My mother and my brother were waiting for 25 mins for a simple burger, and it turned out not to be very good in the end. The staff made no apology for the delay, the chips were overcooked, the restaurant itself dirty. Avoid.

The staff have no positive expresion and seem very miserable when talking, they also have no manners, sometimes even ignoring you to talk to their colleague. ( The girl in question was working at 10:30 on 08/08/17, she was young, maybe 18yrs)The food is actually decent if you're lucky enough to get the correct order. DO NOT DRIVE AWAY WITHOUT CHECKING YOUR ORDER, 3 OUT OF MY LAST 5 VISITS THE STAFF HAVE FORGET SOMETHING, WILL NOT BE RETURNING.#Just go McDonals instead, this burger king has been terrible for months and nothing has changed.

Puedes terminar esperando un rato aquí, pero la comida en general es buena y si su pedido es incorrecto o hay un problema con él, entonces tiende a ser resuelto casi de inmediato. A veces puede conducir directamente a través sin colas, otros días puedes esperar 30 minutos y debido al diseño del drivethru estás atrapado si te quedas atascado con gente detrás de usted.Ya no 24 horasaparcamiento siempre estaban atestados con trabajadores locales para barato que pagar por el aparcamiento, y una falta general de aparcamiento en esa zona de todos modos.El personal es bastante agradable. Harto de ellos en la bahía de estacionamiento para discapacitados.

Entramos en una cola y no había cola afuera drive-through. No era que había un montón de clientes - demasiado personal. Fue al menos cinco minutos antes de que tomó nuestra orden y 10 minutos después nos dieron lo que parecía ser mantener la comida caliente. Patatas fritas Burger king en otro lugar son mullidas dentro y fuera, pero estos eran crujientes promedio secos patatas fritas y la lechuga estaba rancio. Había sido improvisado. Las bebidas aquí son regularmente fuera de stock en el lujoso hacer lo que - si nos iike he - repuestos - máquina y aunque el personal se disculpó por la demora que no fueron suficientes para un sábado bastante tranquila. El Miércoles pasado fuimos a visitar EL BK. Esperamos 10 minutos en el mostrador no había personal admitía nuestra presencia personal que había 3 2 en la oficina hablando, tengo que llamar entonces el tipo que fue grosero conmigo a la orden. rushing Ni siquiera puedo preguntar sobre sus ofertas de desayuno, después que pedir todo, incluyendo azúcar salsa y agitador para mi café. La falta de personal, formación, ética de trabajo y respeto. Solucionar este Burger King Runcorn.

El servicio es pésima. Personal de ignorarlo en el mostrador y no tienen servicio de atención al cliente. El tiempo de espera es horrible y el interior parece lúgubre. . La comida está fría y la máquina no funcionaba. . Dieron al lugar otra ir usando el drive thru. . No fue un drive thru más como un aparcamiento ya que aparcaban durante tanto tiempo! Warrington burger king está en una liga diferente. . ! !

El coche es muy estrecho, así que a través de si no te vayas conductor seguros lentamente.El servicio era muy lento, si hay 2 coches de enfrente se puede esperar bastante tiempo antes de ser servido. La comida es buena cuando llegue.Las patatas son mucho mejores de lo que solía ser. Las hamburguesas son grandes y sabrosos. Precios ligeramente más alto que el McDonalds, pero más grandes hamburguesas, así que compensa.Único consejo, gestionar a través de más rápido en coche - posiblemente más personal, ya que la misma persona tiene que hacer toda la orden de tomar, llegar y entregar al cliente

Mi novio y yo decidimos ir a burger king hoy para el día de San Valentín, la hamburguesa era pequeña y fría. Las patatas fritas eran tan salada y las bebidas máquina estaba fuera de orden. Entonces mi comida pedí 6 nuggets de pollo y sólo había dado cuatro y había queso en la bolsa así como queso en uno de los nuggets de pollo. Estamos horrorizados y sin duda no volveremos aquí de nuevo. Arruinó el día.

Mi esposa y yo estamos en nuestro años setenta. Live localmente. . Y ocasionalmente. Ir a mcdonalds. . . Sin embargo, hoy hemos decidido que nos gustaría probar el nuevo Buger King en Runcorn. . . . . Le pedí al miembro masculino de personal si una oferta comida ofrecían sobre pollo burger. Patatas fritas y té. y me dijeron que no. . . . Así que pedimos nuestra comida. . . Descubrí después que se sentó con la comida que las patatas fritas eran en 50 p en vez de £1. 59 que pagamos. . lo que significa que pagamos £1. 09 Más cada que podíamos haber pagado! . . . Cuando nos dimos cuenta de esto me pidieron el patrón masculino ¿por qué me cobraron esta suma él simplemente SHRUGED de hombros y dijo que no sabía con ninguna oferta de reembolso. Absolutamente vergonzoso. Evita este lugar como el negro de la muerte. . No hace falta decir "Conciliador Burger King".

Mi marido y yo paramos para comer algo rápido y nos sorprendió lo que vimos.Sólo hubo 3 personal que podría ver trabajando en todo el lugar, y nos sirve a los clientes de la tienda y viaje. Yo les doy crédito 100% porque cómo lo manejaron todo lo que nunca sabrá, fueron presionados de sus pies, pero aún así nos dieron servicio de atención al cliente era estupendo, y la comida era encantador.Como te puedes imaginar, tomó un poco de tiempo para recibir mi pedido, pero con tan pocos personal, fueron más rápido de lo que pensaba.

We visited this newly opened branch a few months back, and were taken back how poor the service was, Staff arguing amongst themselves, prioritising their friends before customers, the cleanliness was sub-standard and the food was luke warm at best, and worst of all when we complained the staff seemed suprised and swiftly said "well what do you want then!" I have since seen a sign outside proclaiming new management, so things could well have improved to be fair as we havent visited since.

Good Points – The place is clean, probable due to the lack of customers and the staffs have nothing to do but clean. Bad points – Extremely slow service. We visited here to try it and I was so disappointed with the service. We arrived and it took the staff almost 5 minutes to acknowledge we were there at the counter wanting to order food. They finally proceeded to take our order. The restaurant was empty, not a single soul in the place so we thought it wouldn’t take too long for the food to arrive. It is a fast food joint after all! We waited and waited and finally the food arrived, 20 minutes later. The burger was awful, cold and the bread bun felt and tasted stale. Chicken Royale was cold, as if it had been sat for a while. We then had to ask where our onion rings were and they took another 5 minutes as they needed cooking, must have forgotten to cook these with how busy they were! I would stay clear of this place, yes its lovely and clean but that’s all it has going for it.

After visiting this Burger King once before and finding it horrid, I thought I'd give it the benefit of the doubt and try it again. The place is unclean, staff are miserable and unhelpful. The food was cold and tasteless and the drinks warm. The kids meal of Kung fu Panda (which is why the kids wanted to go) turned out to b a mario toy in a king fu panda bag which didn't work. Even the kids didn't like their burgers which is not like them. Most of our food went straight in the bin. Very disappointed Burger King, spent a lot of money in the Runcorn branch today and I am sorry I went, never again.

I saw the sign for Burger King and thought great because I didn't know it was there. When I arrived in the carpark I actually thought it was closed at 6pm as there wasn't a sole around. If it wasn't for the door being open I don't think i would have got out of my car. Im now wishing I hadnt bothered !!The service was poor, no friendly greeting or even a smile. The food was ok but the restaurant was filthy, food on the floor, tables that needed clearing whilst two members of staff just chatted in the back!I appreciate that the restaurant may have just had a busy spell and the staff were possibly glad of a breather but not for 20 minutes surely? I wont be returning there again i would rather stick with McDonalds up the road!

There were 4 staff behind the 3 tills when we walked in - one of them gave a strange look at our friend who has learning disabilities. Only 1 till was used with the other staff hovering around talking amongst themselves, and none gave us any eye contact or smiles while we waited patiently for 6 minutes (only 1 customer ahead of us).Then we asked for milkshake and were told it wasn't available, so we asked for a smoothie and that wasn't available either. So we asked for drinks out of the Coca Cola machine but when we went to use it about 40% of the drinks options were unavailable too, even including regular Coca Cola. The manager serving said she could serve Coke from behind the counter but it was flat when I got to drink it at the table.The disabled toilet wouldn't lock and 1 of the 2 ladies toilets was out of order. 1 of the 2 fire exits was locked so I'm not sure the place should even have been open as a point of Health & Safety law. The fries were OK but the Whopper bun was stale and the burger was not of the normal standard I've had from other Burger Kings. When I asked for the manager's name she didn't even ask what was wrong or how she could resolve it - she seemed totally out of her depth with little or no customer service skills so how could she make the place work with an inexperienced team behind her when she didn't know what to do herself? Burger King should get a troubleshooter in here pronto - such a shame when the place is only about 1 year old. With McDonalds and KFC within spitting distance they need to pull their socks up.

Worst burger king ever,emailed burger king after spending £13.79 on 2 stone cold meals to complain, guess what, they sent me 2 vouchers for there cheapest burger meals.what an insult if they think I am that desperate for a burger.The place had no clean tables, there must have been a food fight as there was milkshake up the walls and all over the floor and tables. There were 3 members of staff just standing round talking no wonder they had no customers.So if you want hot food go macdonlds.

Visited today on our way to the cinema, after waiting 10 mins to order a young girl tried to take the order and couldn't get the till to work tried another till that to wasn't working the girl she shouted for help was of no use either, to be honest they all looked like school children in charge none could of been over 19 and it appeared no one new what they should be doing, customers were sending food back as it was cold and others were complaining they had been waiting over 30 mins for food. The tables were covered in food all in all I can't imagine it lasting we like others gave up and went McDonalds

Went there for the second time a few days ago...should have learned from the slow service the first time. Customers waiting because nobody was serving at a till. Two staff were fiddling with a till, the others were empty. Waited 10 mins, they started a till and served the first customer very very very slowly. Decided to go back to my car and try the drive-through instead as the server on that didn't seem busy... Ha! The queue was nearly into the Ford garage. Bought a nice snack from Lidl instead.

Visited at 16.40 on a Tuesday evening. Found it almost empty (now I know why).I stood waiting to order as the young girl behind the counter chatted to her friends ignoring me.I waited then a lad appeared and took my order.I waited and waited the young girls in the restaurant all grabbed handfuls of straws and proceeded to blow the wrappers around the restaurant!! My food was ready but the fries hadn't even been cooked!! Waited some more and more my table has suave on it and was sticky..Received my good and decided to leave to eat in car and not among the swearing kids, who at that time were lying across tables.McDonald's is 200 yards away. Burger King is no contest at all as by the time you finally get your food your in a bad mood and just want to leave

Tried it when it first opened, slow service, cold chips no apology.Second chance, even slower, no interaction with the staff.Shame really as BK's burgers are better than McD's.Really has to be a training issue. Best advice get hold of McD's training manual then cut and paste.

first tried this place a month ago and was waiting nearly 30 minutes for food but got an apology and free meal the following night and food was ok, 2nd time i went they got my meal wrong and did not notice till got home, third time i went they would not respond to the tannoy at the drive through so drove to the first window and explained to a young girl that i wanted to order and she said she would get someone, after 10 minutes of no one turning up i drove to the last window and the chap tried to give me someone else's meal, when i explained that i hadn't even had my order taken he said sorry and i asked how long i would be waiting as i had been their nearly 20 minutes by then and he said he didn't know, do drove off and wont be going again, i also agree with the other reviews the drive through is really narrow.

As far as Burger King goes this restaurant is pretty standard. Food is as found in every other Burger King. Waiting times are quite long for 'fast' food. The drive through is extremely tight and there is obvious signs there have been a few bumps getting through already considering it's only been open months. Summary, not bad just need to improve on waiting times.

Waiting times here are very poor. Don't be surprised to wait for 10-15 minutes for your order. Food is normally ok though and my orders have always been right unlike McDonald's. Don't go here if you are in a hurry.

took 3 attempts to get drive thru order right....ages in the queue and staff have absolutely no sense of urgency for a fast food outlet. Considering they are competing with KFC and McDonalds within short distance they need to up their game. The burger was like old shoe leather too...won't be back.....turn it into a Krispy Kreme instead.
