Asked for thin crust got a door stop at best under cooked , it was like they bought a smart price pizza and added to it . Never again worse food

Boss is freindly, food is as should be most complaints are about food being late, get off your arses and go see the shop instead was probarly waiting for 15 minutes for my food. And again boss is a nice bloke might even put a smile on ur face

Honestly never ordering from here again ordered around 2am once I finished work last night at 3.05 it claimed it had been delivered I checked it wasn’t there then proceeded to call up and they said it was on the way I waited until 4am I then called cause my food still hasn’t been delivered no answer as they was now closed I thought then okay I’ll call them tomorrow already paid for this food on just eat I checked my camera this morning my food had been delivered at 5am 3 hours later than it should of been my food had been sat on the front all night I called up today asking if I could speak to a manager about my issue he told me the manager wasn’t in so I then asked can I speak to someone else then he said r u ordering but I couldn’t understand properly so I said sorry what did you say mate and he ended the call I’ve tried contacting them again and there is no answer very rude service and will never order from here again as I didn’t even get to eat my food cause the delivery time was slot later than it said it had been delivered

Its 2 star for a reason lol.. he will be shutting down soon, dont waste your time.. didnt deliver food and tried to keep my money lol so will be getting it back on a charge back from my bank, he better keep an eye on his business account lol

Don’t waste your time they don’t deliver the orders and will not refund

Food was really nice but Doner is Beef, tastes like beef burger, I’d expect Lamb Doner from this place, chicken was lovely, and garlic bread with cheese was spot on too, clean, well presented, friendly staff

Ordered food, forgot one of my pizzas so I called up to ask if I could get what I had payed for and when they answered and I explained how they had forgotten it I was buttoned, so yeah that's so much I really enjoyed eating half of my meal

Orderd a delivery on just eat at 19:43, and now at 21:34 my food still has not arrived ! Guessing it isn't going to! So I will be getting a refund from just eat.! Called them multiple times got no answer! And you can't track the delivery driver. This was my first time ordering and I never will be again! Absolutely awful !

really can't understand why this is only less than 2 stars, my opinion is food is really nice which I can be fussy with kebab, food does arrive within 1hr and half depending on day and time of order. personally think this place is under rated.

Food never arrived. ordered my food at 12:50am was advised a timeframe of 1:25 and 1:45am time got to 2am tried ringing and no one would answer rang 60 times and no one would answer the phone line apparently the food arrived at 4am even though google states the takeaway shuts at 3am. what a joke of a takeaway will never be ordering from turkish delight again. JOKE

Ordered food and waited for hour and half for delivery time. The food hadn’t shown up by 2.30 so we called but no reply despite the shop being open. I was put through to answer phone then allowed to ring through then answer phone again despite it stating they are open till 3. So no food delivered I am very disappointed and disgusted

Ordered at 0100, no updates (out for delivery) till after I reported to just eat at 230, still nothing at 0300 joke of place.

Ordered online at just before 2am said 3am got to 4am still nothing got to 4.30am still nothing. I'm reporting you to trading standards and claiming a full refund your a joke of a business.

Ordered 2 kebabs and chicken nuggets at 6.30 8.35 food finally arrived kept phoning and they answered twice once to say it was 10 mins away the second its just gone out won't be using them again terrible terrible service then you can't get thru to them on the phone shocking service then the driver phoned me to say he was outside in the car why he didn't knock I will never know if you order from them make sure you give them 2 +hrs

Have placed an order via runcorneats. 19:10 and it was ment to be delivered for 8 . Tried ringing and nobody would answer at all. Than they've finally answered around 9 pm saying the food its on the way. Food turned up at 9:41 pm . Food was cold. Chips where cold. And the kebab was the wrong one too (piri piri) I've ordered the plain one. Anyway don't bother

Don't both. We ordered from helsby, waited 90 minutes for delivery. When it arrived we were out childs meal missing. My chicken wrap was minute and when I tried to call it just kept saying call back later... Having to share a meal left us hungry. .... stay clear of the place people

I went into the shop to order a pizza paid £9 for a small size which is very expensive I ordered a house special which was a bit of everything but when I got it home and opened it it was not right It was disgusting Meatball and chicken couldn’t eat it I tried ringing them about 20 times then gave up Don’t order from here food is disgusting

Ordered from here for the first time and it was delicious! The friendly guy in the shop also kindly made me a vegetarian version of the spicy spaghetti. Quick and friendly delivery too.

We thought we'd try here as there was 20% off on just eats. We waited an hour for delivery (Widnes to Runcorn) but the food was definitely worth the wait. We order 2 wraps (steak & chicken) for the adults and a chicken nugget meal and 2 x burger meals for the kids. Can honestly say, there wasn't any food left. Will visit again, highly recommended.

Placed an order for £30 worth of food waited an hour nothing, gave it another 30 minutes still nothing tried calling them they finally answered said it would be 15 minutes an hour after that still nothing, scamming lying scum.
