Mcdonald's Restaurants in Guildford

The quater pounder provided had minimal filling, 1 slice of lettuce, nothing else, my son was visibly disappointed in a treat he had (My burger was also very poor in its construction, limp, slim and compared to the advert , a triump of advertising over production). Been looking forward to for months. My other sons plant burger was good. Time to step up and deliver decent value and produce.

Possibly the worst McDonalds I've been too. Terrible service. I've also ordered from.here off Deliveroo and both times I waited over and out and half. And once never even received the order. I will never support this branch again - they are useless

Food was fine. But it was not tidy, the food was cold even tho it took long. The workers were rude and i could not hear when my number was called.

Lady is very rude way she spoke to me I did not hear. I number to call down. She was rude about it. I don't like I don't like people talk to me like that

I ordered from just eat. I had a large Big Mac meal and large fries like medium. I had also on my order a Oreo mini McFlurry and they called me to let me know that they don’t have it and if I want something else, so I choose a donut but instead the put a chocolate biscuit.

Visited on Friday 3 March evening the kids were looking forward to it. Had to wait 20 mins and then went straight upstairs to eat it, the food was almost cold. !!! Would not visit again the Indian girl at the counter was rude and very unhelpful.

Don't do the hot chocolate as it's basically coloured water! Orange juice ok and ordering fine but free for all with queuing but didn't feel comfortable changing the food.

The absolute worse restaurant I've ever walked into. Staff may aswell kiss their chances at life good bye. Staff are rude, they couldn't give less of a sh*t. From thr moment you walk through the doors you just want to turn straight back around again. Every single time I've been in there there's been an argument or a kick off. The staff can't even get along and argue infront of the customers. Needs a big change.

Visiting Guildford went in for a drink and sorry to say this is the WORSE McDonald’s that I have visited staff have no idea what is going on from ordering to getting my drink was 20 mins the boards on the wall were no use at all because myself and other customers had to constantly ask staff where our items were best thing you can do is close down train staff on how to look after customers shocking.

Never get a receipt and most always half my order is missing find out when I get home, is this a rip off or they just don`t care!?

It was disgusting!! The burger looked as if it had been squashed between someone’s hand. The drinks were spilt EVERYWHERE ! the lids weren’t on and the driver apologised and felt bad as this McDonald’s is awful! when they answered the phone the stupid woman wouldn’t listen to a word I said I said just eat she said Uber. I told her the lids were just thrown in the bag not on the drinks DISGRACEFUL I know have a mess in my front porch to clean up that McDonald’s caused to which she Denied she said it wasn’t their fault which it was I will never order from her again and I will make sure the woman that wouldn’t listen is FIRED! Recently McDonalds have reduced the quantity of coffee granules in their drink offering and become poor. I was happy paying a higher price for what would appear to be a better quality drink, but it would appear that there is a reduced shot off coffee in each drink. Particularly bad is their larger drink size.

Have ordered food via JustEat multiple times but the last 4 orders have been missing substantial items off our order, when you call the restaurant theY don’t care and just tell you to go on the app and seek a partial refund, no mention of ruining a family members meal each time! I understand they employ people from the lower end of the gene pool but come on, how hard is it to cook food, put it into a bag and deliver an order intact? It seems as they just don’t care, the employees cos they’re too stupid to care and the chain as they’re too big to care, I’m honestly fed up with it, I really wish my family would choose a different favourite restaurant as this is a piss take

Today, after visiting the spectrum we went to macdonalds. There were lots of teenagers hanging around outside, which you’d expect being the summer holidays. The food was the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever eaten. My chicken burger was so hard it seemed like it had been left for days, the chicken nuggets the same. According to my 10 year old the chips had no potato inside just hard on both outside and inside. Will never go back there again

We were looking forward to seeing the new Macdonalds so decided to eat in. Due to Covid we were asked to queue outside which was fine. Then the lady took us upstairs to our table and gave us a number to input to the system and said our order would be brought to us. Very very clean everywhere and so far we were impressed. My partner used the machine to order and we sat and waited. Lucky we weren’t in a hurry or were very hungry (or had small children with us) because we waited, and waited and waited. Our order arrived after 28 minutes. When it arrived the food was cold and my partners drink order was wrong. The lady who worked upstairs was apologetic and reordered our food. This took a further 15 minutes or longer to return. When it did my partners order was missing the chips, and mine was a half empty bag of chips. It still wasn’t ‘proper’ hot. Other people’s orders were also wrong and the poor lady working upstairs was left trying to deal with the chaos from the kitchen downstairs. We noticed people were buying their food as a takeaway and bringing it upstairs to eat just sitting anywhere, which kind of defeated the whole ‘Covid compliant’ system they’d put in place. In short, this was a really bad first experience and is totally letting down the Macdonalds service quality reputation.

Got home to discover half my order missing, store is now shut so won’t answer the phone and too far to drive all the way back to Guildford - angry is an understatement

Service is a joke! 15 mins for a breakfast muffin. In time we waited all we saw was Deliveroo orders. Don’t care about at counter customers. Staff clueless as well.

So I literally only ordered a vanilla milkshake as this is all I wanted. Somehow they still managed to mess up my order. I know it’s no big deal it is just a milkshake, but by the time I got home I started drinking it and it was banana. I absolutely hate banana and it’s such a pain to have to go back and change it when it was such a simple order. Just a waste of a few pounds really.

I asked for pancakes having seen them on the monitor behind the tills. I was told they aren't on the menu because it's a small McDonald's. False advertising.

I placed an order for myself and my three children via Uber Eats. The delivery came but was short of items. I rang the delivery driver who informed me to contact McDonald’s Guildford. When I did so the lady on the end of the phone was rude and would not hear the side of my story because one of my children had to go without food. She said there’s nothing I can do and hung up on me.

Since the new self service payment machines have been installed, there are longer waits for food, longer queues, and by the time you’re given the food it is cold. The new system just isn’t working. Different customer’s food orders are left in the preparation are going cold waiting for items to be added or bagged up. Collecting food is chaotic and the wait is much longer than before when there were staff operated tills and service.

My friend ordered a chocolate milkshake and received a banana milkshake and they took it back. We were waiting for about 10mins and then had the milkshake they ordered. Absolutely appalling. Don't go there.

With McDonalds, what you see is what you get. I often find though they don't do 'specials' very well. I usually ask for things to be taken out and they 9/10 get it wrong! Other than that the food tastes the same and the service is too! You know that wherever you are in the country, its likely to be same.

Quick, easy, lots of seating available and toilets are very close by. The tables are cleaned regularly

Visited on 12 Sep 2017 to check on cheat with Fries gave photographic evidence of wholesale cheat with portions. Despite me warning I would check. Staff couldn't understand and that also included a duty manager. They still denied doing it.

Ever popular. This chain just keeps going. It makes subtle changes but the basic format stays the same. And it works. There is nothing unique about this beach. But it is conveniently located and has good disabled access.

love macdonalds so nothing to say except its always good food and this outlet is clean and serves good hot food

Standard McDonald,s quick service no long queues and it was lunchtime. Food same as any other McDonald's.

Pleasant staff very quick service all tills were manned which meant you didn't have to wait to get served.

Fui con mi nieto para su semanal delicia después de las clases de natación. Situado en la planta superior del convento centro tienes que recordar que cierra a las 6 pm los días de semana, lo que es un poco de molestia. Hay una zona para sentarse y el personal eran haciendo un trabajo razonable de limpieza, etc. mesas aunque estaba ocupado. Nunca se puede entender por qué algunos clientes no se molestó en claro sus bandejas de comida en los contenedores/, tal vez creo que esta bien comer jaja.

Like mast Mcdonalds, you know what to expect. Standard fare, nice enough place, clean but can get busy when things may slip a little!!

We have recently moved so we thought we would try the Macdonalds in the Friary centre in Guildford,as it is closer to home as we can get there by public transport,and don't have to worry about parking,we have used it in the past but had to drive there,and we stopped going because the service was dreadful,hence we went further away to Woking which is fantastic.Well what a difference some of the original staff are still there and We are pleased because they are great,but thank goodness the new staff and Manager have made a real difference,so we will visit there and occasionally go to Woking,to have two Macdonalds of such high quality is a real bonus,please be sure to pass on our thanks to everyone.

This has to be one of the WOREST MACCAS is Sydney, the service is disgusting, they are horrible and rude, I am had to wait in the waiting bays every single time I go there even if I am the only person there.

I did not see, once, a table being cleared and or wiped as we ate here last week. Busy...do people not care. Many customers clearing and cleaning tables themselves.

Clean and tidy,mquick service and refreshingly hot food. Nothing worse than Luke warm food. The logos were clean which is also a good sign of general hygiene. Too many fast food places are getting sloppy, pleased this one isn't.

I purchased cheeseburger and took about 10 minutes before it was given to me. In addition the cheese and burger was very cold. I was not impressed

Periodically I give myself a little treat for breakfast and order a bacon and egg McMuffin meal. The staff are happy, helpful and service is really efficient. The food is always perfect and I love going there for a sneaky meal Keep it up you guys !

When I went to macdonalds, (a vet long time ago but I still remember it) I could clearly see that all of the food was greasy as ever, but the real story is when I got my meal and took a bite. The food tasted so greasy that I almost puked. If I could rate it any lower I would.

It is so cheap and I love their fillet of fish and French fries. The Mcdonalds at the top of the High Street has closed, which is a shame, as it was a better venue than the one in The Friary, but if you want a quick bite it is convenient.

Bacon and egg McMuffin meal is my all time favourite and Mcdonald's make the best hash browns ever !

It's McDonalds. The food is salt and sugar heavy, overly processed, but can cure any hangover. When you can get a meal for under a fiver, you get what you pay for.This is a typical McDonalds, it could be found in any shopping centre anywhere in the world. If I hadn't been in a rush I wouldn't have gotten food here, there are so many better places to eat in Guildford.

Incredible place. I got an extra value meal for less than £4.50 and didn't even get ill.I was impressed that the person serving gave me the correct change but I have heard the recruitment process is tough so can't be surprised at that.To sum it up, if you want top quality cuisine and a picturesque, aerial view of the Friary Centre, visit this restaurant.
