Great meal great service and hot when arrived will order again

not much to say all round great experience

my drink was missing from my meal. and no sauces yet again. everything cold. I don't know why I bother wasting my money

Food came cold and took hour and 15 mins to arrive

Food and service was fast and great!

I was served by a lovely young lady named Codie. She was very polite and helpful with my order, and also made me laugh which was a bonus. Great service all round :)

Left work a little late so I stopped by Burger King. Was never much good with the kiosks so went to the counter to order and received excellent service from a girl named Codie and great recommendations from the manager Freddy. 10/10 would come again with friends.

Freddie was really polite and service was quick as always. Will be coming back.

45 mins late . food ice cold . and a refund of £4 from a £15 meal . that was put in the bin .what a joke

This branch is always freezing cold in the winter. The staff admit this is a local decision to not have the heating on which greatly affects the atmosphere (I guess the franchise holders) but today the bread was stale and the food was cold. The staff were defensive and dismissive. Awful experience and it’s not like it’s even cheap.

Food took nearly 2 hours to be delivered, all arrived cold and stale so all had to be reheated immediately, milkshakes were almost warm and completely melted

Ordered no gherkins in burgers but whopper had them in. Have an intolerance and was not happy to bite into it to find them there. I always check the wrapping to which has germination ticked off as well!

Really lovely meal . Food was hot and service was great. Robbie was especially helpful :)

delivery changed 9 times. 1 lot of chips missing.milkshake lying on its side in the bag. food cold. how hard is it to get an order right?? especially when it's written in front of you.

Food was ordered with bits removed from burgers. Food turned up missing items and they hadn't taken the bits out the burgers.

Stone cold food, rock solid fries and a missing chocolate shake. Totally worthless and wasted order and just eat were rubbish at dealing with it

well for a start stone cold and secondly did not get the free item .

The receipt on the bag was for our order but nothing we ordered

Fast food? 7pm, waited 20mins for Bacon dbl cheese xl meal. Something wrong. 4 ppl serving I could only see ONE person cooking burgers.

Food delivered that was ok , but cold very cold , for a double cheeseburger and chips did not enjoy at all, sorry to have to say this, but have had no problems befor.

My food was cold. to the point that i had to microwave it. My food also kept on getting delayed, it ended up coming 40 minutes later than it should've

Doritos chicken fries were horribly cooked

I just love chicken Royale as they put mayonnaise on both halfs of the roll and are not tight with it either

Ignored customisations removing items and extras paid for missed off - poor service from Burger King, but made worse by Just Eat refusing to do anything about it - no refund, no credit, just it's tough your order was wrong.

My burger had a bone in it, it looked like a tooth!!! I've always preferred Burger King to Mc Donald's and the staff were super attentive, however, I can honestly say I've never found a bone/tooth, in a burger at Mc. Donald's!!

Great service and fast, tasty food!

The burgers were dry, the service was slow inside, no orders taken over the counter, priority given to drive through customers, and only 2 people running the place. How this place has gone downhill, but I suppose the franchise must cut its cost at the cost of the customer.

Not it’s the third time I have ordered milkshake and got wrong flavour all three times

driver was very polite and they closed at 11 and got our food out past there closing time

Took 1 hour and 45 minutes from order to delivery and food was coldl!

Ordered my food at 7:00PM and it did not arrive until around 8:50PM. Food also arrived cold.

This is the worst meal I have had in over 25 years of eating at Burger King. The bacon was so badly cooked if at all I left the bacon out the meal. You have to order via a screen which is not easy to use and the staff are not at all interested. We will not be going there again.

I wish the food was hot and wish they keep the food on I ordered. Apart from not being hot and being a vegan I absolutely enjoyed this but hope they keep this dish as I saw it was limited edition please keep this food on the menu permanently about time for more variety for vegans.

Food was fresh and good quality but service wasn't great like McDonalds you order at a screen so customer service is non existent. Was slow as well I was waiting about 10 minutes.

Update: huge improvement tonight ......food was good and very fresh and the service better.....enjoyed the bacon and Ceasar promotion.....thank you Great promotion on the go at the moment. The whopper with the spicy mayo is fabulous. We were just quite disappointed with the stale burger bun that was so dry and disintegrated as we ate. The chilli cheese nuggets seemed powdery, I hope the recipe hasn't changed that will be devastating......

We went there on a whim as we were on holiday and were hungry. We tried to order on the digital menu there but in the end had to ask for assistance. That done we sat down.The place was freezing cold.Our order came and the chips were Luke warm and one of the burgers was the wrong order,we asked for a replacement which took forever in an empty shop.....the chips we already had got cold and on asking at the counter where is the burger,it was sitting in the "warming cabinet"We took it to the table to eat. The burgers are half the size they used to be,no flavour ,dry and not nice. I will never have a burger king again....a complete waste of £11..l do not recommend and if Burger King are looking at thus.....l would like a refund!!!

Always order on the app for instore collection, never have any issues! staff are always friendly and the food is quick but fresh every time

Never visited this Burger King before but I was highly impressed all the staff and managers are happy the food quality was good very happy with the customer service will be coming back soon highly recommend visiting

Usual Burger King. Food is quite tasty. Burgers seem a lot smaller than they used to be.

Disgusting inside, food all over floor and table and chair's. Also, poor attitude from staff when asked why it looked this way. Won't be visiting again with my family.

It's all do it yourself, a bit overwhelming for older people and no ice-cream apart from a very small, overpriced Ben and Jerry's tub. Not a great experience really

Ordered a burger meal and didn’t receive the burger just the chips and drink

driver was showing on the tracking as 1 minute away and parked right by my house, the order then jumped to 'delivered' but no sign of the driver or any food!! I walked up and down the street and there was no one around, driver stole our food ! I've now got 2 very hungry children who are upset.
