The gentleman on drive thru (at 9am on Friday 4th October) with a slightly Italian accent was so helpful. He was so attentive to my order and was really understanding, he really helped make my day better by being so kind and helpful. Need more people like him!!

One of the best McDonald's around. Nice and clean, friendly staff. Food is cooked to standard. Well done 👍🏻

Drive through is poorly shaped , but click and collect is speedy to make up

Small kitchen and not enough staff car park is also too small for the amount orders on the drive through

Slow service and conditions were disgusting. Rubbish everywhere and not cleared up by staff.

Really like the manager here, huge apologies I don't know his name. African British tall gentleman, very attentive, very efficient, very kind, very fair, helpful and courteous! The staff here are extremely hardworking too, helpful and pleasant My only hang up is the paper bags the steam sometimes means condensation, holes and my maccy'ds treats falling through! Fortunately just as I got home it happened! Phew!

30 min wait, def not fast food, drive thru chaotic, missing items off order, had to go in and order missing items twice and wait another 15 mins, rancid fishy fatty smell wafting while waiting. Family calling wondering where I’ve disappeared to I’ve been waiting this long. Could've gone to eat in at Nando's and still would've been quicker. Food cold, chips stale and undercooked, whole thing tastes like cardboard. Save your money and go elsewhere

Ordered, 2 cheese burgers and 2 chicken mayo , waited 22 minutes in the car , other people who came in after us got the order before us

Ordered a Mc Crispy bbq at the drive thru. Went straight home 2 mins away. Burger lukewarm on outside and cold in the middle tasted disgusting. I have complained to McDonald’s online, will never go back

Cold food. Over 30min wait. I get IT issue but why getting cold food??? On positive side person who was dealing with my orders was super helpful and show amazing customer service.

Food was tepid, cream on toffee latte was melted, staff were friendly, toilets were clean and tidy. Has disabled parking at front of store but has 2 steps to get into store, which I fell down on exiting the store, not very thoughtful of disabled people who have walking difficulties or have a wheelchair.

I don't normally go to these fast food joints had filet-o-fish fries vanilla milk shake..not much to talk about just a bun & simple fish & a blob of sauce I guess other burgers better.... shake a bit thin in flavour...for the price I go to a cafe & get a decent food...but that's just me ...it's poplar & quick will I go back possible....

There was a drunk man kicking off but that was dealt with quickly. The lady who brought our food was super friendly and helpful and paid special attention to our little boy who loved it.

Had to wait in the car park for my drive thru order, I thought it was meant to be fast service

Drive through , which was broken

It's a McDonald's not much to say ,you order one thing ,get another ,I just can't get it in my head how they just keep messing up your order and that's 90% of this franchise.

Look as far as McDonald's go this place was immaculate. It's clean and the food is always hot. Great team here and that is a rarity for McDonald's

They did not have the food ready at the counter after paying in the drive though. The parking is limited and tight . When the food came some of the sources requested were not on the bag. The actual burgers, chips and drinks are all done to the McDonald's standard.

Definitely not fast food, service terrible, takes ages and staff unmotivated. Needs new management and to close the drive through which doesn’t as the layout is all wrong!

I ordered double quarter pounder with cheese and I received single quarter pounder. Anyway the staff was polite and changed it right away.

Usually very busy, they have drive through as well, so you might be waiting a bit longer than what fast food means :D But overall, like any other Mc D, friendly neighbourhood place.

Nearly always asked to 'Park up and wait' when using the drive through, even though the car park is 100% full the keep asking more people to park up. Chaos

It is McDonald’s so you know what you are getting food wise… if you actually get your food. Consistently forget items for drive thru and app orders.

Unfortunately, when I got home and unpacked my food - and yes I know it sounds really petty - but there were no fries . A poorly packed bag - with a burger packed upsidedown and some mozzarella fries swimming in the bottom of the bag but not chip to be seen. It’s a rainy day after a long day at work, I just wanted to have a simple cheat dinner but no fries I did try to complain officially but the McDonald’s website told me to make a phone call and the poor buggers are so busy I thought I complain here

Like most of these restaurants, they offer the non that you would expect. Food is never fresh, always luck warm Service is more focused and rushed on drive, though, so thought in store are pushed back.

Good place and nice ambience for a quick bite!!

Food all good but very disorganised service team for collection orders and takes far too long. It's no longer fast food. Its let hang about in chaos with orders out of sequence food. And that's for a cheeseburger and a milkshake.

Always takes extremely long for the food for drive through and they can't testy when asked how long. Not even warm when you get it because it's been left out

Unacceptable wait for food from drive through and no explanation offered. Then when I got home I discovered that instead of 2 double cheeseburgers I was given 2 single cheeseburgers!!!

It is just a better place to have burger after a long walk around the neighborhood. A cozy place with a good service and friendly attentive staff serving us.

I alway use this McDonald’s as it close to me but from time to time like. Today the customer service at the drive through when I payed for my food there was no thank you face like Thunder and as if she didn’t won’t to be there

I would usually agree with if you like something tell others, if you don’t tell the manager but on this occasion the staff don’t appear interested. Had table service, got told milkshake isn’t working, asked for a coke and what about the price difference. Looked at me in surprise. Gave up trying to communicate on what to do about it. Meal had one portion of fries missing but didn’t get a receipt to prove it. Food lukewarm, mozzarella sticks clearly been sat for a while and quite solid, Big Mac rather cool. Husband took it back, he took it and asked for a replacement. No apology. Eventually he went back to the counter to ask for it. No apology.

There was a rat in the kitchen. I walked in and immediately noticed the staff panicking over something. I looked over and there was a rat

Went there as usual on Friday 2nd December and thought I’d change things up a bit. I bought myself a big tasty rather than my usual cheese burger. When I was eating it, it tasted a little off. Went to sleep and woke up at 4am throwing up. I was throwing up all day and in the end had to call an ambulance because I kept choking and panicking. The paramedics confirmed this was food poisoning and the Big Tasty was the only thing I had eaten all day. Can’t say I’m happy you guys gave me food poisoning. Sorry to say you have lost yourself a customer! Not only that, the waiting times in the evening are always awful and the staff are extremely rude!

Early Wednesday evening, had to wait as usual, wrong food & cold but didn’t check until home (5minutes away) was just as bad last time (6 months ago) we won’t be going back.

The food (burger and fries) is, at best, tepid. The Coke is almost room temperature. At least they're consistent - it's the same every time I go there whether it's a busy time or quiet. How difficult is it to get this right?

I bit into my Apple pie and had to retrieve a string that was embedded inside my Apple pie 🤮 I felt sick instantly I would never go back to McDonald’s again!

We planned to eat in but car park was full so we had to drive thru we were told to wait 10 mins, my grandchild was starving!! When given there was one item missing, my grandchild missed out on her chicken mayo. A family treat was not fulfilled and was too much hassle Didn’t enjoy it one bit

Previously, an acquaintance of mine went to McDonalds here.My acquaintance went through the drive through. They had a smooth run until collecting. They had to wait 10 minutes for food and was greeted by a member of staff with attitude. The staff are overwhelmed and can not handle the pressure, which makes this McDonald’s go down the drain. It is also apparent that the staff mess up orders, forget to put in items and leave food out in the open for it to go cold.

Ordered online around 5.30/5.45 was still waiting for my order at 8.05. Tried to call the restaurant but was hung up on 4x then phone kept ringing out. My partner went down to the restaurant to receive bad attitude from the manager and was told he was unable to help him anyway! Had to cancel the order via online app still waiting for a refund so have to cook at 8.30pm for 2 kids absolutely disgusting! When does being busy have the right to push online orders aside! We all want to eat!

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to, unfortunately it’s my local. They always miss out items that mess up orders on my orders whether it’s through uber eats, drive through or picking up an order, I have been disappointed countless times at this branch and have had to apply for refunds and contact customer services several times. Avoid if possible.

We went through the drive thru and everything went smooth as possible. Ordered the food and left promptly with no issues whatsoever. Would 100% come back.

This morning @ 11:00 we went to order the meal in the second lane of the drive through. The gentleman behind the speaker was very loud and clear. I've never experience this kinda confidence voice at Mcdonal's. It was crisp clear. He took our order told us how much we have to pay our order number. When we moved ahead to pay, I asked the guy whether it was him who took the order. He said he dint. Our turn to collect the oder and I left a message with the girl at the window to whoever took our order was really good. We need this kind of service which makes our day.

We went to the drive thru and it was a 15 minute wait which is to be expected so I don’t mind, I ordered a 6 chicken nugget meal with two sweet n sour sauces which I did receive and the food was nice and hot. But I also ordered a Oreo McFlurry that was literally slop, we couldn’t stop to change it as people were bibbing behind us and getting impatient in the queue, and the McFlurry was probably sitting their for ages which is not good enough.

This has to be the best drive through we’ve been to.. food is always fresh and piping hot. Staff very friendly and efficient; always polite and service with a smile. Keep up the good work.. look forward to visiting again soon.

The amount of times the orders has been wrong here is ridiculous. Not just from my experience but others I know too. Everytime you order something, its "can you park up and wait" or the food is cold or missing items. After a long night i fancied one last rubbish meal so opted for a bacon and egg mcmuffin this morning.... and yep you guessed it something was missing..... THE BACON IN THE MCMUFFIN. how can someone get this so wrong. Going to the cafe from now on.... pic is included

I’m sure if I actually got our food it would’ve been as mediocre as you expect from McDonald’s but Unfortunately I had to insist on a refund after waiting for a total of 25 minutes. Almost impossible to get a seat or to get near the counter due to the large crowd of Uber drivers.

Cuando se corrige nunca hay una disculpa. Había una señora estadounidense que trabajaba aquí y le dio el mejor servicio, pero el resto son solo una pérdida de espacio y miserable, ¡incompetente incluso para obtener una orden correcta! ! La gerencia debe estar avergonzada! !

Why is it this branch of McDonalds can never cook chips properly? Last four times we have received either raw or very under cooked soggy very white floppy chips? Food quality is very poor here. Forgotten stuff out of my order a number of timesAnd also when you ask for sauces it’s like they come out of there wages!!! Staff constantly messing around inside when your waiting for our order.
