KFC in Havant

Easy drive through, accessible, ordered on the app prior to arrival. Food was made hot considering it was quiet at the venue. Quick and easy!

Never again they tell you bear with me for a second when they actually mean there with me for 10 minutes the past and serving her face look like she’s been sucking on a lemon no small, no manners no nothing however they don’t like it when you come inside if it’s gonna be that sort of time for my order then I will cancel because I haven’t got the time to waste. I need to get back to work.

Although the staff are very friendly, the food disappoints again. It's many months since we last went to KFC Havant yet it was worse than before. 10 piece bucket with fries, gone are the little wet wipes, & sauce sachets replaced by about 15 tissues. Chips share the oil with something else, really odd taste, cold & stodgy. Chicken outer crumb, which is what it's all about, also a strange taste and fell off the chicken like limp socks. Yucky.

Not been to havant kfc for a long time, as not had good experience with this branch .I ordered a gravey mega box The piece of chicken was so small and dry, the mini filet was so thin and smaller then the hot wings ,and the chips were cold ,staff was not helpful, definitely will not be going back here, rather travel to another branch

Hadn't eaten from KFC in a while and now I remember why. Aside from the chicken mini fillets it was bad. The fries were overcooked like school chips, the Zinger burger was dry and had barely any sauce aside from mayo and no hot sauce. The only salad was white old lettuce. Pretty shocking quality for an item that costs 5.99. It should be 3.99 at most The boneless banquet was 3 mini fillets, the chips, a tiny box of popcorn chicken, coleslaw and drink. I asked for hot sauce but there was none, just sachets of ketchup and mayo. Again, not worth the price. The worst thing was the box that the food came in falling apart when I picked it up, spilling the greasy chips and popcorn chicken onto my passenger seat. Pretty bad. KFC remain my least favourite fast food chain after several years of declining quality and indifferent service.

Gave KFC Havant a wide birth after my last review and I popped in to today hoping it had changed and it has not! The woman that served us could not be bothered and we had to wait a long time even tho it was not busy at all and when we got the food it did not improve it was horrible! By far the worst KFC

ordered 3 piece meal via drive thru. On opening I had three dried up barely warm leg pieces and stone cold fries. The strip meal was the same.

If you like the KFC burgers, particularly the tower burgers, my advice is don't bother, at least with this branch. I would love to see how they throw them together, I would advise any future department of food safety inspectors to take a good look at the walls and ceilings of the food preparation area, judging by the absolute mess that arrives in the burger boxes, there must be ketchup, mayo, lettuce and god knows what plastered everywhere!

Visited on a busy Saturday afternoon, Service was great, yes a small mistake of wrong drink ,But the guy who was table sorting us was so friendly and happy. He sorted straight away. Have been reading the reviews and our experience was great. Food was great , Toilets where spotless. Always a good sign in our book. We will be going back

Absolute and utter waste of time. We'd been out all day and placed an order via JustEat at 20:50 sorted ourselves out after being out and then put a movie on whilst we waited. App then says Driver was at the restaurant. It then said that for the next 2hrs at which point it threw you out of the order and said it had been delivered and that the place was now shut (obviously it hadn't been delivered) I then had to place another order with an alternative takeaway place who luckily delivered it in 20 mins bearing in mind it was now gone 11pm. Absolute shower of muck from KFC. You read their reviews on JustEat and so many complain about this kind of thing so it's not even an isolated incident.

I order food that wasn’t been delivered and been charge 3 times for orders. Order no 8890, 8859, 8824, 8845. We been waiting over 1,5 hour for food that never arrived

Paid for a meal by card, till went down, they claimed the payment was not taken, but it showed on my phone as being taken, they could not give me a receipt to prove it was cancelled when the till restarted. Had to place order again and they ended up taking payment twice. Still having a conversation with customer support for over 2 months now about a refund. Second time around they forgot an item. Food is absolutely fine, but the staff are not very compitent and probably need some retraining.

It was a little busy when I went, I got a fillet burger. I normally replace mayo with ketchup, but it is still nice. Staff were attentive, order was correct, was served fairly quickly. Very nice, will go again.

Shocking staff and service, messing about no apology for waiting so long, very rude, rushing and blunt when we ordered. Food is always wrong. Staff act like they hate their job and should not work with customer service.

The young lad who served us (Bryan) was such a pleasant fellow, nothing was too much bother. He was courteous and very affable to a couple of old codgers who were unsure of the procedures in ordering. We couldn't have asked for a better interaction with this KFC. Well done Bryan!! Always very good quick friendly service. However I dropped the one star as they always forget the dips.... and even when I pay for more they still forget the dips..

Surprised to see so many reviews about wrong orders. We have always had good service from this branch and they have never gotten our order wrong. Chicken always as yummy as you would expect from a good KFC.

I was surprised to see the score so low, as our experience was very good. Good chicken as always, and a minor issue with some fries was sorted swiftly. Clean and tidy and plenty of parking. What more could you want? 🐓🍟

I’m leaving this terrible review because it’s been terrible service the last half dozen times we’ve been through the drive thru. Today was the worst and it needs to be sorted out.We order the boneless feast every time, and every time they forget to include the dips, so now we know to check and always have to ask for the set of dips. Today we didn’t think to check for the sides, which were both missing. Too late by the time you get home and the food will be cold. He also gave us the wrong dips.Also today the guy at the window said everything to me so fast and mumbled I had to knock on the window to ask him what he said. Reading the other reviews I think it’ll be worth swapping to Drayton, if it means we actually are given the food we’ve paid for.

What on earth has happened to this of.we went here a couple of weeks ago .ordered a 6 pick wicked variety bucket and got all legs.also 6 extra mini breast fillets.rang up immediately when we got home and saw what we had.as we live on hayling island didn't want to drive back sonrang and got a code to replace the order next visit.did this today.got home and guess what surprise surprise order yet again wrong!!!!!.will definitely not be going back again until they sort whatever the problem is there.

That’s the last time I ever uss Havant kfc . Got the order wrong again . Went the month before an it’ happened then . So I look into bag when picking up my order and notice 1 meal and 3 other items missing . Was told no there in the box . Open them and there wasn’t there . No sorry or anything just chucked me one of the items . I asked politely where the others . And was looked at as if I was a piece of poo . Then no drinks . Got them then left . Boneless banquet, both missing sides . 3 price meal was a 2 . Cold chips .flat coke , chicken missing half the skin . I’m not joking I’m now at home and not going back . Never a issue at Drayton .

None of the good old kfc flavour just over cooked salty chicken why so much salt what are you hiding

Everytime I go to this KFC I only receive half of what I ordered or something completely different! And 9 times out of 10 it's cold. These are the only people who manage to give you a warm cola and cold Burgers

Despite reading the other reviews I tried this kfc on a whim to get some quick food. I had the zinger stacker, it was crispy, hot & pure damn delicious. Only sad that it isn’t local to me!

Absolutely awful! Waited about 25 mins to be served with only car in front. Order point not working. Waited for food to arrive when we got home all zinger burgers and the size of the burgers varied considerably and were cold, chips had been reheated and portion of chips didn't even fill the bag properly. Our drive home was no more than 5 minutes from the drive through. Very disappointed with whole experience. ☹️ sorry to say we will not be using here again in the future!!

Was actually very happy with my order last monthuntil I noticed the label on the gravy. Please see attached picture which has a time stamp on it showing that the gravy I was given shouldn’t have been sold at that time as it was effectively out of date. Not happy in the slightest.Please double check your food from this kfc as clearly the staff don’t have a clue

I came here on Friday with my family and was served by the rudest sulky faced girl I've ever met. She needs re training in customer service and shouldn't be on the front her name was Kira. She was asked to go on till, she slammed her package down and said she was busy. But came. Can I help in a really off tone. No eye contact except for when my partner asked for a zinger in his big daddy instead of a fillet. And was told we can't do that. He replied oh every other KFC does. She glared and said we'll we don't.

This restaurant at first glance looks modern, clean and everything you would expect from a popular fast food chain. However, after ordering from this place today I am honestly astonished that it is even still running when the staff are quite literally as asinine as they look. I watched their kitchen staff communicate poorly behind the counters which resulted in lots of patient customers meals being muddled and slabbed onto a tray. At one point a young gentleman was packing a take away meal into a bag but couldn’t seem to close the box properly as if he had been handed the most advanced piece of origami anyone had ever seen. He then proceeded to just shove the box into the bag which clearly would have resulted in some of the boxes contents falling loosely into the take away bag. The staff at the front on tills were clearly feeling the pressure and were not being supported by the rest of their kitchen staff in order to make the service as efficient as possible. When handing over meals a lot of the staff would lean over the trays and speak to customers exposing the food and customers to their off putting habits. Furthermore, after waiting 20 minutes for a meal , not one employee apologised for the long wait and conducted themselves as if they didn’t want to be working within the establishment which was obvious from their melanchonic body language and sluggish attitudes. I honestly felt embarrassed for all the employees working because it was almost painful to watch. A woman with three children had ordered 10 minutes before I had and she was forced to watch her children eat their meals whilst she sat and watched them and the order for her was partially wrong so the staff threw away some of her meal. I felt sorry for the woman as she was so persistently patient with the staff who were consistently making rookie mistakes , but by the end I could see that she was almost at her wits end. I just imagine from a business standpoint that KFC Bedhampton lacks organisation, leadership and competency within the employees. This is coming from a 19 year old who has 0 experience running any business , but a blind man could have seen the lack of professionalism which I had the displeasure of having to experience. Fortunately, ASDA is based just opposite so I was able to avenge my disappointed appetite after all. If anything needs to change here it is the employers who are not strenuous enough when interviewing potential employees for job roles and quite clearly it reflects during service. I would rather have a kitchen full of monkeys preparing my food and that is my genuine opinion. Do what you will with this.

First time visiting this branch as new to the area. Staff are unhelpful and unwilling to provide a satisfactory level of customer service. The majority of staff seem inadequately trained to deal with members of the public. Entire place lacked any organisation. Quality of food is not great. Would strongly advice against using this branch of KFC!

I had my dog with me so knew I couldn’t enter the restaurant, so went to the drive-in window, explained my situation and was told they couldn’t serve me because I didn’t have a car, !!

We sat in although it had a drive thru. Touch screen ordering much like Maccers have these days. We ordered at 5:30 and it was a large order. Food was ready in 10 mins and tasted fantastic. Great kfc

Friend ordered a kfc from Havant Asda which we had some of it - at the time last night me and my husband were fit and well after a couple of hours of eating the chicken I was woken with stomach cramps and feeling sick - today being Christmas Day has now been ruined as me and my husband have both been sick all day - this is definitely from here as we didn’t have anything else to eat - fuming is an understand bad Christmas Day with my kids is ruined

Used the Drive Thru. The food was cold when we got home (max 5 min journey). Hope it hadn't been sitting there too long .....

Newly refurbished *no broken benches as mentioned with a previous review by somebody* friendly staff... busier than before refurb. Clean and tidy. My local place to eat now. Sometimes issues with waiting yime but staff polite and friendly

Ordered via new touch screen menu, took over 40 minutes to arrive, then made the mistake of not checking order. When I got home ( 2 minute drive away) found food order was wrong, chips where cold and chicken greasy. Will not go back.

been there three times now and on two visits short orders,went tonight as we were that way ,,we are about 25 - 30 minute drive away ,,got home ,,no corn on the cob ,,no baked beans and no chicken wings ,, to far to drive back and ask for the rest of our order ,,

I used the drive through today . After queueing for 10 mins I was informed there was a 20 min wait for chicken!!!!! As chicken is what they sell you would think they would get cooking times organised.

Had to wait nearly 20 minutes for a standard meal. Staff hygiene was questionable. Guy making the sandwiches kept wiping his nose on his hand, then his hand down his trousers. There was a supervisor (black shirted) who was coughing into her hand, not washing it then handling food. Server at the front took her hair out of her hair net, shook out her hair over food waiting to be bagged, re-tied her pony tail and put the hair net back on. After all that, the order was wrong and the chicken VERY greasy. Avoid at all costs.

Waited 20 mins for food. So busy there were people waiting everywhere. Orders were being messed up & staff seemed clueless. All looks nice since refurb but no structure at all. Can't wait for the Bedhampton one to open.

We were there today, lots of people already enjoying their lunch. Only four of us waiting for orders and the place was absolute mayhem. They were getting the orders wrong and the screen says your orders are ready for collection when they were still running around like headless chickens!

This place is disgusting, always dirty, always rubbish everywhere, always broken benches outside covered in unloved children. Staff here do not have the ability to smile and even the most basic of manners have passed them by. Won't return.

Every time I go there there is a massive queue and the get the order wrong. The time before last I went I ended up with a massive piece of metal in my fillets box. Tried calling at least 10 times over the course of a couple of hours to no response, ended up complaining to head office who sent me a voucher. Tried to spend the voucher and the manager got really stroppy with me. Definitely don't recommend this place at all. Plus it always seems dirty when I go inside

This place desperately needs sorting it is by far the worse KFC we have ever visited the tables are always filthy, it takes ages to order your food and it really needs a good clean come on KFC sort it out please

Friday night and we thought we would pick up a bucket of chicken and share with our son and girlfriend at their new flat.

Very busy most of the time I have been there, staff very helpful, clean surroundings. Great chicken and chips.

Called in for a quick snack,the chicken the usual average for this venue,although in my opinion a bit oily.However what did raise the standard was being served by a tall young lady by the name of Rebecca who excelled in customer service skills.Whilst eating my meal I noticed she was then clearing and cleaning tables but also asking customers if they were enjoying their meals and making polite conversation, I sincerely hope this employee is recognized for this and is used as an example to the other staff for training purposes,well done Rebecca.

I go regularly to this KFC and I don't know why really just thank god the food is good.

The staff who deserved me was lovely. Corn on the cob was 6 hrs old. But what I was struck by was the dirt of the place. It was just horrible. It is in dire need of a deep clean. There was food debris everywhere, it's just filthy.

The queue was nearly out of the door on this lunchtime visit. The drive thru was closed. The queue was painfully slow we waited in it around 25-30 mins. When we finally reached the counter our order was taken and I was handed my 2 drinks. I was then in another queuing system waiting again for one kids meal which took a further 10 mins!! Awful system in place, food was good but not impressed by service.

Food nice enough but the inside is nothing to be excited about, went into the toilets and they were so dirty, dirt everywhere and clogged up toilets, I didn't want to use them!! will only be going through drive through if I am to ever go back! And took quite a while to get food

Having popped into Havant just before 4 Monday afternoon I foolishly decided to grab a "quick" bite to eat. Sadly now I am in my 40's it appears that my memory is in decline and prevents me recalling events in the last few months so I decided to revisit this inadequate dump.

We took our grandson , around the shops to have a look at some bikes & other toys. then we finished of with eating in KFC. HE really had a nice time

I was really hungry and in need of nutritious yet filling food however we were tired, so we went to the KFC. I looked everywhere on the menu for Lamb and Beef dishes but it appears the owner only likes chicken.

Every single time i go to this KFC, they get my order wrong. It is never at the same quality as any other KFC. Also, i tried to visit twice in the last two weeks. First time i queued for 15 minutes before they announced they were shutting early. Second time i was greeted by a woman at the door telling me they were shutting 1.5hrs early, unless you were a drive through customer. I had just walked 25 minutes with 2 kids. If it was't for the kids, i would never go here. The kids aren't the ones that have to drive/walk back down to get the correct order or go without even though they've paid. I now ALWAYS check my order before leaving the store. I'm pretty sure this should be their jobs, not mine. Staff are useless and lazy.

Call this a fast food restaurant? Queued for 25mins when eventually served I ordered bargain bucket but was told didn't have enough. Had to make do with whatever they had unless I wanted to wait another 15 minutes. Service is terrible. The manager obviously can't manage staff or the restaurant. Get someone that knows how to run this place is my suggestion.

I live very closed to this branch and being a lover of KFC thought would be a regular. Over the years the food and service have gone downhill faster than a bobsleigher. The food is disgusting and you usually have a long wait for it, but on a reluctant visit last week with someone who wanted KFC we had the usual wait followed by a wrong order, followed by really poor food that I barely ate. The most disturbing thing was that near every single table had a pile of rubbish on it, which turned out to be because all of the bins were over flowing. This was both inside and outside whist the restaurant was virtually empty and the staff chatting happily behind the counter. We were there for at least 20 minutes with no sign of anyone prepared to empty a bin or two? I also emailed them with a picture of how bad the place was and no one has bothered to reply, so I guess their customer services department are snowed under?

We were served by a delightful Courtney She was rude on the intercom and forgot 2 of our drinks I was told I had to drive round and queue again!!!! Chips were stone cold and drinks were only half full will never use again

On the bank holiday Sunday at 6 ISH I wanted to grab a KFC for my family after a very full day. We drove up to the question waiting for the drive through. After waiting 10 mins we were trapped in the single lane and getting frustrated as the question wasn't moving. I noticed a sign which had been printed by the staff, got out the car and walked down to it. It said there were NO chicken mini fillets. I spoke to a member of staff who told me there were chicken fillets but not very many so the sign was put up to discourage people from ordering them. My kids decided to wait. After 3/4 of an hour Trapped in a queue we found out there were no bottles of drink, no coleslaw and no chicken pop corn. I was livid because I couldn't get out of the que or order what my family wanted and we weren't told that there was a 45 minute wait before we were trapped by their stupid single lane. Needles to say even after such a long wait I would not spend my money in such a disgraceful establishment. Appalling/no existant service!

Don't get me wrong, it's not cheap. It's greasy muck with even I couldn't eat (fast food liker) never buying again, quality has gone downhill but the staff on the till were nice

Use this store quite often but only cause it is near by. In a positive note the food was hot and edible.

7:30 pm 4 feb only one person taking orders and i will give credit she was polite helpful and friendly but.

Rude and useless staff, never have gravy, krushum machine is always broken. Never do your order properly, we live in Havant, but we use the KFC in Port solent, absolutely lovely and always have what you want, would much rather drive that little bit further, will never use Havant again!!!!

I'm my own worst enemy for visiting this KFC again after last time but I was hungry and it was close by so I swung in to the drive through... Only to reverse out after sitting inactive for 5 minutes. On my last visit I was trapped in a slow-moving queue pretending to be a drive through for a very long time (my facial hair was noticeably longer when I emerged) with no choice but to see the order process through.

I rarely go to this KFC but sometimes it's just convenient and then I wish I'd never been.

I would say out of last 10 visits order has been wrong 9 of those

Went there on the 8-9-2015 through the drive tho. ordered and got food very fast was very hot, but there was no wipes spoons or napkins to wipe are hands luckily we had taken it home as would have been hard trying to eat it on the go beans and yoghurt with no spoon and wipes REALLY !!!
