First and last time ordering from here. I don’t mind waiting for good food (we heated an hour and a half) but this arrived in squashed boxes, soggy paper wrapping and was cold. We ordered 2 pizzas (cold) chips and cheese (cold and undercooked chips) and onion rings (cold and undercooked). Every single box had been squished and the pizzas were stuck to the top of the boxes - there was a spacer in the centre but the boxes had been crushed so it was more one side of the pizzas. The chips and cheese were just mush and the cheese was stuck to the lid. I’d rather have waited longer for better quality food.

Not the best to be honest. Ordered 2 pizzas. The bases not freshly made. Top not much better. I thought pizza was there speciality. Wont be ordering again.

one meal was good other wasn't keen on chips and they loved the burger but was too much salad on it but did enjoy the burger

food was nice yep it was a little late but it's to be expected around Xmas and new year time.

Stopped in after a concert in Liverpool, it was almost closing time. The guys made the best vegetarian spicy pizza I have ever had.

Really tasty pizzas delivered early and still hot. Recommended

chicken was pretty greasy and salty. had to let cool for a few mins and let more of the grease come. but the chicken was tender so not a complete waste. even my cat enjoyed a little bit of it so not a complete waste . please leave to stand fir a minute or 2 to let more grease off first and less salt

Family is easily the best kebab / pizza takeaway in town. The food is always lovely and they always get the order right, even when requesting different sauces and choices of salad on each kebab.

Food is okay, solid kebab shop can't complain really. Ordered a 14' pizza and a slice of chocolate fudge cake, they forgot the cake. Offered to bring me the cake and they did 40 mins later. Atleast it was apprehended. Overall a 3 star experience

Just ordered from here for the first time, we ordered 2 pizza's. 1 cheese and 1 meat feast, it come within 30 minutes and was piping hot and fresh and to make things even better they also threw in a small garlic bread with cheese which was also fresh, piping hot and tasty! And to top it all off the delivery driver was sound as F! We thought we would try here as it's not far from us and we are so happy we tried! We rate this place 10/10 and will definitely return 👍 💯

We bought a pepperoni pizza and a mix meat kebab. The mixed meat kebab was £12 and come in a tiny box. Disgusting for the price. Didn’t give the chips and drowned it in mayonnaise. The pepperoni pizza gave me food poisoning. How you get food poisoning from a pizza I do not know but I did and I’m still suffering from it now. To get food poisoning off a pizza has absolutely blown my mind I feel violated 🤣 will never be ordering from here again. First and last time 😅

AVOID AVOID AVOID I'm quite certain this has new owners as the food and service has gone horrendous. Took 1.5hrs to arrive and they missed off all the chips so i called up and over an hour later they arrived so i sent them back. Used to be the best now it's one of the worse

Absolutely terrible donner meat taste bland ordered a calzone which was just cheese melted over ketchup and the meat inside was like hamburger meat I've had better microwave meals £35 pound just gone straight in the bin.

Update Been informed new dough, no free garlic bread but didn't care as the dough was lovely 🍕 A year earlier Pizza was lovely as usual but dont know if you're short of dough because the base went so thin it wasn't worth having one, couldn't eat the crust it was so thin, never had this problem

Our last order was cold when delivered but thought we would give it another go but yet again disappointed as it is cold yet again....

Literally ordered 3 hours ago and food is still not with us, not exaggerating neither. My email receipt is from 19:50, and it is currently 22:53. Rang at 21:55 and they said it was out with the driver. Unacceptable, will not be using them again.
