Always amazing food! Never had bad service there! Pretty sure Henry hates me tho as I’m usually bladdered in there asking him to sing Bela ciao!

No problem with ordering and service but the food was cold and not much topping at all , so disappointed .

Henry’s is the only takeaway in Widnes that uses the good/ expensive kebab meat and the good/expensive cheese. I would say for a calzone and anything cheesy this is the best place to go.

We ordered at half 6 on the 2nd of November we received are order at 20.30 and the food was warm like its just bin warmed up tasted stale and soggy it was absolutely horrible

AVOID IF YOU ARE VEGETARIAN OR HAVE ALLERGIES - I witnessed and have proof of them using the red (meat) pizza tongs on vegetarian food. When I asked them about this, the lady admitted she should’ve used the black (vegetarian) pizza tongs but didn’t. I got a quiet “sorry” whilst not even looking at me. Joke.

I have eaten from here a couple of times before but unfortunately I will never eat here again the food is quite nice but the price for the portions given is extortionate seems as though the person or persons that own this business are intent on killing it of with stingy portions for extortionate prices well you've just lost another customer good luck with your kiddy portions

First time kebap meat it was good amount! Second time I ordered 2 takeaway in 2 together meat it was less than what I've got in just one first time !!! A lot tomatoes in ... finally I pay for nothing....Never more ! Be awere !!!

Quite possibly the smallest chicken kebab I’ve ever had! The chicken was dry and seriously lacking in the sweet chilli sauce I’d asked for. And as for the salad, it was almost none existent. It did taste fine though hence the 2 stars instead of 1. Really disappointed and still hungry! I won’t be ordering from this establishment again.

Expensive but high quality food

Absolute rip off kebab was £10 worst I've ever had I rand up to complain and he was just rude the whole meal was 💯 rubbish

Really bad fell to pieces soon as I picked it up , small portion not much salad, one off the worst kebab I've ever had. Pitta really soggy and salad was put under the donner meat so it was soggy as well. I ate some but I was gagging not good at all. I'd pay £2.50 for it not £5.50 and feed it the dog. Update: the dog has now died

Have been ordering from Henry’s on Saturday night for a while now since moving house and the food has been top notch every single time. Customer service is excellent, any slight issue is dealt with immediately, in a very polite and friendly way- thank you Henry’s, very much appreciated and we would highly recommend you to anyone 😊

Disgusting service and poor attitude towards a regular customer. Ordered online, wasn't given the option of how to pay, ordered at 19:30 and only got my food at 21:10. I personally thought this was too long so I decided to only pay the driver £25 of the £27:70 bill and explained my reasoning for this only to recieve an abusive call from Henry minutes later saying if I wanted my food earlier I should've collected it, however I'd had a few beers so wasnt going to drive. He also demanded that I don't order from there again, the cheeky get....don't worry Henry I won't and I'll tell everyone I know not to order food from there either.

Great takeaway, reasonable prices and delivery pretty close to agreed time. Great piazza, garlic bread and kebabs!

I have not been here for some time, but the food remains of a very high standard. Indeed if my review was based on food quality and taste only this would be the best take away in widnes. It seems very popular however and if you turn up exoecting to be served your meal quickly, you could be dissapointed. Hight quality food, a lovely and patient older lady serving and the older guy who i presume is henry, trying to do all of the cooking. I will go again however despite a 35 minute wait

Waited over a hour for delivery (don't mind when food is nice ) but when it turns up luke warm hardly any tomato sauce on the base of pizzas not cut properly, ordered a donner special may as well off been a vegetarian pizza wasn't happy with tonight definitely not worth the wait

What can I say... I've moved house ordered food online... Get the email it's ordered for collection... Oh nooo ... Quick call to Henry and it's out for delivery... Super quick delivery... Very happy and polite delivery... Super amazing service from start to finish... Give them a try... I've tried the rest... And Henry's is simply the best... Believe me..

Been going here for year food was amazing customer service was not anymore order before this one was like 3 chicken cubes on my wrap and just full off onions this time hair found in my partners wrap food was cold because card machine wasn’t working so he said that was my fault should of come to the shop to collect completely gone down hill no refund even spoken about

1st time ordering from 'Henrys'. I have had most food from takeaways in Widnes and for Pizza and Kebab this is the BEST. Food was packaged in tip top condition, no greasy residue at all inside of any of the 3 containers. One of the containers containing free garlic bread, which was delish. Only issue I never tipped, I had no change. I will make sure double next time. Quality..

Made an online order & food didn’t arrive until 3 hours later. Called up after 2 hours to ask where the food was / how much longer will it be? Assuming it was the owner.. I was told firstly the food was with driver, then I was told he needs 30minutes and he is also waiting for the driver! 45 minutes later, still no food. Called again to explain I have been waiting 3 hours & spoke to a lovely lad who apologised and finally the order was on its way. When the food arrived it’s was cold, disgusting and disappointing. Will not be ordering from this place again!!

Don't know if this place has changed owners, but what a disgrace, placed phone order was told 25 minutes, went to pickup after 30 minutes only to get there and have to wait another 25 minutes because hadn't even started order, then got home only to find donna burger that was ordered only come with donna meat and no burger, phoned up and got completely fobbed off, what a disgraceful attitude would never use again and would recommend everyone avoids at all costs.

After one and half hours I phoned to find out where my food was. I was told it would be another thirty minutes at least! I then said I wanted to cancel my order and have a refund. I assume I was then put on to the owner. No apology, told it was my fault for ordering online! Tried to tell me as it was an online order he didn't get the money so couldn't refund it! Eventually I got my order cancelled and an agreement to being the money to my house later. The money was delivered four hours later minus the delivery charge for food not delivered. Avoid at all costs!

Food is home made in every single way possible, cooked to perfection, tastes brilliant. Couldn’t ask for anything more and they never disappoint, deliveries may take a bit longer but it is a family business from what I’ve heard with not that many drivers, incredible service considering everything. Our go to pizza place.

what a shambles... order made online at 4.30, for delivery at 6.30 for family including young children. at 6.45 still not here, "will be 15 mins" 30 mins later still not here. I rung and henry himself said "it says online it will take longer than an hour" but surly this is from order time and not from the expected delivery time.i asked for a bit of discount to compensate for this and he said "I am not listening and I dont understand that they are busy and I will have to wait. he also started laughing at me. poor management, poor service, poor business. absolutely disgusted

An hour and 35 mins later and still no delivery .. my son should go bed on 10 minutes .. joke .. will never order again.

Waited over an hour than the specified time.i ordered. The garlic bread was PATHETIC. And the food was freezing cold. I would not reccomend or return to this disgraceful place. Also when i rung to ask where my order was waited an extra 30 minutes. Poor service, poor quality and rude staff. Dont waste your money here.

Very disappointed having used this take away in the past. Opted for delivery on this occasion and have been extremely let down. After waiting one and a half hours I called to be told driver near by! Two and a half hours later still no food! Is a sat nav that hard to follow? More too the point I would expect a call “sorry sir there seems to be a problem”. Now have Fish Cakes & Chips in the oven, shame I fancied a Doner & Chicken Wings.

Recommend the mixed kebab and they serve generous portions at reasonable prices. Also absolutely love their garlic bread with cheese. Delicious!

Food is good. but service is slow more interested in phone and online orders perhaps that's the way to order I was ignored for nearly 10 minutes then is took 15 minutes for a portion of cheesy chips

By far the best takeaway in the area. I come from Runcorn to get my food from Henrys. Henry himself has got all the personality of a wet fart, but the food is always belting. Can see it all being cooked fresh, fresh ingredients. Can’t go wrong.

I was put onto this place by a friend and for me it’s a 11 mile round trip which is a little excessive but it’s absolutely worth it... This is the cleanest takeaway I have ever visited and the food is Stupefacente.I’ve now been a few times and tried different meals, it’s simply brilliant and would recommend to all... Great prices too and you can really tell the food is cooked with love. I’ll be back here soon.

Went here for the first time last week, the server was nice and friendly but the chef who I assume was the owner was walking around like he had lost a hundred quid.. the food was quite nice but the portion size not so good, a large donner kebab is not so large here and I’d say smaller than a small one else where. Beef up the portions get the chef to smile and all would be good

usually Brilliant service and gorgeous food garlic bread with cheese is the best in widnes they some times mess up but most of the time its spot on

Special chow mein was very nice it's just a pity I had to finish cooking it. all the veg was raw I know it was 10.30 and they close at 11and they want to get home but it's besides the point if it was to late then say so and we would of gone somewhere else.

Went to collect a phone order. Was told 20 minutes. So went 20 minutes later. Said what I had ordered and told it wouldn't be long. Stood a further 20 minutes. A man came in to also collect a phone order. He went to give him one that had been sat since before I got there. He said that's not what I ordered. Turned out to be mine. So not only did I stand there a further 20/25 minutes, the order wasn't all right and was stone cold.

Go my order wrong on multiple occasions...not helpful when trying to sort the mistake out
