They forgot over half my order and it took 3 hours to get made and delivered

Rubbish! Food cold. Drinks spilt in bags which split luckily just as we put the bag down.

received 4 drinks but not a single item of food.

Wrong item delivered but think it was McDonalds mistake wrong item in the bag to what was ordered and bag. Label said correct item .

I deliver for McDonald’s and I can see that the food is always dangerous to eat here. I have been waiting here for one hour for collection for two different customers and the amount of food as you can see in my pictures that is just sat in bags waiting on the side because delivery drivers do not like coming here because we are all kept waiting and ignored by the staff working here. The staff are too busy wandering around like zombies and too rude. The food will be cold and therefore not at correct temperature to eat. The staff need retraining and this restaurant should really be closed down for health and safety reasons of food. This is the worst McDonald’s in the entire United Kingdom!

Can get quite busy during peak times as do most places. Service has always been good though so no complaints.

Wish i could give this minus stars because it is absolutely diabolical how can you take more then 2 hours to slap a piece of meat on a burger an throw some fries into a box ? Id say the people need to sit their gcses again but lord knows only reincarnation will help them at this point

The customer service is terrible and their excuse is ‘short staffed’. Wouldn’t waste your money on Runcorn McDonalds it’s an absolute shambles.

When i got home My fries were undercooked and cold! There was no ketchup or napkins in the bag like I asked for. Is this too much to ask for, you only have one job to do but can't seem to be able to manage even that!!! The queue always seems endless and they always prioritise the delivery drivers. Cold fries again! And when you complain about the food they just fob you off with some pathetic excuse. Shame, shame SHAME!

Closed??? 4/12/23 last week no cream or sprinkles on £2.50 drink had to complain the week they reopened no buns ice cream milkshake machines not working ordered Uber Big Mac was missing. I don’t know how this establishment hasn’t been run into the ground rather than refurbishment which has made the restaurant smaller laughable. 11.12.23 app down as restaurant closed can’t redeem Monday offer. Restaurant actually open as normal. Scam. 2025. Never any milkshakes are per usual when you visit the store yourself they take the iss but if you get delivery it’s quicker make it make sense.

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to, food is either wrong or items are missing, always stone cold, but unfortunately the only one in runcorn, I'd bet on my 5 year old son doing a better job as manager.
