McDonald's - Moor Lane in Halton

2nd time we have ordered for delivery, from the widnes restaurant and both times food stone cold, first one delivery driver left it on door step without knocking, neighbour knocked telling us (obviously even didn't ask for the code you sent) tonight the app sent someone on a PUSH BIKE in the pouring rain, again stone cold. Avoid at all costs if thinking of getting delivery!!

Driving through needed a drink. Massive queues.

Living in runcorn we still travel across ro widnes for a much faster service and most importantly correct orders

Drive thru had problems with card payments so had to go inside, waited a lifetime, heard manager joke about staff members birth mark and then had a rude staff member just chuck the food on a tray and left on the counter, didn't close the box, no bag for takeaway, useless.

I made an app order for breakfast and arrived at 10:50 I was in the left lane in the drive thru and about 10 cars passed thru the right lane as I was still waiting in the left lane and I got to the speaker at 11 and they refused to serve me breakfast because it was 11 they need to sort the drive thru out clowns

Got me order wrong over charge had go back in to sort it come back out with food was still short change had to go back in again for change shocking service

20 minute wait for a kids nuggets what a shambles. The exact opposite of fast food

They literally get the drive thru order wrong every single time. Worst Maccies in Widnes by far.

Exactly what you expect from a maccies, fast service and cheap meals, I come over the bridge when I want a maccies now because the Runcorn one hadls gone down hill

The delivery driver was rude he dropped one of the hot chocolates on my path and just lwft the rubbish dodnt even apologise

You'd think a Big Mac meal would be a treat, but not always. I wanted to wash my hands after having problems with my car, so I thought I'd use the facilities and get something to eat inside. There was no one to serve me after waiting 5 minutes, so I thought I'd get back in my car and use the drive thru. Even more waiting, as the headsets they use serve the left hand lane quicker than the right one. I say this as after getting to the right-hand speaker seconds after the car on the left, I wait patiently for my turn. Unfortunately, after they were served, I had to wait for the car that pulled up behind them, too. The staff inside were very polite and said that they didn't have control of the headsets to speak with the customer. Fair enough, but after getting cold fries and limp and soggy lettuce on my burger, it makes me think that I received poor quality food because I spoke my mind. I wasn't rude when speaking and did say that I know its not their fault, suggesting the system being looked at with the software or hardware in use. Ideally, the staff need training for how to speak to customers and take note of what's being said, so any issues can be addressed and make it easier for both the customers and staff in the future. Hopefully, somebody reads this and takes notice, but in all honesty, I won't be going back again.

Completely wrong order and I’ve sent off an email to request a refund because what I received was not only stone cold, but the complete wrong items and all the rest of it was missing. I’m absolutely appalled and disgusted by the “service” I received, and will not be ordering from McDonald’s ever again. The fact that they can’t get a simple order right is abysmal, and I sincerely hope every effort goes to vastly improving their delivery service in the future.

Ordered 2 burger deal, only got 1 burger and no fries. Not such a great deal.

The driver ordered our food late and when it got here all the food was squished

Placed an order today around 9:20am. The delivery order time kept repeatedly changing over and over again, my food finally arrived at ten past 11, nearly 3 hours later. Food was stone cold and looked like it had been whipped together by someone with feet for hands. I guess that's what happens when 90% of their employees are children with 1 GCSE.. when I called to make a complaint and ask what could be done, the "manager" said there is nothing they can do, refused to offer a refund or fresh food and they 'understand' and apologised. Not bloody good enough, don't order from here!

Food was cold had to be microwaved and McFlurry and milkshake had melted. Hot apple pie was cold and totally spoiled by reheating as it just went soggy. Not impressed. Had we not have been waiting an hour, I’d have re cooked something else but the kids were hungry.

Walking in with your kids shouldn't be a scary situation for them. A large group of angry looking foreign delivery drivers shouting at each other is not a great look.

The food was not even delivered . The driver pulled up at my house. reversed up my drive then drove off without delivering the food. I need a full Refund on the order as this is totally unacceptable

I drove to maccies in moor lane Widnes and went thru the drive thru , I ordered 3 large meals, one of which was a 5 piece slender chicken meal for my grandson. When I collected it n went home there were no selects I had to reorder n pay for delivery

the whole bean family tree works here highly recommended just make sure he doesn’t your meal on you or worse the tray

The order was wrong, they sent a bottle of milk instead of chocolate milk and put brown sauce instead of ketchup on the breakfast barm, it was covered in it and was not edible. Awful.

Over 2 and a half hour wait for delivery. Rang restaurant who said they had over 20 orders waiting to be collected. Food all freezing and mcflurries had turned to milk!

the first time i tried ordering was between 5pm-5:30pm (i dont remember exactly), i waited for my order to arrive and when i checked the app at the tjme it was supposed to be arriving it said my order had been cancelled. i ordered a second time and it took an hour for my food to arrive and when it came all my food was cold, and one item i ordered wasnt there along with a few dips.

Order a Mac chicken sandwich meal and cheeseburger which were like they’d been out for delivery for hrs as the everything was freezing cold. Order a mango and pineapple smoothy and sent a chocolate milkshake instead. Won’t be ordering from here again disgusting.

I ordered a “feed the family” and a large mcspicy meal. The food arrived on time although the driver got lost and we had to walk to find the driver to be able to receive our food. The large coke was spilled everywhere so only got half of the drink and all the food was freezing cold to the point where the cheese on the burgers wasn’t even melted and the mcspicy meal was also missing the large fries.

Freezing cold food and chips half empty and not cooked properly (pale and limp). Very long wait. Overall it was a massive disappointment.

The couriers location was only switched on for me at Hough Green. He then took nearly 15 minutes to get to me. By the time the courier arrived the fries were cold, the chicken mayo was hard and the McFlurry had melted and leaked everywhere.
