Waiting for 10 minutes in queue so far and only 2 people in front of me, lots of customers have walked out, you are losing business at this site due to very very slow staff

I visited this place for the first time and I can honestly say that I was surprised by the kindness of the employees, Andreea explained everything I needed to know about how things work and the food was really delicious, I opted for a medium box and a mell it was more than sufficient at a very good price, I will definitely come back!🙂

I was blown away by the service at Bromley Chopsticks. Andreea was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and offered excellent recommendations. She made me feel like VIP.Truly great Service.

I ordered, then worried after ready the reviews. Needless to say, I shouldn’t have worried. The food was lovely. It was still hot and I like the way the packaging kept the two different meats separate from the noodles. The spring rolls were nice and the prawn crackers. I’d definitely order from here again. I really enjoyed the salt and pepper chicken. Although the delivery time kept going up initially, it only took maybe 30 minutes to arrive from my order time. A very enjoyable lunch

The service is quite fast, the food is delicious, although they don't serve the "Firecracker-chicken". They have great seating for eating in. They're also halal.

I had a very disappointing experience with Andy (short chubby guy) who is the manager at this shop. He was extremely unprofessional, ignoring delivery drivers and speaking with his colleagues in Romanian. Last week Friday, he told a delivery driver to wait three minutes for one order, but ended up making him wait over seven minutes while he continued chatting with his colleagues. When the driver reminded him of the delay, Andy became frustrated, refused to hand over the order, and shouted “I told you to wait for it.” He even threatened physical violence, and arrogantly stated “What are you going to do? I’m the manager." When we attempted to confirm his name the next day to report him, he was not present. An employee named Elena mentioned his name but was unsure. On a subsequent visit, Andy refused to display his name badge, aware that we intended to report him. He confronted us saying "Get out this is my shop. You can’t report me, only I can report you. You guys work for me." This is inaccurate, as we are self-employed and work for Uber, not for him, the only people that work for him are the employed people in that shop. Even if this was his shop he shouldn’t treat drivers this way we are trying to do our job and deliver food on time. If Andy continues to act this way, we will collectively refuse to deliver from this location and make sure no one delivers from this place. He needs to fix his attitude if he does not want this situation to escalate.

Andrea was very nice and efficient with her services. I appreciated the hospitality. Will be sure to visit again soon.

Unhappy with this order it was freezing cold I had to put it in the microwave and it was ruined not happy and Iv asked for a refund and Iv been ignored

I came in today to hope to receive some nice Chinese food but I didn’t I’m a professional chef and know all he did with those noodles is put a little salt and soy sauce with it and the rice also is egg soy sauce and salt and pepper the man behind the counter 1. Learn how to cook 2. When you scratch your balls wash your hands after no hygiene what so ever after I saw that I threw my food away and left what a waste of £30

Recently ordered from Chopstix in Bromley and had a great experience. Food was great and was served quickly. Service was great. I was a little concerned after reading some of the comments. They must have taken them onboard and improved massively. Will definitely come back. Thanks

The concept of building your own box is great, but there's no noticeable difference between the large and extra large sizes—the only difference seems to be an additional topping, with the overall quantity of food remaining the same. The service is friendly and prompt, and most importantly, the place is clean and tidy. It's decent for a quick grab.

Terrible customer service even though there was no one in the restaurant. The food wasn’t bad but did not have many options. They did not have any change and when they finally got the change, they did not give the right amount back it was 50 pence short. The woman with the neck tattoo served me and my friend and was so horrible to him asked him for change to give to me then made him pay full price for his own meal. The tables were all dirty and as the employees did not clean them. As I said before they were sitting around not doing anything so there was no reason for the dirty tables and when I asked them to wipe it they were very ignorant and rude saying that they would do it later but never got around to doing it so my friends and I had to move seats.

4hrs into the day they are not doing anything and is definitely not ready for customers, the staff is rude and ignorant and when I payed with a 10pound note the staff said they had no change so they couldn't give any money back. They are also not sanitary as they cough and sneeze in their hands without gloves and then touch food. I recommend not coming here as it is a waste of time and money

I ordered beef teriyaki, and paid extra for it but didn’t receive it. Instead found a note on the receipt that they didn’t have more beef. No reimbursement or compensation given. Very disappointed with Chopstix Noodle bar. Not a good first experience.

Well I was ordering my food with my wife and 3 kids the manager came out no where and told me I should put my voice down while I was not loud at all. We all ate piss of to be honest. He actually someone shouldn’t be in charge anywhere it specially a restaurant. Note. The Manager a bit chubby Eastern Europe looks.

Not great, everything served here is literally the same colour (beige). The fried rice are rock hard grains as well. Service was bad - I asked for a diet pepsi and the answer was - we are out of diet pepsi - I said I can see you have a whole fridge full of cans of diet pepsi behind the counter? The answer was a surly "no, those are for delivery only". It was a special kind of stupidity to not sell the drinks that you do have in stock. So asked for a lemonade instead - and was then given a bottle of lemon tea. I gave up at this point. But we ain't coming back here.

I used to go to this Chopstix as it was in my hometown, but I've noticed quite a few changes, but it doesn't please me one bit. 1) they used to accept an app where you can gain points in order to get money off your next order. Which they no longer do. 2) they have changed their opening and closing times. This is such a shame as I enjoyed going there once in a while. I do hope that in the near future, they will get these issues resolved, but I'm not holding out much hope.

amazing service. especially for a fast food restaurant. in particular a lovely girl called andreaa who was so helpful and attentive. would definitely recommend. very attentive with allergies, ensuring food was fresh and dealing with the rush of people so well! props to her and the other young lady and team along side her on 01/05/2024 at 5:30pm.

I've been there last Friday with my husband and my kids. Such a lovely space ,warm welcoming and nice atmosphere . We really enjoyed the food and kindness,especially from the manager in charge (Andi) .He found time to explain to us everything as it was our first time in Chopstix and one of my kids has allergy. Just got the best service from the team. Andrea was so welcoming, she understood it was my first time ordering and she helped me with the allergy specifications for all the menu options and was very patient with me as i called my children to ask what they wanted. I will be visiting again soon and making online orders too 😋

It was my first time trying chopstix and I was unsure on what to get as it was my first time but Andreea saved the day. She recommended what to get and I had the beef teriyaki box as a meal with tango, some spring rolls, salt n pepper chicken and some more food which was all so lovely and mouthwatering the best food I’m telling you and the price is so worth it. When you go to chopstix don’t feel shy or unsure because staff who are kind and want you to have the best experience such as Andreea will help you. Honestly I am forever coming back to chopstix Bromley the best one !!!

Went to get some food to bring home yesterday as it was Chinese New Year, the girl who served me didn’t really know much about Chinese food,she gave me chicken pieces when she said they were spare ribs, on top of some cold noodles and also chicken again when she said it was salt and pepper ch, no taste of salt or pepper at all, as I come from Hong Kong I know my Chinese food well, don’t waste your money here.

Have had an enjoyable dinner with my family at Chopstix today. All the foods are delicious. My son thinks they are awesome. The staff are super kind and friendly. The eating area is lovely and clean. One of the best part of eating in Chopstix is all the foods are ready and can be served immediately(which are also freshly made), this saved us a lot of waiting time. Will visit again.
