McDonald's in Halton

Missing food and frezzing cold, this McDonald is a joke and will never be ordering from them again this happend all the time and they tell you they can’t do anythink aboit it

Fresh, hot food with fast delivery.

Forgot to put my chips with my order! 3rd time they have got my order wrong now!

Time in order kept getting pushed back food arrived cold and unable to be eaten

No fries with the order ordered meals and no fries came

For once the food was actually hot and not stone cold so really enjoyed it

a half drank chocolate milkshake arrived ( didn't even order milkshake, ) drink missing , fries missing, sauces missing and dips missing no straws!!!

food cold again asked for bbq and tomato sauce got 4 sweet curry which my sister is allergic to mustard !

The delivery woman was really nice

Food was cold, had missing items and wasn't of great quality, was not the drivers fault.

We did not receive the small chocolate milkshakes that I ordered with both happy meals I’m beginning to get at the end of my tether with use lot now use never check the orders properly and use are always missing something out or giving the wrong food/drinks it’s beginning to become a disgrace now with this company use should actually close down

3hours late then returned to restaurant

Order food at 15.03pm said would be 45 mins order then the time jump to 16.40pm. Driver got to mc d at 16.10 order got start time keep going up then down with the time it would get delivered food was cold. The driver must of been waiting on more order to get this is the second time I got food delivered that has been cold. Will be going to mc d myself next time as guaranteed it will be hot by the time I get home my self

Can’t remember the last time they sent my order correct, ALWAYS missing something it’s ridiculous

Awful service took 2 hours to receive my food, missed off half of my order and what I got was cold. Perhaps if the staff weren’t busy messing around in the back it would have been done properly. Dreadful place ran by dreadful people

Didn’t even get half of my order at all

Last time I ordered from here I got a wrap that ended up having chicken nuggets on it then I just ordered then and had missing items from meals no Big Mac and cheese melts just the other bits from making it a meal

Food freezing cold. Delivery time well over what it said it would be.

Ordered at 07:03, estimated time was 45minutes. The 45minutes was up then the time recalculated to 20:10-20:30 and it arrived at 20:15

I am missing food I am fuming I payed and don't get my order

food just didn't come ended up falling asleep in the end now I've woken up it says it's been delivered

The delivery was a bit slow but the McDonalds was is a bit far away but the food was good.

this is not the first time runcorn McDonald's have done this. food is always pre cooked and in the warmer for far to long before it delivery. always cold and I have to warm up in microwave. chips are not fresh and with very little amount. chicken nuggets always missing. mozzarella dippers are Stone cold. this can't be blamed on drivers delivering as I live close to the mcdonalds. the staff In runcorn are very young kids with no care in the world regards to quality of your food. do something plz

driver couldn't find me food was cold and horrible and had missing items

How can you mess up a veggie dipper happy meal. Literally missing veggie dippers out of the meal. Also no dips provided with the nugget share box even though they were ordered. The only thing right was the drink.

My food came and the burgers had no top buns on them my drink was spilt all over in the bag and everything was cold like is this a joke

Went in for a quick bite to eat and left with a refund. We waited over 20 minutes for our food to be prepared for takeaway.The staff, who seemed all but qualified, stared at us gormlessly when we requested a refund - as if shocked by our dissatisfaction after our five minute pit -stop turned into twenty-thirty minutes of boredom. No wonder the kitchen isn’t working efficiently when the staff are too busy meeting up with their friends when on shift and planning their Saturday night gallivants! 10:30pm and a fitted dress or not, you’re there to do a job. Oh, and a PSA, if you hate your job that much to admit to another member of staff that you’ve “just not come in for the past four weeks”, I think it’s time for you to quit and find something else… Absolutely shambolic, this is taking the McDonalds stereotype to a whole other level!

The food was cold and the iced latte was split onto the food all hash browns where soggy and the flat bread and McMuffin was wet

Ordered a large black coffee- got a large cup with half a milky coffee in, which was cold. Ordered a large McFlurry - got a large cup which was less than half full It states fee item with orders over £20- got no free item.

Hads to be the worst McDonalds restaurant by far.. the service is always poor with very long wait times for the most basic meals… can’t quite understand why when I have visited other McDonald restaurants and they have all been much more efficient. Not to be recommended !!

Absolute Dump, one of the worst mcdonald's I've been to in the country. Crappie prepared food that looks like it's been dropped half a dozen times before you get it. The coffee is garbage it's always weak and half of the time it's half a cup. The drive through has been made ridiculously dangerous by loads of delivery drivers parking wherever they want, and when you say something to one of them you suddenly have 4 of them shouting abuse at you.(There was a 4 year old in our car at the time) and if you say something to the staff they don't care. Avoid this place as much as you can, there's another 3.5 miles away that will serve you quicker, the staff are much nicer and the food is better.

Terrible food-chips floppy and cold. Kids meal or fish bites and small fries the same. Microwaving it heats it up but spoils the food further. don't get why this McDonald's doesn't improve when it's reviews are constantly poor!!

I don’t order takeaway often but on the occasion I do it’s from Macdonalds but ever time I have it’s been stone cold. Never again.

My delivery time changed and added another hour on. So when we finally got our food it was stone cold

I honestly don’t know how a McDonald’s can be so poor. Food is always stone cold, and you have to wait 13 hours for it to arrive. The food you do get is rarely what you ordered and they seem unable to read diet on the drinks. Absolutely awful literally use any other McDonald’s rather than this.

We brought our grandchildren hear and yet again milkshakes weren't avaliable. We've heard all the different reasons for this over our past visits. We normally take our grandson to Widnes because of this ongoing problem but decided to try Runcorn (as it's our home town). Looks like we have to keep travelling out of town.

Food was good today for the first time in a long time

When I got my order the chips and my ment to hot drink was cold and only git half a cup and I was my dips missing for my chicken nuggets

no chilli sauce or cucumber on the wrap and no bbq sauce

everything was good apart from my Syrup if it wasn't with my pancakes

Fast delivery, got everything in the order apart from sauce. Overall good.
