Used to be reasonable will never go again seems to have re opened very expensive for little food and what are those things like doorsteps called pitta

Terrible cold food not fit for a dog The wrap was full of oil The chips were cold The Donna meat was full of jelly fat This takeaway is terrible Do not waste your money

I ordered the combination kebab all in all it cist around £14 thats supposed to come with chips not only did they miss out the chips instead of getting pitta bread I got a 1 inch thick bread that took up most of the box and hardly any meat little amount of chicken & hardly any lamb donner infact such a little amount of donner there was small bits if it was put together it would amount to only one slice of donner if held up . Absolutely terrible. Trying to fill you up with 2 massive halves of 1 inch thick bread and gove you little fillings. Never known any combination kebab to come like this. So dossapointed and feel have been totally ripped off.

Lukewarm doner meat out a pot, chilli sauce out a bottle. Say no more.

What a stylish kebab ye shop not your normal looking greasy kebab they have wonderful marble tables with couches for seating areas chandeliers inside an outside looks good but the food is even better flavoursm good kebab We loved the mix shish grill and the salad was presented separately in a cute container... with the mixed hot meze falafel with fried feta rolls and tastie Turkish sausage and soft flavoursm calamari. With lemon 🍋 😋 😍

Omg I had the most amazing Baklava it was so so delicious I had to order a triple portion ate 2 and took one home for later they also have a peach 🍑 flavour drink which is mouth watering like a can is gone so quick now my favour kebab shop it's elegant an very different from your normal place .

Why is this being renovated again? Nonsense waste of money, no one gives a hoot about the weird tiles you are putting up. Really good kebab and nice fellas behind the grill. Chilli sauce could be hotter.

Worst kabab I've had ever I think! Small portions when ordered a large, come pre prepared in containers, had to put it together myself and cost £12! Feel so cheated.

Since being under new management this kebab shop is heading towards best kebab 2023 awards, it is simply delicious and the donner is to die for, taste of real turkish food

Today my husband and I came here for a late afternoon lunch. We had an incredible time and spent two pleasant hours here. Everything was amazing from start to finish. It is a beautiful café/shop: the décor, furniture and lighting are attractive and tasteful. Every single detail of both the outside and the inside has been organised intelligently, enhancing one's mood and making one want to spend a long time in that pleasant atmosphere. The whole charming and handsome staff wear splendid uniforms that chime in well with their place of work. As soon as we entered that cosy place, a young man came over to us immediately and invited us to choose where to sit. We sat by the window, and he closed the door straightaway so that we would not be cold. Five minutes later, we ordered our food, which arrived very quickly. When they brought the food, I immediately noticed the beautiful plates, which reminded me of Murano glassware. Next I focused on the serviettes with their attractive logo. We ordered lamb shish with rice and French fries. Both dishes melted in the mouth, since they were deliciously soft and with skilfully marinated meat. When we had finished, we were given a couple of pieces of baklava, which was very warm, tasty and - significantly - with less sugar and fat than usual, making it quite different from what the shops and other restaurants have to offer. (I called this "organic baklava"). We were also given a couple of antivirus wipes - something that is currently very important. Everything on the premises is clean and sparkling like sunshine. Hassan and his team set an excellent example for other cafés and restaurants worldwide. We are convinced that this place will flourish with a large clientele. They ought to open their own bakery and produce baklava and other Turkish sweets. We will definitely be back, and we highly recommend Kebab Ye (294 High Street, Beckenham, BR3 1 DY) to everyone else. This place has a new owner and he makes delicious food , I had a chicken and salad wrap which was the nicest meal I have had in ages ! It was very fresh and not greasy so it tasted healthier than most takeaways , my husband had lamb diner and that was very good too ! Service was friendly too , family run and attentive , will be returning soon 👍

This shop, which has been showing an unstable stance since it was opened by its new Turkish owner, has been reopened. Local people knows that both employees and customers have bad thoughts and experiences about the owner. I hope this beautiful shop has passed into the other hands and a new owner has started to run it and will give it the value shop deserves.

I ordered a large donor kebab & large chips with all salad and a little chilli source. I got large donor meat & small French fries with lots of source no pitta or salad. Completely wrong. I was very clear in what I asked and even repeated myself and confirmed the order when it seemed rather cheap but the staff seemed distracted and I don’t think they really even listened to me. The meat was too salty and strong taste more like game I don't think it was real lamb. They don’t sell chips even though that is what is on the menu they are French fries I don’t think they even know the difference, also they were burnt a bit which makes me believe they are oven chips, do they think we won’t notice? Poor show!

A friend told me this place had just re-opened so we went for a quiet sit-in lunch on a Monday afternoon. I had a delicious chicken shish with salad and my friend had a large piece of salmon with salad;she said it was very tasty. My friend wanted tea to drink and the staff kindly went out to get her milk for the tea. We didn't have sides in the restaurant but were given some to take home and try out. The baba ganoush was lovely but the hummous was the best I have ever eaten. We had great service and will be going back for a good-value meal soon.

This is a new management and cook team The quality of their kebab is fabulous and the price is so reasonable. I know this shop used to be owned by different people and for a while was close until this week that new management with new team has taken the business. It really is amazing both their kebabs and their price. So happy with my take away kebabs tonight

This place is always closed not sure why they're occupying shop space for a business that actually wants to be open... Not to mention they charge 5p more than what is advertised on the menu absolutely shocking.

Always closed and when they're open they never pick up the phone, always get online orders wrong and wasn't willing to change item until I told them we are allergic to items they put in. Absolute joke of a company how they're open still is beyond me!!!

Restaurant was so rude. Order via uber eats, got given the wrong order, man on the phone was not helpful, and was just rude. No customer service. I understand that it may of been the uber driver fault, but no assistance was given and the man ended the call on us. Will never be ordering here again, and i would not recommend!! Awful service

Usually it is nice, but i just got my food delivered through uber eats and its AWFUL the meat is soooo dry and completely cold, the chips are also dead cold, the bread is stale. you cant serve this to people. Ashamed

Just that you are all aware this place is charging more on the till than is advertised on the menu might only be 5p more but how many other menu choices differ and when loads of people use this place it can add up Good evening everyone thought I pop in in here again after the the owner said he would sort out the menu. Well that didn't seem to happen as I went in for chicken wrap that is £5.95. On the menu last time I was charged £6.00 tonight the chap working there tried to charge £7 so I think its time for the owner to sort out his staff or I will report this to fair trading standard This guy even came around the counter at me pointing at the chicken was he trying to provoke me

I got a doner kebab mix today and all the doner chicken was burnt and black I could not eat lunch, it was very poor quality

Went in on Sunday for takeaway. Slow service. Only accepted cash. They completely missed the falafel we ordered and was on the receipt. We didn’t know till we got home (15 minute drive) so couldn’t go back. Would not use again.

I ordered a quarter pounder burger and cheesy chips via deliveroo. On deliveroo it said the burger would come with salad. When the order arrived it came with chips (no cheese) and a burger without salad. When I called Kebab Ye they could not send a new delivery and said they would give me credit on my next order which I begrudgingly accepted. However having now eaten the burger and chips I thought it was really poor for the price I paid and you can get better food elsewhere. I will now not be ordering from these guys even with the credit. Sorry.

Used Kebab ye for many years previously, brought tonight after a couple of years away OMG what are they thinking!!!! Where’s the normal pitta kebab stuffed with salad - we now get a lump of doughy bread a pittance of salad in a plastic box, a tube of chilli sauce & mayo and (depending on meat ordered) a foil container with either congealing donor meat or lamb shish with a lot of soggy burglar type cold rice! The whole meal was unappealing and needless to say most went in the bin. Aside from this the shop is understaffed the wait for the disgusting wasn’t worth the wait as the servers struggled with delivery drivers/telephone orders and walk in customers. With a prime high street sight you really need to sort out your food and process if I could have given no ticks I would have you are taking money for terrible service and food PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THEY DON’T DESERVCE YOUR CUSTONM OR MONEY (COS IT”S NOT CHEAP)

For the umpteenth time,I asked for no Onions with my meal! They seem incapable of acknowledging this request. As usual tonight,Onions were added with the salad. And the combination meal offering rice,An insulting spoonful was slapped in. Maybe the manager needs to retrain his staff,how,I don't really know? I didn't think it was that difficult! I not going back.

One of the bad experience in my life, specifically owner of the restaurant behaves badly or I would say worstly even abusing his own staff as they are slaves working there, i litteraly felt ashamed of watching silently of his misconduct. Owner of the Kebab ye Restaurant always seems shouting in front of customers even shouting his own staff all the time of my every visit as i recommend him to visit best Psychiatrist. That's why I stopped visiting this restaurant because of misbehaving and also I found all Lamb is not HALAL in this restaurant. Respect is very important specifically talking to customers or even own staff.So learn how to respect first then we talk about eating.

I ordered from Kebab Ye yesterday and the service and food i received was one of the worst i have ever had. I waited two hours for my food arrive. Whilst waiting i called the shop to clarify what was happening. However what i got was someone awnser the phone and just put the phone on the counter without telling me why. He just did that after saying hello. I then heard him talking to customer's. So rude and disrespectful considering i had spent almost £70 in their establishment. I hanged up and kept waiting. My food then arrived two hours later. It arrived cold with the wrong items. When i tried to call them back the phone was still.off the hook. I would avoid ordering from this takeaway unless you don't mind waiting 2 hours and eating cold food. Not worth the price they charge. I never even recieved an apology. Since Covid and lockdown. You would think as places begin to open they would be so nice to their customers as it can easily dissapear but obviously not the case with this restaurant. What a waste to the high street. Even deliveroo was ashamed of them as their driver had to wait.

I eat in a lot of places and I have to say this one took me completely by surprise. The decor is amazing and modern and the place is immaculate! The team there are friendly and clearly enjoy working there. Which shows in the food! Wow wow the pitta bread is like nothing I've ever tasted, omg amazing taste and so filling, homemade I guess as I cant get over the taste. The chicken was laid on a bed of this beautiful fluffy rice which was a nice touch and great presentation wise. The wings were nice and big, one criticism for me was a lot of olive oil but that's personal preference. I will be back and this is one not to be missed I guarantee you will be as amazed as me.

ordered 3 large kebabs, very small portions for large. the "home made" flat bread was a panini probably bought from Sainsburys across the road and toasted. I thought i would take a chance on this takeaway and wish i hadnt. i wont be ordering from them again.

Have been going here for years under the old ownership, consistent quality all the way. The new owners however have ruined it, prices have gone up, the meat is overcooked, pitta bread is too thick and nothing like usual pitta you get. Don't put sauce or salad in the kebabs anymore just give you cartons with it in. Not a fan at all and won't be returning.

Very disappointed. I remember this being one of the best kebab shops in the area. Ordered a lamb and chicken doner and both were so very bland and tasteless. The pitta is more like a bread roll. I am sad to say I won't be reordering again as the food it just horrible. So disappointed 😞

Usually get good meals from Kebab Ye but the last meal we ordered was atrocious...portion sizes were miniscule, meat tasted old, tasteless and tough and to top it all off - hair in the meal! I will not be ordering from here again.

Worst kebab ever, had to trash it, I would rate them 0 stars especially because the guy at the till was laughing with his colleagues while sneezing at the same time over the food when he spotted a mouse eating pieces of fries on the floor. Never again.

Charged me full price but only got half the order, was given a thick bread roll instead of pitta (not nice) man serving very dismissive and impolite, should not be serving customers, especially when he can’t get the orders right.

In honesty, it would have been cheaper and better just to buy some chicken, pitta bread and salad and grill it at home. Not really impressed in any way, sadly. I don't like to leave negative reviews. There was nothing wrong with it, just not really worth the money in my opinion. (takeaway)
