McDonald's - Moor Lane in Halton

Driving through needed a drink. Massive queues. Asked to update.. Not many here today, just before 1pm. Has to wait about 10 minutes for the order. Fries were barely warm.

Service through the drive through is abysmal. 6.10am three cars in front still waited near 20min. God help you if you go at rush hour

the worst fast food place in widnes in my opinion.

Not fast food! The drive thru works on an interesting approach of process a load of orders that the kitchen can't keep up with and then turn the car park into chaos as people try to find somewhere to wait. From ordering we waited over 30 minutes (asked a member of staff for help which achieved nothing). It only got sorted when I went into the store to complain.

Ordered food that arrived nearly 2 hours late. Food missing and most of the food was cold. Spoke to the restaurant about missing food and they said there is nothing they could do about it, we'd have to process it thought Just Eat. Even when I said I would drive there to get replacement food they said there's nothing they can about it, just to go through Just Eat. It was McDonalds error for the missing food so I struggle to understand why they couldn't help. Previously in another mcdonalds they have replaced missing items. Staff don't seem to care about customers, just wants sales. We won't be ordering again.

I cannot believe I ordered from just 200 meters away and it took 15 mins and its freezing wow even if i cooked it at home walked back to McDonald's the food id cooked would be hot

wrong burger sent asked for BBQ ranch and got a mccrispy. unable to eat

milkshake didn't turn as always never on time almost always get the order wrong

Forgot the fruit bags I added to the order and paid for

Unfortunately the patties on my double sausage and egg muffin were burnt and the whole thing including hash brown was completely tasteless. However; the coffee was good, the restaurant was very clean and the staff I encountered were friendly.

All the food was cold, half of it had fallen out into the bags…

I fell asleep and driver was kind enough to wake me up.

Order not received. Driver was outside and drove off as I came out

No straws for the drinks.. No sauces as requested & no fruit shoot with the happy meal!!!

Waited 30 minutes for my food, because no one was at the counter when I got the order it didn’t come with dips and the the drink advertised was not available, THEN my chip where bearly cooked and my chicken nuggets had onion or raw potato in it (picture 1 the potato or onion) (Picture 2 is what I ordered, you can see there is dips on there that I didn’t receive and I had to ask for some) (picture 3 the drinks we got)

food was cold even though we live a quarter of a mile from the restaurant

Delivery time changed 6 tines and when it finally arrived (from across the road) everything stone cold!! chips and burger freezing, coffee barely Luke warm, ice cream all melted and no sauces again!! what an absolute disgrace!!

No one can get simple orders right the staff don't seem to care when things are wrong and won't stort the issues

Awful company, customer service are a shambles. Food delivered to wrong address and they are refusing to refund me nearly £30 NEVER ORDER FROM THIS INCOMPETENT COMPANY!!!!

Clearly cant read instructions. Food arrived in an absolute mess. And when you request no egg yet comes with egg crushed all over it

Food was cold and coffee spilt everywhere.

Any day now they will be changing the "drive thru" sign to "can you just park up for 27 minutes". Could literally go and order a coke and would still have to park up.

Order was correct the app said driver was at restaurant for ages I suspect they were not as the food was stone cold on delivery

Food was changed time three times. Took over an hour and 15 mins from order and was alllll freezing cold and I mean cold to touch not even warm and you offer £4.64 when the food cost over £20. The ice was melted and the McFlurrys runny. No straws no serviettes absolutely disgraceful

Delivery driver did a good job at finding our house which many others struggle with despite my helpful instructions and the ease of using Google maps. Food was good and correct.

Awful service. Ordered food through the drive through and was asked to park up. 20 minutes later I entered the restaurant and asked whether it was ready. They apologised then went off to make my order. 10 minutes later they handed me an order that was missing items, so I went back, at least 5 staff stood on their phones at the kiosk not helping. Awful. Took half an hour to get food. Avoid.

Food was cold when arrived. Milkshakes were an wrong/ odd flavour.

Staff served us with a smile. Food was lovely, plenty of parking, everything was perfectly clean. Definitely coming back since it's the better one we've been too.

The best McDonalds about! they go above and beyond to make a great dining experience. janet on the the floor is fantastic and makes the sotore tick

Used to be good but gone downhill now, got parked up for half an hour and they somehow lost our order. It was past 10 pm so it wasn't even busy so I don't know how they managed to lose it.

they need to start delivering when ordering is ready not standing there waiting for multiple orders . so when your food does arrive freezing only place is for the bin fumming never again !

Dreadful !!! Two cheeseburgers, missing off the order, books sent, instead of toys in the two Happy meals. The food was all very cold, on arrival. A very poor experience.

An hour in total before arriving, all items are very cold, a fly is sqashed on my drinks lid.

Delivered to the wrong address. I had to go and speak to the driver and tell them they was at the wrong house. They told me to change my settings and it was my fault. Very intimidating delivery.

Good service shame I paid for a dip and never got one with meal typical McDonald’s 3 days on the run now maybe they should stop advertising there cheese melt with dip if they can’t be bothered putting it with the meal it’s false advertising
