The best restaurants serving Fast food food in England

The lady serving called my number then turned her back and chatted to a friend whilst i tried to ask for some tomato sauces. I gave up and went home where i discovered she hadnt bothered to correctly put everything in the bag. Great stuff, fast easy food turned into an unnecessary hassle from lazy workers.

I would like to bring to your attention an ongoing issue with the drive-thru service at your McDonald's location. While I have no complaints about the food or the staff's demeanor, I have noticed a concerning pattern with the right-hand side service speaker taking precedence over the left-hand side speaker. On multiple occasions, I have found myself waiting an unreasonable amount of time at the left-hand speaker while vehicles that arrived after me at the right-hand speaker were served first. This preferential treatment is not only frustrating but also unfair to those who arrive first. I understand that operational efficiency is crucial, but prioritizing one side of the drive-thru over the other creates an inequitable experience for customers. I kindly request that you address this matter and ensure that all customers are served in a fair and timely manner, regardless of which speaker they use.

Slow service ate my McFlurry while I waiting for my food otherwise would’ve sat there and melted. Tea went cold before food arrived

Como SIEMPRE artículos que faltan en mi orden de entrega de Uber! ! Pasó entre Maccys y Uber en cuanto a quién asumirá la responsabilidad! , y ahora ni siquiera reembolsarán más “bajo pólizas”... aunque no dirán cuáles son las “políticas”! ! ROBO REAL!

¡Los miembros incompetentes del personal no pueden armar un pedido simple, cuando la comida llegaba fría! No se incluyeron pajitas ni chapuzones (aunque comprados) Falta más de un cuarto de nuestro pedido completo!

I wouldn't suggest ordering from here. I ordered 9.55am may 25th 2024 and my food arrived 1 hour 13 minutes later. A Similar thing happened yesterday and a friend of mine ordered yesterday and waited 90 minutes for their food. It's like £8 now for delivery for waiting over an hour. It's ridiculous. This is a small town. Not a big city.

Disappointing Experience at McDonald’s (Again!) I’m honestly tired of visiting McDonald’s only to find that half the menu isn’t available—AGAIN. I went in today hoping to grab a milkshake, but surprise, surprise, they weren’t available (for what feels like the 100th time). It’s becoming a joke. It’s not just the milkshakes either. Other items were unavailable too. What’s the point of a menu if you never have the items? Very frustrating and definitely not worth the trip. McDonald’s needs to seriously get it together. Won’t be returning anytime soon.

Mientras que la mayoría de los KFC en Nottingham parecen carecer de elementos del menú, por ejemplo, una sorprendente falta de salsa, me sorprendió gratamente encontrar que Nuthall KFC tenía todo lo que quería en mis visitas. Combina eso con un lugar limpio y personal amable, tienes lo que yo diría que podría ser en el mejor KFC en Notts.

£17... I ordered a child's burger..(3 burgers) no sauce, nothing.. Bacon burger XXL... freezer cold.. the girl was rude..did not wear gloves.. I demand a refund! This is an insult to landfill! I call 12 times.. they hung up, EVERY time! disgusting food, disgraceful 'customer service'!

First time in years since I last visited a BK. NEVER AGAIN!!!! The floor was filthy, with scattered chips everywhere, and so were the two tables and seats - I had to ask the cleaning girl to assist - she wiped the tables and didn't bother with the seats or floor. That in itself should have rung alarm bells - if the customer areas are so bad, what kind of hygiene is there at the back???? Stupid me for not running a mile. I ordered a double burger with no onions and no bun, plus chilli cheese balls. It was put in a box with two disposable forks, server girl said they had no disposable knives. I opened the box and found lots of onion slices on top, which I discarded. Tasted OK. It was THE ONLY FOOD I HAD ALL DAY - no snacks and just water to drink. Left, went home, went to bed much later. Got woken up at 4 am by EXCRUCIATING ABDOMINAL CRAMPS, feeling SWEATY and NAUSEOUS. Went to the toilet. What came out of the bottom is indescribable. Went back to bed, same again after 1 hour. Again, and again, and again. It hasn't stopped YET (14:30 now). ABSOLUTELY ONE TO AVOID. WHERE ARE THE HYGIENE INSPECTORS? THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.

No queue, hardly any cars in car park, not busy. Used drive in, ordered bucket of hot wings and a drink. Moved round to second window. After few minutes asked to wait in car park even though no cars behind me. Waited over twenty minutes, still no food. Went back into drive in and explained to young blond girl that I had waited twenty minutes, could wait no longer and asked for a refund. She went to get another girl to process the refund who, without even looking at me or facing me, said in a very aggressive voice "it was only six minutes and if I did not stop complaining (which I was not) she would not give me a refund". She processed my refund, almost threw the card at me then slammed the shutter closed so hard I thought it would break. Appalling service. I will not use again. My credit card statement which I used to pay, proves the timings.

Normally great, today, awful. Waited 20 minutes for food as they were prioritising outside orders rather than people stood infront of them and then just left our food sat on the side for more than 5 minutes going cold!

Stopped off to grab a quick dinner for wife and son. Got my son a kids bucket but there was only 1 fillet and a sundae. No fries, they didn’t put his drink in either. Tried to call but as you can expect no answer.

I’ve just been Macdonalds in Whitehaven , sat in drive through land for about 6 mins with no other cars waiting only me !!! Then ordered two plain cheese burgers for my kids with diet cokes and a big tasty meal to be told we don’t sell big tasty tonight just mc chicken crispy eye ok one of them be fine . Got to till cost me 14.69 got food it was stone cold freezing cold and that’s not exasperated it was really cold then my girls plain cheese burgers were not plain cheese they had dressing on them witch is ridiculous really got my mc crispy out the box it was cold and had no mayonnaise just lettuce box was ripped as well looked like the box had been kicked round the floor while waiting t the window for my food the lad was standing scratching him self down his trousers abit silly really considering the nature of the industry ridiculous Bring back Lee green the old manager standards now since he’s been gone are shocking place is embarrassing rip off so I spent 15 quid and it all went in the bin JOKE a refund would be nice and as for the large fries I no this is a joke as they were all laffing about 6 freezing g cold crunchy fries in a box
