Mcdonald's Restaurants in Havant

phoned the restaurant to be told that order had to be recalled and they had to put it through again, even though the receipt says it was prepared before my call. called again after another 45 mins to be told that the driver left with the hump and it had to be assigned to another driver. food was cold unedible

Big Mac was missing cheese and 1 burger it was a plain bun on top

The order was was missing 2 fries and the order number wasn’t the same on the receipt.

Wrong milkshake and no chicken selects

missing a straw and dip to go with mozzarella dippers.

They forgot the dip out from the order.

for some reason every delivery we oorder the sauces are always missing like with this order. there were 5 nuggets in a box of 6, the food was stone cold even the apple pie, the original delivery time was 18:25 and it turned up at 7pm, and the bag had been opened, food out of packaging all loose in the bag

All worked out for a change compared to previous experiences. If there is any way to leave a tip for the driver after the delivery please let me know?

Completely wrong items this is a joke just take my money why don’t you

The time kept going up and up saying preparing your order. At first it was a 40 min wait which is acceptable on a Friday night but then it went up and up every minutes to almost a 2 hour wait

Took an hour and a half. Stone cold. Missing items. Awful.

Stuff missing, wrong items sent, cold. But no issue with the delivery - was on time, courier friendly. It’s McDs who are the issue.

The burger was in 3 separate parts out of the box! The driver handed the bag to me upside down!

delivery driver went to the wrong house first, not carrying the food in a heatproof bag, stood outside the house afew houses down the road for a few minutes, then walked to mine... its 5c outside and food was stone cold

food was all dry and freezing cold. I rang the restaurant and they had said it was collected 40 mins ago! then 20 mins after that phone call it arrived.

Received all items I paid for, as no refunds for missing or forgotten items. Driver, read the notes of the order, fast delivery and polite.

Disappointed! Never received my actual order and when trying to resolve this was told by customer service that they can’t do anything! They took my money and I never got the order!

Chips cold even though burgers piping hot. Delivery driver got the food straight here and took 2 minutes from order complete so not drivers fault - the Havant branch always provides cold chips, probably been sat on side a while as per usual.

Worst of the McDonalds we go to, unfurtunately it's the nearest to my elderly parents (Radcliffe. MCR) who for some reason love McDs. Food ALWAYS cold. Always, without Fail, something missing (usually the apple pie) How hard is it to follow a list of items to put in a bag!? and every other weekend, milkshakes are unavailable!

never arrives hot but then we are quite far away so totally understand. Only annoyance is they always forget the sauces!

Delivery was perfect no fault with driver. McDonald’s hand wrote a note on a napkin to say they have no milkshakes despite having them available on the app and have told us it’s our responsibility to claim for it

Drink came with a Coke and not a Diet Coke like I had ordered. I had also ordered lots of sauces they didn’t come neither. Also my drink came without a straw and food was cold.

All of our sauces where missing and our straws! The food arrived Luke warm. I ordered an Oasis and was given a coke, for someone who has caffeine issues this isn't good.

I was tracking my courier,it said he/she was on my street,a few doors down not too sure what house (i have a screen shot),the tracking said they were there a while,and then my food said delivered? but wasnt delivered to my address??

I went to pickup delivery on Boxing day and it was short of staff in store. All of them were working hard to serve the customers. Specifically, Poppy was taking orders and packing up all the deliveries . I was the driver wearing Polo Ralph lauren hat. The other instore customers was rude to her but she still keep smile at her face and served him. I salute to her and hope every mcdonald staff should follow her the way she handled the angry customers. She deserve the manager position and I wish her very best for future.

The driver was rude and on his phone having a full blown conversation on his phone to the point where he didn’t hear me give him the just eat code and I wasn’t giving it to him again. I would be having words with the driver.

ordered a share meal to feed the family and it was missing 3 burgers how is that even possible it's a joke and when asked for sauces for a chicken share box you have to select 2 of each when I received it I had 1 sauce in the bag absolutely rubbish service
