My whole meal was freezing cold absolutely terrible

Wasn’t the drivers fault asked not to take the order and just eat forced it back onto him shameful by just eat.

Ordered at 5:56 food didn’t arrive till 8pm 1 burger wrong, 1 burger burnt and the chips were cold and soggy

Cold food upon arrival. Hot food stored immediately next to cold can. Delivered in a paper bag instead of insulated carry bag!

Once again items missing the burger was rock hard never saw bg Burger King again !!!!!

Delivery was on time but that was because the delivery time changed 3 times. I ordered at 8 o clock and had to wait an hour for my food and when that arrived it was town cold and had to be reheated not good enough for a fast food restaurant no one should have to wait just over an hour for there food for it to arrive stone cold. One unhappy customer will not be ordering from Burger King again.

Food was unfortunately cold upon arrival as someone thought it a good idea to place ice cream in with warm food 🤔. Microwaving to heat the food spoilt it overall.

Burgers were dry and horrible, cheese bites tasted like plastic and the driver drove round the whole of my area before deciding to turn up! 100% will not order from there again

it was a lot hotter than the other day but it's still wasn't very hot however I spoke to a lovely gentleman called Luke today and he was very very helpful

lovely I don't ever have a problem with just eats they always seem to turn up on time maybe just eat should take over every and deliver parcels as well

Atmosphere zero because it was filthy and freezing cold in there. Service zero stars as couldn't be bothered to bring the order over even though we were the only customers currently there and about seven staff behind the counter. Food two stars as we put off because of the food bits all over the restaurant floor.

Just received a delivery, it was completely wrong but had the correct receipt on it. I mean, how hard can it be?

almost 2 hours from ordering to delivery, i live about a mile from the store and cannot believe it took so long. the burger was fine but the fries were cold. never again .

Left work a little late so I stopped by Burger King. Was never much good with the kiosks so went to the counter to order and received excellent service from a girl named Codie and great recommendations from the manager Freddy. 10/10 would come again with friends.

Freezing and I live 3 mins away

This branch is always freezing cold in the winter. The staff admit this is a local decision to not have the heating on which greatly affects the atmosphere (I guess the franchise holders) but today the bread was stale and the food was cold. The staff were defensive and dismissive. Awful experience and it’s not like it’s even cheap.

Food took nearly 2 hours to be delivered, all arrived cold and stale so all had to be reheated immediately, milkshakes were almost warm and completely melted

Ordered no gherkins in burgers but whopper had them in. Have an intolerance and was not happy to bite into it to find them there. I always check the wrapping to which has germination ticked off as well!

My food was cold. to the point that i had to microwave it. My food also kept on getting delayed, it ended up coming 40 minutes later than it should've

I just love chicken Royale as they put mayonnaise on both halfs of the roll and are not tight with it either

Ignored customisations removing items and extras paid for missed off - poor service from Burger King, but made worse by Just Eat refusing to do anything about it - no refund, no credit, just it's tough your order was wrong.

My burger had a bone in it, it looked like a tooth!!! I've always preferred Burger King to Mc Donald's and the staff were super attentive, however, I can honestly say I've never found a bone/tooth, in a burger at Mc. Donald's!!

Tiny burgers overpriced cardboard chips ☹️

The burgers were dry, the service was slow inside, no orders taken over the counter, priority given to drive through customers, and only 2 people running the place. How this place has gone downhill, but I suppose the franchise must cut its cost at the cost of the customer.
