KFC in Nottingham

Absolutely dreadful after queuing for 17 min in the drive through they tell me 18 min wait for chicken and don’t even offer any food or drink for wait it’s below 1 star the food was terrible under cooked and taste horrible Diet Coke was flat as a pan cake

DISGUSTING. We ordered BBQ Tower burger MEALS which included fries and a drink as well as the burgers. However, what we received was two plain tower burgers and no fries! We phoned this branch and the guy we spoke to COULDN'T HAVE CARED LESS! He told us to come in and then put the phone down. If we'd have been able to come in we wouldn't have ordered it for delivery would we?! So the staff are that incompetent to mess this order up so completely and couldn't even be bothered to send us what we've paid for!!! DISGUSTING AND DISGRACEFUL SERVICE. Will never go there again.

At they are consistently poor. Staffed by people that failed their McDonald's exams. No hot drinks as normal, I do prefer Kfc to McDonald's but not when I can't get a coffee with the food or it comes cold and squashed.

We ordered a chicken bucket but when we got it, it was cold. I did not expect this from KFC. Definitely will not visit again.

Nearly fell over walking in. Floor was so slippy but not overly wet like they'd greased it. Went to the toilet and could hardly stay upright floor was so slippy. All vacant tables hadnt been cleaned since the previous patron had thrown half their meal across it and the seats. Worst part was that i really wanted a meal with a nice fizzy drink, but KFC now have no fizz that's not full of artificial sweetner. These chemicals make me and countless others very ill. The only upside was that the lady who served us was very helpful with checking the ingredients and then allowing me to consume my own drink in the restaurant (weak squash). Alas the lack of a sweet flavoured drink ruined the whole meal. I think the fizzy drink helps to make the food more palatable. Without that it was really bland. Certainly not worth the price.

We stopped by for a quick meal while headed back after a day of sight-seeing. Cost was very economical, and food better than I thought.

I live close by and am never surprised by the consistent lack of speed and lack of food, whenever we go through the drive thru it will take atleast half an hour even if you find out from the window that they are out of chicken, staff are nice but are very slow, would avoid at all costs!

Ordered (not so mighty) bucket, disappointed, as the chicken pieces were a tiny wing and a drumstick, the chips were horrible and only a few not worth £8.49. Original Kfc has definitely gone!

Classed as a fast food restaurant pfffft 6 cars in drive thru took 30 minutes just to get to order then 10 minutes to give us the food which the meat was cold and inedible. , The staff looked disinterested in what they was doing, standing around and smiling when looking at the queue of traffic, kfc you've lost me and my family as customers, never again.

Went through the drive through ordered a 12 piece boneless box meal no corn on the cob for sides ok had beans instead went to collection window staff at the window obviously didn’t want to be there never said a word just held bag at the car went home no large popcorn in the meal so didn’t even get wot paid for not going back there again was fuming with the place worst kfc ever

Waited 2 hours for an order and when I’ve tried to contact the restaurant nobody picks up the phone Absolutely terrible and a disgrace for the brand

KFC is our family's favourite Restaurant but this time We are very disappointed.We ordered two times party bucket which our favourite item last week it was too salty then before .

Ordered the food at 17:30 for a delivery at 18:35 food arrived 40 minutes late at 19:15. The food was cold and had to be binned waste of £39

This is the worst fast food restaurant I have ever been to in my life. Was in the drive through for 25 mins before they decided to tell me they only had wings and burgers. Once in the drive through you cannot get out. No signs no nothing to tell drivers that’s all they have before they get in the 30 min queue to be served. Staff are useless and unapologetic. Every visit to this establishment has been dreadful, the service horrendous and the food cold (that’s when you’re able to get what you actually want). AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!

- card machine not working so had to pay cash - cashier had her mask down and was biting her fingers / touching her lips repeatedly, did not see her wash hands after this before preparing our food - got home and chips were missing - 7up was a dark colour and tasted stale

Don't bother with an online order - @ubereats is useless. Missing items - and KFC refuse to deal with it because it's from a 3rd party. Best to just go and order yourself and check everything is there. It is also an issue when you visit - they are filthy as you can see from previous photos. They have no customer service. Actually, why did I even order from there!>?!!? URGH

El peor kfc o cualquier restaurante de comida rápida que he estado! ! Esperé 35 minutos para dar la vuelta a la unidad, conseguí la comida y estaba helada, entré y habló con la señora que literalmente se rió de mi CARA y dijo: `` Sí, sí, te devolveré tu dinero '', gritó 'reembolso' ( de un lado del lugar a otro) a su gerente y eso fue todo. Sin disculpas no hay nada.

Tried to order food online. Money was taken but they failed to accept the order. I Ended up cancelling the order so no food received. Probably a good thing having read these reviews. Don't bother

Siempre soy fanático de KFC, cuando pensamos en la comida rápida, siempre KFC es nuestra elección familiar de la calle 1, la semana pasada 21/09/19. Le pedí a mis amigos que fueran a KFC a cenar, pero estaba tratando de pedir un cubo de fiesta y un cubo de variedades, Mathew me estaba sirviendo, no entendió lo que estoy tratando de decir, casi 6 veces le dije que no recibo mi pedido correctamente y luego le pregunto a otro miembro del personal, ¿alguien más puede tomar mi pedido por favor? A nadie le importa, le pregunté un par de veces y luego vino otro miembro del personal femenino, ella me miró como si estuviera loca, sin sonrisa, actitud enojada y Logré ordenar y cada vez que el personal femenino mostraba una actitud grosera. ¿Qué tipo de servicio al cliente es este?

Llamé a las 6 de la tarde con un colega para que me llevara comida a casa. Restaurante muy tranquilo, solo tres mesas ocupadas. Dos repartidores de comida esperando en el mostrador para recoger sus pedidos. Tres empleados en el mostrador discutiendo y dando vueltas. Después de permanecer allí ignorados por los tres empleados durante más de 5 minutos, preguntamos si había alguien disponible para tomar nuestro pedido, a lo que la miembro del personal se dio la vuelta y dijo "estamos ocupados". Dejado sin comida, no volverá.

The food was good - hot and tasty. The customer service was also good. The only problem was the cleanliness of the place. It was late evening when we arrived, hardly any cars in the car park and in the building, the bins were overflowing in the car park and in the building. Most of the tables had food residue on them for, they needed wiping over. I don’t whose job it was to clean but the place looked messy.

Ordered a twister wrap and got chicken as filling with nothing else. Returned it and then waited ages before got correct wrap - and that after asking for it! Food was unpleasant and staff need a course in customer service.

We visited this new KFC, because bulwell KFC is terrible. Car parking small but ok. Food was fresh and hot, freshly cooked fries.

Se planificó una parada rápida en el camino a casa, pero esto no iba a ser. . . . después de sentarse en el camino a través de q detrás de 3 autos durante 20 minutos, aunque no se haya servido a nadie dentro. Llegó a la ventana para esperar otros 4 minutos para dar orden, ya que necesitaba servir algo de comida. Dio orden y gire a la vuelta de la esquina para encontrar los 3 autos sentados esperando comida, espere otros 10 minutos para que coman. Iré a Bulwell la próxima vez.Nota para Mgr: es viernes por la noche a las 5 pm, quizás 2 empleados no sean adecuados para manejar más de 2 autos por 1/2 hora.

Was here at 7.45 Friday eve...long queue of people waiting more than 15 mins for their food, took more than five mins for someone to take my order. No staff over 25 insight and total chaos. Customers were in uproar at lack of service, young lad who served me lacked any customer skills and didn’t seem to care. Restaurant generally messy. Food not that hot when eventually delivered....one of the worst KFC’s I’ve been to......!

Came here for a meal, asked for gravy. “Sorry no gravy” just like every time we come, then I ask for a burrito, “sorry we’ve ran out of wraps”... THEN we ask for a rice box, and yep you guessed it. THEY DONT HAVE ANY OF THEM EITHER...

Popped in as I didn't fancy the hotel that night, just something quick and KFC fits the bill for that every time. Served quick, order was spot on and nothing to moan about - well done!

I when though the drive though, on,y to be informed by a sign at the order window “contactless was down” no problem I can put my card in, but the guy then tells me there are no card payments! Oh wonderful now I can’t order because I don’t have any cash. But that’s not the end of it, now I have to wat in a drive though que for almost 20! Minutes while they serve other customers before I can leave. Wasting not only my time but my petorl. And it’s not the first time it’s happened. Why a big sign can’t but put up before you actually entre the drive though is beyond me. I wouldn’t waste my time again

Went for a quick meal on way to visit a bereaved relative omg what a mess! Tables and floors covered in discarded food and rubbish seats and tables sticky! Was there 40 mins and did not see any staff cleaning . Menu screens not working so not a clue what to order as not a regular customer- no help from staff so had to Google menu online. Staff uniforms dirty and unkempt Order didn't take long and server was friendly didn't see her name but when sat down partner found his to be wrong so went back to counter , explained and staff ignored him . After 5 mins sat down and ate what he's got before it went cold- actually my burrito was nice- then went back to counter to ask again and yes he's been given wrong order. Manager took him to one side and apologised saying lots of technical problems that night. Gave us a note for a free meal at our local kfc in chesterfield so hope they honor it. Would no way go to this shop again , even the plants outside are dead!

Twice I’ve visited this place, I thought the first one might be a blip but both times my order has been wrong

Friendly staff but the uniforms was very dirty and they look unkept, very off putting when dealing with food..., nice new place, not go out my way to go again. Food not very hot seemed soggy chips this time

We waited in the queue (with no escape possible due to the cars behind us) for over half an hour before they even took our order. By the time we eventually reached the pay/collection point we were told... you guessed it, yet more delays because they hadn't put enough burgers on. We asked to speak to the manager and were met with an almost entirely disinterested young woman who attributed the fantastic wait to being short staffed. No resolution was offered. We left, still hungry.

My husband picked a kfc I had a filet tower meal. The bread was hard and when I looked inside the bread was black and mouldy.... so it went straight in the bin. Will be visiting tomorrow to show them what they are serving!!!! Nasty food from here.

I promised my three year old grandson a trip to KFC after we'd been shopping last Saturday. We popped in and spent the rest of the weekend wishing we had not bothered. The service was very slow. There were plenty of staff members around but they just didn't seem to want to be productive. I placed our order and waited, eventually we got served and we went to sit at a table. All the tables were dirty and needed to be cleared/cleaned. I asked someone to clean a table and she said she'd assist shortly - about 10 minutes later she arrived with a wet cloth and wiped the table leaving it dripping wet and used nothing but the wet cloth (no cleaning agent). There was food and wrappings, spilt drinks, cups and straws on the floor and the place looked a dirty mess. We ate our food and left as quickly as we could which was cold due to having to wait for the table to be wiped. Unfortunately my grandson was up most of the night vomiting and had the runs the next day! I was left feeling sick all night - not a good experience. We shall not be returning to this branch of KFC again. Unfortunately there was not a manager in sight otherwise I would have made a complaint while I was there.

Following on from chicken gate, when DHL forgot how to deliver, it's happened again. Another Friday evening, another sign on the door and yet again, hardly any food available. This place is a joke. Carry on driving towards notts about 3-4 mins until you reach Maccy D's.

Just waited 18 min at drive through, when mentioned to cashier got told “it’s only me working tonight rest of staff are twating about - just what I wanted to hear!!!!

Just waited over 20 mins in the drive thru with only 3 cars in at the time to be given my meal with virtually click cold fries . To say I was unhappy is an understatement. KFC you need to sort this place out

best KFC I've ever had was lovely and the best gravy by far the gravy tasted lovely was a dark brown color unlike most which are nearly white and wasn't thick like wallpaper paste was runny and delicious

The drive through was ridiculously packed and not moving so decided to go in and order food. Once inside tried to order my food for them to tell me they do not have this they do not have that and then when I finally managed to order we waited half an hour to get our food. To then get home and my order be wrong. Seriously do not recommend this place.

DO not go here Avoid in every way . We have complained after every visit. They concentrated on just eat orders and when they get your wrong or it’s always cold they not interested . Run by kids

This KFC location is so slow, because staff prefer to serve drive through only customers. Customers waiting inside are ignored regularly, until the manager is asked for. It seems to be the practice to offer slow, rude service in most KFC outlets, but this branch takes the mick by turning their back to the queue for over 20 minutes, with no apology and unsurprisingly running out of items.

Every time I have been to this KFC the service has been very poor went here 2 weeks ago and after a 20 min wait the food came got home and half of it was missing. Took it back and got the problem rectified. No sorry at all. Gave them another chance last night and this was also very poor. Again nearly 30 mins for food and my wife's burrito was bearly warm. This product contains rice which is a high risk food if not cooked or reheated correctly.

Stood at the counter for 15 mins without even being acknowledged. I realise places get busy but this was just plain rude. I would love to review the food but i gave up and left. Really poor

First time ordering online for KFC, it arrived on time but was cold and half of it was missing. There is no contact number anywhere to ring them to get it delivered or sorted out.

Been here a few times as i live local and they never seem to get it right.. staff are pleasant but don't seem to follow orders.. no confidence in the drive thru

Ordered via Just Eat. Order was incorrect (missing items, and specific request for no white meat completely ignored). Just Eat wouldn't contact KFC branch to get order corrected (they are just down the road so it wouldn't be hard for them to sort it out) and there is no record of KFC's branch phone number anywhere. So nothing I can do short of packing the kids into the car in their pajamas and driving round there.Which rather defeats the object of a delivery service. Won't be using Just Eat or KFC delivery again.

Been 5 times to this kfc and the staff seem friendly that I've felt with but really slow and had my orders messed up (items missing) always check before you leave

Visited with my wife for an evening take away place was spotless staff were friendly and efficient food was good will definitely call again, good service and facilities deserve praise ,thank you tony

Located on a busy main road, minimal parking and poor quality food, definitely wouldn't recommend for quality, choice,value or accessibility.
