Excellent excellent customer service from tia friendly young lady always ready to assist keep it up bought hallumi fries they where fresh and very tasty will return with my family

It was quite busy, so not a lot of spaces. Tables were clean and tidy. So were the loos. Food took a while to get to us because it was busy, but was hot when it arrived. Getting expensive now though!

Quick service, and it appears the food is done to order. Staff are friendly enough. Clean eat in area with only 2 4 seat tables. There is ample parking, and the drive-through is usually quick.

Sat in drive thru 'waiting' car park space for 10 mins after placing order (wasnt busy but still had to wait), had to go into the restaurant to ask where the food was. Food came several mins later, no ketchup despite being asked do we want ketchup and answering 'yes'. No napkins. Plant based whopper was lukewarm.

My food was stone cold! And when I asked to buy a bottle of drink rather than the soda stream, I was told they can’t sell me one because it’s only for delivery even though I’ve had it in the last… stone cold food, missing sauce in my burger and unhelpful, rude staff! Last time I ever come here!

Used to come with my children for the Vegan options but now they're almost all gone. And the price isn't worth it. We now have chips elsewhere.

i had a lovely meal at burger king havant today , i was greeted by a very friendly staff member named max who took great care with the deliverance and care of my meal . wonderful atmosphere and great staff . would happily eat here again

Absolutely no worth to visit, burger bone its been dry and old and the meat its been super dry and burned, don't even want to comment the quality of the chips lol definitely last time I'm gonna visit that place

Avoid these clowns. They take zero responsibility for their frankly impressive lack of customer service. They're happy to take your money but not prepared to give you anything in return. That's the last time I order anything from Burger King, Havant.

I rate this a very good service from the drive thru I was served fast and food was hot, tia was very polite would definitely come back .

I visited the store on 7/2/24, & was served by a very polite young man called Freddie (Manager). He was polite, friendly & very efficient.

I came in to order some lunch and there was a girl called Tia who was very polite and patient when I didn’t know what to order. She got my food and drink very quickly even though it was a busy day. Clean restaurant as well.

Great shop. Quick service and great service, employee Willow was very helpful.

Bought a 20 piece chicken nugget box and felt awkward asking for ketchup. Thankfully willow offered me many ketchups Would come again

As a worker here at burger king I can say the service is absolutely incredible. Everyone is so kind. The managers and the rest of the crew always be sure to go above and beyond for our customers. An amazing experience overall!

Everyone is polite as soon as you walk in, the service is great! Even though it was busy, food came out fast with no issues at all!

Recently decided to treat my family to a Burger King in havant and was not disappointed. The burgers were fresh and delicious and the staff were lovely and patient. Would definitely recommend the new Memphis burgers as they was my family favourites. Will definitely be visiting Burger King again! 5 stars all around!!

We wanted to do 2 orders for one car. She told us if we wanted to do that, we'd have to drive round the busy drive thru twice. I'm paraphrasing too- she was so unjustifiably rude at the request, we thought it was some kind of prank. Our only words to her were: "Can we do two separate orders please?". Rats running around the car park are disgusting too.

Server which i believe was the manager has zero customer service skills, i asked for extra sauce he didn’t say anything i said thank you he didn’t say a word and just carried out pretending to be busy (it was dead quiet in there) Food was average at best definitely not the best BK I’ve had, put off my the lack of customer service if you don’t like your job or can’t do it with a smile get a new job simple

Terrible food. Bought a doritos chicken king box meal deal and a smokey bacon double melt. Both meal deals just came with a bacon double cheeseburger. Neither were as advertised. Additionally, the chicken fingers were burnt and inedible.

Had to go back 5 times because order was either wrong or cold.

Received great customer service from Beth who was extremely helpful with my autistic son who was distressed when waiting for his food. I wasn't happy with the wait time at all but I'm glad the staff is friendly and the food was enjoyable.

I always go to this reastuarnt, through the drive thru as it is always quick, friendly staff and always 100% accurate. So far never had an issues and would highly recommend this burgerking reasturant. :)

visited 10pm Monday 16th Oct,to hear one staff member ranting so loud you heard it through speakers. food absolute disaster cold burgers,stale buns,but so hungry we ate.NEVER AGAIN. This branch needs a visit from area supervisor. If i wasnt so tired id of asked for refund

Made a drive-through order. The girl on the mic kept asking me what I was saying (like she couldn't hear me, even though I could hear her fine) she was also giggling to colleagues while doing this. When I drove around to pay, I felt like I had interrupted a meeting, loads of staff standing there doing nothing! My food was cold, and the bun was so hard and cold that I was sure it was straight out of the fridge, coke was flat, and no sauces were given when asked for them! I will never go back there again. It's disgusting and expensive!

Small portions, considering large, were ordered and charged for. Hadn't eaten all day and left feeling hungry ahead of a three hour road trip. Server was very fast taking order leaving us little time to choose/think. Not the best BK I've used!

I rarely have a burger type takeaway, but when I do its always Burger King as I think they are best. The staff were all very busy but very friendly and trying very hard to process orders quickly. However, there was a fair wait until I received my order. I'm not sure if it was an under staffing or equipment problem, but I'm sure it is not the norm (at least I hope not) as the staff looked under pressure. Will definitely use Burger King again next time I want a burger anyway.

Usually love a Burger King. This is a drive thru and the girl taking orders was speaking too fast and rushing us along. We paid for large fries and got small portions. Sat in the car park to eat, noisy Road…

Treated my friend a birthday meal which she enjoyed it was quiet and very cool just how we like it will recommend 👌.

Tried using the BK app for the first time. Oh dear. It is like someone described what they wanted the app to do but left out the need to be customer friendly. Eventually we went to the counter for assistance: not a good look. Food was good, if a little expensive. Maybe the cash will go to revamp the app into something usable...
