Visited on May 21st 2025. Superb food quality which is rare in fast food. Excellent service from Nicole and Will but was jealous of Nicole's long hair (tied back properly before anyone moans) as I have none. Her and Will joined in the joke and were welcoming. In Fast Foot outlets, this branch stands out head and shoulders above. But don't get served by Nicole if you are jealous of lovely long hair 😇😜

Have visited this store a couple times after shopping. The staff are very welcoming and are always willing to help. The restaurant is clean and tidy. Would highly recommended:)

Probably the worst Burger King I've been in. Waited 35 minutes to be given a cold burger and cold chips. No drinks available in the machines so I had to suffer with a flat coke zero. Told to leave the restaurant at exactly 10pm even though I was still drinking. Staff member had a really bad attitude and no customer service. I spoke to a manager who fobbed me off saying its the busiest day of the year. I'm sorry but that's no excuse for poor food and poor customer service. I will be emailing the MD of Burger King to tell them how bad this particular restaurant is. I would avoid this place.

No fizzy drinks to takeaway only Dr Pepper or Coca Cola Zero. Food taking half hour for it to arrive. Customer service non existent but the kiddy did apologise for the delay in food. Seemed to be the only one that really cared. Apparently they can’t close off restaurant or drive through when rammed as higher up management demands it’s open. Staff at wits end. Doing their best in bad conditions. Usually this store is fine. Tonight was really struggling. Senior management need to support the team

Overpriced never paid as much as I paid today for a chicken royal meal... Chips were hard and over cooked and the royal was burnt and thrown together.

Armageddon hits burger king For the past 2 or 3 years burger king branches have seen a massive change from professional well mannered staff to......and these are diluted words....a rubbish dump with no pride whatsoever. The staff, all 6 of them were just playing around like kindergarten and had zero interest in cleaning the place up, even the interior kitchen which was disgusting, food all over the floor. There was no management control at all and if i was the owner i would sell as they are not interested in providing a quality environment for their customers Recommendation Go to another fast food place.

U have to pour your own drinks using a self service machine. 🥴

I had a meal yesterday with 2 other people and all of us were ill last night with very bad stomachs. We had different meals so must be your prep area or cooking area that needs cleaning but we will not be eating there again to get food poisoning. Obviously it is not very hygienic in your kitchens. Don’t eat at this Burger King. Cribbs Causeway Bristol.

Did anyone else that ate at Cribbs Causeway on 9.4.25 have stomach issues? All 3 of us that ate different meals there yesterday had bad stomach cramps etc.. not impressed

I need to remember to stop coming here. The food is alright, though it feels like it's below the standard for bk. Place is always a bit of a mess, and the drinks machines never ever have any flavours in stock, even though they always have a "no refills" sign. There's many better options nearby

Could only order at the kiosk of which only 2 of the 4 were working very busy so had to wait 15 mins to order, on waiting for the order we managed to sit at 1 of only 2 tables that didn't have any rubbish from previous customers on the bins provided were full, the furniture had rips all over the upholstery. Our order was correct although they had no cold drinks so we had 2 lattes of which were just warm water and froth. I will never go here again.

No soft drinks, crap everywhere, not enough staff, half the ordering kiosks out of order. Will not be back.

The Whopper meal was amazing and the fries were fresh and the staff that took my order were very helpful and friendly. All together and amazing time there 😁

Avoid at all costs...Saturday early evening...Signs stated to order at kiosks, 2 out of 4 were working, queues were building up, used kiosk.. no cold drinks available unless you wanted to pay extra money for the slush drinks... kiosk stated 'saving paper' however paper still dispensed with nothing printed on it?! Tables were dirty with previous customers rubbish left on them due to bins being full in restaurant, ladies toilets were out of order.. and hot drinks we had to opt for were tasteless and went into the bin outside as we couldn't wait to leave! Will not be returning!!

It is still absolutely the worst Burger king that I have been to. Service is very slow. As an update to my previous bad experience, this time their drinks machine was broken so there was no fizzy drinks. Previously I have turned up at 10:15 and they were shut. The management here should be replaced.

Worst burger king I've ever been to. I'd don't expect much from a fast food chain. But I do expect cleanliness, service and the food to be what is advertised. Don't bother buying anything here no matter how much of a hurry you are in.

Went in to get a whopper, I am notoriously fussy. The lovely staff member Precious was very patient and my burger was perfect. It even looked exactly like it does on the promo picture. She was so lovely, made me feel nothing was too much trouble even though I asked for things to be added and things taken away. I could not have wished for a better server. Thanks Precious, see you again soon I'm sure, with all the Christmas shopping I need to do I will not be wanting to cook and you make perfect burgers. Edited to add, I have been in so often alot more of the servers know me now and I don't even have to tell them what I want lol, not sure if that is a flex or self shaming haha but it's true lol.

I visited burger king with my family and was pleasantly surprised. The restaurant was pretty busy but it was very clean, even the toilets. Although it was really busy all the staff were polite and smiley. I ordered a bacon XL meal. The meal was hot (which makes a change in a fast food restaurant. I was served by a young lady called Precious, she was super helpful and cheerful (maybe something in the water lol) All in all a great experience from start to end. Went back after a long day shopping with the missus. A welcome chance to sit and recharge with great food and awesome service as usual. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Went in for something to eat after shopping in the Mall. It was quite busy and food took a while but to be fair it is all freshly cooked, not pre-cooked and left under a warmer like some other restaurants. The staff were lovely and polite. Smiling and laughing with me while I was waiting for my food. (I was last in the queue) The burger and chips were hot and fresh exactly as I would expect, also made as I had asked for it. Definitely a well deserved 5*, I would have given higher if I could :)

Stopped at this Burger King and ordered food. There was a long wait, and when we got it, it wasn't the greatest; it looked like it had just been thrown together. I have to say, if I had looked around the place beforehand, I wouldn't have bothered to eat there, as it was a mess. This is the first time I've ever found the restrooms cleaner than the rest of the establishment. Rubbish was overflowing, and no tables were being cleaned. Burger King owners need to look into why it's like this.

12-minute wait on a single whopper and it wasn't even busy. People that ordered whole meals somehow got their food ahead of me and so did the food delivery drivers that came in several minutes after my order was in the pipeline. Most tables were dirty and there was rubbish in the restaurant. Not a great experience, but it seems like this branch isn't isolated in poor service.

What an awful place. Overflowing bins, rubbish on virtually every table and cou ter as custom.er couldn't throw away rubbish due to bins. Food was just about edible but I would not return here.

HELLO THERE! today I ventured to Burger King for a light snack. I orders a whopper with 5 patties to lightly fill me up. Staff were super respectful about my small snack and reassured me that I wasn’t wasting their time. The tall handsome lad precious made sure the food was fresh and wet 🥳

Was super fun !! The super young man called precious and young woman called Aron (best couple ever#total goals)were super quick and lovely when making the food. I asked for no lettuce in my royal and they’re super nice and didn’t put lettuce in. Olivia served me with a smile😊 food was yummy.

Absolute tip and staff miserable as hell. Food and packaging left on tables and on the floor. Bins were overflowing, not one staff member making the effort to keep the place presentable. Won't be returning in a hurry.

Avoid its disgusting !! Soggy dorito chicken, torn seat coverings, half the tables filthy, food colder than the winter weather outside, overflowing bins and vile dirty toilets.

Placed an online order to collect. My order number was on the screen so I stood and waited. Then some rude girl behind the counter asked me what order number I was so told her, to be abruptly told they have a new 'broken' system and to next time tell them I'm there waiting as they would never know. My order was on the screen! To top it off the drinks machine wasn't working properly and so my drink was warm. And they refused to give me mayo! There won't be a next time hun.

Queues in Maccies have been horrendous so went to Burger King instead. Service was instant, served by Simran, who was really cheerful and nice to my kids. They were happy, and so was I.
