Ordered food through app for delivery. Food was stone cold when it arrived despite courier delivering within 10 minutes of them collecting. This is a mcdonalds issue and clearly left food sitting out before it was collected. However they don't care and palm it off on uber eats because it's been delivered. Won't be ordering from here again or visiting restaurant, fed up of poor food and service.

Weve just had the worst kfc ever,to start with no chicken on the bone,this ia at 9 oclock boxing day,ordered hot wings,aswell as boneless chicken,got home no ,hot wings!,even tho we waited 15 mins for food,what we got had to be microwaved,the food was almost inedible, there was two ladies serving,the lady with the dark hair was rude, what a waste of money .

Order screen didn’t work after inputting my order 5 times and when you’re doing 6 different meals takes a while . Then went to the counter to order they then said they had to reboot the system . Then to serve another customer that came in a long time after us before us 🙁, overall waiting time was 40 minutes just to place the order , then to be told they would give us some complimentary items which never appeared, Top it all off cold food Avoid using this place

Absolutely crap this mc Donald’s it’s my local one so have to come here every time I come I waiting at least 20 mins and longer for it what the hell is wrong with this place give ya the mc flurry first it’s melted by the time ya get ya actual food

De camino a Cardiff yo y la familia, los niños tuvieron hambre así que paramos aquí de camino. Deberíamos haber continuado. El servicio estaba impactando al chico en la ventana parecía que ni siquiera estaba allí tal vez una noche pesada la noche anterior. Como era de esperar de este lugar de comida rápida las cosas se olvidaron de nuestro pedido, puedo vivir con eso como es de esperar porque las patatas fritas tienen un coeficiente intelectual más alto que la mitad del personal. Cuando entré a recoger los artículos que faltaban había una viejecita quejándose de que llevaba 35 minutos esperando su papilla y su hachís marrón, para este momento su capuchino se había enfriado y había pedido que se lo reemplazaran. El pequeño arrogante grosero del niño que trabajaba allí se rió de ella y se volvió hacia algunos de sus colegas. ¿Has oído esto de que quiere una bebida gratis, mientras se alejaban de ella todavía estaban sacando el micrófono de ella y riéndose fuerte en la parte trasera con el resto de los degenerados que encuentran muy divertido que acababan de meterse con alguna anciana. Horrible lugar

First of all a pigeon entered McDonald’s then took they’re to bring my boyfriends milkshake and it was warm then I wanted a a happy meal toy they gave a book with the excuse that they don’t have toys then I ordered an apple Pie and it had no apples in side and it was very oily and then I had to go to the counter like 5 times to bring my order. Never coming back terrible McDonald’s

Muy ocupado, la comida estaba fría y tenía que conseguir re - hecho. Entiendo que estás ocupado, pero el personal parece que no le importa! Sé que McDonald’s es una cadena popular de comida rápida, pero con la popularidad de la misma, esperarías que entiendan lo ocupados que pueden estar.

Llamé en la unidad sin embargo y pedí una comida de pila de queso filosofal, tuve que esperar 15 minutos, lo llevé a casa y tonto pensé que una pila de queso filosofal habría tenido todos los quesos puestos pero no en estilo puente de marus tenía 1 pedazo de queso de goma en ninguna cebolla o salsa, este lugar es una broma patética y debería ser candidato para el peor premio para llevar.

Easy drive through, accessible, ordered on the app prior to arrival. Food was made hot considering it was quiet at the venue. Quick and easy!

Was waiting outside for near an hour when I hot home with my food one one sausage patty and no cheese don't bother coming here disgusting

Absolutamente vergonzoso servicio. Esperé más de media hora cuando ni siquiera estaba ocupado para mi pedido de una comida vegetariana de lujo y patatas fritas para mi amigo. cuando pregunté sobre mi comida nos encontramos con un muy grosero “está en camino”. Nos dejaron parados durante una cantidad ridícula de tiempo esperando nuestra orden mientras los trabajadores estaban parados en el área de la cocina hablando pausadamente entre ellos. Para un restaurante de comida rápida parece que les está yendo muy mal en lo que deberían estar haciendo mejor.

Disgusting food delivered by Just Eat, nothing is what we ordered. Tried to phone McDonalds 13 times to get a refund but no one answers. Burgers were disgusting, like eating dog mess. Ordered 20 chicken nuggets that never arrived, never even ordered burgers.....

Overall the food was dry and felt like it had been sat out for a while. The wasn't much flavour to the food and the position where very small especially for the chips and mash, over all worst kfc we have had in a while

The most expensive McDonald's meal I've ever had with my family. Be careful where you park as I parked at the sturbucks car park next door and issued with £100 parking charge.Parking operated by MET - private land. You are allowed only 1h free stay and we only stayed for 47 mins. Will never go there again! The place was filthy as well.
