Mcdonald's Restaurants in Bromley

Every time I order from macdonalds and it's delivered it's always stone cold. I always thought it was the delivery person's fault for going to different places to drop food orders off. But I now know it's macdonalds. I was in macdonalds watching a girl today getting orders ready and putting them on a shelf rack and they were left sitting there for ages. I was waiting for my order and they were still there sitting on the side. The girl standing there in the picture I took today had been to the toilet and they where not her collection.

It's about time that management stepped up and looked at what was happening in the restaurant. I am fed up going in there with my family and not being able to sit down when I have bought food. It is ridiculous. The seats are taken by people who just go in there to sit and use their phones. The annoying thing is they don't even buy any food or even a drink. They just take up all the seats, and by the time you get to sit down to eat your food, it's cold. You finish your food, and they are still sitting there with still no drink or food still on their phones. Then you also have the Uber, just eat drivers sitting inside for ages, taking up the seats waiting for a job. You also see lots of people bringing their own food and drink in sitting at the tables, taking up space that genuine customers can't get to sit down and eat the meals they have purchased. It happens every day in there it it's not a one-off experience. Get it sorted.

Would recommend opening up your drinks to check the colour of them ordered 3 oasis my sons looked normal the other 2 were the same texture as tomato juice and a light brown. Took them to the desk and was told it’s normal and it tastes fine. Couldn’t understand that they looked nothing like my sons clearer one. Asked what they used to clean their syrup machine to which I was told they don’t. Very hygienic.

DONT USE ORPINGTON MCDONALDS!!!! This is the third time in a row we have had the wrong food delivered from ORPINGTON MCDONALDS, on ringing them I was told although I had ordered on the MC app and paid McDonald’s that I had to contact UBER, there is NO facility to complain directly to MD head office, we shan’t use them again and would advise NO ONE to, appealing service from a supposedly Global Brand

I ordered a fillet of fish with cheese and extra tatare sauce to be delivered by just eat.Just eat we're brilliant as always and delivered on time unfortunately the meal that came had no cheese no tartar sauce and very dry I ended up going to the macdonalds in Orpington High Street to complain as I had just finished a very stressful 12 hour shift for the staff to be rude and abusive and laugh in my face unbelievable and disgusted....

so basically i was out with my girlfriend buying some food and i came in and ordered some food. the only good thing was the drink that i had i sat down and this diabolical disgrace of food was put on my table

Food was cold , fries fill up half way. Very disappointing but this happens in more of McDonald’s at the moment u are paying for big drive u Getting small one in a large box . Really ?

Placed an order online, waited approx 40mins for delivery only to find about a third of our order missing and what we did have was luke warm at best. Repeatedly called the restaurant but they never answer their phone. Food not great and terrible custom service. If you want a decent meal - go to Wimpy.

Odio cuanto más espera por la comida ahora parece que los repartidores a domicilio tienen prioridad. Often grab a quick take away, and this is by far the worst McDonalds we have come across. Dirty. Waited over 20 minutes for food, which wasnt hot

Ordered breakfast but kept getting cancelled then told sorry to late for breakfast as missed the time even though we ordered an hour before end of breakfast

Pedimos comida para 3 en el sistema informático de instore y luego observamos nuestro pedido sentarnos en un carrito enfriándose. No había nadie coordinando las órdenes. Un chico estaba haciendo bebidas para las que luchaba por encontrar espacio. Alguien más estaba haciendo fichas de Mcflurrys y de alguien más, etc. A ninguno de los dos les pareció que se les había ocurrido juntar las órdenes. ¡Un montón de clientes esperando por pedidos que se muestran en la pantalla COLECCIONAR! Patético. No hay sentido de urgencia en absoluto, solo visión de túnel. ¿Quién está administrando este lugar?

Popped in for a drink, clean and tidy seating area, wasn’t too busy so served quickly, wife had a tea and I had a coffee, All okay

When visiting McDonald’s in Cotmandene I found the staff to be extremely rude talking on there headset when They was meant to be taking a payment off of me and not paying no attention to what I was doing they made us wait for our food for 10 minutes then gave us the wrong order when I eventually brought the right order the lady that brought them out was extremely rude didn’t once say sorry for the wait just throw the bag of food in the window of my car and the order wasn’t correct again when approaching the window in the drive-through the staff member didn’t want to know was telling me to wait my turn even know I’ve been there for 10 minutes waiting for my food I tried to explain I had an elderly age disabled woman in my car but they didn’t want to know I felt very disrespected And would not visit there again absolutely disgraceful would not recommend this McDonalds at all

It was cold,I thought my big mac was a salad and even a salad looks better , the cheese wasn't even melted. Disgusting. Run away!!

This place is shocking, food was cold! Chips was undercook. Staff was very rude and moody The cleaner lady is like a vulture with food waste the lady grabbed my bag still with my food in

From recent experience, the majority of orders are incorrect, double check your bag before leaving the restaurant!

The current manager if this place is absolutely disgusting and careless. I came few weeks ago and asked to put a sign at places where printers did not print receipts, apologizing for inconveniences for other future customers. The manager came closer towards me and then showed no care and ignored me completely. I came again on Monday 8pm, very quiet shift, found 4 long hair on the table and the chips I was given were fried twice. This place could be way better if you could change current useless manager to new one, - preferably intelligent and caring one. Thanks in advance ;)

I tried to use the touch screen self service but it didn't work.

I visited this restaurant for a teatime meal. I ordered at one of the self service machines, then waited in line for 30 minutes for my meal to be prepared. The problem is all the delivery company orders, which take so long to prepare. There needs to be two teams, one for deliveries and the other for the restaurant, otherwise it makes a mockery of "fast food". By the time I did get my meal my coffee was cold, as the drinks are made in advance of the food. The previous week they ran out of large cups, so tried to palm me off with a medium coffee when I had paid for a large one. Next I was given the drink in two cups. I poured one into the other and it still fitted in a medium cup. They then brought me two more cups which only just constituted a large one. They should have given me a medium coffee plus half a cup. It's not the fault of the staff. They work so hard, but it's impossible.

Lets face it, it's a McDonald's and it's never going to be anything special. Cold chips and soggy burgers are the order of the day. Staff that can't communicate properly and poorly maintained toilets, well the men's anyway. No soap EVER.

Roomy, clean and well decorated, this McDonald's can be found at the top end of Orpington High Street. Probably due to the location right by the main bus stops, this restaurant can get quite busy but use the self service panels to order and the service is reasonably efficient.

A very busy Mcdonald’s in front if a bus stop that has all stops in the world. Served quickly, waited a good 5-10 minutes which is I think is quite good for a fast food place such as this. Clean place. Only thing is I wish staff smiles a bit more as they are in anyway — in customer’s service

this new mc Donald's set up of cooking your food to order is a big big mistake, you will stand there like a plum awaiting for ages and ages for your order to appear.and trust me it's a long wait.if this is fast food God knows what slow is like

As most McDonald's, same types of foods and drinks served , I don't use McDonald's very often, , staff friendly and premises clean.

Visited for breakfast (sausage and egg mc muffin meals) excellent value for money and great cure for a hangover. Typical mcdonalds fair. Food was as expected and hot. :-)

To be McHonest, I wasn't expecting McMuch from a recent McVisit. But their new McLayout is rather McNice. The food is McAverage, but it is McCheap and McCheerful. Give it a McTry.

You always get what you expect from a trip To MacDonald's Order my all time favourite Big Mac and fries Service was quick so that was pleasing

Took the children for lunch, food is the usual Mcdonald's food so fine but it was very busy and the staff just couldn't cope with the volume of food that needed to be served,

Very smart looking restaurant now. Much prefer the new ordering system. Seems a lot fairer. Would give this restaurant 5 stars!

Orpington McDonald's is full of the new electronic menus where you can pay and build your order by tapping selected menus on the large screen. There are also tablets built into the tables for children. The seats, chairs and tables are colourful and always kept clean. The level of music is great and the toilets are also surprisingly really nice and kept very clean! The store now operates by receiving an order number ticket to which you can watch a screen to see if it's ready for collection or not. I have found the staff very friendly.

Haven't been to McDonald's here for years, it's all been done up and it's lovely! Clean and tidy. Friendly staff. Fast service. Great! I love the hot chocolate here I'm coming back tonight!

Well only to point out that a) it doesn't smell bad like the BK or KFC on this high street, b) isn't always full of people that make you wish you hadn't walked in and c) was refurbished recently so isn't horrid for a McD's

Very frustrating having driven to Orpington to order a meal for five of us on Sunday evening. We were warned no happy meal boxes were left so the childrens meals came in a plain bag. Not so much of a big problem but on returning home one meal was missing completely - so I was the one going hungry after paying for the five meals. Basic service should require the order is properly checked.

Although not a major fan of the McDonald's chain, their restaurant on Sevenoaks Way, Orpington is a little gem. We frequently visit once a week on a week day at lunchtime to recharge batteries. The staff are v friendly and a core of more mature ladies make you always feel very welcome, remember you from previous visits and also keep the place spotless. We have the medium veg deluxe meal which has to be cooked while we wait and then delivered to our table with a smile. The toilets are always clean and fresh making a very pleasant change from other McDonald's restaurants we have visited around the country.

Went in to try the Cadburys Cream Egg Mc Flurry, but it was not available - and was served the caramel version instead without explanation.Still, the hot chocolate and coffee were good and the restaurant was clean and tidy.

On visiting this mcdonalds, I had to use the "Rest Room". A female member of staff had been cleaning the "Ladies" and saw me enter the "Gents"This did not however, deter her from coming in to clean.OK, your laughing, but how would you feel if a male staff member waited a minute and then followed you, your wife or your daughter into the toilets.Exactly!"Inappropriate"Is this "Policy" or are the staff just "Rude"sunday 02/11/14 @ 17.05 approx

I took my 18 month old son here not long ago. It was what you would expect from a Mcdonalds.However I must say that the staff were very very helpful. My little boy was being a bit of a handful and wanted to keep running off when I was queuing and ordering. They tried to entertain him, and even carried my food over to the table for me. They then returned 5 minutes later for a balloon for him.
