The best restaurants serving Fast food food in England

Everything was fine. Table service But… the music 🎶 (radio) with annoying adverts is so loud!!! Staff were nice and even checked in that all was ok.

Worst mcdonalds I've ever experienced. Only answering one of the drive thru speakers, I let 3 cars on other side go through then I drove round, informed them of the issue. I paid for my order. No apology just it wasn't me... next window I got drinks, and told to park up.....no parking spaces, after 30 mins and cold coffees I went in to get the food, and it was being done, I was only given half my order, I said that's not all of it, and she said what, that's it, I said I've order more, so she went back and was given the rest. Extremely slow. Never again. Whatever there doing isn't working well, very bad service.

This is the 3rd time now the waiting time nobody in restaurant no cues 25 to 30 minutes and customer service and health and safety shocking!!!

KFC – El menú disponible no era lo mismo que el menú en el quiosco, pero se requería usar el quiosco para ordenar: resultando en algo que no se quería ordenar y algo que se pedía no estaba disponible en la colección. Greggs – cerrado. Burger King – no hay refrescos excepto sprite. Otros clientes incapaces de entender los números de pedido – casi pagó para que alguien más comiera mi cena. Debería haber permanecido en la autopista a los siguientes servicios. ¡Al menos los baños estaban limpios!

Great place, handy for a bite to eat when changing from the train to the bus, been here a few times & I must say the place has never let me down. Outside is really clean & tidy which makes it a bit more inviting which is always a plus.. Will not hesitate to pop in again next time I’m in the area.

Honestly the WORST McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Waited over an hour for our food, everything was stone cold, no dips or straws. Ordered through deliveroo (poor rider was sat waiting at restaurant for over 20 mins) McDonalds couldn’t offer refund or new food and deliveroo only refunded £7 out of a £35 meal!!!! Not the first time this mcdonalds has been awful but defo the last time I’m ever ordering at this one!

Went here at least seven tables with the leafy over food and wrappings of previous customers surely the staff should walk around the restaurant and correct the failing of the customer who struggle to understand the model ie clear up after yourselves horrible experience won’t be back

Food was nice and hot, looked super busy but not waited really long compared to McDonald’s with 3 times more staff.

Bit disappointed in this KFC to be honest, on numerous occasions I’ve visited here and it just seems each time the oil is well due a change. The chicken it’s not golden, more dark brown, and food has been cold, when complained fresh food was was given but I’d say 9 times out of 10 when ordering to takeaway it’s awful. Also why? Why have KFC stopped cooking the corn on the cob in butter?? The corn is tasteless and now very disappointing. Because it is the only KFC in the area and as a family we do like a KFC we will still from time to time order from here, and I’ll keep complaining about the state of the chicken covering, will take it further if it continues.

Tried for a delivery for the 3rd time but the 45 minute delivery time turned into 2 hours with no way of contacting the store or delivery drivers. By the time the food turned up we had left home and ordered elsewhere so that the kids could eat and we were visiting friends. I had to return home to speak to the driver as there was a communication issue and he took the food back but marked as “delivered”. Still can’t get in touch with anyone about a refund and I’m jay getting the run around by crapdonalds trying to blame everyone else.

Great coffee and friendly staff. Good priced breakfast that was very tasty and the restaurant was nice and clean inside.

Asked by member of staff to wait in one of the bay’s waited twenty minutes for our order possible we would of waited longer if we hadn’t asked member of staff were the order was eventually came out couldn’t eat much as cold and cold coffee this has happened twice that’s why I’m writing this review now

Quite possibly the slowest McDonalds I've ever been in. The staff would prefer to serve people in cars rather than people in store. If you're gonna order here, go through the drive through only. Pure lazy, absolutely shocking service.

How can you get this so wrong. The staff at McDonald’s Rochdale are stupid! Not only is it not hot but it’s not even our food! Avoid at all costs!

Had to walk out because we stood there for at least 5 minuets in an empty restaurant and staff didn’t bother to take our order. The place is messy and grim. Needs shutting down.
