One of the best chicken wings I have ever had, good range of options for the sauces and the chicken wings by itself is juicy and crispy! Not to forget it is super affordable and has good size portions! 5 stars all the wayyyyy!

We went to have dinner and again had issues with the app. Consistently unscramble codes which never do what they advertise. This time again we had an issue and were ready to leave. However Parito was very helpful and sorted the issue with the app for us. She was calm and patient, thankfully we had a great resolution and were happy to have her support.

Awful. Food was cold, dips missing, upgraded to large chips which definitely wasn't included either. Chicken tenders flavourless, especially when you have no dips to eat them with! Shame as usually nice when eating in but takeaway is always a disappointment

Food arrived over an hour late after the restaurant had lost the order They then carried on to say they were making a new order When the order arrived it was cold and had to be reheated and the food looked like it had been thrown around at a rugby match will not be ordering again

When it first opened the portion size of the chicken strops and wings were much bigger. A year down the line and it is now more expensive and the size of the chicken has been reduced. Talk about raising them profits aye?

Nice atmosphere simple menu. No visible ingredients for foods maybe more detail at server. On the touchscreen ordering machine it does not mention of added condiments without speciation. So I ordered a chicken burger and selected no sauce however got mayo still. Which was very disappointing. The burger thankfully held up to a good standard though even with it. Maybe I should of expected mayo. I thought with such a variety of sauces they wouldn't add mayo as a standard especially being called a plain chicken sandwich 😂. Also the drinks are all (sugar free) so instead you get their fake sugar instead which is 🤢 gaves me the shakes after just two medium refills... All in all not bad at all. A bit expensive but the chips are worth it and it's a good bun I think better quality for your money than the standard fast food. So well done. Hopefully a better experience next time now I know what to expect. Thank you

Food was extremely late being delivered, and having to watch the driver on the map go past my address multiple times doing other deliveries first was really frustrating. When I finally got my food it was of course stone cold and inedible. Probably not much the restaurant can do about it, but I can only review based on my own experience, which was poor all round.

We've been here a few times. It's used to be alright but now, not so great. The drinks machine was out of all drinks except coke and all syrups. So you have the choice of coke or water. The chicken was hot, fries lukewarm and garlic bread cold. Quality has gone downhill, you'd be better off at KFC at the top of the high street. The toilets were an abomination. Womens, mens and disabled. All of them disgusting. Womens had only one cubicle open, no loo roll, no soap and it stank. Disabled had poo all over the toilet and the tap didn't work. My partner claimed the men's were just as bad. Do yourself a favour and go to McDonald's instead if you need the loo.

Me and my family came tonight and all I can say is OMG…the place was spotless and I can’t really judge the atmosphere as it was late but the food…10/10. Everything was cooked to perfection. All hot and nicely flavoured. The blue cheese dressing by far the best I have ever tasted. Would I eat her again…yes…could I afford to? A little expensive but for such good food definitely a worth while treat

We have just come in to Guildford branch and the customer service was unbelievable!! We asked for a burger with no mayo. The burger cam with mayo inside to then my partner had a couple bites from before noticing this. I then raised the issue with the waitress to then be told that it's not there problem as he has eaten some of it! Couldn't make a new burger. Wouldn't give me her name. I spoke to the chef and he told me that it wasn't put through as no sauce on the order! So it's the waitress fault that took the order!! WHAT IF HE HAD AN ALLERGIC REACTION???? The customer service was actually shocking!! And the lady was meant to be a manager!!! Must admit the crawley branch is 10000 times better than this!!

Ordered food just before 7 pm and delivered at 9.16pm…..

£60 worth of food and no attention to adding in the sauces... 3 pots completely opened and all over the boxs, soaked throughout on the botton meal cardboard.. currently cleaning all the pots ruisned my white sideboards.

We went to Guildford Slim Chickens to celebrate my son's birthday at his request. The restaurant was nearly empty with maybe 10 people actually seated including the four of us. We waited for over 20 minutes before 3 of our 4 meals were delivered to the table, subsequently the gravy arrived & we had to ask for our four cups for the refillable drinks and the missing meal we had ordered! I will admit that the food was good and hot when it was finally all present. However the person that brought it to the table regrettably suffered with very bad body odour which hung in the air after he left, and certainly detracted from the food. I also visited the ladies washroom during our visit and it was in a disgusting state - so much so I went back to the table to get my phone and took photos which I have added below. Furthermore, when I was walking back to our table I also noticed there was quite a lot of rubbish on the main restaurant floor. The lack of hygiene of both the premises and personnel is not appropriate in an establishment serving food to the public. We had previously been to the Southampton restaurant and had a very different experience, so this was doubly disappointing and definitely not worth the £65 price tag!!

Not bad! A normal chicken franchise. Honestly nothing special. All of these sites are very much the same. The menu is not very extensive either, breaded chicken with or without bones. Of course, much better than the famous KFC. At least the chicken here is crispy. You and your baby can refill the drink as much as you want. (Soft drinks and water). My daughter liked it, but like all teenagers, they like these fashionable sites.

Great food 😋 the best chicken I ever had. It was nice and juicy chicken and lots of sauces to choose from. Nice chips, very crunchy, very unique 👌. A guy brings over your food, which is very rare at fast food. There are lots of options for your meal and great price!

Chicken mid, toast not worth 3 pound, gravy was practically instant gravy, the sauce isn’t special just peppercorn source, never going again kfc is just as good

My partner was starving and I’d already eaten so we popped in here so he could get something to eat. It’s one of his favourite places and he enjoyed it. The one thing I will say is that they dont have “regular Coke” on the drinks menu (which would be his go to fizzy pop) but the Coke Zero made up for it. The staff were friendly, the place was clean. Overall, an excellent visit

Disappointed with the way my food was delivered - one of the milkshakes I ordered came spilt everywhere in the bag and half was missing. Sent the wrong size of fries with the order and another item of Texas toast was missing. Really disappointed as I spent £68 on the order. Obviously no care taken by the driver and things left out at the restaurant. Would appreciate a slight refund as was not the standard I expected.

ABSOLUTELY APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE Visited for a quick bite with family whilst shopping. Spent about £40 on eat-in food. Asked politely for a free cup of tap water. Was advised they would not provide this and I had to buy the cup. I was already dealing with the manager when I asked to speak to someone more senior. She asked me to prove to her I didn’t have to pay for a cup of water. I had to provide her with evidence from the internet that stated this. All the while a queue was building up. She was relying on humiliating me and causing me to back down, which I did not. Eventually she relented and provided the water. I’m utterly appalled and dumbstruck at the attitude of staff in this establishment and I will never ever return.

One of the best fried chicken places I've been. They do prepare everything fresh and you taste it. The wings are super crispy and juicy. They also have a ton of different sauces to choose from. Unlimited drinks is an advantage too. They do fried pickles too. Something I only found in the US and in Dubai. Great seeing some less known dishes being introduced to the UK market. Price is on the high side, however worth the taste and quality

Had a new card, wasn’t working at the machine and I proceeded to order online when the waiter and manager were talking about me in punjabi/Hindi and I (someone of south Asian descent) understood everything they said about me apparently being a dodgy customer ??

Tried this place about a year ago and it has now become one of mine and my fianceé's go to places to eat when visiting Guildford. Food is great and portions are good, my favourite is the tenders meals that come with garlic fried bread, which is very tasty. They have a great selection of sauces, probably something for everyone, my favourite is the house sauce. The restaurant has a great atmosphere, nice decor and always playing great music. Service is usually very quick.

The delivery was great and except the lack of a straw it was good, I ordered first time from there and I will say the milk shake was good, the chicken juicy but just as a little insight, it’s too salty, the salt is a bit too generously on the chicken and everything really, dial it down, thank you

The order was a little late as time kept on changing the food was cold (only the chips) time was 3.25 to 3.45 delivery was 3.52 but the delivery driver did not use his plan very well and was in Guildford fir 15mins then all of a sudden was on the Epsom road at bushy hill turn off

Food was amazing. Wasnt as hot as i would have liked but it did taoe 15 minutes to arrive but would definitely order again. My only complaint is that they left off the extra sauce i paid for.

My order says it has been delivered but I am still waiting for it. the delivery person hasn't even called me.

Visited for the first time last night and was very impressed. We ordered at the automated screens, took a table number and sat in one of their comfortable booths to await delivery of our food. It was good value and only took around 5mins to arrive but you could tell it had been cooked fresh to order as it was piping hot which was amazing. So much better than lukewarm food you get from other fast food places. Taste was excellent- my husband really enjoyed his hot buffalo chicken sandwich meal with blue cheese dip, and I loved my chicken tenders meal with honey mustard dip and Texas toast! The skin on fries are also delicious, hot, well seasoned and actually taste like potato - just like they should. Loved that the drinks are free refills so when we left we topped up our cups and headed off to the cinema to watch a movie (and saved having to pay exorbitant cinema prices!!). Service was excellent from the friendly and efficient team so we will be coming back again! Thank you to all of the team 🙌

Burger was nice chips were very cold. Delivery took longer than originally said, but updated time was accurate.

My partner, son and mother-in-law missed their last train from guildford and the kind people who work here helped them out massively and let them charge their phones died as they were waiting on a lift home so a massive thank you to all the staff members here we all truely appreciate it. Well and truely showed everyone that there is still good people in this world.

Came to the area to visit family and mine and my mums phone died leaving us stranded they was nice enough to let us and my (2 yr old) son sit inside and charge our phones until full and till closing and even offered us free refills amazing staff very friendly and had no complaints abt the tantrums of a tired toddler and just let us get on with what we needed thank you all for your kindness ❤️

If you want chicken and service that’s going to change your life THIS is the place to go, been coming every Friday night for about 8 months and every time I go it’s always brilliant, always busy but food has never arrived later than 10 minutes after ordering! Staff are ALWAYS happy to help out and are genuinely lovely people too which is always great as the face of the business! Can’t recommend this enough! See you again next Friday for that honey bbq sandwich! 🥵

My partner and I visited Slim chicken and were amazed at not only the quality of food, but also the service. We had the 3 boneless chicken tenders and so good🤤. This is easily one of, if not the best meal we’ve ever eaten. I cannot recommend this place enough!
