This place is so good to go to while out with your friends my daughter goes there nearly everyday to get chips and specially there food is so good by far best kebab near area and great customer service the longest I had to wait was 20 minutes for a big family order.

My son got a kebab from here. I must say it looked good and tasted lovely 😍

What has happened to this place….used to be amazing. Lady on the phone was lovely, polite and always pleasant. Phoned recently , the girl was rude, swore during conversation. Food missing from order, when I phoned to politely advise missing again, she “f”d and Jeffed, then hung up on me. When I phoned back to talk to manager, she told me his English wasn’t good and he wouldn’t understand, then told him, there is an “f” ing woman on the phone complaining again… nice , not going back, suggest avoiding as the food is not up to standard nor is the service….what a shame.

When in tonight at 9:30 felt a bit bad as it look like they’re just finished cleaning everywhere. Didn’t hesitate to cooking my order the food was absolutely amazing. Didn’t have to wait for long. The staff are very happy and friendly, rather than just standing there waiting for my order in the silence. They asked how my day was we all end up having a good old chat. Made me feel very comfortable to be in there Definitely recommend going there again didn’t take long for the food to be done

So this place food is lovely and very tasty but….the lovely lady appears not to be there as much. A new trainee….rude abrasive, and forgets that customers are on the phone when she is swearing an about them, and hangs up ! This time we had some of our order missing, so I rang to tell them, they replace very quickly, but she argued the fact telling me that she had put it in the bag, when it wasn’t there. I replied I’ve double checked, I can even send you a phot confirming this to which she said “ I’m not f*&((& ing dealing with this and hung up…. When I rang back she then had the cheek to tell me I was rude, and when I asked for the manager , told me he didn’t understand English very well, and with the phone still live, told the staff it was woman effing moaning again….. how to lose business in one swift action. She obviously doesn’t like dealing with people… what a shame, not sure I will be using again

So poor. I was gobsmacked. Small portion for a Large Donna, Salad was old, Salad was brown and had No tomato or onions. Very odd.

I have been working this kebab shop since 2021 and we have lots of costumer very happy.but there some poeple who made some comments are not honest and not real .

Wouldn’t waste your money eating from here. My partner collected our order and brought it home to which the food was just cold, not even warm (we live on the same road so was a VERY short walk) no time for food to go stone cold. We also realised a portion of chips were missing from the order. We called back and we’re told there are no drivers in the area so there is no point sending them to us as it will ruin our meal. The meal was already ruined and inedible. However as these were paid for my partner quickly nipped back to collect them as hopefully they may be warm. When my partner arrived to collect them the men working there were extremely rude and was making out that he lied that there were no chips in the bag. To which my partner said “why would I come back here, leave my meal indoors for the sake of some chips”. They then carried on questioning him asking him why it took him so long to realise there were no chips. My partner told them that he was only there 5 minutes ago and isn’t enough time to go home eat our dinner and come back for the sake of an extra bag of chips. Instead of apologising for the inconvenience and missing this from our order they refused to take my partners word for it and accusing him of making it all up. Just to get a bag of chips out of them, really disappointing. However more fool us as we should have looked up the reviews before hand, it doesn’t shock me that there are so many poor reviews and reminded us why we stayed away from this kebab shop in the first place.

Food is great. staff are rude and refuse to deliver. Used to spend 40+ per week. Avoid there's plenty of other kebab places to eat.

In these times you would expect better service and manor's from the staff. Absolutely rude. Food was delivered warm at best. Was spending £40+per order. We collected to avoid poor delivery. Still rude and sadly average food for the price. There's plenty more kebab shops available. Avoid this one.

Does the job, well cooked food and great service. Meat is always fresh and nice. Been a customer for 6 years and never had a bad meal.

I had an amazing donner wrap, the chilli sauce was beautiful the meat was cooked fresh by the gentleman behind the counter and everything was perfect I really enjoyed it.

Lady over phone was extremely rude. Received food and was stone cold. Called up to speak to same lady. She said that there was nothing wrong with our order and told us we we lying about our food being cold. Take away, more like microwave meal. They wouldn’t even offer a refund or anything! Said they couldn’t do nothing. I had to heat my £40 meal in the microwave. Cheesy chips so cold cheese didn’t even start to melt. Absolutely diabolical service. Not buying here again. Go elsewhere!!!

Visited today for the first time in 15 years due to moving out of area. Staff were really friendly and food was one of the best kebabs I have had in a while. Would highly recommend I had a chicken doner and chips.

I ordered chicken Shish with salad and no onion. I asked in the notes for burger sauce. I got no salad, no sauce and 3 over cooked pieces of chicken in an empty pitta bread. I was charged £8.50 for the pleasure. I immediately rang the delivery guy who refused to return and take my order back. The awkward woman in the shop who I spoke to on the phone also refused me a refund. You would have to be mad to order from this place

Disgusting service. Poor quality and very poor value for money. Refused refund after incorrect order. Over cooked. Small portions. Very unhelpful. Driver out right refused to return to collect incorrect order, when he only delivered 2 minutes previously. Woman on phone made excuses and refused to refund. 3 pieces of chicken and an empty pitta bread for £8.50

Always excellent quality, generous servings and still reasonably priced. Would recommend 100%.Also it was ready to collect just 15 mins after I phoned.

You go to shop and buy take away for the family. You go home start eating and you see hair on the food and my daughter finds an dead spider in the kebab bread starts to screaming, you are very angry picking up everything and going to shop looking for some answers, apology, sorry, instead specially one person swears at you in Turkish, being extremely rude. NOT RECOMMENDED ZERO REVIEW. Extremely disappointed. I will never ever go there again and will stop friends going too.

Food I got was OK. But since when did a large shish not come with a pitta bread? Couldn't be bothered to drive back round. Moral of the story, check your order before you leave.

It's a shame to give this place 2 stars. The food is good and reasonably priced but I'll not be using them again as for some reason they are completely unable to get the orders correct. 4 times I've used them and 4 times they've got it wrong. I don't want a discount next time, I don't want to drive back up there and have it put right,i just want the kebab and fillings I asked for in the first place. Sheeeesh....

Awful .. ordered at 11:35 they said it would take a maximum of 45 minutes to arrive (10 minute drive from my house).Called 45 minutes after order placed as still not received, they said it will take 45 minutes I said I’ve already waited that long they then said that the driver has only just arrived to deliver. 1hr 20mins after originally ordered my food turned up... STONE COLD! And wasn’t even offered a discount or refund!! Extremely appalled with the service!

Made a big order for the first time, went to collect it, hot home and half of it was missing. Called back and they didn’t care at all.

I ordered at 6:30 was told a 45 mintue waiting time. 8:30 came along and still no delivery. I tried to call about 20 times but kept getting user busy. Wondering if it had been shutdown I drove to see what was happening. When I went in the man said “oh I have just sent it out, he’s on his way”. I’m not sure if they had just forgotten it or if it was true but it was quite poor. About 30 minutes later the greasy reheated poor excuse of food turned up. Soggy, cool and thick with grease. Never again.

Had a battered sausage after work while waiting for the bus £1.70 not bad price but could be cheaper as I didn't have chips. Batter lovely but sausage was meh not the best. But filled a little gap till I got home x x x

I thought this place had turned a corner, how wrong I could be!!!! Missing chips, the chips we did get weren’t well done, as requested. No mayo as ordered. Wrong drink delivered. When the other chips did turn up, it was half hour later, we’d eaten our food by then!! Rude staff on phone as well. It’s the second time they’ve mucked up!! Poor poor poor!!!!

We're about 20 minute drive away but would rather travel for these kebab wraps as they beat our local kebab shops hands down. They are HUGE and so tasty!

Since been under new management the food is terrible the chips are like frozen chips that have been cooked over and over again,the chicken has no flavour and the pitta breads are like cupboard we won't be ordering there again.

Great food as everything is made fresh and excellent service both proficient and speedy. Polite staff very friendly and efficient they go out of their way to serve each customer to the best of their ability. Very clean and the guys there take great pride in keeping their place tidy.

I ate here with my dad yesterday and their meat was really fatty and I now have food poisoning, we suspect it is from here but this is the first time we have had a bad experience from here.

Has recently gone under new management. "Come Back Steve!" This place used to be brilliant; the best kebab place around. Now - not very good at all. Bought a large "mixed" kebab the other week. Crap! Cold, soggy and full of congealed fat! Never again.

Este lugar ha cambiado su nombre a kebabs de Sultan. Vamos una vez a la semana y nos encanta. Lo que me gusta particularmente es que bajo petición separan la carne de su ensalada en una caja y luego poner thepitta por separado así que no todo pasada cuando llegue a casa. Siempre hay cola y preferiría en coche de esta casa es que el de oxted.

New Management have now improved this kebab outlet. 5* hygiene rating. Definitely worth another visit.
