Mcdonalds near the MK Station by Taco Bell and Burger King. Management has a lot to answer for in this place. Avoid this one like the plague. We went in the evening after being at a concert and the queue was out of the door. We waited 2 hours after ordering, for our food. There was barely anyone packing orders, and the food was piling up, going cold in front of them. Staff were picking things up and putting them down again. They looked lost and didn't seem to know what to do, but they still kept serving drivethru orders and taking orders in-house. The restaurant ended up full of people waiting for their food, and many people walked out after waiting hours without a refund because there wasn't a member of staff on that could issue one!. At one point a staff member seemed to reset the order board in front of a full restaurant of customers. All orders were wiped, the mountain of food wasn't moving from the service point, and the receipts were piling up on the floor. In the end, staff resorted to asking customers what they had ordered and packed as they were told. I really wish we'd gone to Taco Bell or Burger King across the road instead. After reading other reviews, it looks like this place is always appalling. They should've had someone managing the doors and drivethru services to allow the staff to stay on top of things. Also they needed more front of house staff packing. The management clearly let their poor staff down in a big way. The place fell to pieces. I would expect that this area of MK would be used to dealing with large numbers of customers, being so close to a concert venue. My advice to anyone passing after a concert at The MK Bowl, is to keep heading into town, to one of the other McDonald's. You'll get served much more efficiently. Either that, or use the Taco Bell or Burger King, they seemed to cope well too.

Just awful. don't go. There are better things to do with your time. believe me. Like Burger King, across the way.

Awful. 45 mins wait to get takeout. Drinks machine not working. Live 5 mins away, burgers were already cold when we got home. Bacon double cheeseburger had no burgers in, just bacon and lettuce... No idea what's going on here but standards have plummeted lately. Avoid until they get it sorted.

This was for the one next to network rail. I only use this mcdonalds if in need of a quick meal and in the area around the time and again it was hassle. Have to order without sesame bun on big mac due to allergies and when pulling up by the window to pay there were two girls just chatting away so could tell they didn't listen properly to the order. Got asked to park in a waiting bay which was certainly a waiting bay alright, only for some employee there to ask me what it was i ordered again. After waiting even longer I finally received my order, got no apology for the long wait and then to no surprise whatsoever the bun was not removed from the big mac as requested. It really isn't rocket science and it didn't even seem busy there. Anyone would be better off travelling further to somewhere like Wolverton for a decent maccies because this one is just full of sheer gormlessness.

This used to be a great McD's - quick service, really helpful ladies looking after the restaurant area and customers, decent product availability. In the last couple of years it's deteriorated to the point that I never eat there any more. Items are regularly not available and it takes an age to get your food, I've waited fifteen minutes on more than one occasion despite pre-ordering on the app as priority is given to the bigger orders waiting to be collected by the likes of Uber Eats while everyone else has to stand around and wait. And wait. And wait. McDonald's used to be fast food. Fast it certainly isn't any more. It's not a problem exclusive to this restaurant but the deterioration is stark. With so many places to choose to eat, including Burger King and Taco Bell directly opposite this place, if you can't serve your customers expect to lose them.

I have visited a few times now and the quality of food is vastly inconsistent however often on the poor side. Fries are often stale/ soft and it is clear that sometimes food is served that is not freshly cooked and has been left out for far too long. I have also been served a completely melted/liquid mcflurry. Whilst service is friendly, staff need to be much more accountable for the quality of food served, especially on the drive through.

My 3rd best mcdonalds in milton Keynes the staff are friendly and do a great job but sometimes i might get my order wrong and the toilets are nice i aint been to this one for a little while but i would always get the same i always have i would agree this is the 3rd best McDonalds

This place is absolute chaos,I can't believe the lack of crowd control and within the restaurant and free for all in the car park, I for one will never return.

Posters in the window saying that they will take ur details for corona viruse, yet we went for breakfast and no one asked us for details. Absolutely appalling with everything going on, no track and trace in place for a well known company that attracts a lot of people. The food was not the best quality either. Will not be going back.

Drive thru was closed because of delivery at the time of visit. Parking was full. Queues in restaurant as everybody had to go in the restaurant. Ordered on self service till, receipt not printed out or working. Waited around 5 minutes to get the food. Filet burger was hot and fresh. Fries were tepid. The staff were working and doing their best to try and clear the queues.

I visited the Mac Donald’s for a variety meeting but decided to go their early so I can have lunch. I spent money on my lunch & more during a meeting to then receive a notice in the post for a parking ticket. This is really upsetting when the reason why I was parked was due to myself using & spending money at the premises, now find my lunch is an extra £160 😡 Mac Donald’s use to get my custom but now they can run & jump if this is how they treat people spending money at their facilities.

Beware. First time I visited this restaurant and received a £50 parking ticket for staying over 90 minutes. No help from their customer services department. Daylight robbery for just trying to enjoy a meal in one of their establishments.

My only gripe is that they never have strawberry milkshake. In the morning, we're told the machine hasn't been turned on or the machine has only just been turned on. After the breakfast menu has stopped, and it's the main menu, still no milkshake as they've just turned on the machine at 10.30am. Don't understand why this is? Am sure I'm not the only person who requests a milkshake after the breakfast menu has stopped (or even for the breakfast menu). Other than that, have no other issue with the place.

Beware if you visit this restaurant to meet friends like I did and stay over the 90mins parking limit you will get a parking ticket for £100, £50 if you pay within 14 days. The staff in Mc Donald's were dismissive of my request of help and just referred me to MET parking. The parking limit sign is on the left as you turn in to the left as your eye is drawn to the McDonald's welcome sign on the right. Very poor customer relations from both McDonald's and MET Parking Services it appears that they are just interested in making even more money out of those that visit this restaurant.

Ordered a meal on computer in store, but no option for student deal. Ordered food and approached manager who advised that we didn't qualify for deal. Tried to present Student ID, but sent away. WHAT'S THE POINT OF DEAL IF YOU DON'T OFFER IT???

Never had any issues with food or staff at McDonald's can get very busy at times so getting a table can be bit hard apart from that all good

This is my Favourite location, but I have no idea what has happened to the place. I don’t have high expectations when I go to a fast food joint like McDonald’s, the point of going is it’s supposed to be fast, cheap and hopefully tastes nice. However this McDonald’s seems to fail on all fronts. They are always slow here, prices have crept up, and the food is all over the place quality wise. They never seem to have milkshakes or mcflurries when using touch screens, yet people that order at till seem to be able. On avareage it takes 15-20 minutes for my order to come over if I use table service, came in on a Sunday when dead quite, that doubled to 35 minutes, the guy didn’t even seem that bothered when he brought it over, i only ordered a Big Mac meal with cheesy bites. Food looks chucked together, they should include self assembly required as I haven’t received a complete burger in over a year. Lettuce is always off, what is it with lettuce and fast food lately, always brown, and thrown around. Staff never remember any of the dips that are supposed to come with chicken select, or cheese bites etc, and I can guarantee an item off my order is missing. Recently had a parking ticket to add insult to injury because they made me and my family wait so long for our order. Thankfully got the ticket cancelled being disabled as it takes us longer to eat anyway. On a side note, there is a staff member, I suspect is the manager who parks their bmw into disabled, given there is only two disabled spaces it really annoys me as he is making it harder for disabled peoples access.

Received a parking fine after spending too much time eating with friends in this restaurant. The date on the fine received today 29th December is 4th December. They give you 14 days to pay £50 or then the fine is £100, so it’s taken 3 weeks to get here? This is dishonest in itself. We are regular visitors to this outlet. Some customer service

I spend a lot of money in McDonald's - After cashing in one of my loyalty coffee cards at this branch, I seemingly overstayed a parking restriction. The food was OK, but what a bad experience that continues to follow.I don't think a reasonable person would look for parking restriction signs in a restaurant. Especially if they are a genuine customer, like me.Unfortunately, I now have MET Parking Services and their debt collection affiliates harassing me every few days wanting £160. Being sent a parking ticket following cashing in a loyalty card I earned from repeatedly using McDonald's is a bitter pill to swallow.I showed the duty manager my credit card statement showing lots of my money passing to McDonald's. I even flashed my embarrassing array of coffee loyalty cards. He referred me back to the less-than-reasonable MET Parking Services.How is McDonald's going to return my loyalty?

It has become somewhat of a tradition for my niece and I to have breakfast before I get the train from Milton Keynes Central. We used the self-service machine operated by my niece I am afraid its all beyond me I would go to the counter and pay. The system worked very well choosing the food and adding extras. My niece had a breakfast wrap and I had the double sausage and egg mcmuffin with bacon as an extra and an extra hash brown we both had coffee as our drink. They operate a number system so you take a plastic number stand from the side of the ordering screen type in your number and pay. You then choose a table and the food is brought to you. If want any serviettes, spoons etc you will need to get those from the central stand. The eaten in facilities were very pleasant with comfortable seating. I would go to this McDonald's again. Thank you for your pleasant service.

Horrendous. 20+ cars waiting in drive thru, blocking the car park off. Empty tables (apart from rubbish) queuing at the collection point. 25+ orders on screen and more preparing. Replace people with screens, less overheads for McD and less service for paying punters. Disgrace.

What a miserable experience over the last two days, the standards and service delivery at this location has been declining over many months and reached bottom this week. On two occasions this weekend, 17 minutes as walks in customers for x2 ice creams and as drive through last night 20 minutes stationary in the drive through. Neither at the cash window nor collection point wouldn't anyone apologise for the unreasonable wait time [20 minutes no exaggeration] nor when questioned could they explain why!! and further you have to check your order every single time as without exception they always forget to include the sauces you request at the order point...just incompetent. The burger king opposite is starting to look a more attractive proposition.

Writing this while I wait, been 30 mins. This is not acceptable! Got tabe service but husband is queueing waiting for our food. Shocking really! Would never come here again, sort yourselves out McDonalds!!!

Who on earth is running this place? How difficult can it be to judge how much ice cream mix a busy takeaway will require to ensure they dont run out! But running out is something this place specialises in! Its unreal how amateur it is!!

Every time in the last six months that I’ve visited this mcDonalds it has been lacking in something. Today it was the drive through option and being unable to pay by card! So I walked away today. I visit McD’s all over Mk and all over the country! I can honestly say this is the worse one I have ever been to. It didn’t used to be like this and I’ve used this one as my ‘Local’ for many years so I am disappointed to say the least! One member of staff just ignored my comments but thankfully another apologised. So I went to Burger King instead who have never let me down and will get all of my custom from now forwards so I can’t be disappointed again.

My girlfriend and I decided that this would be our dining location, we decided upon the drive thru over sitting in. This was a good choice as we were in and out in no time. I ordered the cheese burger, I had previously had this at another establishment so I thought it a safe choice... I got it 6 times on this occasion. We also settled upon the Mcflurry and some chips. The food was nice and quick and tasted as expected.

Sometimes pop here on a lunch for 'fat Friday' or a lunch order. It's a bog standard McDonalds - which serves slowly on the inside usually with big queues and a bit faster on the drive thru. There's not much else to say, but the food is usually accurate and hot and the staff are regulars there so they get used to what they're doing and quite good at it.

This place is on way to home so do stop by some times to grab a take away. The drive through staff normally tend to be half asleep as they more than always miss something from my order. Now I make a point to stay at the window and check the bag for each item and have on few occasions have had to get their attention with the items missing. Frustrating and annoying

Had a drive through McDonalds. Got home to find my Big Mac had ONE burger in it. The bun was dry, hardly any sauce... but one burger...seriously! It can’t be that difficult to make fast food!

Inútiles, grosero, y paternalista. Mis dos últimas visitas ahora provocó que quejarse a McDonald's REINO UNIDO ambas veces. El punto de autoservicio orden cerrada. El personal no sabía cómo operar cajas. Otros clientes para pedidos de disculpas al mal, y parece que no puedo pedir una hamburguesa y patatas fritas sin beber. No sé si he sido solo mala suerte, pero nunca se quejó sobre ellos antes.

El nuevo sistema de ordenar parece mucho más complicado que simplemente ordenar en un punto hasta!

Típico DE MCDONALD'S, servicio bastante rápido, visitó el sábado a mediodía. Hay que aprender a clara y limpiar las mesas en la mayoría de cubiertas de escombros. La comida está bien pero bastante, como se puede esperar de un Mcdonald's.

Visitamos aquí regularmente para las bebidas calientes en mis descansos para el almuerzo cuando en las noches. Rara vez atrae las bebidas (al conducir un moka es parte del proceso). Esperamos 10 minutos para dos bebidas calientes. Nunca ha sido este mal hay unos 8 Pedidos en espera. Había unos 8 personal así que no hay excusa

Mamá y yo fuimos a este restaurante de comida rápida lugar y las patatas fritas eran frías y el aceite era vieja y cuando el chocolate caliente no son chocatly

Disgusted ordered myself and son 2 mac muffin meals while waiting 5 to 6 mins I notice the member of staff preparing food his appearance was grubby, to my amazement while preparing the food he wiped his snotty nose with the back of his hand not once but several times and carried on touching food without washing his hands spoke to another member of staff and asked for a refund she didn't really want to refund but after several requests a manager appeared and refunded and said he would look at the cctv when he was less busy but the member of staff was still preparing food and wiping his snotty nose on the back of his hand stay clear

In generale, la valutazione di questo luogo è in media come tutti i McDonald, dato che il menù è univoco e i metodi di preparazione sono gli stessi ovunque ! Prezzi accettabili e servizio veloce e piacevole ! Sono venuto molte volte per il fatto che è aperto H24, quindi molto comodo !

Llevé a mis hijos aquí ayer por la noche para la cena, y tuvimos una comida estupenda. El lugar estaba limpio, el personal es servicial y servicio rápido, aunque nuestro camarero era nuevo en el trabajo, comida caliente y sabrosa, Galaxy caramelo Mcflurry delicioso - y no tuve que lavar!

La comida y el servicio en el McDonald's siempre es bastante mediocre pero acabo de aquí con mi hijo de helado para su cumpleaños y como siempre (he probado unos 10-15 veces durante el verano) no tienen helado. Si no te stock suficiente llevar en el menú!

The queues are never too long but there is a reason for this. You have to wait and wait to get served here. I have called in for a coffee several times over the last few weeks and it's always the same. People walk out as the severs move about without actually serving anyone.A wait of 5-10 minutes is normal.Tonight a couple with children are half a meal waited 15 minutes and got a refund as they were still waiting for the rest of the food.

Highly disgusted that McDonald's, or their partner cowboy company MET Parking, issued me with a parking ticket for £60 for over staying in their car park. Although it was early on a Sunday morning and no shops were open so I clearly was not using their car park for my own convenience (I was actually having breakfast and drinking several coffees while waiting for my daughter) McDonald's dismissed my appeal as hard luck. I of course will not be returning. A very strange way for them to encourage business.If this happens to you by the way the parking tickets are not legally enforceable, just ignore them.

Busy as usual,filling a big order for a nurse and i ended up getting part of her order,came back 6 miles return and they tried to fob me off with a fruit salad great

Arrived very late into Bletchley having had a nightmare journey. Luckily the Mac D on the A5 roundabout stays open very late. Food was cooked while I waited and was served hot and very fastGood Job!

Today I visited the mcdonalds in the xscape, I can walk away with nothing good to say about this place. I walked into the resturant and I ordered a plain cheese burger, I was then told it would be a couple of minutes (which it usually is). After 5 minutes I chased up my order and the lady said it was just coming, 10 minutes later I was still standing there. I then went and spoke to the lady and asked her how long it would be to be told she'd given my order to someone else and I would then have to wait for it again unless I wanted one that wasn't plain. I then said to her that I would just like my money back to be offered lots of other stuff, she wouldn't take no for an answer until a good few minutes later when she finally returned my money. Overall my visit was a bad experience with extremely bad customer service (considering it was at 11am in the morning and wasn't busy) I will NOT be going back.

This is one of the the bigger more interactive McDonald's. There are self-serve kicks so that if there are queues you can place your own order. I like this idea, you can take your time so don't feel rushed. Once the order is placed you will receive a receipt with an order number that will be displayed at the collection desk when it is ready. Really easy! There are interactive booths which are fun for the kids (including the older kids) while they are sitting eating. Tablets are also available to use at pods at a high stool table while you eat which the kids love. Good service and quick and tasty food in a clean environment with entertainment.

I accompanied my young granddaughter to a birthday party at McDonald's branch in Kingston, Milton Keynes.The mums sat together enjoying a meal & the kiddies were in a separate area having their party.I was impressed by the new interactive wall decor... Never seen anything like that before, & it gives the kiddies something educational to do. :)
