I've waited 20 minutes today for my drive-thru order... This place is a joke. Most of the time your order is wrong. Even wrap was labelled wrong when ordered chilli one, beacon wrap was inside.

Literally the worst McDonald's I've been to. Been here more than 3 times and each time the wait has been over 30 minutes. Food has been cold and ice cream melted. Consistent issues and basically ignored at the counter for over 10 minutes.

Ever since the renovation I’ve hated coming to McDonalds, it’s smaller, slower service and you’re lucky if there’s food or drink you want on the menu. It’s very frustrating and if not fixed I can’t see this McDonald’s surviving in years time

Stop prioritising ignorant uber eats and just eat drivers. Serve your customers in the restaurant first. Your business model is all backwards and it will be the undoing of your franchisees. Shame

Never ever get condiments when ordered for delivery. Can take 1 hour plus for delivery sometimes. Never have milkshakes or mc flurries available😕

Midnight, not a single person inside or going through drive through, not taking order’s on till as down which is no fault of their own. Ordered on app, 20/25mins for poor quality cold food. Milkshakes out as per. Place was that much of a mess I actually went round collecting rubbish off tables, no thankyou. Toilet a disgrace & stink like a sewers. Overall shocking!! Visited McDonald's Runcorn en route to Wales! Me and my girlfriend were absolutely STARVING and turned off the motorway to come to this Maccies. Wished we didn't. Drive thru layout was terrible- not suitable for estate cars, staff were terrible- paid for my order and was told that our order had not been processed even though the money had left my account, and to top it all off food was very average and not enough mayo in my McSpicy. Fair to say an absolute shambles, wished I got an Asda meal deal from next door x

Prob the most strange mcdonalds in the area. Tastless food, slowest ever service (around 20-30min ) staff with jacket on in the kitchen. Some staff trying there best ,but hopeless place ..

VERY high chance of the staff getting at least some part of your order wrong. Ask for extras on your sandwich? You get less. Ask for regular coke, you get Diet; a good chance you get someone else's order? Yep! Very slow speeds as priority is given to the delivery drivers. They've even had a refurb lately which hasn't improved service whatsoever. All this probably because it's the only McDonald's in Runcorn. Save time and go to Burger King just a minute away!

Food arrived late and freezing cold and no way on app to get a refund wasted £30 for nothing will never order from them again even the drinks were flat meaning they prepared the food and left it sitting around for a long time they careless about customers only profits

You say the store is 25-40 mins yet you sent an email at 15.31 to confirm order and I got my order at 17.15 factor in 40 mins you sent it 45 mins after this and the food was cold

Apalling - since the refurb services is shockingly slow - i have waited over an hour in the drive thru queue - started off within the mcdonalds carpark so not a massive queue. car in front of me took 20 mins to be served from last window and they'd only ordered a drink!!!! Second attempt 50 mins - going in is no better either wait times are terrible.

By far the worst McDonald's after waiting over a hour and 20 mins for my order. I ask after 40 mins and they say it's on the way I ask after a hour they said oh its here it just needs bagging up, hour and 20 mins later I ask again. And the person says I don't know what ime doing seems like nobody there knows what there doing and if they actually say they don't know what there doing then why on earth are they even working in that department..... Boils down to management. I feel sorry for the delivery drivers having to wait this amount of time for there orders absolute shocking of a service from McDonald's and deserves for this franchise to be closed down. If you can't deal with the work load then don't be doing the delivery's or increase your staff or get people that actually know what there doing. This is also going to be getting reported to head office and Martin-b won't say rest of the name as I will be giving information out. Still the same nothing has changed in past 6 months. What is happening to McDonald's. I ordered and paid for fast food through the McDonald's app. The drive-throu queue was backed up outside onto the main road. When I eventually went through the drive-through, I got asked to wait up in the waiting area. I'm not kidding. This was chocker using more of the Asda carpark. Everyone was complaining about the wait. It seems to be that delivery companies like Uber, Just Eat were getting first priority of service. Yes, I saw all the delivery packages lined up for collection. I got my meal cold. You need more staff to cater for fast food orders. Cater for dine in, delivery, or drive-through. Open 24 hours, but don't go around midnight as their tills get updated and they can't do orders. Clean inside, toilets, charging points, and plug sockets, free WiFi. Kids colouring to keep them occupied, free carpark, ground level with disability access, Keep your receipt to do a short survey, which then allows a reduced cost meal. Promotions are also available through the app. McDs is now a McDont.

Ordered 3 hours ago and still waiting

Asked for 9 nuggets, I got 8. I asked for two drinks, I got 2 cups both filled half way.

We pulled up at 13:26 having ordered on the app and it's now 14:00 and we're still waiting for our food after heading through the drive thru. This spot needs corporate to come in and fix the issues!
