Whenever you order there is always somthing missing!! human error we all make mistakes but how many times!!! I ring to be told they do it by scales LOL has to be a joke! After working all week and getting a quick takeaway (paying for delivery too) I am told to come and collect it 🤔😂 I think instead of wasting time on scales that are very clearly not accurate get a pen and tick off when an item has been put in the bag! Very simple! The manager was calling her team (whilst I’m on the phone) not sure if she knew I could hear but the music was blaring and sounded like a bunch of kids having a party not even listening to her! I will no longer get it from here even though I live right near it! I’d rather wait an extra half hour and get it from Bromley high street or Orpington, atleast someone won’t be missing a meal!

Went at 8:30am very quiet, took 15 minutes to get my food ( cheesy flatbread and a wrap) lady put our food on a tray and then walked away from it so food was cold when I did get it and didn’t get a sorry for the wait

Diabolical management. Workers are working extremely hard, but the management is horrendous.

Great McDonald’s, we order from here about once a week. Friendly and efficient staff and clean facilities.

They prepare the order for a very long time. I waited 10 minutes for two hamburgers and that's it. No potatoes, when I didn't order anything else. My order was earlier than other orders were prepared. There are many people in the kitchen, but everything is very slow. They work poorly, they are in no hurry. I was with a child who was crying, but I had to wait 10 minutes for my order to be given to me. My order was August 20, 2024, number 90. Received at 14:18:34. Picked it up at 14:29:30

Food was good, had table service and arrived in good time, however one of the burgers was missing. Told staff who rectified it quickly.

Rude staff, I ordered something that they didnt give me in the drive thru and she she just said basically you didnt pay for it so you dont have it .. tough! I ordered it .. but apparently that's my problem. NOT impressed..

Compact but clean and efficient.

Waited 25 minutes in the drive thru, when I got home 3 items were missing, so had to go back and get them, I complained, they said sorry and that they would send me a voucher, two weeks later still nothing! They still need to speed up the drive thru service as it now seems to average over a ten minute wait, 1/12 waiting over 20 minutes, they seem to be getting worse.04/24 they got the order right, but you still have to wait 10 minutes plus. 15/07 10pm 1 car in front still waiting 5 minutes

What a load of garbage this place is, even for McDonalds, no sauces in the sharing box, stone cold and every time it’s a waiting game !! Would not mind if the food was red hot!! But no .

I ordered food for my sister’s and a vanilla milkshake for myself nothing hard to remember, yet I get a banana flavoured milkshake the place is a laughing stock if things aren’t missing from your order they’ve given you the wrong items appalling.

Worse fries I had from a McD. Half a carton filled. Uncooked. Soggy. Unsalted. The Americans did a better job faking the moon landing than this store to fry some potatoes.

Don't use the app to order. They'll miss items then you won't receive a correct refund if any of the items are part of a meal.

We were kept putting on hold at the drive through. Fries 🍟 so less and wasn't cooked enough. Was bit raw. Food was overall ok but been held too long at the second window for the payment too.

Omg this Mcdonald is great one of the best I've been to. It tastes delicious hot and tastes better than a lot of other McDonald's I've been to. Service is very quick and also does drive thru which we tried and that is equally as good the McDonald's is up next to the bus garage between Bromley and Farnborough

Ordered via McDelivery. Items missing. Got refunded £2,20 via Uber, for a missing burger worth £5.79. Complaints go nowhere. DO NOT USE MCDELIVERY. If anything goes wrong, they do not refund you the value to replace the item. This is fraud.

My food was cold and it took at least an hour to get to my table so I ask if I could get my money back but they kicked me out for no reason so I am never coming there again

The food was OK service also OK. The only thing. was fries, wasn’t good. It was Over fried dry, not good at all. Not happy. Don't know who is cooking that absolutely rubbish. Usually the fries they're quite good.

Always forget half the order. I got home to find bits missing as usual. Yes, I should have checked but I was rushing around and regretfully didn't this time. I am sick of the lack of care from this branch of McDonald's. I have never had problems like this in any other branch. I tried calling multiple times to express my problem, but they didn't pick up. There isn't even an excuse when I've waited 15 minutes to receive my food and it wasn't overly busy at the time.

Great guy who's takes orders in drive thru very happy and if I was rating on this guy solely it would be five stars

Ordered delivery from them - waiting time was more than 1 hour instead of 35 minutes estimate. Burger from the meal was missing. And of cause sauce for garlic cheese was not in the bag.

Got undercooked cold food. Asked them to remake it and got it uncooked cold on the inside again…

I dont really enjoy cold burgers

The staff here can mostly be seen and heard mucking about in the kitchen. They're also rude and have no customer service skills. However, there are a few members of staff who are amazing at this McDonald's. I had to ask their names because I was shocked at how there were some gems amongst the other staff. MARIA, SYLVIA and AOIFE are all friendly, kind, helpful and go out of their way for customers. It's a shame that all staff here are not more like them!

Impossible to use the drive-thru without being told to “park up and wait for your food”. Every single time, it’s so frustrating.

My first drive thru experience. Excellent service from staff that worked there today, on Boxing Day, when everything else was pretty much closed!

What useless service from Hastings Road, Bromley. Ordered a takeaway and a complete meal was missed from the order. There was no receipt on the bags. Clearly, no Che ks are carried out and attention to detail, por customer service, needs sorting out!

This outlet is very hit and miss. Sadly been more miss than hit recently. Perhaps take fewer uber orders and check the contents of bags being handed out to drive thru and walk in customers. So many times items are missing, or orders are incorrect. Or, hire more staff.

Love this McDonald's the staff are friendly, Lara Antonio and Davide are usually there in the mornings and the food and service is great thank you guys 😎

I made a big order costing nearly £70! To be delivered 1 and half late to the food and hot chocolate being freezing cold to a missing 20 nugget share box missing that where for the kids.

Told to park up when we reached the collection window in the drive through. Only issue with that is that the car park is completely full. Probably every other car is told to park up, not sure this was how the drive through was intended to work. When we do get the food, and get home we find items missing. Need to learn to just go to the counter!!

Although the in-house payment system was down the staff where very helpful and assisted me in downloading and ordering using the app. There was stress all-around but they kept on smiling 🙂

Whoever the manager is working at 11.45am on the 11th October 2023 should not be doing this job. What a rude, arrogant specimen! Cannot believe he has been employed by McDonald’s working in customer services! He made me feel embarrassed infront if other customers. To top it off half my chips are empty! Disgusting!

We were one of three cars in the queue. Ordered quicky and paid straight away. Then were told to park up and wait. It took ten minutes to bring our order which is a lifetime for a fast food restaurant. It wasn't busy, there were no personalised orders, I'm not sure what reason there could have been

This is my 3rd time purchasing from here and I didnt want to leave a review for the first and second purchases as they were awful. I had the wrong hot drink and missing order in my first two orders. Now today my 3rd order My fizzy drink is gone off an taste very chemically disgusting, fries are less than the box nd cold. Only the burger was ok. You guys really need to concentrate on your food and packaging before orders leave this will be my last purchase from here, what a shame.

Food was missing out of our order the staff are so slap dash they never look at the orders and put the correct things in and we don’t get the refunds, the foods cold and always missing items the staff are so lazy and rude

Poor restaurant, order there many times for lunch, and my office is about 10 minutes down the road. Every time, it takes a minimum of 45 minutes to get stone cold food. We normally use the Mc Donald's app that runs with Uber eats that's even worse. Lately every order is either stone cold, missing items or both with no one bothered to help.

Hi. I placed my order at 21:40 and finally got it at 22:01. I had to park up to await my food. My burgers were luke warm my chips were too cold. I requested hot chips. By the time I got my hot chips I had eaten the burgers. Too many times now I have been asked to park to wait for my food. Where does you priority lie? Delivery or drive through? My order no was 164. I am disgusted. The food was mediocre and I cannot grade the service because apart from the poor person having to walk into the car park, twice, it seems non-existent. The drive thru was not busy. I was the only one there until I waited at the serving hatch for a couple of minutes when a car drove to the payment window. I was then requested/told to park and wait. I got no receipt so i can only tell you my take out order number. 164.

Somehow, our order was missed, we waited 20 minutes for 4 drinks and 4 lots of fries. Don't know what it is with this Mcdonalds, but every visit to this venue has consistently provided disappointing French Fries.

I have been on Sunday night, food was alright, they didn't give me napkins so was messy, never mind. The only thing I was curious about was the message they put on my receive, I was curious and I went to ask to the manager what does mean the text someone wrote in my receive, apparently was the last 3 letters of my number plate, but my number plate ends with CVM & NOT CUM 🤔🙈 now I learned something new

Go here regularly as I live 2 minutes away, rarely is my order right. Problems with missing items, even get charged the wrong price even though I can see what I should be paying on my app order. Think a change in management is needed.

Guy's, this is a drive through McDonald's. You know what you're going to get. No criticism of the location here in any way, but coming out of the Car Park to Turn Right into the flow of often fast moving traffic can be a bit of a nightmare...

This place is even lower than the low expectations of a MacDonald. There is an issue almost every time. This is the latest... Sweet chilli chicken wrap with nothing but chicken in it.

The best macdonalds around bromley area in my opinion. Clean and good service. You can get food delivered to your table.

Wow, their service is extremely poor. How can that be. Same person doing ubereats delivery also doing drive thru. Customers complaining and how will that be faster for customers to get their food on time. Very disappointed and the lady also taking her time when she supposed to be fast. Guess she is tired.

I've ordered 2 doughnuts for me and my wife. Both of them didn't taste Fresh even though the sticker had a date of the day and 30 min before. After quite few disappointments from this store I tried to complain through the app which made it hard. Cannot load files that is requesting and I kicked me out 2 times having to answer all the questions again.

Small McDonald's with plenty of seating inside. Toilets are available. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Asked for a mc crispy ended up getting a mc burnt .......if I was not at home when I see it I would have most likely chucked it back through the drive through window and been had up for murder should the bun have hit the staff member....... complete waste of time i will not be heading to Mcdonalds again for food but will be returning with my receipt when passing to get my money back .....
