Food tastes fine but aaaaalways cold at this Macdonalds!

I went back and asked why is it burned ... Been told by the manager This is how it's supposed to be... I'm not paying for burned food 😒

It's ok the food could be hotter

Staff shouting at delivery drivers, calling them all sorts, kids present and they didn't care. Foot takes more than a restaurant to be made.. a mess all around

Very busy with deliveries, no obvious parking. Food was OK.

Ordered via just eat out of pure convenience… turned out to be a lot less convenient than we’d anticipated! Waited over 90 minutes for delivery and at least 30% of the items were missing. Absolute shambles.

Wouldn't recommend they can't seem to get your order right even though it's written on the actual order you receive, takes over half an hour to get the wrong order and then you have to wait again for them to get it right which most of the time still has issues. Happened on multiple occasions safe to say we will have to try another location.

I have ordered from here 3 times in the last 2 weeks and every single time the order was either wrong or just didn’t turn up. the first 2 times half the order didn’t turn up at all and the other items were just wrong. tonight it took almost 2 hours for it to arrive and when it did it was stone cold. the chips were soggy the sauce in the cheeseburger was all in the wrapper and hardly any in the burger and the big mac didn’t have any sauce at all. no onion either. just a dry burger with enough lettuce for a whole family of bunnies. they didn’t secure the drinks in the holder properly so by the time it got to us they had spilled and we only had half our drinks left. the chicken burger was overcooked and yet again with no sauce. there was no care at all. i understand leaving something out of the bags by mistake once or twice but not even getting the basics of the order right is just beyond me. i would recommend going to the bedhampton store

We arranged for coffee and food to be brought to the table. Order was made no issue But the service was very slow and was not busy. Every time we go there it is the same very slow service

Clean and tidy, friendly staff. Order on screen at posts or at counter.

I was just informed that this place is out of napkins!! What! A! SHAM!

I think McDonalds is not the same anymore. It's OK for the kids, staff are always great but long waiting time and slightly uncomfortable wait with other arm folded customers trying not too look at each other.

Hate this place, still go back 🤪

Mac Donald’s seems to be getting a lot better with there delivery and meals and even how the app is set up so much better

Took over two hours that’s not acceptable I even rang McDonald’s and they said they had made the food and hour and half before and that it would be re made when the driver turned up which it hasn’t been I’m really not happy with this service today I think it’s an absolute disgrace I would of been better off going down there and collecting it myself

the point of a latte is that it's not strong and milky, this coffee was not milky and strong, tasted like normal coffee, of which I don't drink, so threw it away! thanks McDonald's

hello my good come over 1 hour late when it got here it was freezing cold was horrible to eat and not only that i ordered a choc brownie that did not come i also ordered loads of sauce witch also never come i would like a refund please

They forgot the 3 chocolate brownies. You know? I'm not messing around, and I'm not impressed. You must give us a refund, as that was about 23% of how much we paid. This had been going on for ages, very dissapointed, NEVER ordering again. So, you have lost a regular customer. Thank you.

Absolutely disgusting service from delivery driver ! Spoke to me like dirt with a complete attitude because my floor in my building didn’t have a sign for numbers, unfortunately out of my hands as it’s a block of flats to then basically have my food thrown at me ! Awful service

Food was cold, I order 5 selects but got 3! Chips were a large but they were barely full. No sauce in the Big Mac. I wouldn’t complain if it was just slightly warm but it was cold and things were missing. I have photos if needed.

The best delivery driver I have had, very friendly and actually careful with the food. I wish you could tip after they have delivered because I would have definitely given him a tip

Yesterday I ordered a berry muffin and it didn’t come with my food. Today I’ve ordered food and another berry muffin and I was given a brownie. So I’m wondering what’s going on because apparently you can’t get your orders right. I would feel so much better if this can be sorted ASAP please and thank you.

The blonde lady who cleans the floors is very rude. Starts cleaning 2 hours early and then makes you feel uneasy by staring at you and shaking her head. Talks to her colleagues about how annoyed she is that customers have just come in.

Staff are friendly chips weren't that great. As it was lunch time thought they could have been better The new chicken burger was very tasty. I didn't have the spicy cheese. Just tried the crispy chicken and what it was very spicy. Very busy but managed to get a table
