Amazing. Robbie served me in the drive thru and was extremely friendly and helpful. My food was nice and fresh. Will defo return!!

My burger had a bone in it, it looked like a tooth!!! I've always preferred Burger King to Mc Donald's and the staff were super attentive, however, I can honestly say I've never found a bone/tooth, in a burger at Mc. Donald's!!

The burgers were dry, the service was slow inside, no orders taken over the counter, priority given to drive through customers, and only 2 people running the place. How this place has gone downhill, but I suppose the franchise must cut its cost at the cost of the customer.

Ordered my food at 7:00PM and it did not arrive until around 8:50PM. Food also arrived cold.

Took 1 hour and 45 minutes from order to delivery and food was coldl!

This is the worst meal I have had in over 25 years of eating at Burger King. The bacon was so badly cooked if at all I left the bacon out the meal. You have to order via a screen which is not easy to use and the staff are not at all interested. We will not be going there again.

I wish the food was hot and wish they keep the food on I ordered. Apart from not being hot and being a vegan I absolutely enjoyed this but hope they keep this dish as I saw it was limited edition please keep this food on the menu permanently about time for more variety for vegans.

Food was fresh and good quality but service wasn't great like McDonalds you order at a screen so customer service is non existent. Was slow as well I was waiting about 10 minutes.

Update: huge improvement tonight ......food was good and very fresh and the service better.....enjoyed the bacon and Ceasar promotion.....thank you Great promotion on the go at the moment. The whopper with the spicy mayo is fabulous. We were just quite disappointed with the stale burger bun that was so dry and disintegrated as we ate. The chilli cheese nuggets seemed powdery, I hope the recipe hasn't changed that will be devastating......

We went there on a whim as we were on holiday and were hungry. We tried to order on the digital menu there but in the end had to ask for assistance. That done we sat down.The place was freezing cold.Our order came and the chips were Luke warm and one of the burgers was the wrong order,we asked for a replacement which took forever in an empty shop.....the chips we already had got cold and on asking at the counter where is the burger,it was sitting in the "warming cabinet"We took it to the table to eat. The burgers are half the size they used to be,no flavour ,dry and not nice. I will never have a burger king again....a complete waste of £11..l do not recommend and if Burger King are looking at thus.....l would like a refund!!!

It's all do it yourself, a bit overwhelming for older people and no ice-cream apart from a very small, overpriced Ben and Jerry's tub. Not a great experience really

Ordered a burger meal and didn’t receive the burger just the chips and drink

driver was showing on the tracking as 1 minute away and parked right by my house, the order then jumped to 'delivered' but no sign of the driver or any food!! I walked up and down the street and there was no one around, driver stole our food ! I've now got 2 very hungry children who are upset.

They didn't have the greatest service, but they had nice bottled water. I enjoyed the water, it quenched my thirst. And that's all you really want out of life really.

Reason is the coke with meal tasted like chemicals and didn't drink.

Have been there 4 times over last 3 weeks requesting a milkshake and this is now the third week they have not had any milkshakes absolutely disgraceful

my nan said it was lovely but she said the hand dryer in ladies room needs to be moved further away from the door because when she was using it someone walked on bumped her on her hip and my nan has a bad hip at the moment

I have been to many burger kings in my life, this was by far my most pleasant experience. The staff were very nice and helpful despite clearly being busy. I was also extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the restaurant. I will be returning :)

absolutely disgusting! dry over cooked burger, no cheese and paid extra for it, hardly any salad and on top of that it is freezing cold! I know they don't employ chefs but a 6 year old could have made a better burger !!

Only stopped for a coffee and hot chocolate cost £6 not bad but when I got them I was appalled to find neither of the drinks had the flavour of water and nothing else took back to the counter asked nicely for replacement's told nothing wrong with the drinks and as I had taken them out of shop it's now my problem no replacements or refund but quickly thrown down the sink so my word against theirs

milkshake spilt all over food all cold driver picked up order and took an hour to deliver it after leaving restaurant.

Went in to get a late lunch for my daughter. Cold chips, and not a very hot and fresh burger let things down. No ability to change the burger it seemed from the screen either. Rather disappointed for the money. Burger king is not as cheap and cheerful as it used to be.
