Recieved cold fries an whopper

I paid £26 altogether for them to forget my 20 chilli cheese bites and my burger and chips were cold!! Not happy paying that much to be missing items and the food that did come was cold!

Food was really good and I got extra onions and tomatoes I asked for well done Burger King from a happy customer!🙂😎👍🏻

The lady attending to me was so rude, I was given a different order from what I ordered , after calling thier attention to it they just dumped cold double cheese on the burger , with no apology . Ridiculous

The food was cold and the chicken strips were as hard as a rock.

I order Double duo which comes with two burgers and only got one delivery time was ok but this is the second time

they forgot my chicken fries, after calling up I had to return to collect and I was told I would ALSO get onion rings as an apology, when I arrived in store the manager (who refused to give his name) pretended to not understand me, then said I could only get onion rings OR chicken fries, then accused me of lying, after a long dispute I finally got my meal DO NOT go here, place is run by cheapskates who don’t even wear gloves, manager is rude and cheap, hygiene is horrible and staff are worse Just go to the McDonald’s down the road

I had an amazing experience coming to burger king! I normally come here on my breaks from work to get my lunch and the staff are always so polite and smiley which always makes me want to come back. Definitely recommend coming here to get something to eat!! :))

The staff on the day I visited were very unhelpful, could not/would not show me how to redeem points using the app as it was my first time redeeming. Ended up ordering and have it patch through to send my order to penge! They were completely uninterested in helping me to cancel so 6 vegan chicken royales went to waste and I lost 1800 reward points. Safe to say I will never buy food at burger king ever again!
