I had chicken small box sweet sour chicken with egg fried rife and side vegetables sprig rolls for my late lunch - I spend around 7£ and portion was dissent - it was worth it every penny

Food and service is very good and the staffs are so friendly loved it 😘

From where can i start 🤩 ...?! Been there with family yesterday as it was a rush hour and everything was perfect and on time . Super fast and amazing service , warm welcoming and smiley faces , these guys love their job and they are very professional. The portions are huge and food is very delicious, super clean space , super clean toilets which is rare in London these days ! Thank you so much guys! we really appreciate it and we will definetely come back ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 🫡

Horrible experience, there was a girl working on Wednesday 26 of March 2025 around 2:30 pm that took our order, my friend went to order first meanwhile I was just looking , there was no queue so no needed to rush. she asked what size I wanted, and I told her I didn’t know I’m just looking just finish with my friend first. she didn’t care and just kept staring and kept asking “what size for you?” I kept saying just finish with my friend first but she was really rude she just kept staring at me. so I order the same thing , all the time she had a really bad attitude towards us, the experience was really unpleasant and felt like she just wanted to rush so she can sit down with her phone because the local was empty besides a table behind us . She needs some customers skills, she doesn’t know how to communicate and makes the experience uncomfortable

I was surprised about the quality of the food. It is amazing. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. The manager and the chef who were in the store showed a love for their job and made me feel special. I will definitely come back with my friends for lunch

I have been to the bromley branch four time and each time the food gets worse, it's either overcooked (dry and burnt) or undercooked (raw vegetables) and taste nothing like other chopstix. Considering chopstix is a franchise I would expect consistently across all branches like Lewisham, Luton and Central London.

Place always tidy and good service

I didn’t like the fact that the food is not that warm and served sort of cooked one. Overall experience was not that great and never stepped into this restaurant again

Staff was great and the food absolutely beautiful.Much better than cocoro The place is spotless and well ventilated. Miles away from kokoro. its still leas than 9£ for a full box 3 types of good meat not beaks and cartilage like the cheap alternative. Highly recommend.

Andrea is definitely a 5star, she is very smiley and helpful even though the service element of Chopstix is quick and short. She is an asset to the owners. The only reason I have given this review a 3 star is because of the manager (big guy with beard). He was unnecessarily abrupt and unfriendly, made my daughters feel uncomfortable, probably a busy day. Overall, Andrea, we will be back because of you! Food was good.

Great food, absolutely delicious food and services

I had an extremely disappointing and disturbing experience at Chopstix Bromley. I encountered **racism** during my visit, which is completely unacceptable in any establishment. To make matters worse, I found **hair and nail clippings in my food**, which was absolutely disgusting and unsanitary. When I raised these issues with the manager, instead of addressing my concerns professionally, he was *rude, aggressive, and dismissive**. He even had the audacity to suggest that I should leave and go to **McDonald's**, which is shocking behavior from someone in a customer-facing role. This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. I will not be returning, and I strongly urge others to avoid this place as well.

I came in with the intention of leaving a good review for the amazing staff who served us very well when I saw the reviews recently posted by other people I went today around 5-5:30 to have a meal with my husband and witnessed a the scene where the customer did not respect other customers and the staff raised their voice telling the manager to shut up countless times and when he ran out of arguments he said that the food has a blinding taste false statement bearing in mind that we eat the same food I warmly recommend this food place and staff of grade 10

If I could give zero stars, I would. My recent visit to Chopstix Bromley was hands down the worst dining experience I’ve ever had, thanks to the appallingly rude and unprofessional manager. From the moment my partner and I stepped through the door, we were treated with disrespect, receiving nothing but sorry looks. It’s hard to ignore the fact that we were the only people of colour in the shop. The manager – dressed in all black, parading around like he’s above everyone – did nothing to assist his overwhelmed staff as they struggled to deal with long queues. Instead, he spent his time strutting about, watching like a dictator while the employees struggled. When we finally sat down to eat, the food was dreadful. Dry, burnt, and tasteless – an absolute waste of money. Trying to make the best of a bad situation, we focused on our conversation, only to have the manager aggressively click his fingers at me, demanding I move my feet. When I politely asked him to address me more respectfully, he responded by waving his hands mockingly in the air and sarcastically saying, “What do you want me to do, this?” My partner intervened, and what followed was unbelievable. The manager approached us in a rush, grabbed our tray, dumped our food, and got uncomfortably close, completely invading our personal space. At that point, we had no choice but to leave. This was not just a bad dining experience – it was a humiliating, degrading encounter that should never happen in any establishment, let alone one with a manager who clearly lacks any semblance of professionalism or basic human decency. If you value your dignity, avoid this place at all costs. DONT GO HERE.

love the salt and pepper chicken, the fried rice didn't have much flavour but it was aright

I love these types of places such a good concept for fast but flavorful food. Pick your box size Pick your noodles or rice Pick your toppings (chinese style chicken is divine) And take a seat. Staff was a tad slow i thought and the back and forth to pick your food is a bit clunky given you have to lean through the queue of people behind you then walk back up to till. I would rethink the position of the till. Other than that it was a nice lunch for my daughter and myself.

This place is hit and miss. Salt and pepper chicken was nice, but there’s no vegetables in the “vegetable noodles”, and the “egg fried rice” was plain brown rice. False advertising at its best, and for the price that isn’t good

I visited this place for the first time and I can honestly say that I was surprised by the kindness of the employees, Andreea explained everything I needed to know about how things work and the food was really delicious, I opted for a medium box and a mell it was more than sufficient at a very good price, I will definitely come back!🙂

I ordered, then worried after ready the reviews. Needless to say, I shouldn’t have worried. The food was lovely. It was still hot and I like the way the packaging kept the two different meats separate from the noodles. The spring rolls were nice and the prawn crackers. I’d definitely order from here again. I really enjoyed the salt and pepper chicken. Although the delivery time kept going up initially, it only took maybe 30 minutes to arrive from my order time. A very enjoyable lunch

The service is quite fast, the food is delicious, although they don't serve the "Firecracker-chicken". They have great seating for eating in. They're also halal.

I had a very disappointing experience with Andy (short chubby guy) who is the manager at this shop. He was extremely unprofessional, ignoring delivery drivers and speaking with his colleagues in Romanian. Last week Friday, he told a delivery driver to wait three minutes for one order, but ended up making him wait over seven minutes while he continued chatting with his colleagues. When the driver reminded him of the delay, Andy became frustrated, refused to hand over the order, and shouted “I told you to wait for it.” He even threatened physical violence, and arrogantly stated “What are you going to do? I’m the manager." When we attempted to confirm his name the next day to report him, he was not present. An employee named Elena mentioned his name but was unsure. On a subsequent visit, Andy refused to display his name badge, aware that we intended to report him. He confronted us saying "Get out this is my shop. You can’t report me, only I can report you. You guys work for me." This is inaccurate, as we are self-employed and work for Uber, not for him, the only people that work for him are the employed people in that shop. Even if this was his shop he shouldn’t treat drivers this way we are trying to do our job and deliver food on time. If Andy continues to act this way, we will collectively refuse to deliver from this location and make sure no one delivers from this place. He needs to fix his attitude if he does not want this situation to escalate.
