I went to five guys bromley with my dad and my uncle martin today There today we had a lovely cheeseburger which I really enjoyed It was one of the best cheesburgers I have ever had in the whole wide world You do such tasty cheeseburgers in the whole wide world To drink I had a bottle of water It was so lovely trying out five guys bromley today as I haven't been there before this is my very first time going there today The staff that work there are very kind lovely friendly The service there is very good amazing wonderful I had a very lovely experience there today at five guys bromley This place gets it's very first 5 out of 5 star rating by me Enjoy reading your google review by me Have a lovely rest of your day

Very nice burger but slow service and not very clean tables

Saturday: 7/12/2024 Time: 19:01 I visited Five Guys and noticed my order was ready for pickup. I asked one of the staff members (his name is Andy) to hand me my delivery order but he refused and told me “You need to wait you just walked in.” I explained that it didn’t matter when I arrived since the food was ready and only needed to be handed over but he responded “If you don’t want to wait you can cancel it” and then ignored me. Even though he was busy and I respect him as a chef, that doesn’t give him any right to be rude to us for no reason. So I asked another worker, who was about to hand me the food but Andy stopped her and instructed her not to give me the food. Meanwhile my order was left sitting and the food was getting cold. Handing it over would have taken just a few seconds but I was made to wait unnecessarily. After the delay I cancelled the order. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced issues with this staff member. The other staff members have always been helpful, but this guy consistently creates problems and behaves as if he owns the store. I know from other drivers that I’m not the only one who has complained about him. He needs to change his attitude and be more helpful. If the food is ready, handing it over should be a priority instead of making the drivers wait unnecessarily, we work on behalf of costumers. Delays like this often result in the food getting cold leading to customer complaints directed at us. We are also going to report this issue to all delivery platforms.

Food was disgusting And it so expensive

Exceptional flavors and attentive service! The ambiance was both cozy and elegant, making it ideal for a relaxed meal. The menu was diverse, and every dish was cooked to perfection.

The foil was opened, the toppings paid for wasn’t given the bag was broken through the oil and when I called to let the restaurant know the person who answers was rude didn’t talk to me answered others said no manager was around to speak to and put the phone down

Berger's great. Damn. Fries great. Damn. Milkshakes great. Damn. Get your ass down to five guys. Damn

£18 for a mediocre cheese burger, fries, and a drink! First and last visit

The burgers and fries were absolutely great! We had our burgers “all the way” and the flavours were real good 😍 also make sure to get the spice when you order the fries. Our only issue is the prices 😅

Paid £55 for two burgers and chips with milkshakes via Uber . Only one milkshake arrived when I called they said “ you can come and get it” for the missing milkshake!!!!

My favourite takeaway in Bromley (apart from Kokoro and Miller and Carter who rules of course). Their small cheeseburger + fries + banana & salted caramel milkshake with whipped cream are hard to beat! Update: they've stopped being generous with fries. Large used to be really Large with more in the bag. Now they're hardly filling the cup. For near £7 for Large fries that's a bit of a disappointment. Staff is nice and friendly though. But it's losing it's value for money even more now.

Reasonably decent burgers with a lot of options for what to put on them, but the prices are premium for an atmosphere that's somewhere between a 1950s locker room and a hospital. I'd say better than average flavour for burgers, at worse than average prices and comfort.

This is the second time I have been seriously disappointed at this store. On the previous occasion we had burgers, not one of our burgers was what had been ordered and everyone else who was in at the time seemed to be getting their orders wrong. I vowed not to go back. However today I took a friend for a milk shake, at nearly £6 each it was a special treat. Unfortunately 15 minutes after I ordered I received a refund as the machine wasn’t working. They made little effort to explain what was happening and after waiting 10 minutes waiting I was advised to sit down and wait thought they couldn’t tell me how long I’d be waiting. Their food is usually good, if somewhat expensive, but I would not go back to this branch ever again.

Ordered a takeaway. X2 burgers,x2 fries and x2 drinks. Received 2 smashed burgers,fries all over the bags and x 1 drink.

Overpriced plain rubbish cold food

Good food and pretty good service. On the expensive side though. The milkshakes are incredible and 100% worth it. But depending on the time and day you go the place can be a meet up spot for the up-to-no-good teenager type.

Treated my daughter & I to lunch here, the restaurant was almost empty when we arrived but just thought we may have just missed the lunch rush…after ordering our food, having to almost shout our order as the music was so so loud we found a seat. Food arrived promptly & was hot. Opened the burger & it wasn’t what we ordered, I can only assume the server couldn’t hear us properly due to the music. Although incorrect we didn’t have time to wait for another burger to be cooked so we went with what had been served. The burger was dry & tasteless…the burger bun was stale too. It was horrible. After managing to eat a quarter of it I couldn’t eat anymore. Total waste of money. My fault that I didn’t complain but I didn’t have time to wait for a replacement. We won’t return. An over priced poor quality product…such a shame!

Maybe not the cheapest burger & Fries in Bromley but certainly the tastiest! Choose your burger toppings & then it's prepared to order. Generous portions of yummy Fries and the very best shakes!

Ordered via deliveroo but order was incorrect meaning food couldn’t be eaten and more importantly could’ve caused allergic reaction. Shop took no responsibility not offered a solution but instead blamed deliveroo…they didn’t make the burger!! Terrible customer service, expected much better.

Ordered for a Birthday an hour and half late, cold burgers, fries I did message the store as ordered online no reply! £73 and was disgusting! Would not order from here again!

£5.75 for A portion fries. You can see pictures for me too expensive. Even though they gave me a bit extra on top Nelly 6 quid. For some chips, Just wanted to try. Luckily I didn't have a meal. but with current situation. Living on the budget. not worth, that's my opinion. Ordered two veggie sandwiches on a quiet morning. Two people were assembling the burgers. While the grill was separate for veggie and meat, both members of staff did not bother changing their gloves. One handled bacon before assembling our order and the other handled the meat burger before packing ours! Wow! Wonder if these guys have been trained at all in food safety and hygiene. The EHO needs to look into this.

The staff were rude. They are playing very loud music hence when they are calling my name because I ordered mine online I could not hear them, they made a joke saying “number (my name) if you are not a person maybe you are a number” and all of them were laughing.

I've been in 5xG quite a few times and I think that their burgers, fries and shakes are superb and good value. But today, and this is no criticism of the Bromley branch specifically as it's my local one, for a change I tried the grilled cheese sandwich. Unless Bromley had missed stuff out, it's just a grilled cheese sandwich! Basically like a McMuffin, with a lot of the orange burger cheese in it. Compared to a small burger, utterly not worth it. So just general advice - their burgers are well worth it, fries are the best and shakes a meal in themselves. Just don't bother with the cut-down McMuffin! The five stars are for all the other times I've been Bromley and other branches.

Bodenlose Preise. Über 20 Pound für einen kleinen Burger, ein Getränk und lieblose Pommes. Zudem haben die drei Jungs die dort "arbeiteten" alles aber nicht ihren Job vernünftig gemacht. Versteht mich nicht falsch der Burger war lecker und die Zutaten super frisch, aber das Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt trotzdem vorne und hinten nicht. Der Refill Automat für Getränke ist das einzige was besser im Vergleich zu Macces und BK ist.

Tasty, cos y'know burgers are famously tasty, but obscenely priced for what you get. Best part of £12 for a burger only in a fast food joint slightly better than Maccas, regardless of how many 'free' toppings you get. Like being bent over in a Wendy's. No wonder it's usually empty.

Waited hours for shakes and fries only to receive JUST the fries. Rang them and they don't even pick up! Deliveroo credit received only to cover the cost of the shakes, not including the service fee + delivery fee. Disappointed. Never again!

I ordered after a long day of work looking forward to my food ended up paying £40 for the wrong order and half of my food wasn’t even delivered. I called the shop and got told it was to do with the just eat as I asked how? And what step should I do next the man hung up on me and phone was no longer reachable. Terrible place I do not recommend and I’ll be reach out for a refund

Peter the manager is one of the nicest guys I’ve ever met in a fast food restaurant. Every time I’ve visited he always goes above and beyond to make my visit special. He is a credit to Five Guys. I would go back to this branch over another elsewhere simply because of the manager and the excellent service we receive. Thank you!

Tasty burger with huge amount of chips and unlimited supply of roasted peanuts. Staff are friendly and efficient. Perhaps the only thing that i dislike is the hefty price but what can you do about it.

Got cheeseburger and fries through just eat. Firstly the cheeseburger was phenomenal in flavour. The chips were crunchy. Food came warm but wasn't pipping hot. However, the burger came slightly squashed and slightly soggy but I didn't mind. The chips although crispy were dry. I also had to salt the chips too. They were a generous portion for medium fries so I was happy about that. Overall for the money it could have been better. Better than mcdonalds but still the quality could have been better. Would I get the cheeseburger again? Probably. I'd pass on the fries. Just wasn't for me. My hunger was satisfied though so it wasn't terrible at all.

It is a bit expensive for a burger and chips but it is well worth it.

Usually alright but my last burger from here was pretty darn bland and disappointing. We went in near closing time so it was likely rushed but it really was pretty disappointing compared to usual.

The burgers are as good as they always have been; very good. The price, however, can't really be justified in this day and age. Add to that the lack of meal combinations/deals, and you have yourself a quiet, clinical chain restaurant in the middle of Bromley.

Can't go wrong with a Five Guys burger and chips. Yum

Best burgers in town! Super filling and worth every penny. Our kids love it and finish every last bite too. Go eat there! Pro tip- a little portion of fries is more than enough among 4 people. 2 adults and 2 kids!

Quality and quantity of food is at odds with the atmosphere in the restaurant.

Busy night but staff was friendly and efficient ! Got our food pretty quickly and it was really good. Special kudos to the lovely Italian lady at the till who was really nice and patient with us.

Food was nice, customer service exceptional from Peter - he was very friendly, asked how I was and has a brilliant smile. Definitely hope he is serving when I return!

Took my nephew out for a milkshake...Five Guys do amazing milkshakes. I recommend the Biscoff although my nephew highly rates the salted caramel which was a tad too sweet for me. It was quiet when we went and we were served immediately. Clean and tidy interior. It was a better experience than at McDonald's in our opinion

Not cheap, but well worth it. Really great staff, fantastic tasting burgers, fries not so much, but the jalapeños were SO fresh and the Oreo milkshake was ridiculous! So, so good!

Be prepared to pay a few £'s more than your average burger place, to cater for a family of 4 might reduce the weight of your wallet/purse like a committed weight watcher on slim fast. Long wait but food awsome so worth the wait

Only really ever go to Five Guys for the fries. On every other occasion there's been a bit of a wait but the fries have always been cooked perfectly. First and only time coming to this branch left me disappointed. The staff didn't know if some of the menu items were vegetarian or not and the fries were undercooked. I had to Google the ingredients before ordering. It's a hard sell when the fries cost as much as a whole meal in the majority of other fast food restaurants. The salted caramel milkshake was however on point.

My first time given their milkshake a try, which was absolutely tasty until my stomach started acting up. I am hoping it was something else I had prior to getting the shake. But unfortunately, I feel this will be my last time trying anything from fiveguy's. Apart from the shake upsetting my stomach the staff here where lovely.

Perfect American diner atmosphere with burgers, hot dogs, fries and milkshakes. Fizzy drinks have a wide selection of choice from self serve machines with multiple options for each drink (Dr Pepper comes in Vanilla, Strawberry, Cherry, Cherry Vanilla and origonal) clean and well maintained with speedy service and decently priced. Fries are generously portioned in any size above a small. Only downside would be lack of choice for more picky eaters.

Everyone's always banging on about these burgers so I had to visit innit, being a burger lover n all that!😉 I have to say the service was on point! Polite professional and ready to help with any questions (being a 1st timer) etc! The food! Decent! 💯 Not gonna say it's the best burger I've ever had, but came it pretty close! The prices! Hmmmm now this is the one! Kinda pricey for what your getting TBH and TBF but it is Five Guys I suppose! I went with my small family (4 of us) and paid just over £70. Can I also say, I didn't get a load of extra fries like I've seen people get on online videos in the past so knocking a point off for that😐 The price is not toooooo bad for a meal out but for a few burgers n shakes n fries hmmmm that's debatable 🤔 Anywayyyy! I'd still recommend a visit, DEFO! 💯 BUT, come alone or with a friend you aint paying for 🤣🤣

Dam good chips, its like they are addictve Burgers and dogs are all qreat, but the chips in peanut oil, wow. Service is what you want and the place is clean

Cracking burger and friendly service

Ordered delivery, called them up and gave specific instructions on how I wanted my burger. And they somehow still got the order completely wrong. Funnily the receipt was correct so I’m baffled as too how they managed to get my order wrong when you can clearly see what I wanted. It’s like the staff there are complete planks. If you order delivery from here expect the order to be wrong to avoid feeling the disappointment I felt. And this isn’t the first time Five guys Bromley got my order wrong either.

We went to the Bromley, London branch, and we ordered one cheese burger and one hamburger with a side of regular fries and coke. The burgers were really really good and juicy. I liked that you get to pick your own burger toppings, super helpful if you’re a picky eater. The fries were really good as well, they came in hot and crispy. One order of regular fries is easily enough for two people. As for the drinks, there’s a good variety of sodas based on your personal taste, which I liked. You can also get a refill. All in all, this was such a great experience, we were starving and our craving was satisfied. Will definitely be going there often.

Excellent service, Friendly and helpful staff, food tastes great & free fizzy drinks refills. Definitely worth visiting.

Naughty food. Every Five Guys here is always a treat. The service has always been pleasant. Full on encouragement, to go buy yourself a dirty burger and or hot dog you know you shouldn’t, but you won’t regret!

Clean and spacious eatery. Spent £20 on burger, fries and a biscoff milkshake. The burger was insane, full of onions, salad, mushrooms, gherkins, the lot. It was delicious. The fries were super tasty, skins on, hot and the portion size was huge. I had to take half home. The biscoff milkshake was a meal in itself. I left this place in a food coma. And had another small snack to enjoy later in the evening. Pricey but better than McDonalds and Burger King anyday.

£18.10 paid for my order - Yes only for me. I know five guys to have huge portion of burgers (American Franchise). As I wanted to try their beef hotdogs with grilled onions and bacon, I was expecting this to be atleast bigger that a normal size hotdog sandwich. Unfortunately, the size was small like a happy meal kids size. Bacon burnt, 🥓 , grilled onions I didn't even notice as they don't taste at all. Very disappointing. Their regular fries are soaked in salt. Five guys is overrated, nothing special and hotdog sandwich can be similar to a frankfurters with ordinary cheese. Very Pricey. Never again. I would rather go to Gourmet burgers 5 minutes from their store in Bromley.
