Empty restaurant and 2 cars in drive thru but still took 20minutes to get my food from counter (shocking service considering its supposed to be a fast food restaurant) got home to cold fries lukewarm coffee and burger that looked as if it had been run over won't be using these again, no staff attending the counter or even checking customer to make sure everything is fine, in my opinion the customer service is appalling and looks like no training has been given in that area or in the preparation areas either just so shocked at the level of service for such a supposed highly regarded franchised company

Absolute rip off - 30 fries with cheese and charged £4.66 so basically - I could see they skimped which is why I counted - seriously 15.5p for a single not large skinny fry!!! Never again they should be ashamed - more fool me for going there!!

I was here with my partner and 11 month old for a pit-stop on the way to family for Christmas. After spending 150 quid on food and fuel we tried to leave but a traffic jam had formed all the way from the main road right into the car park so after sitting in stationary traffic in the carpark we decided to wait it out back in the services. The traffic eventually cleared and we left exactly 2 hours and 34 mins after arriving. I know this because when we got home after Christmas a parking charge was waiting for me issued because I didn't pay for my 34 minutes over the free two hours. Never mind that I spent 150 quid there, never mind that I'm a regular visitor, and never mind that I was physically unable to leave the site which constitutes a frustration of contract. I appealed under mitigating circumstances, it was rejected. I appealed to the adjudicator POPLA, it was rejected. I brought the to the attention of moto services director Ken McMeikan to let him know his customers were being ripped off by predatory parking frim CP Plus aka Group Nexus and was told it was nothing to do with them. I'm appealed at the way they've handled this.

Was eating my Big Mac and one the senior Managers started to killing flies with his electric racket and joking to his colleagues!! He was enjoying it! Not pleased at all with is attitude ! This is a food premise! McDonald’s Bridgwater

Ordered our food through the drive through got to the pay window tried to use contactless twice kept declining so on the third time used chip and pin and it approved the payment and asked us to remove the card so we did but then the computer crashed so they couldn’t give us our food because they couldn’t see the receipt. I asked to speak to the manager and there response was “no payment no food” so I explained it said approved on the card machine and it was there computer what had crashed therefore the payment has already been authorised and she said “it’s been happening a lot today but I’m sorry nothing I can do unless you prove on your banking the payment has gone through” I explained my mother didn’t have online banking and she expected us to drive to a cash machine and get a statement bearing in mind there were no cash machines close and still wouldn’t give us our food bearing in mind it was a £3.95 order. Wouldn’t come back here again just so inconvenient and still allowing people to use there card even though they had been having trouble all day so she says.

I have recently started to visit the Ely KFC and noted on all previous visits that te service was rather slow even when only a couple of people were present. Today however I was served by an Asian lady (Mehwish) who's skill of organising p in 5 minutes, whie directing others. she would run that KFC best in my opinionut all others to shame. Fast, well organised, managing a half dozen orders . Sadly she is not in charge hence I doubt it will improve. . Nice tasting chicken but needs better management. I used to manage a team of 250 men so know what I am talking about. Chose the right people not te rabble is my advice.

My visit to McDonald’s in Hollingbourne was disappointing. The service was slow, the food was lukewarm, and the order was incorrect. The restaurant was also untidy, which made the experience even worse. Not what I expected.

A location that never fails to disappoint. Slow service, cold food, missing items and staff who are clearly lost. This evening, we watched our food waiting to be bagged for 10 minutes whilst a collection of 'crew members' stood looking at it as if they had never completed an order before. Imagine our delight when we arrived home 3 minutes later to find stone cold fries and burgers that looked and tasted as if they had been boiled hours before, left to cool waiting for an unsuspecting customer, or should I say 'Guest' to have the misfortune of ordering. So that this isn't a totally negative review, I should say that all items ordered were in the bag, however it would have been better if every item ordered had been left out of the bag!!!

Has to be the worst Mcdonald… Continuously mess up orders missing food and that’s if you get your order and not someone else’s. Have ordered using UBER as well, food is always cold because they leave it sitting for so long. Blame the drivers all the time don’t take any responsibility for the problem. Items missing oh it’s the drivers fault even though they don’t pack the bags. All the staff including most of the managers are just a bunch of kids. Do yourself a massive favour go to Wendy’s instead.better food and no gangs of kids outside.

Absolutely awful. Half hour wait for two breakfast wraps whilst just eat etc come and go with their orders seemingly fast tracked. Luke warm food when we did finally get it that looked like it had been thrown together. And completely lacked flavour. What’s going on? Come on McD sort your customer service out. Fast, decent food, hot and delicious not slow, substandard, cold and tasteless. It will be a long time before McD Newgate Lane, Fareham get any more custom from me.

Absolutely disgusting first walking in the was spilt pop all over the floor thinking maybe there had been a accident we preceeded to order our food it was quick paid and went to a table only 1 clean table and food all over the floor my 10yr old was horrified our number was shouted we got are food no condiments about was offered on ordering so had to que for them the food was barely warm baring in mind we had waited 10mins for our food to be ready the bread buns tasted stale and fell apart. The cleaner mopped the drink from the floor and disappeared not to be seen.again while all the tables sat filthy and food everywhere under tables my son couldn't eat his food it made him feel sick and we left hes 10 and knew it was bad so how did all the adults working there not see the same definitely would not recommend

Had my food delivered thru Uber and when it turned up dips missing,now I e paid for that yeah 10p but if they did that to 50 people a day that’s £5 x by a week £35 then x that by a month £140 then a year = £1680 minimum nice little earner. Seems a regular thing with McDonald’s you don’t get stuff you’ve paid for and try and ring them they don’t want to know
