Kami Peri Peri in Halton

Used to order here all the time but recent order had sides missing and delivery person though it ok to look through shed when leaving called to notify about both didn’t even bother sending replacement offered 0/10

The food was delicious as always but the delivery time was 45minutes and ended up being 20 minutes over that.

We order from kamis quite regularly due to the nice tasty food. I think tonight was a bit of an off night. Delivery was late but one of the mains (chicken wings) were really burnt - you couldn’t taste the sauce and it left a burnt taste in your mouth - coupled with them being very dry. Bit of a shame and hopefully next time will be better.

Turned up late, chips where horrific. Cold and tough

The spice was just right, the chicken was cooked to perfection, the chips were not greasy they were very nice and the wrap was amazing

Order still hasn’t arrived. They marked it down as delivered 35 minutes ago. The driver then said he was lost. I called the restaurant for a refund and the first time they said they would call me back, the second time they put the phone on me! Shocking service, use to order all the time from here but will never ever bother again! Disappointing!

honestly a good place with good chicken but their chips are terrible, most are too hard to even eat. they could do way better and it deters me from going because I don't want just chicken. change the chips and I'll be back

Last 4 times they have been 45m to 1hour late.

No peri peri fries were delivered

Normally kami’s is really nice. But this order was terrible. Late, cold, rubbery cold chips and pink chicken oh and with a bone in a breast fillet.

Ordered at 8:50, arrived at 10.55. Food was cold and he arrived on a push bike which probably explains why so late as was coming from Runcorn to Widnes. Never had any complaints from this takeaway until now but other than that food was good just cold today.

Changed the delivery time on the app said was areiving at 7 15 them changed to 7.50.. then arrived at 8.05.. food was cold as was delivered on a push bike. Normally really enjoy the food from Here aswell. Always issused with my orderes recently.

My has not been delivered I called the restaurant an they said it’s still waiting for the driver to pick the food up

Missing half of the meal – restaurant weren’t bothered and did nothing to help. What food was delivered was cold and not good quality.

The information on that there was salad and mayo on the wraps was easily missable and the photo didn’t include them. Now due to sensory issues, I can’t eat the main part of my meal. I normally really like this place but this experience has just put me off.

Food was 20 mins late but the store was probably busy with it being a Saturday night aswell but was worth the wait the food 20/10 will definitely order from here again and would 1000% recommend

Order food at 735 pm says bee with you between 2010 and 2030 then you have to ring at 9pm to be told the usual driver just left getting on a full two hours later after you order still no food This place was always our fave place will not be using it again poor poor service wouldn’t mind we alway spend over 50 pound here ..why can’t they just be honest and say we are just cooking the food now

Meant to be here an hour ago! Restaurant admitted food had been lying around for a hour waiting for someone to deliver it. Don’t accept orders if you have no way to deliver!! Spoke with manager who was rude and put the phone down on me! Never again.

Arrived luke warm and limp chips oveer cooked chicken,used to be really good here.

Do not order from this place, food was 2 hours late I had to drive too there as they stopped answering my calls, when I arrived they was very unprofessional and making excuses for themselves. The worst place I have ordered from I don’t know how it’s in business and as I was waiting 2 people left saying ‘ well we won’t be going back there again’ shocking !

My order arrived between 1.5 - 2 hrs late and after all this delay there were wrong items with my order. If you read this, do yourself a favor and don't order from this place.

Absolute sheet, typical Friday night treatment! delivery gets later & later then when it turns up it's clearly been sat around for half hour while they fill the drivers boot up more. Note to self, don't leave good reviews in Runcorn as the next delivery from them will be dogsheet. Customer lost

Our order said it had been delivered but we hadn’t had it. It arrived 10 minutes late, with 1 main meal missing. I phoned to complain, they said they would send it, 40 minutes later nothing has arrived…..

11.99 meal deal well worth it loads of chicken everyone at home said how nice it was. Arrived hot and was fresh and tasty. Would order again, delivery person friendly too!

Just kept getting messages saying order was delayed, turned up cold, delivery was from Runcorn to Widnes, if you can’t get food that far without being somewhat warm don’t deliver that far. Even though food wasn’t hot/warm was still tasty 👍

The actual whole chicken is nice, the legs especially. The breast is definitely alot drier, to be expected but could be much more moist. The chips on the other hand taste like they've been made a few days ago and with the deal you can only get plain chips when the peri peri ones are much better, seems a bit silly, it's only a sprinkle of seasoning. Good but could be much better.

My go to Take away, the food is always outstanding. Cheers Guys

My last review wasn't too good due to delivery issues. But I'm so happy to say back to it's immaculate best! Perfectly cooked chicken & they put every takeaway I've ever used to shame with how hot & perfect their fries are! F the colonels secret, theirs is priceless how they do it! Oh & hardly any rubbish from packaging too. 11/10

Took over 1 hour and 20mins to deliver food. Food was cold when it arrived. Tried calling restaurant but number was switched off.

Order was an hour late, however was really pleased with the food once it did eventually come, only small issue is that chips were slightly cooler than I’d of liked but was still really enjoyable

Unfortunately It seems like kami’s has been getting gradually worse, it used to be our goto take away but now it’s either get it cold or the chicken is so dry it’s like eating a belt, will be going other places from now on.

Food was abysmal, it is a massive shame as it used to be in my opinion the best in runcorn. Chips were all solid hard bouncing off the plate trying to get a fork in them, burgers burnt with very foul taste. Garlic bread also rock solid. Delivery time was extremely fast and on time, its a shame it was accompanied by such awful food.
