The best restaurants serving Fast food food in England

glad to be able to get my order in 10 minutes before closing, staff were friendly and informative and very helpful even if they did look tired the cookies were good too. Many thanks.

After leaving a review about part of our order missing I get a standard reply. KFC its fantastic that you are going to "take it onboard" However this does not compensate me for the rubbish service. The least I expect is a refund for the items that I paid for but did not receive 😡

Your staff at Birkenhead McDonald’s rock retail park are absolutely incompetent 1 hour wait for 2 cheese burgers a hamburger and a happy meal, supposed to be a fast food restaurant I’d of got faster service in an actual restaurant! Absolutely appalling and even when meals arrive always wrong! Never a Proust other McDonalds just this one! Been a joke for a long time!

First the good part, the staff are lovely, especially the older man and woman who work there. They’re always really friendly. However, the food is always cold, we usually have to wait ages, we have a large family and expect to wait a bit but it’s ridiculous here. The burgers always look like they’ve been thrown together from across a room. The milkshakes have too much flavouring in and are kind of unbearable to drink and the hot chocolate is so watered down it’s just brown water.We’d rather drive to Ripley than visit this McDonald’s, I don’t know how they can get it so wrong.

Came to Burger King for the first time today, me mother and I both ordered a halloumi burger as it was recommended to me by a friend. Service was prompt however, upon driving away and going to pick out the lettuce I noticed there was roughly 5 pieces of bacon in my burger. My mother had the same in hers too. Being both vegetarian we were naturally mortified and went back to get a change. The manager tried to convince us that this was our own mistake (why would we order bacon on a vegetarian burger?) and was reluctant to give a refund (offered us £1 at the most). We informed him many times that this was not our mistake and that we both can not eat meat. Upon returning home having now eaten our replacement burger. I looked online only to find that the halloumi burger is cooked in the same oils as chicken and fish. We are both absolutely mortified. This wasn’t made clear to us at ordering and the manager did not inform us about it at all. Having worked in restaurants myself, I know how important cross contamination is and I know it’s hard having to deal with complaints however, this was handled incredibly unprofessionally and judging by other reviews of this place - this isn’t a one off. Please be aware.

The organisation here is poor. Only one way in which is not clear. The car park is completely the other end from the entrance with no directions. Food was standard and not really service with a smile.

Easily the worst Mcdonalds I've EVER been to! After roughly half an hour of waiting and then realising that our food was sitting on the side going cold waiting for drinks to be placed on the tray, I finally snapped and suggested that they might like to hurry up. I also didn't take kindly to watching one of the staff get an embarrasing dressing down from what I can only assume was the manager. Check other reviews out, they are nearly all negative and so so true. I for one will never go back there and I'm considering complaining directly to Macdonalds head office.......Shameful

i bought a bargain bucket to take home .this tasted fowel Why does kentucky chicken taste so diferent from years ago the coating does not taste like it did and the chicken tastes like eating cardbord IT TASTED DISGUSTING.

Went for a late night meal spent over 20 quid waited in line for 25 minutes two receive two dead raw burgers in my hand. I took a bite out of the burger when I had reached home so I couldn’t even get a refund I’ve tried calling however their contact lines have been busy for the past 48 hours it’s just ridiculous how people actually get paid to do nothing. I would love to leave a heavy complaint for every worker and manager but seems that isn’t possible to do so I hope anyone who reads this genuinely checks their food after ordering from here because it’s Clear they have NO work ethic or morals to do things correctly!

On our way to Cardiff myself and the family, the kids got hungry so we stopped here enroute. We should of carried straight on. The service was shocking the boy at the window looked like he wasn't even there maybe a heavy night the night before. As you would expect from this fast food place things were forgotten from our order, I can live with that as it's expected cause the chips have a higher IQ than half the staff. When I went into collect the missing items there was a little old lady complaining she had been waiting for 35 minutes for her porridge and hash brown, by this time her cappuccino had gone cold and asked for it to be replaced. The rude arrogant little runt of child working there laughed at her and turned round to ones of his colleagues have you heard this she wants a free drink, as they walked away from her they were still taking the micky out of her and laughing loudly in the back with the rest of the degenerates finding it highly amusing they had just picked on some old lady. Awful place

Easy drive through, accessible, ordered on the app prior to arrival. Food was made hot considering it was quiet at the venue. Quick and easy!

Easy to order , friendly girl on payment window , order window got drinks and told to pull up , order was with us in 5 mins . We have had bad service here in the past but recently there has been a vast improvement. We live local and will go again.

Asked for delivery through just eat As a disabled housebound person this was the service I needed Food arrived one hour later stone cold. Restaurants will not take responsibility

Usually i would go here after work as it’s the only 24 hr one. Why did i pay for large meals to receive just the burgers. Fries are the best part

Would give 0 stars if I could. This restaurant is absolutely horrendous. Food order always wrong. Food cold. Wrong drinks. Your talking 20+ minutes wait in the drive thru then get parked up in car park where there is no room outside the front of the restaurant as they’ve parked up so many cars! Oh also never has a full menu most items not available weekly.
