Pedido en el menú Desayuno, valor total £ 35 : 00 . Realizó el pedido a las 9: 45 am, y esperó hasta las 11 : 15 am y todavía no había llegado. El servicio de Macdonalds Swaythling es el peor.

Si obtuviera una puntuación más baja que 1, lo haría. De vez en cuando pedimos una entrega de mc Donald bastante tarde en el día después de una noche de fiesta y cada vez sin fallas no recibimos lo que pedimos. Faltan múltiples artículos y debido a su entrega, se niegan a hacerse dueños y culpan al servicio de entrega que recoge una parte trasera sellada y entrega la bolsa aún sellada. Entiendo que el error humano es natural y de vez en cuando, pero hemos pedido aquí al menos 5 veces y no hemos tenido un solo pedido completamente completado. Es el único mc Donald’s que siempre deja fuera artículos.

Ordenado fuera de la aplicación McDonald’s y recibió nuestro número de pedido, pero cuando obtuvimos el lugar de recolección, los trabajadores dijeron que el pedido no se ha realizado, pero en nuestros pagos de facturas recientes mostró que McDonald’s había costado 18 . 01 bit no hay comida, así que tuvimos que mantener la cola y tuvimos que esperar aún más pidiendo la comida de nuevo y cuando eso se hizo nos hicieron esperar aún más en el aparcamiento porque la comida no estaba lista cuando pedimos de la aplicación más de una hora antes de llegar

The organisation in this place is exceptionally poor, everyone is checking the order or returning back . Meal took 29 minutes to come on a Sunday night, cold burger, fries and nuggets. Staff emptying bins and directly working with food after .. I should have had pizza or kebab

Had breakfast today sausage and egg mcmuffin and hash browns and orange juice. Just wish they had green tea cause I can't drink caffeine. But clean and lovely food

Absolutely awful. This is meant to be a fast food restaurant. It took 15 minutes to get my food which wasn't complete. The milkshake was liquid by the time we got the order.

Called in here halfway through a necessarily late-night journey with my young, tired and hungry daughter, only to be kept waiting for more than half an hour in a waiting area with no available seats and the proper seating area closed off. We were served only after I politely enquired why people with numbers after ours were being given their food and we weren't. When we were finally given our food, mine was stone cold. After a further five minutes of waiting, a warm replacement appeared. Adding in the five minutes or so of discussion with the man at the till, we were waiting more than 40 minutes. That would be bad in a decent restaurant, but in a McDonald's - which is, supposedly, a purveyor of "fast food" - it was appalling. To cap it off, when, bleary-eyed through weariness, we finished eating, there was nowhere to put our rubbish. Why? Because the one bin in the place - tucked away around the corner - was so full that other people's rubbish was piled so high on top that it threatened to fall over onto us. Disgusted with the waiting time, the cold food, the unwillingness of the staff to do anything to help, and the unsanitary, filthy situation around the bins, we left our rubbish neatly on the serving counter and walked out. We will never return to this grotty, badly run place and we advise others to avoid it too. Awful.

Awful, wouldn’t waste your time at this store personally. Everytime i have ordered something is missing, food isn’t as fresh as what it could be specially when they aren’t busy. Slow service and always grotty never really tidy or clean.

Paid a lot for mc crispy for it to be BURNT AF! literally taste like burnt toast … would like to get my money back for it but can’t be bothered for the hassle!

Bike looking food black lettuce in my Big Mac and green chips that were dry and awful and then chicken strips but all the crumb was off them no sauce and drinks and McFlurry spilt everywhere done

the worst every experience in my life. there was onions on the table, the bins were overflowing, lots of mashed chips on the floor from where people have stood on them. i asked the person at the till to wipe my table, yet he only came with a cloth and without spray, even though there was smudged ketchup everywhere. secondly, my chicken nuggets were pink, my chips were floppy and they gave me diet coke instead of classic coke. they had me n my friend waiting 20 minuets for 2 apple pies even though we were the only 2 people in there. SAVE UR MONEY!!!

The best experience I’ve ever had at a Mcdonald’s! Odi and Valentin at the drive thru were great; friendly, helpful and definitely a credit to the company! It’s made my day:)

i went to mcdonalds today we waited ages and we finally got it and we where missing two burgers and other things we went home n called them when we relised and they said do you have a recpiet and i was like they took from me and he was like well we can do anything so we where missing 2 burgers that cost us 7 pound how bad is that and the staff where not nice! alos in my burger i add bacon and lettuce i got a fatty and sloppy shred og bacon and 3 bits of lettec i paid 3 pound extra for!

My burger was warm and delicious as it had to be created fresh but took almost 20 minutes when not busy, my fries were cold and clearly left for 20 minutes before serving. If visiting late would not recommend ordering

Online it says that they’re open 24 hours but they’re not it’s all lies please do not come here literally begging you

The service is ridiculously slow. Every time we get drive through, we’re waiting at least 45 minutes. They also never ever have any milkshakes or mcflurries. Rubbish

After quite a long wait for our food, we found out the staff hadn't bothered to put monopoly stickers on our food and also gave us the wrong items.

The staff have no idea what’s going on including the management, we never get our sauces including the ones we paid for. When visiting recently we ordered 2 portions of 6 nuggets, and instead received 3 katsu nuggets and 3 regular nuggets inside each box? The fries are soggy most of the time and the food is never presentable and there’s always too much cheese in the burgers, I know that may sound too picky but it’s like a lump of overpowering plastic. They should really do some thinking about their kitchen staff, I can’t imagine what really goes on in this chain!!!

The service from this restaurant is still subpar. Every time I complain we get nowhere and the service is never any better. We went through the swaythling branch again today at 7.10 pm after double checking our order at the drive through to make sure it was correct it turns out some of our food items were still not on the recipt and therefore I was missing an entire meal for one of my family members. The manager was rude and unwilling to help and just told us to go back through the drivethrough again, which by this time had a huge que so all our food would have been cold. Every time we go here we have problems and the situation is never rectified. It's appalling customer service and it never gets improved or addressed despite you saying otherwise.

Ordered 2 breakfast meals. Was missing one drink and the extras added to both meals. Ordered on uber eats, next time i will just drive down there and check orders before leaving. after visiting for a late breakfast and waiting for over 30 mins to order then another ten until given my food i then parked. i chatted with a friend and waited for the food to cool before eating. i left to then get a letter in the post of a @@parking charge of £100 or if paid in 14 days £60. it turns out the little signs you can bearly read say as soon as you enter you have 90 mins to leave. it should be from when you are given food. after ringing the store to be lied to after asking for the manager to be given a shift mnager who was useless in help.i can not contact anyone about this.@McDonald's #McDonald's.

Tried the new Double Quarter Pounder at this McDonalds and it was horrible. No condiments and very few onions and pickles. I would recommend visiting the McDonalds in Hedge End instead as their food is a much better quality

Car park is a little tight, but they do have a car park. There's a range of seating. The tables nearest the car park entrance are our least favourite as it can be a bit cold and draughty there, but the rest of the seating is fine. Not strong on the games that our daughter likes, but other than that it's fine. It's a fairly average McDonalds. And McDonalds is a fairly average sort of place to eat. You know what to expect. The food (hmmm) is not great, and it's actually not good value for what you get, but it's quick and easy. We use it for a quick breakfast if we're travelling somewhere. They do an OK veggie breakfast of Egg and cheese McMuffin with a hash brown and a cup of hot chocolate. Nice!

I bought breakfast this morning, Saturday the 7th via the drive through. I was asked to wait for my daughter’s wrap in the waiting bay . We waited for 7-10 minutes, nothing came. I sent my daughter to check what was going on and she said the food was ready and just sitting there! I went in as l was not happy. Went to this Macdonalds after a gig to have a bite to eat and a catch up with friends. Imagine my surprise to receive a £100 fine a week later via parking eye for exceeding their parking time. On contacting and speaking to the shift manager I was repeatedly told it was nothing to do with macdonalds and that I had parked on parking eyes land when I parked in the carpark.Now I know this to be incorrect as Parking eye simply manage the parking,The shift manager told me that she could not/would not speak to parking eye on my behalf, even though I was their customer, and it was essentially my problemHardly good customer service is it

Vinimos aquí hace unos meses y ordenamos en el camino. La comida no estaba lista, así que nos pidieron que esperáramos en nuestro coche y nos la trajeron. Honestly only go here if you don’t have enough fuel to visit hedge end or west quay mcDonalds. This is the mcD training camp of mind-numbed workers. Self service machines require you to punch them to select an order; never prints receipts. Enjoy your 25min wait for your meal...maybe that means it’s made fresh? Think again, it’ll be cold. Management need replacing ASAP. Laughable to review a McDonald’s; but here we are...this franchise business only survives because of local students. Placement is everything I guess...

Don’t really expect much from McDonolds these days.. But they can at least try and serve you hot quick food.. Not in this restaurant! All the food was cold and the milkshakes must of been hanging around because they were all warm and not very nice.. As everyone knows how a McD’’s shake should be like.. Restaurant wasn’t overly busy with a long wait on food.. Staff just stood around chatting.. Will give this restaurant a serve next time...

Order a takeaway from this place through Uber which will also get a review as well sent wrong order seemed nice at first when rang up to see what can do they put it straight to Uber which has no number to contact great help there rang McDonald’s back out thinking out of good will gesture they would resend an order out or even say pick up same order free of charge for inconvenience but nope no help what so ever so my 3 kids and wife had to have summing cooked at such a time of night. Always something missing- every time we eat in. There seems to be a complete inability to read an order. Countless times I’ve had to go up to ask for what was missing. I couldn’t bring myself to ask for my missing bottle of water today. Also, orders are done chronologically- but use common sense. I ordered a cheeseburger after our main order- they are obviously readily available. Just grab one. I waited for a good while.

Simple really, look at the prety menu pictures and receive something that looks like it's been run over. However do you expect anthing different from theese sort of places? We popped in here for breakfast and it filled our tummies, nothing more nothing less.

I had the new Extra Large Burger & Chips it was fantastic. I guess the franchise must be very proud of his staff and turnover. Well done.

Not very clean. Food was OK only late at night trays and tables not clean enough. Staff very helpful.

Wet and horrible so following dentist went here for breakfast. Fairly efficient typical double sausage and egg McMuffin latte and hash brown but virtually no packaging as an environmental gesture. But then no sauces offered or sugar either. Paid at till as selection boards are not very good. No surprise I ate in and food was as expected.

This is my nearest McDonald's and they are quite often our of ice cream. Why can't they keep there machines stocked it's a mystery to me

I often visit this restaurant being quite local to it. I have to say that it is always clean, tidy and most presentable. The staff are generally articulate and happy in their work and there are a number of long-term (one mature lady particularly) staff members who are most friendly and pleasant. This lady remembers my name and the job I do also. I should add that I do not know this lady personally, or even her name, which is quite rude of me really!

i visited macdonald today and ordered 4x chicken wraps when i received the order the chicken had not been cooked and very cold, lucky that i checked order ask for manager she came eventurently but was not interested ,please check food when you order because the food that i ordered was raw and cold whoever prepared meal should have noticed this so be aware

Went for a meal at the drive-thru and felt frustrated with the service and quality of food. Whilst I am not expecting top restaurant gourmet style food, I at least expect the food to be warm and feel edible. Fries were cold and without any salt, forgot the dips on the chicken select meal. When I placed the order, my car was about 3 foot behind the vehicle in front due to the queue (I couldn't move any closer to the machine) and they had already asked me for my order, so embarrassingly had to shout the order to the entire car park. As a result, they didn't add on the chicken select meal until I had to shout that I was not finished, this went through as a separate transaction, to which the staff found funny. Call me old fashioned but I think I missed the joke on this occasion, and I am quite a funny guy. McDonalds once again proves they only care about profits rather than customer care.

Pedimos un coche a través de varios artículos de desayuno para 5 personas. Ordenar en el carril estaba bien y nuestro pedido estaba listo tan pronto como llegamos a la última ventana, muy bueno. Aunque fue un gran orden mixta, con algunos de personalización, estaba impecable.

Han sido un par de veces ya que trasladarse a la zona para el desayuno y el almuerzo. El personal es amable y servicial y el lugar tiene bastante recientemente renovada. Hay una pantalla táctil sistema de pedidos y servicio de mesa.

El personal en el check-out se fracturó la mano tenía una, así que estaba con una sola mano para operar el hasta y ayuda con las bebidas que me pareció extraño, teniendo en cuenta que había varios que podían hacer el personal su trabajo y me podrían haber dado.

A mediados de la semana 5 de la mañana en coche a través de un rollo de tocino y café. El servicio fue rápido y eficiente en el punto de orden y en las dos ventanas.

Although they have automated ordering which is cool, seem to take longer than ordering over counter, plus loads of staff talking, food was OK though, but it was cold in there, needs to turn up the AC a little!

Came here early in the morning because it says 24hr so went to drive thru and waited,and waited and waited,went to payment window and called and waited and waited and waited,went to collection window and saw staff in the place standing around called somebody and finally eventually somebody at the payment window,what a circus don't waste your time coming here it's shocking

Been a few times and there fairly quick in giving you your food and i haven't had my order messed up yet like some other ones do .

Always long queues and staff were always rude. Food was always cold even though you could see them preparing the burgers. Place needed a make over

Friendly and efficient service early on a Thursday morning - bacon roll and a coffee, just what was needed at 5am!

Placed order in Drive Through lane - ok.Paid for order at next window - ok.Get to collection window - no one there. Can see several staff members stood around talking.... only after the guy at the payment window appears in the main restaurant to shout at the team do I finally get my food....

An early start so another drive through. Coffee and Bacon roll were fine and were ready within a couple of minutes. Service was polite and efficient.

The service at this McDonald's is rubbish at best. Moody and unfriendly staff. I must admit they do have to put up with drunk and abusive student every day due to the proximity of the halls of residence.

Another early morning drive through for a bacon roll and coffee. The service here does vary a lot - very much depending on the staff on duty that day. On this visit the service was quick and efficient - I didn't have to repeat my order at the order point (on some visits I have given up and driven to the pay window so that they get the order correct) and there was a only a short wait at the collection window.

Used the drive through at 5am. At 5am they switch from the normal menu to the breakfast options. Bacon roll and coffee good. I use this drive through a couple of times a month when I have early starts and the standard of service does vary quite a lot.
