Restaurant was busy when I placed my order but the counter team were very slick under the excellent Dean who was running the operation very professionally and effectively but with a good dose of good humour thrown in. When I collected my order I realised I’d omitted to add onion rings. Rather than send me back Dean very kindly popped some in my bag and wished me a good evening. Customer service at its best. Thank you.

Your average fast food experience, good food for the road, prepared quickly, with every other table taking a family who can not control their children. All-in-all, great if you do not plan on sticking around inside the building. Would be higher if the staff were more on top of the drinks machines, though the kiosk staff are helpful and friendly.

Food is not good and made me feel unwell. Also went there to eat with friends last year and we all got parking fines... It's a poorly run restaurant, bad food and the parking is a money trap! Not recommended 😕

Considering there must have been between 40-50 people waiting for their orders on a Friday night, at around 8.15 pm, service was remarkably swift - about 5 minutes. Fair play! Double Veggie Whopper and large fries plus some kind of Wagyu Burger plus Onion Rings, all very good 👍

The food is always yummy in a Burger King and on the digital board I really like that you can add extra bits to your burger if you want. Like pickles and cheese etc. Cool.

The queues are always crazy and there is only 1 person packing food and it always seems to be a mess. My order was missed and I had to go and request where it was, when I did the guy then asked for my order to be cooked.

I am a happy customer. I want to highlight that Anil the store manager is doing an impressive job, whenever he is working the speed of the store as insane, without any exaggeration after you place your order in maximum 2-3 minutes your food is ready even if the store is mad busy . Good job, Anil !!!

Arrived very late on the evening of the 2nd, as I was staying at a Hotel, which was in close proximity to this venue. Popped in, just prior to closing, for Two Veggie Whoppers and Large Fries. Staff were, as always, pleasant and fastidious, and all the food was good.

Fabulous service, food and overall first impression of this branch. Looking forward to my next visit.

Today, on Boxing Day, me and my daughter vomited after eating chicken burgers at this Burger King

Well managed restaurant, it was clean and welcoming. We went for a lunch and order around £40 meal, it was fantastic meal. Freshly cooked fries and burger were juicy. We enjoyed our lunch my kids enjoyed eating Burger King. I had a good experience on this restaurant. Well trained team, they were smiling every time.

The staff were so friendly and nice. Bless them all. They were angles. The manager there arbin Gurung was a sweetheart on how he greeted me and help me with my order. I had difficulties what to order cause it was my first time trying it. But the lovely gentleman guide me through the menu. The atmosphere was amazing and food was incredible. Definitely be coming back soon. I love you Burger King Guildford. I really recommend coming to BK in Guildford. It’s a vibe !!!.

It's one of the best burger kinds I've been in . The order was correct. Food was piping hot. The staff was very polite. Restront was clean and tidy.

Decent couple of Veggie Whoppers. Large venue which was very tidy and clean. Service was rapid and staff were all totally fine.

Go elsewhere… Had a steakhouse chicken meal. The food was cold and seemed like it had been cooked ages ago and just left, especially the fries. No atmosphere inside at all. The staff were all miserable and unhappy and looked like they didn’t want to be there. Food took ages to get to me, despite it being cooked and seeing it ready to be bagged up (probably the reason it was cold when I ate my). It wasn’t busy. Don’t come here, save yourself the time, money and effort.

Struggling to find much positive to say about this establishment. Clearly, after many years of waiting, the premises has had some investment and at least the ordering and drinks machines actually work. Staff could be forgiven for being about as friendly as a tax inspector when they work in this environment. But making me haggle for a sachet of tomato ketchup is frankly ridiculous. Burger utterly tasteless with mustard smothered and chips half cooked. If food were dispensed with value and nutritional content in mind, Burger King would be amongst the first to close. Why do I subject myself to this?

I am vegetarian but I don’t like any of the vegetarian options available here. Every time I got to Burger King I always ask for a whopper but without the beef so just the bread and salad and sauce. This is the first time I’ve been to this particular restaurant. When I asked for this I was laughed at and when the lady serving me told the gentleman making the burger he also proceeded to laugh. Manager done nothing.

False updates good delivered cold

The royal meal was fresh and hot. The customer service was great. The manger anil was good at customer service. Dining area was clean.

Ordered take away this evening and found my order was incorrect when I got home. We went back into the store and the Manager Anil resolved the issue with good customer service. It was very much appreciated after we had to drive all the way back there again. Thank you Anil and team.

the three burgers were to cold when they got delivered to my address they weren't hot at all .

I went to the place at evening after a long day at work, to get some food. But the environment here was horrible, there was one lady employee who was loudly arguing with her colleague, I think she was arguing with her manager. Her voice was so loud and was literally screaming.This really ruined my mood and I just went back home without ordering, I don't think will be visiting there anytime soon.

Bad experience I ordered food online it took 3 hours no delivery and no explanation no one was picking up their phone neither I think I will never go there again I prefer the one in Aldershot
