Burger King in Guildford

Bad experience I ordered food online it took 3 hours no delivery and no explanation no one was picking up their phone neither I think I will never go there again I prefer the one in Aldershot

The guy very kindly brought it up for me as I was alone with my son and couldnt go down to meet him

ordered 2 times in all 2 hours to get to me yet the mopes cut you up all day

Worst burger king ever...we will never order from here again. First of all we ordered food for take away and they put everything on a tray which was fine ,we asked for a bag. Young lad throw two little paper bag to us while 4 or 5 colleagues just standing next to him doing nothing just watching us. It shows very poor customer service. So we put all the food in the bag and left the restaurant. It was our fault to not to check the order properly because we realised at home that something was missing from our order which cost us -6 quid and it wasn't the first time that we didn't get the food what we're paid for...Always double check specially if you have a bigger order just like our was.

The food was very good. It arrived quickly and the place was very clean

I found Maggots and flies in my burger when I was already half way. Called them and off course they did not answer. Spoken to Uber eats and will see how they resolve this but I’ll be taking this to food safety on Tuesday for a full investigation of this store. Absolutely revolting! 🤮

We used the self service machines but didn't have to wait for long. Chips hot and burger nice. Drinks machines were low on options and the buttons didn't work. Toilets always the same, smelly and dirty and lacking toilet paper.

Food was good, Haloumi fries are amazing and cheeseburger was nice.

Very good Burger King. Great food, it is at the quality you'd expect from them, and we were served nice and quickly with all alterations to our order met perfectly. Decent cleanliness and plenty of places to sit and eat in. Fairly easy to get to off of the A3 and back onto it after as well. Will likely stop here again.

The screens where you order your food are very clunky. Be patient with them they do work but it takes some getting used to to.

It was very tasty and delicious as they have wide range of food. The staff was clearly stated the number. Lots of chairs and tables which has enough for people eat in.

Every since Burger king was able to deliver to my house in Albury we have been using it since and every time we have the food was good and the drink are a little warm but who cares about that cause the delivery service i have no words for. As soon as i pay online and see the delivery time for example between 6pm and 6.15pm i ordered it at 5.30pm and the food is at my door at 6om on the dot thats just really good service.

The worst Burger King I’ve ever been to! The staff messed up the whole order , then laughed about it and was hysterically laughing when they handed me back the burger ( they obviously find allergies funny) … obviously I then didn’t want to eat it as it seemed like they had done something to it. When you ask to order at the till, they tell you no and send you back to the machines which not everyone is capable of using. An old woman couldn’t work the machine and they just kept pointing back to the machines refusing to take her order at the till. In the end she left! Absolutely awful service and would AVOID at all costs!

Went in at lunchtime and member staff arguing with because I wanted to pay with cash .she was speaking to me like a idiot because I didn't want to order with the machines.

the order was not complete. It was my mistake that I didn't check it on the spot. But it's not fair. It's theft of money!!

The actual food itself was fine but we went into the store today and ordered 3 milkshakes all which had a horrible metallic/cheap taste that completely spoiled the meal. It was absolutely disgusting and had a horrible mix of bubblegum flavour and metallic. Disappointing to be honest.

I went there today and had a meal with my mum. We both customised our orders at the till The employee had no idea what we were saying, the Manager helped take the order and the food still came out wrong. I went up to the till to try and explain. They weren’t very professional about it, and they kept laughing at me from the kitchen. I managed to get my order in the end but it seemed quite a fuss with just a customise order

Food was what was expected, its the service of lack of thats the issue. Refused to serve us and said we had to use the self checkout service, But couldnt as had a taste card.. Multipe people after just walked out as they want to interact with a person not a machine.. they are doing themselves out of a job, give it a couple of years and ity will be like Sushi, where your order is on a convaer belt and you have zero contact with humans!

Bottle of coke clearly did not come out of a fridge, it was also put in with the food which made it warm. Could not drink it with my meal, had to put it in the fridge. Delivery driver drove right next to my house, but walked up the road wasting 4 minutes of time. I even wrote on the notes that my house was a new build property, but the driver got out his vehicle near the 4 new build houses and walked up the street towards the older builds which are clearly an older style of housing.

Food was very fresh and tastyy Bishal served very well to me.

Really not impressed with the management for this Burger King. The staff look miserable too. Hope they are treated ok. Food is ok, it's what you expect from burger king, everything else let's it down. Honestly use the burger van outside of BnQ the staff and management are way more friendly, it's cheaper and tastes better. You talk to humans and not a screen to order too.

It was a brief stop driving through Guildford. I lived here for a long time and remember the retail park opening. BK was a brilliant 50s style diner and it was awesome. After a refit or two over the years, it's definitely lost it's identity. Such a shame. I'm sure the service and food are still upto scratch, but this branch is a shell of it's former self.

Usual standard of food (good). Atmosphere is irrelevant, it was a takeaway. Disappointed in service. Went to usual ordering desk to be served and told that I should use the digital ordering system before I got to the desk. I said that I wasn't comfortable using those devices. Staff member (Manager) smirked and said 'OK, give me a second).! Disgusting service. Everyone is not computer 'savvy'. I never usually send reviews, but this episode means that I will discourage people of my generation (over 50) to ever visit a Burger King again. I felt belittled, insulted and not worth the effort of my visit. Awful....!

Nice place but decor is dark and unwelcoming. Good food at Burger King but they have lost the plot with the prices they charge. It's a shame because it's Burgers and fries are much tastier than McDonald's.

My girlfriend and I have decided to ordinare 2 steakhouse angus . The food arrived and at the first boccone .. our stomach started to brontolare che spostati Gesù. The diarella has started like l'apocalisse. I think we will have problemi with the stomach for at least 1 settimana. Not even the santi possono aiutarci.... che Dio could help us. Thanks!

The franchise that runs this particular burger king has heard of the concept of fast food but never fully internalised it. 30 min+ waits at peak times for this kind of place isn't acceptable. I avoid this one unless we are shopping at Ladymead and even then we think twice.

Mo showed himself to be a fantastic employee and the environment in the restaurant is always well managed, however lighting could be improved.

When their systems are working, it’s decent. But their card machines regularly have issues where contactless doesn’t work, and the app won’t work with the systems in this store. We’ve ended up having to go elsewhere a few times now due to different system issues - they need to invest in an upgrade!

Struggling to find much positive to say about this establishment. Clearly, after many years of waiting, the premises has had some investment and at least the ordering and drinks machines actually work. Staff could be forgiven for being about as friendly as a tax inspector when they work in this environment. But making me haggle for a sachet of tomato ketchup is frankly ridiculous. Burger utterly tasteless with mustard smothered and chips half cooked. If food were dispensed with value and nutritional content in mind, Burger King would be amongst the first to close. Why do I subject myself to this?

Filthy at the front door. You can't order from the counter anymore!!! Unacceptable! Doritos meal revolting. Small, dry. Asked for some mayonnaise and was told I had to pay extra for it. Extra for mayonnaise???
