I quite regularly pop into this kebab shop late at night when home late from work. Service always seems to be good in person and the portions are decent. Just had a delivery through Uber eats and I genuinely cannot believe what was in the box. Barely half a skewer of meat and the tiniest bit of salad. Very underwhelming to say the least. P.S I appreciate that restaurants (if you can call it that) don’t get as much money when ordering through Uber eats but if you’re going to rip your customers off with portion sizes over their platforms, don’t use them!! I’ll be going back to the delicious, large portions from redhill kebab shop moving forwards!

Awful awful awful, don’t waste your energy with this place, ordered food, nice relaxing evening looking forward to the food arriving in 30-40 mins. After 70 mins I called to be told be with you in 5 minutes, 20 minutes later I called again and the guy laughed and said what can he do!! I’ve got a pretty good idea!! Get me my food. It eventually arrived cold and very bland!! Won’t go ever again.

We ordered a delivery online, it was accepted. We waited an hour after the delivery time coz the website said they were busy. Rang them only to find they'd cancelled our order coz it was too far away. It wasn't that far and they could have told us!

Order from here a lot, great food, always on time and hot. Staff polite and food tasty never had an issue, been ordering from here for years

Bad customer service when I called to ask where the order was. Ordered food through Uber eats. Prices seems reasonable and a deliver time of between 20-40 mins was given. After waiting 10 mins longer than told for the food called them and told it would take about her 30mins. Why give the wrong time. Had I known I would not have ordered the food. When you click to get an update they don’t respond. Very rude over the phone. Ruined a night in. Food did not arrive through Uber Eats and can’t get a refund.

I never buy pizza from anywhere else always piping hot and tasty. Always on time staff friendly thank you

Last month memories 1 slice of pizza hit the spot and the rest just started tasting like paper Same with the cheese sticks It was hard to stomach, felt crap after and chucked 1/3 of it away. It's rare I waste food but could be be bothered to eat paper plain taste Sauces were very chemical tasting I know your history, i hope you are employing proper people who can do the job

Used a few times with the occasional issue but was always sorted I don’t know if they’ve changed manger but on our last order I ordered my usual chicken melts which used to cost £10 came with chips mushrooms chicken and your choice of sauce it’s now gone up to £12 and regardless if u request it u don’t get mushrooms which isn’t an issue HOWEVER I took a bite of the chicken and it was sooo spicy I phoned up assuming they had put chilli sauce instead of bbq ,was passed on to the manager who told me he did the order I was wrong! so whilst on the phone I tasted the sauce and he was right it was bbq so I apologised but he started getting rude demanding that I take his number and send a pic I then tasted the chicken and realised it was the chicken that was spicy so my husband informed him it was the chicken I asked the manager why they had changed the chicken and if there was an option to have the original chicken they used to use he then went mad telling us that they haven’t changed the chicken they don’t do any other kind of chicken and that the chicken I had wasn’t even spicy ( my mate had some and even she spat it out) I ended up with not being able to eat my dinner and not wanting to return to one of my fav kebabs which we spend about £40 a time at. A few months ago I would have recommended as the lady I used to deal with was lovely however this man has no customer services skills. If they get your order right you will have no issues however if they get it wrong and want it fixed or your not happy with something be aware you will be told your wrong and you will receive horrid customer service

We have used this takeaway many times over the last few years, food has never really been great, but was ok occasionally. However, the last 2 orders the customer service was shocking ! Very rude and very money driven, don’t care about loyal customers and we will definitely not be ordering from them again.

Phoned to ask if they took card payment due to Covid and was told Covid was over!!! Really!!! If I wanted a home delivery it should be paid in cash. No social distancing obviously. Was told I could order via their website to pay by card or they could make an exception. Thanks very much. Makes you wonder what is going on in their kitchen. Do not use

Decided to order a takeaway from this place for my family of 8, our first one in a long time due to the lockdown. Cost us over £40 and charged us £2 delivery fee. The food arrived warm and we were missing an item, the pizza had no cheese and the kebab was a large but arrived as a small. I phoned straight away to be greeted by someone so rude who told me I was wrong over and over again stating he’d done it and knows what he done. Can’t believe it never again will I use this place or recommend to anymore

Shocking customer service where I saw a staff member swearing at the customer and was threatening. Make it worse he was very rude to customers on the phone. Food was below average and massively overpriced.

They delivered the wrong order and then they started arguing with us through the phone even calling us back and continuing arguing , very bad customer service won't be using them again

Food tasty enough but nothing to write home about. Definitely nicer kebab places in redhill. Restaurant also don't appear to read customer notes on just eat orders!

If you fancy a Kebab or a burger then you can't go wrong here. Nice Kebabs, nice chips. Well worth a visit.

Dirty it may look, but the food is first class, tasty and makes you wanting more. Good value too. Get the chicken shish. Yum

After a really long day if travelling and work I was tired and hungry. We decided to get a chicken shish takeaway and it was the best kebab I have had for a couple of years.

I was here tonight and really enjoyed my food.they do chicken doner not like the one down the road.even my partner enjoyed there lamb doner better then elsewere.im a chef and know my tastes this was good

Ordered via HungryHouse, which did advise a 60min wait, which I thought was extreme for a kebab and chips, but maybe they were being over cautious!After waiting 1hr 15mins - called to ask where my order was, no apologies given just told it was a 1hr 20min wait, but i’d have to wait 10-15mins longer.20mins later, still no food! Contacted HungryHouse who said they would call the restaurant - then said lines were busy but would keep trying. Was then advised 7-8mins.Food arrived just under 15mins later and was given no apology.Food was hot, but bland and gristly, chips were soggy and greasy.Won’t be eating here again!

After having deliveries with my father over the years this has always been first class, great food, hot, quickly delivered and delicious.Tonight I collected two meals and could not be more disappointed. The chicken in the Shoshone was cut into tiny pieces and so dried out practically inedible. The chips were truly disgusting, had been hanging around a long time, opened to find cold, greasy and not fit for purpose. The pitta breads were old and impossible to cut with a knife....or chew, thrown away. The lamb diner not a patch on the old standard. It was pulled out of a po, no colour, no flavour and not even Luke warm. I am so disappointed. I called to find out if under new management and of course it is.The lovely lady is very friendly and they keep a spotTlessly clean restaurant but the food was abysmal. Will not be going back and very sad about that.

Algo de comida en 6 ordenados. 30:00 en un domingo, mi primera vez como acabo de trasladó a la zona. Llamé 7. 50:00 a preguntar dónde estaba. Me dijeron que el conductor había estropeado y que sería otro 10 - 15 minutos. Por 8. 15:00 aún no había llegado y estoy seguro de que no verá la devolución de mi dinero ya que pagué con tarjeta!

... always freshly cooked and plentiful. The extra large chicken kebab is a challenge to finish! Busy, pleasant service.

I ordered two chicken kebabs and they were bland also half way through me and my partner found hairs in both meals obviously no food hygiene at all shall not be returning

We ordered from hungry house, arrived hot but the chicken burger tasted bland and had no salad with it, donna kebab just tasted of nothing, chips tasted like the box they came in! The chicken wrap tasted of grease. NEVER AGAIN!!

Cuando llegué a la zona, era bastante buena para llevar su outlet, bistec con patatas fritas era excepcional relación calidad-precio, pero en los últimos 6 meses o así, la calidad de la comida ha empeorado mal y rápidamente. La comida era fría y llegar constantemente llegan los filetes y negro, conseguir cã tirado en la papelera. No usamos ya y no recomendaría a nadie. Muy decepcionante.

Haber dado lugar a un par de intentos a lo largo de los años, de manera ingenua pensando que no han mejorado después de haber sido forzada por el Consejo para cerrar y arreglar debido a los niveles de higiene en la inaceptable pasado.

La comida era muy agradable, el servicio fue estupendo teniendo en cuenta que era una noche muy concurrida. Como siempre, la comunicación era bueno

the quality is very bad and i had loads of long dark hair in my food they refused to refund me and where very rude about it this place should be closed down for good KEEP WELL AWAY.

we ordered two burgers and chips at 7 53 after the guy on the pone kept us holding on couldnt make out if he said it would be 50 minutes or 15 my hubby kept saying he could pay by cash if card was too much hassle then he took my card payment then told me there would be a 50 charge afterwards a little naughty i thought then to top if off we were overcharged by 40p which doesnt seem alot but if they do that to a few customers then finall at 8.05 we rang the shop he just leaving and then the driver phoned at 8.25 to say he couldnt find us and the food was stone cold hubby had to go and meet the driver or would have to have waited longer avoid at all cost even if you are desperate .

The food arrived after 90 minutes and the driver gave me the food without greeting me and simply dropped the bag in my hand and turned away.The order was incomplete and the food that did arrive was cold, the chicken was tough and the chips soggy. We called 'Da Flame Grill' and explained what had happened. The lady we spoke to initially apologised, but wasn't able to offer a solution. Someone else took over the call and was immediately aggressive towards us. I had to repeat myself several times to explain the order was incomplete, and the person suggested he refunds the card and send his driver to collect the food, which after waiting 90 minutes for the food to arrive I didn't think this was reasonable. Eventually he suggested he would send his driver back with £8 (the total order was £18) 20-30 minutes later the driver arrived. He questioned my complaint suggesting that I had lied about the order. I told him that the food was cold and the order incomplete. He didn't think this was an issue as we had eaten the food (we didn't, we threw most of it away as it wasn't palatable) I asked the driver why he was questioning me, and he said he wasn't looking for an argument but was still reluctant to give me the money. Eventually he handed over the money and walked away.I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anybody. I've learnt my lesson and in the future, I will jump in my car and drive to Redhill Kebab House

Disgusting. Needs to be closed! Food I wouldn't even feed an animal! Peri peri avoid at all costs!! Chicken wings covered in fat and the chips soggy. Chilli sauce is like mush and I am almost certain it was off! Food went straight in the bin and I have dominos on the way!! Never ordering from here ever again! Avoid at all costs!

We ordered doner kebabs from here and they were by far the worst we have ever eaten. The meat was really poor quality with lots of fatty bits in it and it's was extremely greasy. Definitely a possibility that we had a touch of food poisoning was the food as spent half the night awake running to and from the toilet!!! Never going there again.

Disgusting food . I really should have reported the chicken to the council ! The chicken was pink and rubbery . Tasteless food . Overcharged me and then denied it as I paid cash , no customer service and didn't care about the food / service and just wanted to take my money.I really didn't want to write this review but they really need to improve things.Most of them couldn't speak English property very abrupt and angry people ! Stay away , and walk to the kebab house much better in there !

Ordered a take away and it arrived cold. The portion size was tiny!! Food also very average. Do not waste your money here, there are much better places.

Just received two chicken shish kebabs and chips (about 30 minutes later than promised) a few bites in, my wife noticed that one of her chicken pieces was RAW - understandably she was put off so I phoned "Da Flame". I was offered a replacement, on the condition that none of the food was eaten. Having already waited over an hour and with my wife being put off by the raw chicken, I declined this offer and requested a refund. WE JUST WANTED A QUICK AND EASY DINNER!!! The driver collected the food and then proceeded to complain that some of it had been eaten - (some of the chips - before discovering the raw chicken).Everyone I spoke to regarding this situation seemed more concerned about us eating some free chips, than the "company" sending out sub standard, dangerous food; RAW CHICKEN! The driver swore at me and said "we don't need you" - whatever that means.The phone operator started talking really fast in broken English saying "what can I do" - to which I replied "exit the food industry, in the interest of public safety" Awful "food" matched by the customer service - AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Looks like it's curry for us tonight now! :)

I have ordered a few times from here and its shocking food poison once and the other time had hair in my food its the worset takeaway place in redhill.I use to love the Millennium Grill in redhill they where the best.

Considering the local competition... avoid unless desperate for a delivery!Bland, soggy, slow delivery... the things that go with burgers and kebabs that aren't right, about which one should not write.

Awful customer service. After waiting for 1.5 hours, they sent the wrong order. When I phoned the manager to explain, he told me that "food is food" and he suggested to just eat it anyway. I wanted what I'd ordered, but he said it would take an additional hour to get it done. No prioritisation at all. I had asked for my money back, which he initially agreed to and would be sent with a driver. I waited a further 2 hours and even phoned them again. The manager/owner said they weren't thieves and the money would be dropped off. Needless to say this hasn't happened. Not only is this the most appalling service I have ever received, it is also the most dishonest take away restaurant I've encountered. Very disappointing and I truly hope others take notice of this.

I usually order from here as this is the only local kebab that delivers in redhill. It's always either burnt, or uncooked. Tonight I found a pubic hair in my chips and my sons burger was all burnt! Never go to this place. It's absolutely disgusting! I phoned them and they didn't even bother to say sorry! They're rude and nasty. They even out the phone down on us!

Awfull cold food, said would refund or discount as crap but when ring never know anything even tho they say they logged it! Awful customer service! Never again!!!!

I've tried this place for takeaway 3 times, and I really don't know why. Three times ordered, three times wrong. Cheese on burger when requested not, late delivery, wrong drinks, ribs are more fat than meat. I could go on. Obviously using low quality ingredients.For anything kebab related, you can't beat Redhill Kebab down the road.

We have given this place chance after chance. Food always tastes cheap and nasty. Orders never correct always missing something.. salt, sauce, salad! When complained on friday after terrible customer service told we would get free meal on saturday. On phoning to claim this told we were liars and could have £5.00 off only. Keep the £5.00 you will need it when people realise what your about and stop using you.

Can't get orders correct! This is the second chance we've given this place. When asked about it they just ask if it's edible! Over 1hour wait for a delivery on a Thursday night?! Couldn't process the payment correctly!! Their only offers are to either collect the food or offer £5 off next order! Well we won't be using the £5 off as there won't be a next order & at least the bin won't go hungry!

Have ordered a couple of times from here now and there is a nice choice of food available for home delivery. Always arrives hot and quickly.

Standard kebab food but the advantage is they deliver for free. Tasty, hot food arrived twenty minutes or so after we ordered.
