone dowe hill. On top of this for years the toilets have been disgusting. Smelling of urine and urine all over the floor. It's absolutely disgusting this hasn't been rectified for years. This just proves theres a complete lack of hygiene and cleanliness. Either someone isn't checking in on this place or they just don't care. I highly recommend choosing somewhere else to spend your money. EDIT: I forgot to add that the drinks are absolutely vile. They are heavily watered down and we threw our 2 large drinks away after one taste as they were undrinkable. Not only disgusting but an absolute rip off.

Probably the worst BK I’ve been too. Toilets are dirty and smelly. The good always takes forever and the staff are not well trained. Our chips were dry and the chicken burger that I ordered was a dodgy colour. The only saving grace was the lady that served us was polite.

I know, it's just a burger joint, and wagon wheels used to be bigger and yadda yadda yadda...but Burger King really has gone downhill in my opinion. the bread rolls are all air and simply fragment when you try to eat the burger. the actual burger temperature is tepid at best but could be described as cold. The main reason I'm posting this review though is that for £8.62 (which would buy you some pub grub meals at a push) you get the most miniscule portion of fatty fries which don't even fill the tiny serving bags and are just NOT nice at all. apart from that all the usual suspects..hygeine, service, quality, and value for money all lacking . I FILLED IN BURGER KING FEEDBACK FORM, and suggest you do to, unless people in England start asking for better service, they will keep getting this! . Whopper meal Cost £8.62 and about £6.62 worth of it was simply put into the over crowded bin!

Best burger I've tasted in years and not expensive for the quality only one thing that let it down if the bun had been toasted so it didn't go soggy I would be a happy king fan

Needs more seating. Would be easy to put some tables outside to increase capacity. People seen eating off the top of the signage out front due to lack of tables !!

As always, wonderful burgers ... Ordered Vegan Royale and it tasted brilliant ... Service was quick and prompt, reason for low scoring on Atmosphere, actually found the place to be a little smelly, it seemed like the mop they used might have been hold ... rest all fine

popped in drive through on way home from asda brought whopper meal and drink i live 5 mins away got home went to eat disgusting chips were cold burger was luke warm coke was flat and no ice had been added i should have gone back up and complained but couldnt be bothered i think i must have been given someones reject meal paid £11 for total waste of meal my dogs had it .

Update: 9/9/23 - Had to lower my rating... i know it's a Saturday, and it's late... But... The restaurant smells like someone had has a wee all over the floor. No Fanta or Coke Zero in either drinks machine. One of them gave a warm drink! In general it looks filthy. Proper grimey... not just the surface dirt. Standard Burger King. Large Car Park. Easy access from motorway.

The problem lately with Burger King is the buns, they taste quite nice but they are like that concrete that people are talking about - they just crumble. If they can get a better standard of bun then Burger King would be a more frequent destination.

Went through drive in. Had to wait ages in the queue to get served.

Prefer this to McDonald's. However when we order through Uber eats 80 percent of the time they miss items from our order. Its really poor customer service from that aspect that they cant get online orders correct!

Was served by assistant manager Will, who was pleasant, friendly and attentive. The food was fresh and hot. Great options for vegans and vegetarians also.

Went to grab myself and my daughter some food restaurant wasn’t busy but didn’t really get any help from staff took me about 25 minutes to order even when there was no one around I finally found somone on the till called Kadon he was extremely polite seem I was getting annoyed and served me immediately and was very well mannered I haven’t seen him before but definitely made my experience that little bit better. Place is abit out dated but food was okay I suppose if it wasn’t for the server I probably wouldn’t come back so thank you to Kadon the till worker for making my visit that little bit better hopefully he gets to see this and knows he’s doing a good job 🫰🏼
