McDonald's in Bromley

The best McDonald's I had from here by far I was worried as ordered 30 mins before closing time but it was lovely and hot and food tasted amazing!

Sauces don’t get delivered this is twice now very dissapointed

its nice to have hot, properly cooked chips! Will be ordering from this branch from now on

completely the wrong order, with my order receipt attached. why does it happen at this branch more than others? Bromley north always seem to get the order correct, but this one fails to get even a simple big Mac meal correct!

Staff couldn't care less. No milkshakes again. Staff chatting amongst eachother while ignoring customers. Burger had no meat in it and then completely plain.

Long waiting time and order taken wrong, when I explained he repeated a coffee, but I've got a coke, they said we had to pay extra, out of courtesy, they should have just taken the coke back and given us the coffee. The fries was not cooked enough and the burgers seem to be getting smaller as the prices increase!

I stopped using Mac dee's due to poor quality coffee. And with a drive away where you don't get what you asked for . Single not a double as paid for.

You send a driver on a push bike to deliver hot food so when it got here it was cold, that just doesn’t make sense

Can be rather busy at times but I got everything I needed really fast. Sara my server was really good and friendly

Compact but clean and efficient. The staff are generally nice and hardworking. Do be careful of certain hours though. Some of the school age children who flood the shop are not necessarily high on good manners.

It's okay! What can you say about McDonald's because mostly they are the same. This one is mainly drive through. The restaurant is small but the service was fast and the food and coffee was hot.

Poor quality food, slapped together with no care. No gloves worn when touching food. Long wait for food. And as a customer who refuses to use the kiosk I like a human interaction... Sadly waiting for someone to acknowledge me was like nailing jelly to a wall.

The food it’s cold, I ordered a Maltese flurry and got a galaxy flurry instead. The order is right in the receipt but got delivered the wrong items.

Included in our order were chips which were cold, and apple pies which were only just warm ( which is unusual). Also the pies should have been discarded 10 minutes before we ordered. Burgers were good.

The queues are very long, the tables are not cleaned consistently between uses. There were two security guards on site to police the restaurant. Food was hot and tasty though The new Halloween McFlurry is amazingly chocolaty love it !!!

food was cold and inedible. i had to throw it in the bin. i got no meat in the burger when all i asked for was no egg. not happy as it was a waste of money. the cheese in the cheesy bacon flatbread wasn’t melted at all and the bread was barely toasted! i want a full refund as i didn’t eat anything.

This place keeps getting worse. Majority of the staff are pleasant but this can't make up for the lack of service. I waited over 30 minutes for an order of chicken nuggets and eventually they turned up cold. However I didn't have time to eat them as my lunch break was wasted waiting for the order. And I wasn't the only person. One family said they had been waiting for 40 minutes in the outside parking bay for their drive thru. Not once did the manager apologise to anyway or give reassurance that they were trying to get things moving. This wasn't the only time either. 90% of the time something is missing or cold. Never using ever again.

Super slow always asked to park up as food not ready. The safe always grumpy.

Had what was meant to look like a fillet o fish but it looked like the cheese had been taken out before being served to me and no tartar sauce either, a completely bland burger. Picture shows exactly how I found it when I opened it. Not impressed.

Had to go out to get food from driver who didn't bother to find flat. When got food and drinks, the drinks had leaked so got half a cup of hot chocolate. Food was cold and felt that it had been left out on shelf as chips were hard/cold and burgers were tepid. Not very good.

Food stone cold, mc flurry and milkshake melted, it looks as if delivery drivers are getting increasingly greedy and trying to take multipul orders at a time but failing to keep the food hot!

Firstly I am appalled with the service. McDonald’s forgot the sauces as per usual. Someone I know who wishes to remain anonymous was assaulted in the drive thru. She recognised a fellow in the window by the name of Luke Bachelor. He genuinely refused her service and screamed “uurrrr I’m not serving her”. He then continued to slam the windows shut in her face almost trapping one of her fingers in the window. She still did not receive her sauce and from what it appears he has not faced any punishment for this. The chips were cold anyway. If Luke still works there I hope he changes his name to Luke Spatula because mate what sort of service is this . I think an actual spoon could’ve given better service. This was like a year ago but still.

Food was dreadful. Cold burger and cold, soggy chips. McDonalds just gets worse. Will never order a delivery from them again. Order itself was delivered on time and pleasant courier.

We ordered 2 Big Macs and got 2 rubbery cheese burgers instead. The milkshake was like water! This isn’t the first time this has happened. Just Eats was meant to refund me but as usual we haven’t heard anything and it’s impossible to reach them!

Whenever I order from this McDonalds there is always something missing. This time was a drink straw and one for the sauces I ordered. Always something. There should be a discount.

My dad and daughter visited yesterday and was treated very well by Maria. She was very pleasant and kindly gave my daughter some activity sheets to take home. Food is always nice!

Whenever you order there is always somthing missing!! human error we all make mistakes but how many times!!! I ring to be told they do it by scales LOL has to be a joke! After working all week and getting a quick takeaway (paying for delivery too) I am told to come and collect it 🤔😂 I think instead of wasting time on scales that are very clearly not accurate get a pen and tick off when an item has been put in the bag! Very simple! The manager was calling her team (whilst I’m on the phone) not sure if she knew I could hear but the music was blaring and sounded like a bunch of kids having a party not even listening to her! I will no longer get it from here even though I live right near it! I’d rather wait an extra half hour and get it from Bromley high street or Orpington, atleast someone won’t be missing a meal!

completely wrong order came. ordered 4 meals received one that was wrong

I have now had to complain via email response and on twitter. I use just eat a lot and have rarely been given cause for complaint, however on Monday I had an order from the Bromley common McDonald's which was missing a £2.59 apple pie. Not a huge issue, everything else was there. Used the just eat app to request a refund for the missing item, and was responded to with an email stating that 'on this occasion I won't be getting a refund or compensation'! I don't want compensation, I want £2.59!

Went at 8:30am very quiet, took 15 minutes to get my food ( cheesy flatbread and a wrap) lady put our food on a tray and then walked away from it so food was cold when I did get it and didn’t get a sorry for the wait

I would like to give my driver a tip. How would I do that?

They prepare the order for a very long time. I waited 10 minutes for two hamburgers and that's it. No potatoes, when I didn't order anything else. My order was earlier than other orders were prepared. There are many people in the kitchen, but everything is very slow. They work poorly, they are in no hurry. I was with a child who was crying, but I had to wait 10 minutes for my order to be given to me. My order was August 20, 2024, number 90. Received at 14:18:34. Picked it up at 14:29:30
