McDonald's - Moor Lane in Halton

No one can get simple orders right the staff don't seem to care when things are wrong and won't stort the issues

Any day now they will be changing the "drive thru" sign to "can you just park up for 27 minutes". Could literally go and order a coke and would still have to park up.

Drive thru is a joke everytime takes 10 mins to to order and receive food

Awful service. Ordered food through the drive through and was asked to park up. 20 minutes later I entered the restaurant and asked whether it was ready. They apologised then went off to make my order. 10 minutes later they handed me an order that was missing items, so I went back, at least 5 staff stood on their phones at the kiosk not helping. Awful. Took half an hour to get food. Avoid.

Staff served us with a smile. Food was lovely, plenty of parking, everything was perfectly clean. Definitely coming back since it's the better one we've been too.

The best McDonalds about! they go above and beyond to make a great dining experience. janet on the the floor is fantastic and makes the sotore tick

Used to be good but gone downhill now, got parked up for half an hour and they somehow lost our order. It was past 10 pm so it wasn't even busy so I don't know how they managed to lose it.

Waited 30 minutes for four mcflurries that had melted completely by the time we were given them. When did fast food cease to be fast?

Dreadful !!! Two cheeseburgers, missing off the order, books sent, instead of toys in the two Happy meals. The food was all very cold, on arrival. A very poor experience.

Food freezing mcflurry like water spilt drinks everywhere

An hour in total before arriving, all items are very cold, a fly is sqashed on my drinks lid.

Delivered to the wrong address. I had to go and speak to the driver and tell them they was at the wrong house. They told me to change my settings and it was my fault. Very intimidating delivery.

the fries where stone cold and very anemic looking, the burgers were Luke warm as was the milkshake.

Delivery time when selecting the restaurant was 15-30 mins. Once paid the delivery time was 40 mins to 1 hr. Eventual delivery time was 55 mins, food was cold and the order was incorrect.

Good service shame I paid for a dip and never got one with meal typical McDonald’s 3 days on the run now maybe they should stop advertising there cheese melt with dip if they can’t be bothered putting it with the meal it’s false advertising

Food arrived hot and fresh for once! Sadly 4 dips were missing from the order. Moor Lane Widnes McDonald's have a 100% record of leaving at least one item out of every order placed!!

My order had egg on it the wraps when we are allergic to egg X 2 drinks where split and the rest of the food was cold. Also missing x2 hash browns and the syrup for the pancakes Never had issue before with just eat till now

the large big mag meal was shocking the chips was a small chips the happy meal had more chips in the milkshakes was all melted like milk I paid 17 for 2 meals an a drink it was poor to say the least not happy at all always McDonald's every time we order

Absolutely dreadful, wait in the drive thru, I only ordered a happy meal, was told to park up by the young girl serving) no problem as there where a few cars parked up already, sat waiting for over 10 minutes whilst cars behind us just drove upto the window and got severed straight away. A young lad (who was very polite and apologetic) delivered the food. We got home, the food was stone cold, we looked on the receipt and the food had been served for the full 13 minutes we were sat waiting, so much for fast food! The missus rang up the restaurant, fuming, went back down and had to wait in a queue of people, complaining about exactly the same thing. She got a refund, but it’s still a poor show as the kids that are serving are only doing their jobs listening to management that are obviously out of their depth!

McDonald’s can NEVER complete an order correctly. There are always missing items and usually the main parts! Sauces are alsonever provided. It’s really simple to read and pack an order. Come on guys!

delivery time kept changing. Order arrived cold. Chips were hard and coca cola flat. One thing I will say mMcDonald's got the order right this time and did not leave out sauce.

Absolutely rubbish. Worse customer service around here. Far to busy trying to get uber drivers out with orders than looking after other customers. The lady manager tonight needs retraining on how to deal with customers

Ordered 3 meals..1 didn’t come. Got a refund (well half of the actual cost) so I reordered at 10.25. It’s now 11.50 & I’m still waiting for it to come! Don’t know how difficult it is to put a McMuffin & a hash brown in a bag 🤦🏼‍♀️

I orderd this food at 11 for the kids and put at time of 12:40 the delivery time kept going up and up and was finally delivered just after 2pm which is rediculous

This order did not turn up, already made a complaint 2 hours after I ordered as the status had not moved from pending, now 2 1/2 hours later it’s been marked as delivered an hour ago. If the service can not be fulfilled the order should be cancelled in a reasonable timeframe

the food was orderd at 9.30 iit said that the food would ne here by 10.10 -10.30 it did not arrive till nearly 11.00 and all the food was cold if i will not order from mcdonalds again really bad service

the food was stone cold as the driver put they was delivering my food then was in a different area indicating they was delivering multiple orders at the same time which is wrong and they should not be able to do so as the food always turns up cold

Waited 20 mins for order at the counter. Delivery drivers orders taking priority, asked where my order was , told waiting on a breakfast roll , food arrived shortly after but was barely warm so had been sitting there a while . Waited at the counter to complain for another 5 minutes, gave up in the end . Will not be going back

Do you not do straws at McDonald’s anymore? Sending drinks without straws takes two seconds to put a staws in bag every time

It took 54 minutes to arrive....kinda the whole point of a fast restaurant that it's....fast? Also my wrap was packed upside-down...still tasty though

One of the worst mcdonald's I've been to. food always cold. Staff haven't got a clue about anything and it takes over 15 minutes to just get a cup of tea. It's a joke.

Fries luke warm, Asked for a medium portion but was more small portion. No straw with drink.

2nd time we have ordered for delivery, from the widnes restaurant and both times food stone cold, first one delivery driver left it on door step without knocking, neighbour knocked telling us (obviously even didn't ask for the code you sent) tonight the app sent someone on a PUSH BIKE in the pouring rain, again stone cold. Avoid at all costs if thinking of getting delivery!!

I don’t normally leave reviews, but this really annoys me, you pre make all the drinks so then when I buy a meal the ice has melted and the drink is flat and it just ruins the whole meal!

Drive thru had problems with card payments so had to go inside, waited a lifetime, heard manager joke about staff members birth mark and then had a rude staff member just chuck the food on a tray and left on the counter, didn't close the box, no bag for takeaway, useless.

I made an app order for breakfast and arrived at 10:50 I was in the left lane in the drive thru and about 10 cars passed thru the right lane as I was still waiting in the left lane and I got to the speaker at 11 and they refused to serve me breakfast because it was 11 they need to sort the drive thru out clowns

Got me order wrong over charge had go back in to sort it come back out with food was still short change had to go back in again for change shocking service

The driver was unprofessional the dog come out and he started to try give the dog my food and was just acting shady and the food was cold
