Freezing cold every time wouldn’t mind if waited 10 mins but to wait 40+ for yesterdays burgers is terrible

Never turn up waste of time want my refund asap

my order hasn't been delivered this is ridiculous

Where is my order .. saying delivered and not received ?

Saying delivered on app when I haven’t received it at all no one has knocked or left food anywhere and have been waiting for over 2 hours

Nearly 2 hours later, milkshake replaced without advising

Over an hour late & food was cold & stale

Food was cold by the time it arrived and the people it was for had left as it was so late 😔

Order accepted at 3.30 not delivered till 5.50 is ridiculous regardless of how busy the store is I could of got a taxi there and back and got the food quicker this is a shambles

Hot drink leaking AGAIN. Happens nearly every time I order for delivery from this restaurant! The driver stated explicitly it was like this when he collected it from the restaurant.

the first time i recived was 20 mins until delivery at 9.10pm then it changed and was getting changed every 10 mins ... in total it was 1hour 20 minutes it was only mcdonalds which is fast food. the delivery finally came 10.04pm and it was cold and not enjoyable to eat. this is putting me off of using delivery if this is the case everytime.... and the driver was coming long way round so this is why it is was cold i would say need better way to keep warm .

food was semi warm, but it was ok. you appreciate little things like being able to order delivery service like this when you have lived in wales for 9 years. where there is nothing like this in rural areas. You appreciate the delivery drivers and the fast food more. Thank you for delivering food to us. Fast food like mac Donald's is a little better then greasy Jo's of Wales. Thank you.

after waiting around an hour and a half i was extremely disappointed to see a burger with no patty, undercooked chips that were mashed together, a banana milkshake that was supposed to be vanilla and flavourless chicken nuggets.

My big mac was Luke warm at best, I had no fries and no bbq sauce for my nuggets.

driver was good, no milk shakes or oreo mcflurry. want a full refund

Again hash browns hot coffee relatively warm but muffin and bacon roll cold. Definitely down to restaurant in fact they’re making a habit of it. I ordered at 09:55 arrived at 11:05 definitely the drivers fault 😉

Delivery was over 2 hours late and when it arrived it was stone cold and ruined. Absolutely awful and the whole order went in the bin.

i have never had a correct order on here from McDonald's alway incorrect items or missing items. Literally every time. never had the sauces ordered either.

The chips were cold, the apple pie was missing from order and ketchup, and there was no straws for the 2 milkshakes.

The whole order was wrong! We took the food back to the McDonald’s, queued at the drive through for 15 minutes, only to be told we need to go into the restaurant. We obviously challenged this and were told they would sort the issue at the next window. Returned the wrong order and re ordered what we have originally ordered. Parked up and our food was brought out a short while later (minus the sauces) Not able to claim the delivery and service fee back from Just Eat or McDonalds. Dreadful!

You have literally taken 3 hours to deliver my order and clearly it has been sat waiting for the 3 hours the McFlurrys are liquid not even any sauce in them and the food is stone cold chips are hard and cold and the burgers are freezing this is a joke I want my money back I have taken photos why would you make it and leave it to sit on the side for hours there’s a time stamp of when the burgers was made on the box it says 20:30 15 minutes after I placed the order and I received my order at 22:15

Cold food, missing items and late!!

FOOD CAME FREEZING COLD AND DELIVERY DRIVER HAD THE FOOD FOR 20 MINS BEFORE DELIVERING

Food came cold and chips all undercooked, had to bin all of it as it was not edible had to go through process of a refund with Just eat.

The burger bun was over the top with sauce and we were missing the Big Mac.

i asked for my meal to be delivered at 18:45, having placed the order over an hour earlier than i wanted it to be delivered, figuring even if busy, the restaurant should be able to short. But it did not arrive until just before 20:15,

Zero my order missed 4 items and my drink was the wrong size. I got charged £11.29 for stuff I didn't get. Won't be ordering again.

delivery guy was friendly and my drinks came with straws which doesn't always happen. very good :)

ordered ar 1:55pm app just kept getting later and later, labels say bagged ar 2:45, and finally delivered at 3:40 with all the hot food stone cold and the mcflurry liquefied and all over it bag. I highly recommend people never to order maccys from runcorn on just eat.

How hard is it to remember sauces? Absolutely pathetic as usual.

Delivery was on time but time kept moving so it’s a bit of a trick question. I’m only rating breakfast as I won’t order off the other menu u after waiting hours and getting cold food. Breakfast always seems to be ok probably because it’s only available for a limited time.

The way you pack the coffees are awful poor driver dropped it out of the bottom of the bag when he delivered it, he called back with another which was lovely but you should reimburse him for this not his error but McDonald’s

I spent over £50. a big mac was missing. we received a ripped bag dumped on my front by a terrible delivery driver, it only had 2 drinks out of 5 in it, which were not consumables because they were tipped in the bag and spicy everywhere. there was zero mcflurries when we ordered 4! I don't think runcorn McDonald's should have delivery available, it is running down the branch and the drivers have no care.

I've waited 20 minutes today for my drive-thru order... This place is a joke. Most of the time your order is wrong. Even wrap was labelled wrong when ordered chilli one, beacon wrap was inside.

Literally the worst McDonald's I've been to. Been here more than 3 times and each time the wait has been over 30 minutes. Food has been cold and ice cream melted. Consistent issues and basically ignored at the counter for over 10 minutes.
