The staff and manager here are amazing! Very attentive and polite, especially with my daughters.

I onlly got one capri-sun when I ordered two kids meal. The drink you select comes with the meal

Food was delivered cold, came by bicycle not motorcycle! Ordered an “Adam’s Family”kids meal - didn’t get apple slices but MORE chips ( we were drowning in chips!) Capri Sun ordered Apple & blackcurrant got orange. The receipt lists the order in detail, why can’t the staff follow that???

Is it normal for staff in burger joints to use their hands without gloves to pick up onion rings, buns etc. when making burgers? this is what I saw rather off putting. Burger was super bland, had the memphis bbq beef burger. Communication with staff is a struggle. I won't be returning.

my meal deal should of come with Ben and jerrys ice cream that has not arrived, however the refund request process doesn't list the iteams individually so can only request a refund for the whole order!!

When I went into Burger King, it was infested with flys, the tables not even cleaned and also infested with spiders upstairs closed and the food was too hot.

Absolutely DREADFUL customer service! None of the staff know anything and they are all extremely rude. They owe me a refund and have still yet to give it to me. It’s been over a month now. All the “positive” reviews on here are Fake. Probably done by the staff members themselves

I ordered a Family bundle and have not received the ice cream, nor a burger. I allowed the delivery guy who initially arrived and after giving him the order number gave me a meal of chicken nuggets and fries which was not my order. He went back to Burger King and still came back with the incorrect order! My receipt literally states ice included! It is very clear that you are employing people who cannot read

Food took over 90 minutes to arrive and when it did, it was all stone cold!! Will not be ordering from Burger King again

The onion rings were hard like a rock. I have eaten Burger King nany times and this us the first time I have to maje a complaint about thr onion rings. They were cooked and to become so hard like thst they must have been reheated.

I paid £26 altogether for them to forget my 20 chilli cheese bites and my burger and chips were cold!! Not happy paying that much to be missing items and the food that did come was cold!
